The worst agency for child care. Cant talk to no one. Called and left several messages on case worker phone. No call back. They have attitudes when answering the phone. No one seems to know anything. Just a waste of time if you dont have Tanf. I filled out app on 5/2. Everytime I call they cant find me, or my case is still closed. City of Philadelphia’s CCIs is not for working people.

I have been trying to get incontact with my caseworker for 3 weeks now, I even called and left multiple messages on her supervisor’s voice mail. No one contacted me back. Unprofessional

This place is here to help and I cannot get anyone on the phone ever they are constantly messing up cases and accidentally cutting off child care and everything who can. I report this too if anyone know please leave a comment the whole company needs to be cleared and new staff need to be hired !! They are rude when you get through after 2 hours it’s just trash the whole system

Rude staff, ms.johnson cut me off as she transferred my call to another staff member. Once i spoke with the women i was transferred to and she ensured me that my Ms.Torres was going to pick up her phone because she works in the same building and could hear her once again my call for Ms.Torres was not answered therefore i called back again. This time i spoke with once of the same staff mebers and when i was addred by name i could hear her co-worker rudely say thats her again. Even if i called back 4 times today to ask any questions the customer service that i recive should be nothing but professional. Its 11am and for someone to be annoyed of concering themselves with someone who is calling multiple times needs to change her outlook on her job or life.

This place is the worst. They never answer the darn phone and when you try to reach your caseworker they never answer let alone return phone calls, but will be quick to say you didn’t hand in your paperwork. In the office, don’t get me wrong sometimes they staff are pleasant, but I can’t help but to say to myself , “ this why they not answering the phones, they’re too busy holding personal conversations”. I feel they need some serious customer service training.

Worse place ever. Took them three months to return my call after leaving multiple messages. They definitely do what they feel like doing. How is one child in the same program getting ft kindergarten paid but mines can’t. They basically said cut my work hours to get my child.

I never have an issue when I go in, but you can forget about ever getting your case worker on the phone. Don’t answer. Don’t call back. It’s frustrating as a working mom with two kids that I need to go into the office anytime I want to see what’s going on with my case. I understand they probably have heavy case loads and are most likely understaffed, but there has to be some solution to the lack of response when calling in.

I fixed my paperwork, emailed it and drop it in the mail box at the location they said they never got it. Now my ccis supposed to end Tuesday I had to email them again and call them to check the email for my paperwork now I have to wait to see if they will fix it and I ain’t the one who cause this problem

They keep changing shxt. I keep getting caseworkers that I never have the pleasure of meeting or speaking to on the phone. Ive gotten cut off and not reinstated even when I submitted my paperwork on time. They dont do ANYTHING until you come to the office and offer your firstborn as a sacrifice for some care. They get 2 stars because when I do go, the staff usually fixes everything on the spot and they are open late on Tuesdays.

I was there recently to drop of documents for my son to start daycare. I went around 5pm and it was empty. I approached the front desk and waited for someone to call me up and none of the 3 ladies did. So I walked up and said excuse me to one of the ladies and she didnt reply nor did she even look at me. So I stared at her and she huffed and said, Will somebody take her please. I told her she should fix her damn attitude and she said girl bye. I was ready to wait for her a** outside. The next lady did assist me and we chatted for a while. Later that evening I checked MyCompass account and saw that my application went from pending to cancelled. I called today and the lady did not understand why it was closed when everything was turned in on time. She transferred me to Veronica but I got her voicemail with no call back. For all I know the girl who answered could have been the same girl that was rude. I will be up there next week to find put whats going on.
