Terrible food and service! I ordered shrimp fajitas to go. Well, I didnt receive any fajitas! I received minimal rice and beans. And a lot of undercooked shrimp. Needless to say, I didnt eat this horrible meal! I will never return to this establishment!!
On June 12, 2022 around 3:30-4:15 pm I was dinning with my 3 children and Husband . I got treated very poorly by a chilis manager of the name (Jessica Ropati). She was very unprofessional and disrespectful towards me raising her voice and causing a scene in a very full restaurant all because I took a sip of my husband’s margarita. I myself didn’t have my ID on me at the time so I couldn’t provide my age to her at the moment so I sat there quite and shaken up because I couldn’t believe what was happening! Mind you im 30 years old, so I was feeling very confused and shocked as to how she was handling the situation there was NO need for her to yank the margarita out of the table nearly spilling it yelling it’s against the law for me to have a drink out of it! I felt like she could have handled the situation very differently in a more calm and leading way considering she’s a manager. Jessica Ropati made me and my kids feel VERY uncomfortable they have NEVER witnesses such aggressiveness directed towards themselves or their mother after that they expressed they wanted to leave the establishment and so we did.
They shoved all the customers in one room. Leaving the other room empty. The server brought out the dinner before we finished our apps. The table was so full of stuff that the ranch dressing was pushed off the table and spilled all over me. Then I took a bite out of my bacon burger to find out it had no bacon. I asked for bacon and he brought me a piece of cold bacon. This visit was not up to the Chilis standards. I expect more from them.
Amazing staff!!!! Th server was great, always alert making sure the refills were filled and brought the food out just in time. Everything was delicious, the white queso dio should definitely be filled up to the top or maybe get a smaller bowl to make it seem like it’ll last forever. It too good of a dip to make it last forever. The chicken was delicious, fully cooked, grilled topped with bbq sauce melted cheddar cheese, with bacon. The ribs are to die for, the meat just comes right off the bone and it’s great! No fat just pure hearty meat hahaha. The tenders are delicious, good amount of chicken unlike others they batter the chicken so much it vanishes. The fries are seasoned perfectly and the home made ranch! Man that ranch tops everything off!!!! Awesome food, great laughs, good times.
Chilis is my favorite national chain restaurant. The food is great. The deals, especially the two can dine for $25 deal, is the best around. We always get found meals out of it. Plus, if you sign up for their rewards, you can get free chips and salsa every time you visit.
Very friendly and accommodating staff. I ordered a chicken dish and the texture was disgusting. I asked if I could change it to something else and there was no issue. Food was great but avoid anything chicken.
Waitress was awesome. food was good. the loaded baked potato soup was not as good as previously. Cajun chicken pasta was very good
I just want to say everything was absolutely fantastic and the best Chilis I ever been too. The food and the service was excellent. My girlfriend and I where actually shook at how good everything was.
Ribs were fall off the bone delicious. I ordered a half rack but it looked more like a 1/4. So good food. Minimal proportions. Service was good.

This place was really nice, the food was there fairly quickly and the service was really good despite the lack of people. The only odd thing is that there were no napkins around but the food was great.
Dinner rush and the food and drinks were great...our server Ryan was great while handling 4 to 5 tables during the rush...Highly recommended

I love Chilis, but today I stopped by just for some chips and salsa for takeout, and when I got home, I had this huge bag of chips and a tiny cup of they delicious salsa and the tiny cup was only 3/4 full. How are you supposed to eat a whole bag of their chips with a tiny tiny cup of salsa not even full?? Very disappointing.
Typical eatery. Decent food, reasonable prices. Good for lunch.
This was my second trip, and the best. Took mom out for Mothers Day, the food was great, server was great, and it was very affordable.
Food and service were both excellent. Our waitress came by often to check on us. We did need to send one of our steaks back due to it being way overcooked. But the waitress and the kitchen both handled it quickly and an entire new entree was out in just a few minutes. Thank you!!
We have always had good service here in the past, but they have a new system and new servers and need to work the bugs out of the system.
Went for a quiet date night with my wife (it had been a while). We were seated quickly and the waitress was very attentive.
Mediocre as it gets. Like for $20 Ive gotten twice the ribs at other places. And the corn was just kinda meh. Fries were luke warm. The salsa with my chips was like watered down. About done with the franchise. Its gone downhill in recent years in a big way. And this one is no different.

Service was great, very attentive and helpful. I had the wings and I wont get them again. I got buffalo and teriyaki. They both had so much smoke flavor it was hard to taste anything else. So if u like smoked wings these r for u! Give em a try. If u looking for regular fried wings keep looking (and tell me if u find a good place)
The food is great the service is awesome, but the COVID issues just get annoying... Im not young enough to get my menu from the code, make the payment box work EASILY, and definitely have no patience for the survey at the end. It truly should be 5 stars but the coldness that stems from our pandemic guidelines is just a lot to manage and I wish it were managed better. No ones fault and no suggestions to fix it, but the cafeteria feeling wasnt very inviting.
Came here for my birthday dinner after having a bad experience at another restaurant (P.F. CHANGS) the wait time wasn’t bad for it being a weekend and once seated are server was very quick and polite with getting us drinks and a appetizer to start. After we ordered food was with us very quickly and was very well made the server made sure everything tasted ok and always checked up on us if we needed refills when I tell you she was super nice and the food was great I mean it and are dessert was amazing to (the cookie with ice cream) best of all, all this for only $25! 10/10 would recommend this location
My wife ordered dinner while i was still at work.. But to my surprise the cows still mooing.. Medium rare means slightly pink not just brought in from the slaughter house pink...
Service was really nice, food was so good I ate so much of their chips and queso that I was full before they even brought out my food. Our waitress checked in regularly and even joked around with us. Definitely come shop here, its amazing.
SLOW SERVICE…AVOID!! Was told 25 minutes after ordering online and it’s been an hour and still waiting. Won’t visit again! Lots of other places that don’t make you wait over an hour for a to-go order.
The service is seriously hurting. Having to look at the menu on my phone was horrible. Watching several employees hanging out at the front desk spoke of total lack of management. I would have given 5 stars for the kitchen. The food was really very good.

The restaurant was clean, we were waited on within 5 to 10 minutes. Seemed awful warm inside the building. I ordered a 10 oz. Sirloin but it didnt look near that size, I was a bit disappointed. The food quality was good. The waiter did not return to fill my water glass until we were ready to leave, perhaps he was busy? We eat Chilis frequently for lunch traveling from state to state for work. Always consistent, quick, friendly and accommodating. Their 3 for $10 lunch specials are a great value as well as delicious and filling
I got the shrimp tacos. They were awesome. I also got a beer and few margaritas that were good. Food and drinks were good, but my favorite thing was the service. The waitress went above and beyond for our table and I was super satisfied. I cant speak for all the servers, but ours was fantastic.

I actually really like this place. I was pleased to see the covid-19 procedures they are taking and food was great as usual ; ). Only thing I didnt like was their menu situation. They give you a laminated card with a scan code on it in order to bring up their menu on your phone, now I totally appreciate the covid aware type thinking but... I had to sit there and download a scanner app first, because I didnt have one. Scan it, it wouldnt load the page , then my husbands wouldnt work because he had bad cell service and my daughters phone was dead. After almost 20 minutes and a whole soda later I finally got it to work but had to download the whole menu in order to get it. Which since I had tried so many times it actually downloaded 5 separate menus. Smh. Love the place and food. Just wish there were paper menus that could be recycled or something. The whole process was frustrating especially after waiting 20 minutes to get a table. Just make sure your phone is working properly.
Our server was extremely friendly and attentive to food allergies. She went out of her way to make sure everything was prepared properly. We stayed a good while and she was fine with that. Food was delicious.
As far as Chilis go this location has always been spot on with service and such.
Went here for my friends 21st birthday. Great food and we had a wonderful time! The waitress who served us was super nice and everything was perfect. Even though it was crowded (it was Saturday evening), I didnt mind waiting since I understood how busy it was and we were in a bigger group. Id come here again! Overall, I had a pleasant experience!
Food was disgusting! Breading wouldnt even stay on the dry disgusting Buffalo bites. Fries were burnt and tasteless. I always want to to give them another shot because of their only good food, the salsa and every time Im disappointed
Have eaten here many many times - dine in is excellent - never a bad experience...great servers, great food.Carry out - only did it 2 or 3 times tops in all the years theyve been at this location - twice they forgot an item so I had to run back. very frustrating and the only reason for only 3 stars. Just not dependable on carry out...Dine in is the way to go here.

I dont like to give bad reviews, but for the second time I have visit this chilis the food I order was cold. First time I blame it on the rush even tho the restaurant was not that packed but this last time the restaurant wast almost empty and me and my family got cold food again... Not going back to this one again....
Food is consistently tasty, well presented, and enough to fill you. Service was also very good. Went on Thursday night, and there was very little wait to be seated. Dinner for 2 for $25 is an awesome deal. Wife and I shared chips/salsa (best around). She had chicken crispers, I had chicken fajitas, and 4 of us shared the hot cookie skillet/ice cream for dessert.
I ordered a Margarita Grilled Chicken, this meat was tough, it looked like plastic meat, I also ordered a classic sirloin, the flavor is not the best, I asked for it with shrimp and they did not place it in my order, for the price they have, very expensive , the food is very little, I also ordered a margarita, the presentation is not the best, compared to the photo on the menu it did not even have sugar or salt on the edge, I do not return to this place nor do I recommend it to anyone, in Texas roadhouse and Longhorn they serve triple, it tastes better and at the same price
Havent eaten there for a couple of years. The food was great, we had a good sever. Everyone wore masks, the seating was spaced and they were cleaning well after each table left. Give them a visit.
Delicious food, wonderful service. Great portions. My kids, husband and I loved our visit.Upon second visit with my husband, there was a short line but we didnt wait long and once seated our food came quick and was delicious Thank you to the great staff.
Went to Chilis to meet up with a coworker on a Friday evening. I initially told the waitress I would wait to order then changed my mind and decided to order a drink. The waitress was attentive and responded promptly when I motioned for her assistance. Shortly thereafter my coworker arrived and I went out to greet her. We then took our seats and were promptly waited on to take our orders. The drinks were great, the food was great and the service was professional and welcoming.
Chilis is a consistently good chain restaurant and this location is no exception. The staff is nice and the restaurant is clean, even including the touch screens at the tables which is amazing. Most of the time they are gross, so nice job. Thanks for an enjoyable meal.
Update: Last few visits here have been something of a disappointment. Ordered chicken & steak fajitas one night, and the sizzling plate came out and looked like it was a half order or something. What was there was fine, but it did not look anything like the fajitas picture in the menu, or like the platters Ive gotten here before. Based upon the last couple of visits, well probably stop visiting this location, and look for other Mexican places around the area. There are several.Original review: Been visiting this Chilis for the past few years now, and its been very consistent for us. The food has always been good, and the service has usually been great. The few times that weve experienced an issue, the server was quick to get a manager involved, who took care of us. I completely understand that stuff happens, but when it does, I really appreciate when a restaurant takes care of the customer and does something special for them. For instance, one time, our order must have gotten lost or mixed up with another table in the kitchen, so after waiting for 15-20 minutes, our server came to us to apologize, and brought the manager with, and he offered to buy us a couple of appetizers. Took the edge off the hunger pains for us, and made us feel like valued customers to him. Because of that, we keep going back.
Very great food. Service was fast and awesome. Great waitress.Just went today. 4/3/21. Not a good experience. I understand there was going to be a waitm 45 mins or less is what we were told. Gave our phone number and was told to wait outside will recieve a text when a seat is available. Sat out in car. 45 mins roll around. Nothing. Go inside and the woman says my number must not have saved and can be put back into thr queue and it would be atleast another 30 min wait. Very disappointed nothing more wss tried to be done for us. Son really wanted chilis. Was disappointed when I had to tell him we couldnt eat there tonight.

It seems odd to be so happy about a place like Chilis but this one was simply awesome. I dont know if it just was the time that we went, but every staff member was super attentive (without being annoying) and friendly. Our waitress was on top of everything. The food was fantastic! I didnt know Chilis had such good food, I always thought it was just a crummy chain, but theyve done an excellent job! The restaurant is very clean and updated and the food was new and refreshing. The prime rib tacos are divine. Weird, I didnt expect this from Chilis but its wonderful!
Me and my wife got really BAD food poisoning. I took her out for mother’s day. She ordered the 2 item mixed fajita and I got a steak. It was really busy which we understood perfectly. Even with the wait, we still decided to eat here. My poor wife spent her mother’s day evening feeling very sick, and still today, we are feeling awful. It is really really concerning because food poisoning is caused by many reasons. Poor hygiene, not handling food correctly etc. Whatever reason it may be, something has to be done. Never in my life have I felt so sick. I’ve traveled outside the US and had street food and never got sick. My wife had to go to the emergency room and get 3 IV’s including a dextrose.

A Wednesday evening around 5:45 we arrived and were seated at a table with no over head light and 20 minutes later we were moved to another table. Had to ask someone who might have been the manager 30 minutes after placing our order if our food was ready because the waitress Laney never came back to let us know what the status of our order was. Very disappointing experience. I know lots of places are short staffed but a little communication would have gone a loooonnnnng way towards making our dining experience more palatable. Maybe Lacey is new and needs more training.
I placed an order online for curbside pickup today. My time was 11:30 and I was there early. I have no issues with waiting. Two other cars is all that came and went wow I was waiting. Another car pulled up beside me as the girl from Chilis came out to bring my food. She came to my door and asked me if I was Robin I said yes she handed me a bag I pull away start to go out of the parking lot at the shopping mall and I look in the bag. I ordered a steak loaded fries and corn on the cob. In my bag is coleslaw and chicken fingers. I drive back into the parking lot go inside where I didnt want to go. Wait a few minutes for someone to come and explain to her this isnt my food. She said youre Robin I said Im Robin but this is not my food I ordered a steak not chicken fingers. Then she comes out and says oh Im sorry this is your food. They werent busy inside or outside. I have been nice with any restaurant dealing with this covid-19 but seriously this was just not right. My food wasnt even hot
I am really disappointed, was told my food would be ready at a certain time I show up on time to have to wait an hour. Finally just asked for my money back and to cancel order, really wished I was taken more serious as a customer and more valued.
Our waitress was Amber and she was very attentive and helpful. As usual, the food is delicious and hot. Those southwestern eggrolls are AWESOME!!!! We had the blackberry iced tea, mango iced tea, and mango margarita. The tea was perfect, not too sweet while the margarita was okay. We didnt have to wait long for our food and we got to actually sit down, relax, and take our time. Very friendly environment.
Their 3 for $10 deal is Great! I had a burger, fries, and a drink for $10. My wife had the buffalo chicken salad which was plenty if food. We go there about once a month and we really like their ribs.
We ordered via online ordering. The order was missing our fries. When I called to let them know the manager was very understanding that we did not want to drive back to get them and refunded my sons meal back to our card. I did not ask him to do that. He offered right out which says A LOT! Couldnt have asked for better customer service. As for the food, the burger was awesome. The shrimp tacos were great. The loaded mashed potatoes were like homemade. I was surprised that I liked them bc I usually do not like mashed potatoes unless they are my own or my moms,lol. The fried cheese curds were good but a little salty, and I like salt, but maybe need just a little less. The chicken strips were the only not so great part. They were a little chewy and hard. Dont know how else to describe them. I personally will be eating the shrimp tacos again!!

Don’t waste ur money here. I asked for a well done steak that steak was so pink it must of still been mooing and my wife ordered a rack of ribs and they came out so burnt it was just horrible don’t waste ur time and money here and the manager is so unprofessional nasty attitude.
Wasnt very happy about my food last night 12/31/20.. Ordered online service was good food was at best mediocre. I normally enjoy this restaurant not sure if it was a bad night it will be a while before I will visit again.. Worst ribs I ever ordered . overall disappointing dinner.
Theyve changed their menu and removed quite a few favorites and adjusted the recipes on many others, and reduced portion sizes. Waitress was attentive but inexperienced. 3 mixed drinks and one beer totaled nearly half the bill, which was over 100 bucks for 3 adults and one child. Thats a bit pricey for me given the quantity and quality of the food/drinks. Atmosphere is typical millenial, and for a sports bar they had few TVs and none of them were volume up. Had to ask for additional cheese, lettuce, sour cream for the fajitas since the portions were so small, this was approached like it was an unheard of request. Eventually received some in tiny cups used for takeout. Overall not impressed. I do like the chips and salsa, but i can always get takeout for those.
Our waitress, Amber was excellent. Very polite, kind and helpful. Quick and on top of things. She made our dining experience very pleasant. My wife and I suggest a raise. :-)
The food was good and our server was very nice; however I ordered a to go meal and one of the sides was not in the to go box. Also I was unaware that if you play a game its 1.99. When you choose a game it conveniently does not say there is a charge to play
Its Chilis. Waitressing was great, drinks were good. I got the little fried chicken chunks covered in buffalo and blue cheese and fries and it was okay. You could get the same thing at Wendys, for the most part, and it would be a lot cheaper with more food. Pretty much the only reason we keep going here is because they have vegetarian options.
I dont know what was more of a disappoint the quality of food, atmosphere, or the cleanliness. Our tables food was ready 5 minutes after we ordered, so its assumed it was precooked and sitting for a bit, or else microwaved. This was reiterated when the fries, broccoli and ribs were all cold. The barbeque sauce had been sitting so long it oxidized, making it basically taste like garbage. As we had finished eating our meal, the table behind us gagged on a literal hair cooked into the food. When brought to the attention of the staff the only response was that it is a frequent problem and they need better hair nets in the kitchen.... it was at this moment the to go boxes were unanimously left on the table by our entire party. Upon exiting the building we were hit by a wall of smoke of which came from what looked like the kitchen staff or at least the wait staff whom had aparently all decided to step outside and smoke in front of the entrance.The only reason this restaurant gets one star is because our waitress did everything possible to make us enjoy our dinner.Do not go here if you want to enjoy your meal.
We called Texas Roadhouse & they were on an hour & a half wait so we decided to just come here since there was only a 15-30 minute wait. Ended up still waiting an hour. We were greeted promptly. We got our waters, chips & salsa & waited another 15 minutes before I saw a manager to take our order. By this time I’m so hungry & irritatated. He comes over & takes our order. Our waitress comes over, out of breath, asking what’s going on. To me, it looked like they were maybe running a two table section, you aren’t that busy to forget about us. So my fiancé ordered a medium rare sirloin & I got the Cajun chicken pasta. About 20 minutes later we get our food. His steak looks like a McDonald’s burger, burnt to a crisp & my chicken was cold. She tells us she’s getting a manager because we just haven’t had a good time. They remade our food & it was mediocre at best. The sirloin tastes like ground beef & my chicken was rubbery. He ends up taking $10 off of our bill which was insulting. I guess because I am a server myself I have higher expectations with service & food. But even as a regular guest, it would have been unacceptable. We should have just waited the hour & a half for Texas Roadhouse.
Very consistent and good food. Huge fan of their southwest eggrolls. The food is affordable and the drinks are priced fairly too, considering the prices of other establishments. Great place for lunch or dinner any time.

My waitress Jackie K who served my friend and I, was on point. With everything from start to finish. She was freaking amazing and super plesent. I was overly pleased with her people skills. I have zero complaints. I did catch a co worker dancing in the back that was intriguing she had some really good moves. Lol

I love the resturant! Staff are all super nice and food is almost always delicious! One area where they can improve is food accuracy. Every now and then cooks will make minor mistakes in the order. Other than that would recommend!

The service has really gone down here. Our Blossom Petals came out about 5 minutes before our drinks. She forgot a drink. The fried pickles were soggy. My wings werent sauced. Weve had bad service the last 3 or four times weve gone here. Thinking well be going to another restaurant from now on. Sad because we love Chilis.

Food was okay but a bit over done. What ruined my experience was the service. waitress, Amity, messed up our order and then proceeded to only fix it partially and charged us over $10 extra and then asked about a tip after giving us an attitude about our question on the bill and claimed she didnt know that we ordered the meal deal when i pointed exactly on the menu what i wanted. i guess she didnt bother to pay attention.im sorry, but poor service and bad attitude does not give you a good tip. Horrible experience and will not come here again
I made an attempt to order online however the order kept saying error. I called for check if my order had gone through because my error online didnt occur until after I had paid. A flustered woman got on the phone n said sorry we dont have a line open for you to place an order call back later we are busy. Ummmmmmmmmm according to the governor your restuarant is operating on 25% capacity. Before covid there was a curbside line to take orders or at least check if an online order went through. This is the time businesses should be impressive and want to keep any and every customer they can get.
Overall it was pretty good. The waitress was very nice and the food was good. The only thing I had a problem with was the steak was very undercooked, but Ill heat it up for lunch tomorrow. I was getting full anyways.
It took forever for our server. They were in partners, only one stopped to finally get our order. I ordered a Long Island Iced Tea. My drink came with a BEATLE in it! They made me another. I had to get straws because they didnt bring us utensils. I was shocked our order came out correctly. I really enjoy my local Chilis. This one wont be getting my money again. After our plates were removed I found another beatle on the table. Not sanitary at all!!
Got three tacos and salsa and chips. Tacos came out cold they had to reheat. But besides that it was good. Busy place we got in there around 5 pm. Waitress was great.
The last couple times that we have gone to Chilis, have left a overall meh impression on us the food was good and the servers were nice, however, I got the brisket and ribs with honey Chipotle BBQ sauce and I dont know if they were just running low on the barbecue sauce but it was definitely not what I was looking for. There was definitely not enough sauce on either the ribs or the brisket. The brisket was way overly salty and ultra Fadi it was like I ordered fat cap flavored meat. Both my wife and I have decided that Chilis is no longer on our list of restaurants we want to go to first any longer. There is only so many times that you can get meh food can a row. The restaurant however was sparkling clean. And everybody was ultra friendly. Our favorite part of the meal was actually the chips and that is not okay with either one of us. Are margaritas werent bad as well.
I am a truck driver and my distribution center is right around the corner from the Applebee’s that I attend once a week while I’m on my 34 hour break. I drove bye this Applebee’s in York Pennsylvania and I saw that they were people waiting in their cars and they were people waiting outside so I called ahead right away to reserve a seat for myself because I understand that you’re doing social distancing. When I called and I spoke to who I believe was the hostess at the time they said there was no way and that I would be seated right away when I came in. After I drop my trailer parked my truck all within 10 Minutes I walked over to the Applebee’s and they were the same people waiting and I walked in and they said they couldn’t see me 30 minutes to 45 minutes. Called to place an order at 8:34pm and they said they dont take orders after 8:30. Youd think with all thats going on right now theyd appreciate some biusness but I guess not. I forgot only family owned restaurants care not chains!

Went to Chilis to help out local restaurant during this yellow phase in PAWe ordered our food, showed up during the expected time frameWas greeted by a young lady she brought out our food when we checked the order we asked for napkins straws and utensils she went back in to the restaurant and brought us three straws and was rude to us for asking for what should come with the meal since we are eating out.So in the future when picking a place to eat in East YorkI suggest Chick-fil-A Longhorn Royal Farms but not this Chilis all because of one rude personSadly the receipt shows add meal kits to the order
The servers and staff are always kind and forgiving and they just seem happy. The food is delicious and priced reasonably. Just a nice restaurant that I love coming to!

Wont be goin back . . me n my bf went out to Chilis with some friends the waitress was so disrespectful and I sensed a hint of racism only because the couple that we were with they were White she took their order for their drinks didnt take our order left came back left again and didnt ask us if wanted drinks and then mind you me and my friend ordered the same thing when the food came out it wasnt the same thing she had shrimps inside of hers they put my shrimps on the side in a bowl which I didnt understand or like. My salad had brown lettuce. . And when it was time to leave she proceeded to ask my friends for their check but didnt take my money that I had out first so I left all that s*** on the f****** table with no tip will not come back to this establishment ever
Our experience was a pretty good one!! The staff were friendly and efficient! I got a salad and it was delicious!! Some of the food that my friend got was over fried and oily, but otherwise it was a good meal!
There is something wrong about this place. They treat their employees terrible. They make them work 13 hour shifts with no notice. And do back to back to back 13 hour shifts.. INS may want visit. All kitchen employees are minorities. I will never go here to eat. Food service workers work hard enough without employers taking advantage of them.
The place was packed, we went on a friday evening, but the food was pretty good. Everyone at our table got either the chicken fajitas or the tacos n we all liked our food. Its so dark in there though. We could barely read our menus!
Hi, my chili was not as expected. It seems that every time I get chili from Texas roadhouse it is better than chilis. I ordered two bowls of chili with my burgers and I was only given two cups. At Texas roadhouse when I order they give me two small cups that equal one bowl. Not one small cup at chilis. Please fix this and make your chili better, I am highly disappointed. You would think with a name of chilis their chili would be awesome but its not.
Love the place. Staff super friendly. Food amazing. It didnt take long to get our food o n.v the table. Prices moderate. Environment cozy. Restaurant has a lot of TVs to watch any sport at the time. Highly recommended.
Always good service and great deals relaxing environment. Best bang for your buck in York. This place still goes by the customer is always right and if you have any issues a manager will make it right within minutes. A repeat pleasant experience for my family every time we come.

I stopped in to pick-up lunch I had ordered and paid for online only to find out I mistakenly placed my To-Go order for the Manheim Pike location. I figured I’d just call Manheim to see if a refund were possible or just head over there for the food. My kid needed a nap, so I needed to get home. Seth, the manager over here in York, came outside while I was on the phone with Manheim and said it’s happened before and he’d just go complete the order at no charge (as Manheim had in the past for York apparently) and that was that. Saved me a drive and a headache I deserved for making such a dumb error. Thanks, Seth from YTC Chili’s!

Hadnt been to Chilis for several years. And as I suspected, that lull in my visits has been justified. Average bar fare, nothing special !! Probably will be several years before I return. The staff was more than pleasant...to bad that could not make up for the same old thing.

Met with out of town family over the Christmas season as we have routinely done the past several years. They kindly tolerate our sometimes loud chatter & fussing toddlers which must be why we continue to return. Its certainly not the over priced, low quality food and drink.York has too many other options for quality dining.
Stake was very dry and shrimps on top didnt have any sauce or gravy. Specifically told them I want mexican rice and mashed potatoes. Ended up having a little bit of mexican rice (not even close to a full side) and brocolli instead of mashed potatoes! Thanks a lot guys! Spent 60 dollars and even gave 10 dollars in tips! Worst mistake I ever made.

2021-12-27Service was great. I loved that they didnt over seat people. Food was ok. Garlic toast was stale. French fries tasted like plastic. Everything else was good.Bathrooms were a hot mess and dirty. So dont use the restrooms here.

2022-04-05Had the best server in the world. This review is not about her at all.We had three plates given to us to split an appetizer. All plates were absolutely filthy with food from whoever had them last.I didn’t get a picture because I figured mistakes happen, we didn’t eat off of them because we noticed right away. Wasn’t a big deal.Then I looked in my beer and saw a seed at the bottom of my drink. Absolutely disgusting.There were a total of probably 12 dishes and glasses throughout the dinner. If 4 of these dishes were filthy and not even close to clean, it makes you wonder about the food.PS - do yourself a favor and peak around the corner into the kitchen. Might give you an idea of the cleanliness of the kitchen.Again - service was actually excellent. The server was super nice and funny.Very disappointed. Expectations weren’t that high to begin with, but this was just gross.Couldn’t finish my food or drink. 2 hours later and I still feel sick.

2022-02-23On Tuesdays, Im a bit of a regular.Last night, I met some friends.After arriving, I was informed their server had pretty much forgotten them and it was taking a long time to respond.We later found out that our server had left due to a family emergency.Our newly assigned server, Kat, handled our table with the greatest professionalism despite this setback. She worked closely with the Shift Manager Shauna to ensure our stay met both our standards and Chilis standards.We had a very good conversation with Shauna, who was very friendly and hospitable. We also appreciated the effort she put into making sure things went smoothly.From being a total disaster to a success, these two individuals saved our dinner experience.SN Andrew Berry USN

2022-04-26One of my favorite places. This last visit I was with my sister we both ordered the chicken fajitas. We both got very sick at about the same time. On a previous visit the server charged me for each meal after I specifically asked for the 2 for 25.00. My husband paid the bill. When we left he questioned our almost 50.00 bill. We did not have alcohol just sodas. We had waited so long to pay he didnt even want me to go back in and address it.I wont go to the one on the west end. Like everywhere things are just mediocre. Because this is one of my favorite places I will try one more time.....I hope not to be disappointed again.

2022-06-22Table was dirty, took forever for someone to come to the table, they could only give us one menu and told us to use an online one for the other person. They put avocado on my food even after requesting none. Food was overpriced. Southwest egg rolls were good though.

2022-03-28Please do not eat here.I ve been going here for 6 yrs and have had a few bumps in the road but they always fixed it .tonite was the finale straw service was the worst we ordered two 3 for ten dollar meals we were charged 10 for one and full price for the other .the potato soup was ice cold we had to send it back. Then the Cajun chicken pasta looked like dog food. That was cold too the garlic toast was like cardboard and cold also the manager tAlked to me like dirt. My friend and I were both in the bathroom 10 minutes after eating the soup and believe me you don’t want to use the bathrooms. The poor man across from us was served his food without silverware and had to ask for it .the server got mad at us when we were the customer. I will never go back there I will be.calling the health dept and corporate. If you read the other reviews you ll see I’m not the only one that felt that way. Terrible to treat ppl that way
