Excellent stuff! Amazing food! But the most important how nice everyone is. Everyone who works here smiles to you all the time, everyone is so polite and helpful. I asked for tea, I was told they don’t have it, but I paid for it already so they gave me cookie instead. I Love 💕 Chick-fil-A!!! Always cooked to perfection. Fresh and delicious. The window line was long yet it kept moving at a great pace. They have two lines taking orders. Very organized.
I work the Dining Room at Chick Fil A in Sanatoga. They have great Chicken Sandwiches, Salads, Wraps, and French Fries. Sodas, Sweet Tea, and Lemonade.
So Im not a trendy kinda guy, I shop where I like and I eat what I like, Really how many ways can you dress up a chicken, with all the hoopla you hear about chick fila I expected something more, the brownies were good

Hit or miss with employees doing their job correctly.Unfortunately- all it takes is one employee who doesnt feel like saying the typical reply youve grown to appreciate, My pleasure! Then you really miss it. We were polite and didnt have an issue or cause an issue to get that type of dull attitude.Tonight was one of those moments. Whomever took our order and took our payment & handed us our food (receipt says Ryan), did the bare minimum. She was just a typical employee that if you didnt know where you were, you would think you were at McDonalds or Wendys.Sad that one poor employee can ruin a places reputation for the entire location.

Rudest Chick-fil-A experience I ever had. Had to wait a little for my order, not a big deal, but the get up to the window and they are super impatient. Shoved the food at me after I paid and when I said Thank you, she just closed the window. Also no one asked about sauce or offered sauce for nuggets. I didnt have to go back.

Very awkward ordering our food when the two employees working the drive through line were flirting with each other. Otherwise, the rest of the employees were great and friendly as expected from a Chic-fil-a.
I love Chick-fil-A! I normally dont eat fast food but this one is hard to pass. The chicken is well made and the flavor is great! The service also is wonderful 👏. This company those a great job with their employees and the way the take care of their costumers. Im impressed with this business 👌
Always busy since its next to a Costco and the Philadelphia premier outlets. But very respectful service and if the lines too long outside ugos walk-in. Food was never cold, unless it was a salad.

This Chick-fil-A location is the most highly efficient and accurate location Ive ever visited! I visit at least once a week and they are the busiest Chick-fil-A Ive ever seen, yet they somehow get cars through the line faster than any other location Ive visited. They are not open right now for dine-in, but if you use the mobile app, its easy to order and earn points/free food! The staff is always friendly and I have never had an inaccurate order! The food is always hot and fresh, and I dont know how they are able to handle the volume of customers they have here, considering it is always busy! They do an unbelievable job and you can tell that the ownership and management are top notch too!
Got drive thru. They forgot our sauces so we had to run back in and grab them but otherwise they were decently quick even though the line was super long. And the food was fresh and good!
Eating healthy in this fast-paced world is difficult but the salads are delicious and the service is fast and pleasant. Thank you God for making this place and this great people and food.

I waited for over 25 minutes in a line that was not long. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and got breaded. They forgot ketchup and napkins and were out of mayo. Worst Chick-fil-A experience ever.
Usually I find chick fil as quality and service unbeatable, but Ive repeatedly felt this service here is a little below average speed wise, and my sandwiches are drier than I would expect from Chick-fil-A.
Just needed a hot coffee from my (former) favorite fast food chain, but this location says they don’t serve coffee after 10:30 am even though my order was placed without a problem via their website. Every other store I’ve visited in the past would brew more if needed or not offer/charge for it online if not available. Grateful that they refunded me after traveling there, but now I’ve wasted my entire break and no coffee! And I had to wait another several minutes to get a receipt for the refund. Left a super bad taste in my mouth. Was planning on Chic-fil-a for dinner tonight, but not after all this! The clerk says the GMs name is Noah.Update: called corporate CS line. Per the rep; most stores will serve coffee all day, but ultimately up to the owner/management. This owner lost a customer, and until the website menu is updated to be specific to the store, I will not order online. Which means I can’t get chic-fil-a during my breaks at work - just not enough time to wait in line.If you’re like me - operate on a tight schedule, and need all the coffee you can get; don’t go to this location! Don’t make the mistake of assuming you’ll be accommodated because your order was available to purchase online for pickup.Two stars because Mgr seemed cold and insincere in his apology.There was a Burger King in MD that didn’t serve coffee after 11 am. I showed up at around three p.m. The Mgr brewed me some coffee that one time and reminded me that coffee isn’t served after 11 am. Because that Mgr went the extra mile to help me, I ate BK everyday for two weeks while I was stationed near them. Just knew from then on that I’d have to get coffee somewhere else late in the day. Ironically, I got my afternoon coffee at the Chick-fil-a across the street.

Chick-fil-A is the best fast food there is. Where else can you get a sandwich that actually looks as good as the one in the picture? Great customer service. Mouth-watering chicken strips, great waffle fries, plus theyre a Christian company hated by the secularists and cancel culture which is another great reason to support them!
Who doesnt love chik-fil-A. The spicy chicken salad is THE BEST! I love that their old school and closed on Sundays. Its nice to know some businesss still operate on values that are important to them.
Fast services and lovely employees
Well, lets start with hearing how great everything is. Not in my book. The drive-in was so crowded and the food was just ok. Took about twenty minutes to get through. Then they forgot to put lettuce and tomato on one of the sandwiches. Thought the cost was too high. Nothing that great about this adventure or the food.
Small portions, long wait, meh chicken, sub-par service, ice cream that tastes like artificial flavor, and worst of all their supposedly religious policies. I try, but I still dont understand the appeal of Chick-fil-A. With all the other fast food chains bringing chicken in, theres even less reason to waste time with these clowns.
They always get the order right. I ordered a meal at one of these other places and they forgot the fries. When they ask you do you want a receipt say yes, its easy to get a free chicken sandwich. If youre not using yours send it to me
I ordered 3 12 ct nuggets with large fries and large drinks and chick fil a sauce. I received 1 12ct nugget with 4 chicken tenders with one small fry with ranch and bbq sauce but with the correct drinks. I went up to the window and showed my receipt to get it fixed, and got back 3 small fries with an 8 count nugget and ranch. It was very busy so I understand the mix up, but when I showed my receipt I believe I should have gotten my correct order that I paid for already. :/
We came here after a week of Camp Hope for Kids and Marilyn, our hostess with the mostest, was wonderful.
As far as fast food goes, Chick-fil-a is one of the best. The food tastes fresh (even though most likely flash frozen), and very tasty. A treat for sure, as long as it’s occasional. Well done!
I dont get the cult like following of this place. Dont get me wrong, there isnt anything bad or wrong with the food or facility. I just dont feel like it shold be put on such a high pedestal. Its clean, the food is edible, the employees talk to you like nice people. Thats what is supposed to happen, everywhere. All the time. Got stuck in line at drive thru ( because other customers packing the lot in line) for 40 plus minutes to get a chicken sandwich! Really? Its not that good.
My rating of 2 stars is based purely on Chick-fil-A stopping curbside service at this location. The food is fine granted they kept asking me if this order was for (the wrong name) at least 3 times, first at the order mix, then where you pay, then again at the pickup window. I even ordered online and paid ahead to avoid these issues. The main issue however is that by stopping curbside pickup you have to sit in the drive thru which took nearly an hour not to mention creating some dangerous traffic conditions with traffic extending all the way out to the traffic light on Lightcap Road. This caused the people who were picking up for Door Dash deliveries to drive up the wrong side of the street, INTO anyone exiting the restaurant parking lot or turning out from the Costco parking lot. Until they go back to curbside service I think Im going to avoid Chick-fil-A for now.

Food was great! Service was great, but the lady assigned to the dining area was less than pleasant. She spoke to EVERYONE in the dining room, but had no conversation for me or my children! She didnt want to help me with refills until I went up to the counter & asked for my refills. Then she wanted to help with my refills & she only asked if she could take our tray, other than that she didnt say ANY WORDS to us. It was quite uncomfortable actually.
Always enjoy chic fil a with kids! I tried the new lemon Ceasar salad and it was delicious! I usually like extra variety of vegetables in my salads but this was good!
Foods good but last couple times I been here order got messed up which is shocking cuz usually chic fil has there system down to a science lol. Sorry but I’m going to royersford from now on.

Great food. Nice clean, large dining area. Food is awesome. Stopped here on Valentines Day during a long trip & they took a Polaroid picture to give us & had roses for all the women. Very thoughtful!
The food and customer service are as good as any Chik-fil-A. The main downside is the drive thru lines are very long. I waited almost an hour to get my food both times I ordered here (between 5pm-6pm)
07-29-2019 - This place was great. Walked in the building and observed everything to be clean. The employees all looked to nice and clean. The building was nice and clean. The food was great. While seated, enjoying our meals we were met by an employee who walked around the dining area and asked us if we needed anything. We said we were fine. He then walked to the table behind us and asked the female customer the same thing. He asked her if she wanted more to drink. She said “yes please” and he took her cup for refill and returned it. A short time later I watched the boss walk out of the back and compliment his employee about something. They high-fived and smiled as they talked about non work related topics. Each time an employee made contact with another employee they were smiling while talking. For a fast food restaurant this place was great. This is what we need all our restaurants to be. Great work!

Amazing food. I tried to trick the cashier with compliments but they stick to the My pleasure response everytime which is so nice to hear and see compared with other local food chains. However my number 1 (chicken sandwich, no pickle w/cheese on a whole wheat bun) came with pickles, regular roll and the fries were very cold. I shouldve mentioned something then but was with family and the place was packed.
Been here a lot of times ever since they opened and the food is always delicious and our orders have always been correct even in the drive through. The food is the most healthy and delicious fast food Ive found. The employees are friendly even when the lines are long.Weve also gotten catering from them twice now and the food has been perfect every time. We got it for a small family celebration both times and the leftover food lasted several days after. The food on the trays are perfect combinations and are very well put together. Gotta love Chick-fil-a!
Just tried the new chicken parmigiana meal kit and this was awesome. The kit had everything you need to make a quick meal for two at home. The ingredients were fresh and very tasty. We hope they keep this on the menu.
Usual good chicken strips and waffle fries here. My teenagers love their food. We had an unusually long wait for dinner sitting at our table, but the staff made up for it with cookies and gift cards. Very nice of them and we really appreciated it. Guess it pays to be pleasant and patient.

I did a order online Saturday night and my food was cold. I ordered soup as my side and when I went to pick up my order they didnt have any soup and no one offered me the difference that I had to pay for the soup. I am very disappointed tonight.
Lines are always long but what I really appreciated was that I ordered a salad and I didnt say I couldnt eat cheese, so when the salad was ready I noticed it had cheese and they made me another salad with no cheese without charging me. I wish they used canola oil to fry because I cant have soy or diary products. It would also open the market up for other consumers like me.
This is the third time in a row I’ve requested light ice in my drink. Today it was pretty much filled to the top with ice. Couldn’t go back because i was on lunch. So disappointing to get that great lemonade and only get 6-8 sips and it’s done from large!
My daughter works at this location and the manager told her to sign a paper because she had to leave work early a few times because of her health condition and manager told her that their business is more important. So guess what sweet manager my daughters health is more important. This location does not care about their employees health. Lawsuit in the works.
I ordered my meal through the Chick-fil-A app. And received my food within 10 minutes tops. Very pleased with the Cheltenham location.
Very friendly and clean environment, the service is fast and the workers here are very great. They would come up to your table and ask if you would like some more soft drink or water. There is also a playroom for the kids! Ordered the number 2 (spicy deluxe meal) and strawberry milkshake. Definitely recommend friends and family to come to this Chick Fil-a!
20 Nov 2018*****As fast food goes, this is as good as it gets.Arriving around 11am, we both had spicy chicken deluxe sandwiches which were nicely cooked, balanced with lettuce and tomato and some pepper jack cheese. The establishment was very clean as were the bathrooms. The bathrooms also had the plus of having paper towels to dry ones hands. The young lady who took our order was polite. She answered our questions with knowledge, clear diction, a good cadence and was friendly.When we are in this neck of the woods and have a hankering for fast food, this will be the place to go. A good price to value.

Always yummy, Chick-fil-A doesnt disappoint. This location is clean and super friendly. Staff will often walk around to ask if you need anything or offer you mints or refills. Even the drive through is good and they toss in a mint with your meal.

Received the wrong order.It wasnt real busy that early in the morning,so I decided to go back thru the drive-thru to get what I originally ordered. The employee repeated twice what I originally ordered and still I got the wrong order, with an attitude. Didnt bother going back thru, too much of a hassle.
Ordered food got to pick up window,ask girl handing out food if there was sauce and ketchup in the bag, her response was should be ask again same response, got to Costco parking lot, opened bag no sauce or ketchup. Unacceptable

Just like my other Chick-fil-A review -- a really good chicken sandwich and the employees are always polite. I like that theyre closed on Sundays. This is why I dont mind the higher $ for the food. Ive never seen this place empty.

Usually it seems like because the inside is closed both lines or 60 cars deep it was only four cars the day I went and was able to get free containers of the Chick-fil-A sauce which is one of my favorite sauces
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Very clean atmosphere. Good was great especially the kale super salad. I liked the cranberries and dressing. Peppermint chocolate chip milkshake was awesome. Nice place to have lunch and rest after shopping at the outlets.
Ah-hah! This is by far my favorite fast food stop-chicken tenders are better than any others & mine are with BBQ sauce. Im crazy for their milkshakes-thick & creamy, not full of syrup but ice cream. Its Yum Central so enjoy it!Ours is near Costco which is a good mesh of good spots.

Best location and layout of any Chick-fil-a Ive ever been to. Dont bother with the food court at the outlets, come here instead! Checkout is separate from dining so the flow of traffic is much faster and smoother. The food is the same reliable chicken.

Since weve been ordering from this chik fil a, weve had nothing but issues. Besides the fact that the drive thru takes forever, weve always had something missing from our order once we bring it home. I love chik fil a, and the locations near where I used to live were run like a well-oiled machine. The pottstown location needs to learn a thing or two. Me and my family wont be going back.
Always good to be in the most respectful and a welcoming environment like chick fil a. It actually feels like a restaurant when you walk in there. But there wasnt much seasoning on the chicken. The spicy chicken sandwich and the grilled chicken sandwich was both bland to the taste. Had to douse it with the chick fil a sauce and the zesty buffalo sauce.
I’ve placed several curb side orders on my phone for my senior citizen father who hates using drive thru and don’t know how to use your app. He said everything has been great & everyone friendly. And order out to him each time in less then 5 minutes. I work at chick fil a in New Jersey and now how crazy things can get.
Placed a curbside pickup order on the Chick fil A one app and drove and parked in a designated spot and wait about 25 minutes. I didn’t get any notifications during this time. Customers coming in after me were getting theirs, so I checked the app of the status of my order and no notifications or automated texts were sent to me. So I closed and restarted the app to see if I could refresh it and would get some sort of update, then when I went to the my order screen and my order was gone. After another 10 minutes I go to the front door to talk to a team member and told them the situation, then she told me that they are currently understaffed to do curbside orders. Hmmm, then WHY would the app even allow me to attempt to place an order for this specific location. So wasted 35 minutes of my time. I understand there’s a pandemic going on, but GET IT TOGETHER PLEASE!! 😡😡😡

Made the mistake of parking to avoid the drive through. BIG MISTAKE. Phone orders only (the girls called). Waited a loooong time.In the process I saw a staggering amount of cars in a gigantic carousel 🎠 rolling through like clockwork. The girl outside the drive up window was toting orders three cars back. The whole thing was unbelievable. NO other drive through operates this efficiently. Ive heard Chick-fil-A®️ is awesome 👌 like this in a pandemic or not! Whooda thunk?👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏Good show!
Best for fast food. Sanatoga location not the best. Several occasions they have messed up my order. Im updating this review. Went from 3 stars to 2. As much as I like Chick fil A, the service keeps getting worse! Totally messed up our order and completely forgot 2 items. Female associate rather snarky.
I dont usually write reviews about fast food chains but this is an exception considering how impressed I was by this Chick-fil-As service! My family went through the drive-thru at a pretty busy time, and the employees were incredibly friendly! Their whole operation is efficient, clean, and very pleasant. Ive never been to a friendlier fast food place. Of course there were no problems with our order, and the food itself was great. Highly recommend this Chick-Fil-A!
Quick service and kept the restaurant clean even though it was a crazy busy Saturday afternoon. Food was great as always. They were wiping down tables as customers got up and kept the line moving quickly so the worst part was getting out of the parking lot.
We love the salads here!!! But wow I got a whole 5 waffle fries (not full size) in my small. I know I ordered a small but I thought I would get more than 5... Ill just stick to my tasty salads!
I am never disappointed in chick-fil-a. This was the first time I used their app and it worked like a charm. And of course when I picked up my order I encountered the super polite staff.
The milkshake cup is not good, broken easily and messed up my car. That cup needs to be changed to a better type.
The Cobb salad was fresh and the diet lemonade was very good as well. The service was excellent and they really try to make your stay there pleasant. Well be returning for sure.
Another favorite place for myself and my husband. Friendly, extremely fast service (always with a smile), quality food (the lettuce is ALWAYS fresh and NEVER wilted). Though I seem to crave their food the most on Sundays, I am beyond happy they are closed every Sunday/holidays. Though they are in business for a profit God supercedes the money. God bless them!

I was almost not going to mention curb side, because it feels like a best kept secret as I saw people wrapped around the building in drive-thru. The food came SO quickly! I wish I asked for the servers name as she made for an amazing memory for my daughter and I tonight. Im not much for frequently going out to fast food, but Im thinking of adding a regularly scheduled Chick-fil-a run to continue this mother/ daughter bonding time for many future memories! Thank you everyone involved!
The food is very good especially the chicken mini biscuits and the milkshakes as well as the sunjoy and the employees are very friendly

The drive thru looked long so we decided to go in to order to go. When I tell you we didnt even get the drinks yet and the food was already handed to us thats how quick service was. Not to mention the manger/general manager held the door open for us as we left. Chick-fil-A seems to never disappoint us even when theyre slammed. Thank you!
I went to get curbside pickup. On the app it doesnt allow you to order just fries or a salad. I had to order a whole meal. But it doesnt allow you to order anything extra. The young lady was pleasant, but she wasnt very helpful.
Food always tastes great and the staff is very friendly, but they frequently forget to include straws, napkins and/or utensils.
Very nice staff. Never had an issue at this location. Very few issues at any Chick-fil-A for that matter. Giving it a 5 star rating, which is means exceptional to me.
I asked for a number 2 deluxe meal, coke light ice and chick fil a sauce. They gave me a regular number 2, no sauce and a half filled cup of diet coke with full ice. Go to the one in KOP. They never miss.

Rather big Chik-fil-A. Clean and as are all Chick-fil-As, the staff is super friendly, polite and professional. Have to admit, I love the fries and shakes as much if not more than the chicken sandwiches. Do wish they would sell fries chicken like KFC does, but for chicken sandwiches in a hurry, you cant go wrong.
Long line which is understandable with the times and employees seem to be working very hard.. I waited about 30 mins and unfortunately tho my order was messed up and I didn’t realize until I got home and the line was far too long to go back and wait in that line. Was told my order multiple times as i pulled up so I didn’t think their would be a problem but for some reason what I got was not what I ordered
LOVE Chik-fil-A but because of this restaurants location to the outlets it gets packed! Have stopped here after going to Costco and literally not been able to sit. As usual the wait time is phenomenal and staff is nice but this location gets so busy!

Chic-fil-a always gets give stars in my book. The food, the service, the atmosphere where can you go wrong. If its fast food its Chic-fil-a and with the app lunch time is a breeze. I order before i leave the office and i walk in the door and my food is already ready. I had to work on that one. I used to order and then tap prepare my order when i was there and have to stand and wait for 10+ minutes, we all know how busy it is at lunch. So i hit prepare my order at the office and drive the 10 minutes maybe less over and my food is always hot and ready to go. I may very well be in Einsteins level... LOL... Just joking.
I am not a huge fan of this place I tried the nuggets and the chicken sandwich. The nuggets were a bit odd tasting to me. Maybe I just dont like the spices on them. The sandwich I usually get every time I go. Last few times I have gone Ive gotten sick. Not sure if its something there os its just me. Could be just me but overall Im not inclined to go back.

Employees are very nice and treat you with respect, the food service is absolutely fantastic as well. You will receive you order literally within 45 seconds of ordering or if its busy within 1 min or so. Great place to eat in too.
The drive thru line was long as usual but I decided to get in line anyway. Just for my amusement I activated the stop watch on my phone. From the time I entered the line to the time I pulled away from the window was 18:32. I never realized how much time I wasted waiting for food until this point. To add insult to injury they completely forgot to give me the condiments I requested. Not a single packet.

Too long of a line get to area where they take your money and the card reader was down. Had to go to window. They use to give you coupons when you had to wait not any longer will be a long time until I go back.
What to say - its a Chick-fil-A. Clean, great customer service and good food. They are very good at being careful with allergens. The fries and naked nuggets are a good choice for people with Celiacs or gluten intolerance. My favorite is the spicy deluxe with extra pickles.

The parking lot is a war zone. The people inside are nice and the food is good, but the parking lot behavior of the people getting in and out is just deplorable. I love a good chicken sandwich and some waffle fries but not at the cost of life or well being.

As soon as it was my turn to place my order all the cashiers left. I had to wait a while, & then Kevin came over to the register. He proceeded to wave down the person behind me in line to place his order (I started waving at Kevin to inform him I was the one that was next in line, not the guy behind me) Kevin decided to ignore my signal & took the guys order. Not only that but then the next guy that was behind me also got to get his order taken and served before Kevin decided to acknowledge me & my 2 yr old son as we were still waiting. Kevin’s extreme lack of customer service skills is not what I’m used to having when I go to chick-fil-a establishments. Definitely one of the worst blatant customer service experiences I’ve ever had, and Kevin decided to not even address the issue or say sorry for what he had done. I ended up only ordering food for my son and not myself because of how dissatisfied I was with his lack of service. May I also add that the two people that were served before me were two grown Caucasian men. I’ll never buy anything at this particular store again.

The Chick-fil-A sauce mmm mmm good. Service mmm mmm better! The young lady working in the eating area asked if we needed anything Several times... refilled our drinks, gave us more condiments and even a bag foe oir leftovers. This place is all they say it is and more. The Spicy Chicken Burger HOT 🤩
So disappointed!!! I’m a shut-in and sent my CNA to p/u a chicken sandwich. I can’t eat pickles or mayo. It was to be a plain chicken fried chicken sandwich. So I had to throw it away! I ordered other items, and wo my sandwich, it’s not good.
The best chicken sandwich and the best french fries are not the same without ketchup and sauce especially when I ordered them twice, when making the order and when picking up the order at the window, very frustrating to arrive at my destination and find this situation

The fries were, as usual, very good, but my spicy chicken deluxe was kinda soggy and the chicken seemed to be mostly breading. Unusual, since the sandwiches are usually pretty good there.
Extremely rude employees, I was treated like I was stupid when I was making a simple remark about the coffee. Cashier looked at me like I had 6 heads and continued to argue with me about what I had experienced at said establishment previously.. I dont come here often, but these young know it all cashiers make me want to go less and less

It pains me to have to give a bad review however just yesterday I experienced service that could have caused significant harm to my family and potentially others. After purchasing a large order for a family of 6 we went home to eat to find that our order was inaccurate. The most concerning was the diet lemonade that taste of BLEACH!! My husband, shocked and surprised took a taste of the drink and also could not believe that it was cleaning supplies/BLEACH!! I immediately checked my 4 four young children to make sure they did not get the same drink.My husband drove 10 minutes back to chick fil a in the thunder storm and communicated with the staff there. The lady at the counter confirmed the smell while pouring out the drink and stated “Oh I can smell it from here”. I am shocked and disturbed that families can be exposed to ingesting bleach products and there not be any real accountability by the company. This situation could have really been bad causing significant health issues. I plan to communicate this ongoing until there is true accountability rather than offering a refill of the same drink (which he did not take) and 4 chicken tenders. While chick fil a has a great reputation for its quality and service please be cautious when dining at this establishment.
Was told a lot about this place and after checking it out, I can say that the recommendations I had been given were spot on! This really is excellent chicken, the menus have a good selection, the place is clean and tidy and the staff are pleasant too!
Chick-fil-A is usually awesome and I know everything change since covid but please don’t overcook the chicken sandwich and leave me with cold waffle fries.

Super busy on a Saturday early evening it may be the traffic from the outlets but the drive thru line was extra long, inside lines and mobile orders line there was a quite a wait but the staff managed wonderfully, with smiles on face and handled it all.
They have the very best chicken tenders anywhere! I wish theyd wash the greasy tables more often. I prefer eating in the car for that reason. Tenders with BBQ!
Knowing full-on this place sells only chicken in four different ways , I still ate there because it was the closest quick bite to where my work assignment was located. I opted for the chicken strips simply because they tasted the most like well, chicken. The chicken sandwiches are terrible. Even with bacon. Then those awful waffle fries leave a lump in your bowels until THEY decide to digest. And what is up with acting like I am robbing the place when I asked for salt on them awful waffle fries? Its called flavor....

Its Chick-fil-A!! If you have kids, you KNOW what I mean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The only comment I would make about this place is that it feels cold and drafty alot. Not sure why, but it may be due to how the drive-up window and exit doors are aligned. I find I wear my coat while eating.

Every single time I go I order over 2 or more gallons of drinks. MAY I HAVE A BAG?How am I to carry gallon(s)and food orders? Even when I order in the DRIVE THRU. MAY I HAVE A BAG? I truly enjoy the food but never understand why I am always handed a heavy gallon or gallons without a bag. As a customer, I order more than 2 gallons OFTEN. When I place my order, it is always UNBELIEVABLE that someone will walk over to hand me a huge order in a carry bag, along with 2 gallons.NOT IN BAGS.
Well. Customer service 5/5. But the chicken seems not to be the same as other locations. Dry, 80% unbreaded, kinda stringy. Took it back 2x. My wifes was 100%. I seem to have bad luck here.
I normally love Chick fil a, however this time they took a long time to on an online order for two small milkshakes. They messed up the order and took a long time. Normally a fan but fumble on the handoff on this one.
As always, the food is the best at Chick-fil-A. This being a restaurant, the service was absolutely great. The greeters always had a smile.Would want to visit again pretty soon.
I dont usually like to give five stars for fast food but its usually easy for most Chick-fil-A locations. Chick-fil-A sets the bar high for the fast food industry, with quality food, highly trained and professional employees, and fast service. This location meets all those criteria.
Very bad experience the guy at window with beard was very rude we buy four fries five sandwiches there was no sauce no ketchup no napkins in bag when we asked for some sauces his behavior was weird not going back at this location this is unacceptable cheap service very poor customer service

Im always happy with the food and especially the service at Chick-fil-A. For fast food, they have a great menu for lighter fare and when you want a calorie splurge, the milkshakes are delicious.
I ordered two large fries and a medium fry and the were size small fries in the large containers they weren’t even filled up
Worst service ever in a chick fil A, I am a big fan of chick fil a, but today I had a different experience all together in Saratoga chick fil a, had to wait 15 min. to get a sandwich, no one should go to this place.
Suzanne ( the older lady ) is very very nice! She gave my son her happy meal you when we came In! Also there was no mints left and I asked if there was and she said they ran out and she went back to see if there was ( me not knowing ) and she came right over and said “ I found a couple “ she absolutely made my day! Chick fil a mints are my favorite mints ever! She deserves a free meal because she was so nice and kind! And actually helpful. P.S I only come to the Pottstown chick fil a because the Royersford one is mean and ignores you when you need something!!!!!
Their Chiken taste like it was grown on a nice Holy Chicken Farm that was only fed with Sanctified Holy Ghost Organic Feed and then showered in Holy Water and Then filled with the Holy Ghost! So you know thats some good darn fresh tasting chicken! Thats why theyre closed on Sunday! All the magic is created on Sundays Lol!
Drive thru was crowded, directions for incoming vehicles were not well marked which blocked outgoing traffic causing a backup for vehicles trying to leave.

Very fast and correct through drive thru. There was like 20 cars deep and the line went quickly and our order was 100% right. I bumped them up a star.
I got a chicken sandwich with lettuce & tomatoes. I did not like the lettuce they used. The waffle fries were not good.

Overall a good place. But I primarily go for breakfast, and specifically the breakfast burrito with chicken. They recently changed it by removing the roasted peppers & onions and replacing those with hash browns. If I wanted hash browns Id order them separately. Now burrito is just plain bland, noticeably smaller and for some reason costs $1 more. No more CFA breakfast visits from me anymore.

Great day food at a decent price. Kids love the playground, but keep an eye on the older kids. Some parents just dont watch their kids in there. The mints are awesome.
It doesnt get much better than the spicy chicken sandwich, with Polynesian sauce. Add a side of waffle fries and a milkshake and youre in business. Just remember that on Sunday, chik fil a is closed for business.

2022-05-19Just like every Chick-fil-A, great food! However, catering experience was less than stellar. All other Chick-fil-As that I have ordered from have called to confirm my order. This one did not, and when I called just to make sure my order was received, they were fairly rude, though did confirm my order. I then showed up and they were much more disorganized than I expected. Nevertheless, they provided all of the food and drinks. I may have forgotten to click that utensils were necessary. However, people make mistakes and I didnt appreciate the employee going out of her way to blame me. I take ownership for my mistakes and was very polite the entire time, just asking if I could possibly request utensils, regardless of why they were not already packaged up for us. There were also no sauces provided for my sandwiches. I have never had to request that before when ordering catering from other locations, but again, this restaurant informed me that they are not typically included. I even volunteered to pay extra for some sauces. With so many things that are not typically done at this Chick-Fil-A but are flawlessly executed at others, Im starting to think this location is just not up to typical standard. I wasnt expecting them to provide me with a drink as I waited, help me carry bags to the car, or any of the excessively kind and pleasant things Ive experienced when ordering catering from other locations. I just dont want an attitude and to have to haggle for a few sauces for all of my sandwiches and nuggets. As we left, the employee helping us was shouting something about needing to grow more arms. I assumed she was joking and quipped back , I know, wouldnt that be the best to which her completely frazzled and annoyed stare at me made it clear she was not joking. I will not be returning to this location. It was not a pleasant experience.

2022-06-02I went to this restaurant (chick-fil-a) and got a spicy chicken sandwich deluxe meal (number two on the menu) with a sprite, I also had gotten a small box of chicken nuggets, noth of these were absolutely scrumptious and i enjoyed every lest bite of them
