Great food and good deals to make it affordable for any budget. From salad to ribs, they can satisfy your hungry belly!
Riley the manager is nothing short of inconsiderate and rude! Restaurants like this should not be delivering apparently because they accept no responsibility! Door dash sucks as well and according to Riley they steal your food! We ordered for delivery cant help it who the restaurant uses to provide the service When the order arrived the delivery girl was tipped and away she went we were missing over $20 in food ordered and paid for directly thru chilis website I assumed this was chilis responsibility and called the establishment I was hung up on twice on the 3rd attempt I got thru to the manager (Riley) who when I calmly and nicely explained what happened I was told well its not our problem door dash is a 3rd party delivery company they steal food all the time you should call them and hung up on me. Its nice to know how Chilis feels about loyal customers
The store is showing some wear and tear. The hostess was clueless. Our booth upholstery was torn and he window blind was broke and the sun was blinding. We had to request to move us to another table. 5 minutes later she tried to seat another party there and they had to ask to be moved. Dust under the booths shows the floors dont get scrubbed very often. I hope the food prep area is in better condition. Ownership needs to invest a few bucks to update the place. The food was good and the waitress apologized for the wait. We understand the help shortage leaves establishments with less than desirable help, but someone needs to train and supervise.
Pick 3 combo of chicken, ribs, and quesadillas was delicious as always. Chilis is much more than just a Tex Mex restaurant. One of my favorites.
Service is absolutely horrible. So many workers just standing around doing nothing to help the ones that are actually working. Very disappointed with this restaurant.
Very good food. Had some loaded baked potato soup and the just bacon burger. Waitress was very friendly.

Free desert being a fewards customer, place was. Packed but staff handled everything well.. food came out quickly.. and you cant beat the 3for $10.. my bill was $22 for two people burger Frys drink salad, chicken crispers broccoli loaded mashed potatoes and coffee.. cant beat it.. left the bartender $10 because she was well worth it.. even though she was busy busy making margaritas.. and waiting on the rest of the bar she handled it with ease..
Apparently this restaurant location has decided to make their own rules and will not give straws to anyone except children which would leave you no choice other than to place your open mouth on a cup which has been touched by multiple people since it was cleaned. There are plenty of other restaurants around for me to spend my money at and try to remain healthy at the same time, so we left after being seated and informed of their policy but before ordering anything. We will not return to this location.
The food was good and the service was good too. The building does need a freshening up though.
Waitress was ok. Food was fair. Ordered half rack of ribs. They came sloppily placed on paper on a severely twisted stainless tray. I commented that it was not normal, I was ignored. I feel they could have done a much better job.
Ordered carry out. The food was good but had to be heated up because it was cold due to them placing 3 of the 4 meals on the counter for over 10 minutes while waiting on chicken tenders of all things. When I mentioned it to the girl, she didnt seem to care and said the food was still warm. Well, it wasnt! I think well order from Applebees next time.
My wife and I have had reliably excellent service and food here. Waiting for a table is modernized and only requires a cell phone. The prices are fair and paying at the table via a table setup is great for those in a hurry. We plan to visit again when we are in the area.
I eat here almost everyday lol still pushing out that chilis food. Nothing has changed... Besides two ghost kitchens Its Just Wings and Maggianos, and the lack of staff. Just had to reduce hours because of it. But other than that it is just business as Usual.Gonna be getting rid of some items soon and getting some new ones,so be ready for some new menu options. Yeah it is getting better every day as long as we keep the staff coming in. We seem to have a pretty strong kitchen staff at the moment so for now it is much better than it has been.
Steak was good, rice was cold. Waitress quite flustered. I paid two checks for our table and they were mixed up resulting in my being over charged $11+. I contacted them several days ago but havent heard back so I doubt Ill be back there.

This was our first time at Chilis. Excellent food and service. Great kids menu, my son loved his quesadillas with side of corn. We wanted to try the molten cake but we were too full lol. Next time. Our total was 31 for our whole fam; convenient and affordable! We will return

Hasnt been to a Chilis location in a long time and it just so happened that there was one a few miles away from our destination. I made a reservation online and we headed there. I feel fortunate that our reservation worked because it seemed like whatever system they used was not having a good night because in the time we sat there waiting I heard a few phone calls and interactions with arriving guests that made it sound like getting a reservation to stick was a roll if the dice.While the food was decent and the server, who might of been having an off night because she was over sat, was very friendly I should of just bailed from how dirty the table/booth was that we were seated at. Ive eaten out a ton and worked in food service for 28 years and this table was simply horrible. The hostess said something about how she had just cleaned it as we sat down. Well my arms stuck to the able as I tried to maneuver into rhe large corner booth. No sanitizer was going to help this table. So many restaurants and businesses are going above and beyond when it comes to cleaning that it is inexcusable that this location wouldnt do more to clean and sanitize their establishment. We had waited to long to eat and it was too late to drive elsewhere to find somewhere to eat but Ill certainly remember this experience and take my business somewhere else in the future.

Our waiter was great at bringing drinks out before we got the chance to even ask him. Even though we only ordered chips and drinks, he served us politely. Never have a bad experience at the chilis in Butler.
Was there almost two hours, server was sitting at other tables while we were left waiting. Food took a very long time and we werent given the proper utensils like straws until we mentioned it.

Terrible. I ordered no pink and usually there is a tiny bit in the middle. The whole burger is pink. Id say its medium rare. The condiments were terrible. I added my own lettuce because there wasnt any.Pick up was a nightmare using gift cards. Cant use gift cards for curbside pickup online. You have to go inside to use them. Rude staff because the directions arent clear or set well on how to pick up.The onion petals were good. Only reason its getting 2 stars.

Love the restaurant; however I just called to place an order today 5:20 PM 04/17/2020 and whoever picked up (female) was so unbelievably rude. We called, said what we wanted & was patient with her even though she was rude. And I quote “I can BARELY hear you” with the WORST attitude. “I have like 8 people on hold so is that your order total or not” after cutting my boyfriend off of his order, again with the worst attitude and more. Will never order pickup again. I get these times are hard and I can understand being stressed with having a long line of people waiting, but i have worked similar jobs and the #1 things a worker can be is helpful, patient, kind etc. Definitely did not see any of this.
The atmosphere is comfortable during, these strange times, but they still make it comfortable. I have a full blown wheat allergy and created my own very delicious GF MEAL. I order the Spanish rice, black beans, and corn. I mix them together in a bowl and I have a delicious GF MEAL.
The place was clean, and the food was good.But, we told our waitress that we were seeing a late movie, and were just going to order an appetizer and delay our main dish order so we can waste time until our moving showing. Not even 10 minutes or less, she comes back asking if we are ready to order our dinners. We ended up ordering, eating, then leaving with waaay more time than we wanted left until our movie. We felt rushed, as if out waitress was more worried about table rotation than what her customer said and wanted to do. Had she respected our statement of wanting to go slow and hang for a while, maybe she would have gotten a better tip.
We went here today to celebrate my daughters birthday. The food was excellent and the service was too. My mom has Celiacs and needed Gluten free options and they were able to assist her with making this selection. (Yes they have a gluten free menu).

Horrible food that is extremely under cooked. The delivery driver from door dash made my girlfriend extremely uncomfortable as he tried to flirt with her, and as soon as he heard that there was guy in the household he backed off. The food was disgusting and cold as soon as it was delivered. I used to love eating in the restaurant but not anymore, this is clearly the restaurant not caring about its business. If you want good food for a decent price choose anywhere but this place.
The food was not what we were expecting. We also left our To Go bag while we went to the car for about two minutes and when we came back, it was gone. When we tried to find our server, the hostess was very rude and told us “our food was gone” and she would not try to find our waitress even though the restaurant was mostly empty and about 40 minutes before they closed. Very disappointing.Edit: customer service was incredibly helpful so I increased the review from one star

The food was excellent, we are seniors and originally set in the bar area away from the main dining, when objecting the we were seated in a secluded area still away from the main dining. As I said the food and waitress were excellent but the receptionist needs training. We wont be back and from out of town. Thanks for asking.

Ive been to a Chilis before and had a better experience. The one in butler, PA was so so. I was with a big group and we only had one waitress. So taking orders and getting our food took much longer. When I got my sliders. The meat was not hot. The waitresses did the best she could but she needed help. For small groups I would say this place. Big groups I may choose another place.
Loved their soup and California Turkey Club sandwich, except we were there recently the sandwich they now use a bun, not the bread! Bread was better. Did not realize the change and we ordered the sandwich, extremely disappointed. Could not eat it! The waitress responded by saying, yeah they made some changes!
I wasnt very satisfied with my visit to Chilis in Butler. The drink I ordered (Watermelon/ Vodka mixed drink) wasnt very good and I didnt think the kid cups they offered were suitable for small children. The kids cups they offered did have lids on them but they still leaked. We ordered appetizers and the extra little plates that were brought to us for the appetizers were wet and still dirty. The part of my visit that I was particularly dissatisfied with was when the waitress brought our check to the table I noticed a $1.99 fee for games. My 1 year old was messing around with the little touchscreen device they place on each table and they charged for me it. A 1 year old shouldnt be able to authorize a charge that easily. If he was actually able to play the games I wouldnt have complained. It just sounded like a scam to get extra money from people...
Great food at a reasonable price. Got the 2 for $22 special. 1 appetizer and 2 meals from a selection of options. I had steak, wife had chicken fajitas. Steak was a little small (6oz) but there was a lot for the fajitas. Overall, good value. Service was prompt.
Unique menu and go hungry unless you just want appetizers and drinks. Kids menu pretty standard with decent portion sizes and sides and drink included in price. I had chicken fajitas SMOThERED in mushrooms, peppers, and onions with like 4 or5 other toppings i could add pn- salsa, guacamole, sour cream, etc. I was stuffed and had enough to take 2 home for later that night. Lackluster service and general inattentiveness, I hate looking for the server for a refill or help and they are no where to be found. It wasnt busy, maybe 6 tables including us and 2 servers.Our food was lukewarm at best, we ordered steak fajitas and they were not even sizzling when they arrived. We also had to ask twice for missing parts of our order.

Food was cold. They miccrowaved AGAIN. Sandwich bread was to be grilled but came back wet. Fries were cold after coming back the 2nd time. Service was great! YOU NEED A COOK not someone who knows how to use a microwave!

I order curbside. Food is very good, packed to travel and is always warm when I get it home. Staff that brings food to the car always puts it in the back seat for me and wear a mask.
Steak and shrimp fajita were delicious.. waiter was not too bright or he wasnt trained well or he just didnt care... Brought us one napkins.. I told him I did not like the margarita he just stared at me... Margarita of the month was gross tasted like cloves... I wonder if they train their waiters???
Went on Sunday evening and decided to try the 3 course for 10 bucks..... Disappointed.... The salad was TINY. 5 bites at best, also I choose the half rack of ribs,tasty but TINY. My lady ordered the fajita off same menu, again TINY. Might have 8 small strips of chicken. Had I known it was going to miniature portions, I wouldve not ordered off that menu, and spent a few bucks more n got real portion sized meals. Service was very good.
Chilis is ok but I feel like the food use to be better, I think chilis and this location needs a little revamping to make it great again. But the one thing they do here that I love is the chilis rewards if youre signed up for it, if your not def sign up cause you can get different free things each time you visit, from 1 free alcoholic drink or free chips and salsa or free dessert its the best!
Need waitresses that can take an order accurately, manager was rude when returned food for not being the way I ordered it. How about some straws instead of having us drink from your disgusting cracked plastic mugs. Will NEVER EVER return to this horrible establishment. Waste of time, crowded and not worth wait. Will be having McDonalds instead.

The food is a bit pricey for the serving. Service staff is pleasant. But the game machines on the table are disgusting. Complete germ trap...you can actually see the filth on them. Unacceptable to eat near.
Very nice and clean place. Went there with family including 2 young children and things went great. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The food was very good and quick. We were able to get in and order without having to wait for too long even though it was during a high demand time of day.
This Chillis is the best. Food is so consistent compared to other Chillis where it varies from time to time. Was there yesterday and had Rachel as our waitress, she was great. Fast friendly service
Food is ok, service was so so, the wait for a table is ridiculous! I called ahead for seating and still had to wait 45 minutes for a table! Why have the option of calling ahead if it doesnt mean anything? Since I am allergic to peppers and all things spicy the only thing on the menu I can eat is the chicken crisper...they are very good but I would like more choice....even the salads are spicy!
I got endless chilli chips and salad which was really good. Seemed to wait a bit between bowls though. The waitress was super friendly and was on top of refills!! Super patient with taking our order as well

Yes i know its trying times. But i saw my bag of food sitting there for at least 5 minutes. Had to ask for my drink. Its all cold. And hmm no reciept or change. I said its been sitting there Am i happy no. I sat in parking lot for a half an hr after my time i was told to be there.
They must have the best microwaves in town. I had my text mex bowl before I even poured the dressing on my salad. Where can I get a micowave that works that quick???

Went there on 6/13/17, at 9:45 pm, I didnt realize that they close at 10: pm and the server didnt say that they did or we would have went somewhere else. We ordered our meal and after 20 minuets our food arrived . I ordered steak and chicken fajitas , The steak was raw on the inside ,the rice was cold and the beans were only warm. The waitress never came back for another 20 minuets, Meanwhile the bartender was slamming chairs around and sweeping the floor with a broom towards us putting dust in the air towards our table. After complaining about the meal the manager came over and comped my meal (with a little attitude). Then we had to ask a different waitress for our bill since our waitress disappeared again. Let this be a warning; WHEN ITS CLOSE TO CLOSEING TIME AT Chilis ,go somewhere else, those people are ready to go home!
Food isnt nearly as good as when they first opened. It seems with a new menu, the food quality became less of a concern. Though still decent, its now one of those, Maybe once-a-year, kind of places. They seem to have forgotten the Keep it simple, keep it quality mantra.
Service was a little challenging this evening. The food was good. The was very disengaged. I saw several servers on their personal phones. It was not that busy and it was very difficult to get drinks filled.Won’t be back for a while.

Ordered Curbside. Said my order would be ready at 2:30. I checked in via text at 2:30 on the dot as the instructions tell you to do. Sat there until 2:50. All the while an employee brought out another cars order right away who arrived about ten minutes after me. I was parked right next to that car so I know they saw me. No one was at the desk to speak with either. Couldnt receive my order as I only had a half hour break and needed to get back to work.

Our server, Angel, was the best server Ive ever had. She worked circles around other servers.We had a party of 3 and we were a bit worried when we were trying to get seated, there seemed to be a lot of confusion amongst the 3 people standing there.Thankfully we had Angel and completely forgot about all our concerns.

Wellllll! I am there so much! I might as well have a seat with my name on it! I do love the food, particularly the southwestern egg rolls- my FAV!! I could absolutely continue with life pleasantly satisfied with this being my meal through the remainder of it - o.O)... my new fav is Chicky chicky bleu! Chicken sandwich is the best I have had so far - deliciously crispy, juicy tender tasteful recipe! I now need it in my life, every so often of course. Okay, I really cannot go without giving props to the Amazing staff that I have encountered truly are stars in servicing and super nice and warm and when my server remembers my specialty and remembers my drinks I normally order and just brings them, I appreciate that and even if I had planned on ordering something different, I dont fault them, I do appreciate that they remembered me, super thoughtful. And with that, I gotta keep this real - the mananger is super wonderful! He is great at greeting and tending to the needs of everyone. He always makes me feel very welcomed when I do come in and that is a big deal to me for sure! When the greeting and service is 5 stars, you could maybe be okay with a mistake or 2 or a wait for your delicious meal! Love you guys at Chilis @ Butler Crossing! Keep up the amazing serivce, keep the delicious recipes in the book and always you guys are a good piece of work!

We love Chili’s for drinks, chips and salsa. It was 330 pm when we came in. It is now 415 and we’ll be leaving. The music was way too loud and the waitresses were way too LOUD! Geez!

Sitting at the bar and the bartender told a guest good luck with getting a shot. Also overheard her talking badly about fellow employees who came in to eat off their shifts. Very unprofessional and very disrespectful. Hopefully she gets reprimanded cant imagine letting one of my own employees act in such a way to their fellow staff members or to customers.
We like their food, but their check paying kiosk not so much! It never works right and we always have to get the waitress to fix it for us which takes more time! If I want to do he work when I go out to eat, Ill get a job working there or stay home! Not happy!

Food is usually not bad, though can be a tad overpriced. Obvious that some of the stuff is frozen and reheated, like the corn on the cob, which a lot of times comes out cold. Overall an okay place if you are in the area or do not want to travel to Cranberry.
This is the only place my wife will definitively pick when asked where she wants to go. Always great service and food is delivered in great time. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal.
We eat here 2 or 3 times a month. Good food and good service. We had an issue with our food this last time and the manager Dave went above and beyond to make things right.
Decent food at decent prices. I like that they have variety from burgers to burritos and good selection of appetizers. To go is randomly hit or miss...lately they go over your food before they bag it up.

Wwnt with group of 14 and got reservation same night with 45 minute wait. Got a salad, fries, and a bacon burger on the 3 for $10 with a Dr. Pepper. Total was $10.60. Loved the amount of food for the price but it was mediocre.

Found a bug In my soup the manager Tony tried to tell me its a part of the soup and tried to hurry up and throw it away so i didnt have proof . I told him about the poor service and he ran outside and tried to replace my soup AFTER the fact he was gonna be reported . Incredible service! They made excellent recommendations and were very upbeat. Also very in tune with refills and the like. The food... wonderfully fulfilling.
It was so cold in there like 65 degrees and my food was cold before I finished eating. And Dave tried changing the tv for someone to watch the pirates game and in turn, turned off the pirates game on the tv I was watching.
Food and service was good all around, however, it is so cold in there I cant enjoy my meal ....anything you can do to not freeze out your customers would be appreciated!
Got the honey Chipotle crispers with corn on the cob and fries. Corn was refrigerator cold on one side. Asked waiter for more. Guess what still cold😒. Have eaten at this same one several times guess Sunday isnt the best day.

They dont have a sign from the back parking lot to tell you where the entrance is. You have to enter at the bar end of the business. The waitress was definitely not the best. I will never go back there.
Total confusion upon entering for table and mixed up waitresses.didnt help. Management and mixologist were great. Food was well prepared.

I had the 6oz sirloin steak with broccoli. It was really tasty. My steak was coated with garlic butter. My medium well steak actually was medium well.
What always amazes me about this place is the friendly staff. They often let me do things like switch out flavors of tea so I can have a different flavor each time I finish a glass.

Burgers and Baby Back Ribs you can not go wrong with either of those choices... Melt in your mouth Ribs And perfectly cooked medium Burger so juicy not only that but the loaded Burger with the ribs sausage and brisket AMAZING
Waitress would not take my card to pay for my food. Was forced to do it myself using the table kiosk thing? Not cool.
The service was slow, It took us 50 minutes to get our food. As I looked around the restaurant there was maybe six other families present. It was hard to get a waitress to come to our ta ble
No staff. Went in on a Tuesday and 90% of the restaurant was empty and she told us a 30 minute wait. What??

This is a chilis just like all the rest. Clean and reliable. I only wish that they would get back to their burger and ribs roots and get away from the Tex mex garbage that is plaguing the chain restaurants these days.

2022-04-18Surprisingly good for a chilis. The bartender Jake was more friendly than Hope. The food was actually good. Again, I say that with a surprise. We ended up coming here on a Saturday night and then again on Sunday (Easter). Id probably give it 5-STARS if it wasnt for Hopes somewhat cold demeanor. The food really was good for being a chain restaurant. Go figure. Oh! The strawberry eddy margarita of the month, they hand made. At another chilis, they poured from a tap- which tasted like it came from a tap. The handmade ones at this location were awesome.

2022-03-05We called for multiple days in a row stating that we will have 12 people coming in, we made a reservation through Yelp and called the day we were showing up making sure that we could come and the girls on the phone said we will have a table. We get there and are told we can’t be seated because “they have too many door dash orders” while proceeding to continue to seat other guests. When we were explaining that we called the hostess got snippy with us and we were told to “relax” event though we were all calm. When we asked to see a gm they said “you can call tomorrow”

2022-03-30The waitress was somewhat rude. Had to ask several times for straws and utensils. Ordered chili with no chips, but it came with chips, also had to ask several times for cream be with my coffee, and I was told Id be charged for refills. I was told we couldnt get a vet discount ordering the special. But when I asked to split the check and apply the discount to half the bill, suddenly the vet discount worked on the entire bill. The staff here doesnt smile, everyone seemed miserable except for the host.

2022-05-21Another one of those…if I could give it no stars I would. Service was bad at the bar on 5/21/2022 at 5ish. I ordered a margarita and the machine wasn’t ready, that wasn’t even the problem. When I did get it, it was watery. When I mentioned it to her, she said drink some of that one and I can get you some more in a little. Drank 2 sips and it tasted awful…I figured I’d have to pay for it. And to top it off I thought I gave her $1 tip and screwed up and gave her a $12 tip. I can say for certain I will not be returning.

2021-04-05I may be biased because Chilis is my favorite restaurant, but this location did a great job. The wait was worth the cleanly atmosphere where everyone was separated by a booth. Excellent Covid-19 safety protocols here.

2020-09-09Good food and friendly waitress. Lots of variety to pick from.We stopped there this past Saturday and had a great meal and an appetizer. The margaritas are good too. The manager seated us and he was extremely nice and helpful. They were practicing social distancing which we were happy to see. I would definitely recommend this place and we will go back in the future. Good atmosphere, good food, good drinks, what else could you ask for

2021-03-22This was one of the worst diningexperiences Ive ever had. We were seated in a booth big enough for six people when there was only two of us. I thought this was odd until I realized that half the booth was ripped and taped. Then we were only given one menu to share. The booth was filthy, as was the table. We ordered the spinach queso which was a massive blob of cheese that was impossible to eat. Then received our burgers which were literally dripping with grease and completely flavorless. The wait staff was all slovenly dressed and in general appearance. Our waitress barely attended to us at all. The food was gross. The atmosphere was horrible. And the place was filthy. I will not be returning
