I rarely feel the need to leave reviews but this evening I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant and likely will not be returning. Tonight I ordered dinner for my family and upon arriving, saw that my order was nowhere to be found. I spoke to the woman at the pickup counter and she told me that the order never came through and because they were so backed up, I’d have to wait in a very long line to order at the counter. After telling her that there was a reason we set a specific time and we couldn’t stay, she offered to make it for me as long as I could show her a receipt. I did but she didn’t mark which one was which so I picked up a marker to try and do it myself and was yelled at by the employee and ordered not to use their marker. Obviously I was very put off by this but decided to let it go. That is until we got home. The ENTIRE order was wrong. Every single item was missing different things. Guac, RICE, fajita veggies, and more than 1 meat were missing in different amounts from the orders. I realize they were backed up but this level of error is horrendous and will cause me to not return to this location ever again. I strongly recommend any of their customers to go to a different location or eat elsewhere. I’m shocked that this place has gotten so bad.
I love Chipotle but the place looks like a garbage dump. Seriously there is trash all over the floor, the tables are always dirty, the napkins always empty, trash under the front counter, garbage cans overflowing and stale chips. I gave it two stars because I still like the food for the most part and it’s one of the only somewhat healthy non gmo places to eat around the Greensburg area.
Buyer beware!!!! This place is terrible. They have screwed up my online order 3 times IN A ROW!!! This last time, when I opened up my bag at home, it was a Doordash order! Ugh. They don’t check and it is very very frustrating. I will go to the Murrysville store which is much much further away from me just to avoid this Greensburg location. Hopefully the new location near Westmoreland Mall will be better than this one.
Terrible , front line worker so slow and only one worker on the line . Other 4 employees standing behind cashier doing nothing and can clearly see 20 people standing in line and no one came to help the lady on the line . Dirty dish pans stacked up behind her on the meat cutting table . A male employee I seen cutting tips of his rubber gloves off on the cutting board . A container of corn was almost empty the lady put the rest of that into a fresh container witch changes the use by date / cross contamination. And there was absolutely no heat in the building it was so cold and uncomfortable trying to eat and music was so loud you couldn’t even have a conversation . The steak I got was nothing but grisly every bite I took of that meat I had to spit into a napkin. So disappointed will not go back .
Dont order online through the app unless you like waiting an average of 15-20 minutes past your pickup time. The workers move as slow as humanly possible, and get an attitude like youre personally offending them by asking what the status of your order is. Pick up times are just a suggestion at this establishment! Finally after standing by the pick up rack for 10 minutes, an employee asks what im doing and if I had an online order. I showed my email and app confirmation, and she unapologetically said oh haha there was a glitch in our system, youll have to get in line and refused to issue a refund in site when I asked. I left there irate that the only solution was for them to make my food A HALF HOUR AFTER MY PICKUP TIME and to have to call corporate in the morning about my refund since opening a cash drawer and voiding an order is beyond their comprehension. Ignorant, incompetent, and slow must be the Chipotle Way!
The credit card machines were down. It took,no joke 30 minutes standing in line. When we got there we were 3rd in line. The woman making the food would disappear for 5 minutes at a time. My husband and I had our food made and it sat there for 20 minutes on the counter for us to stare at before they could even check us out. They added up our total with their cell phones. No receipt and no discount or anything. We paid for cold food and sat outside grumbling with other customers who experienced the same. I tried to go on the app to report my experience and the bot couldnt understand it. No person there either. Right now I know places are understaffed but we werent told about the hold up and no apology was even offered and I didnt want to cause any scene or anything. Worst experience Ive ever had at a restaurant.
The person on line was absolutely horrible. I was unable to understand her because she was so quite, she didnt seem to care about what she was doing, and couldnt wrap a burrito to save her life. The only reason Im giving 2 stars is the cashier who was incredibly pleasant and happy to help.
I love chipotle but the service here always seems to be a mess. Always busy and workers can’t control it. So busy that one time we had to cancel our order because we waited for over a hour to get it. Employees seem to be stressed/overwhelmed. Staff at least tries to accommodate. Food is good but the atmosphere/service need some work.
They only let you order digitally. I didn’t have great service and they don’t offer WiFi to download the app. The lady told me the food would be at least 25 minutes after ordering. After waiting almost 10 minutes for the app to download we left and went somewhere else.
I’m not really sure why I’m putting a review at all since I can see by the other reviews they don’t respond they don’t really care what you have to say about your experience! I’m a VERY GOOD CUSTOMER HERE! My son and I came here today and spent $26 the guy behind the counter was afraid to put anything in our bowls. We got Home to eat and I paid $26 for rice guacamole and sour cream my entire bowl was filled with it wasn’t even filled to the top six pieces of meat won’t be back.
This store agreed to be part of a charity Dine to Donate event for us, which was greatly appreciated. Then we had approximately 25 orders submitted for a single pickup time, and everything was ready, labeled, and perfectly delivered, right on time. Tremendous service! The food is always fresh and tasty, and pandemic sanitation practices are followed as needed.
Over all this place went downhill, last 3-4 times that I went it takes about 25-30 minutes just for me to get to the front of the line with only like 5 customers in front of me. The tables are always dirty even when you come in right at opening time so it makes you wonder if they even clean anything there.The food also went downhill the steak is always over cooked and really dry. Next the portions went down as well, I dont tend to ever finish my food but now its crazy how little of everything they are giving.There is a new cashier and I asked her to use my reward and she told me Im new I dont know how to do that hold on she left and came back and never used my reward. So what is the point of the reward system if your cashiers dont know how to use them?Anyways this place went down hill really excited for the new one to open up soon.
Placed an online order and there were 15 people waiting outside. After waiting 5minutes not seeing an employee one of the customers said they been waiting for 40minutes for their order. I left and disputed the charge on my cc and the charge was removed.Not sure why this place went downhill so fast. I was able to go into the restaurant in May and July to pick up an online order. Customers were allowed to go in and order. Covid was around then so not sure what the excuse is now for this horrible setup they have.
They got a large group of 17 of us through the line very quickly, but definitely rushed me when I was ordering more than necessary. A couple of times they asked me something so fast I couldnt understand them, or they tried to ask what I wanted next before the line had even moved forward. I appreciate the efficiency, but not if it costs them the ability to serve each person individually. Overall a good experience, the food was good, and I would recommend.
The young guy on the line had stuff slopped every! Then he barely puts any barbacoa in the bowl. I shouldve turned around & left! He didnt even layer the ingredients in the bowl. He just slapped it all together. I just about lost my appetite looking at how sloppy the whole area was. I shouldve just gone to a Mexican restaurant.
Chipotle is delicious... more food then I could imagine eating in one meal. The food was made quickly, and the staff was very considerate.The group behind us was not considerate of social distancing, but that was a reflection of those people, and not on the establishment.
We always have a good experience at this Chipotle. It can get busy at times, but dont let that deter you from going in. The employees here move quickly and keep the line moving. Even the longer lines here clear out fast. The food quality is always good and theyre accurate with your order.One word of advice for those new to Chipotle: they expect you to know what you want. Either look at the menu ahead of time or be prepared to ask questions. People will be happy to help you navigate the menu, but only if you ask.
Love the food and social responsibility of the company. This location is always really busy and seem understaffed. Garbage cans were overflowing and tables werent cleaned. We cleaned our own table and again when we were done for the next guests. Staff are really friendly and know about gluten free
Never ever gets the order right. I had missing items in my bag, and my bfs bowl had steak instead of chicken and white rice instead of brown. This is the third time they’ve done this. Don’t eat here. There’s not even an equal amount of things in the bowls all of my food was sour cream, barely any rice and any chicken. $9 for a literal bowl of sour cream. I will never recommend.
I love Chipotle, but this location is just terrible. Roughly 50% of my orders are messed up in some way when I order online. Last time I ordered chips and salsa and I didnt get any chips - and my wifes bowl did not have any sour cream/salsa as requested. Mistakes happen and I get that, but Chipotle wont even return my call to fix the error let alone apologize.
Ordered food to be ready at 8:45 pm and it wasnt done until 9:25 pm. Got home to eat and my chicken bowl was mainly sour cream there was no chicken and bare minimum toppings. My boyfriend got a Steak bowl and he had maybe 5 pieces of steak in his bowl which was mainly lettuce. Very poor service and not worth the $16. Never going again was a waste of money! If you want chipotle I wouldnt go to this one! I am honestly ashamed in the poor quality of my food & service.
Repetitive rude service when ordering there, repeatedly messes up online orders, and puts orders on wrong shelves with wrong last name letters. So youre standing there, waiting for your food, assuming it would be put on the right shelf and you dont want to touch other bags because, you know, were in the middle of a global pandemic. Maybe get an actual adult to manage the place and they wont screw up as bad. Excited for the new chipotle at the mall to open because this one has horrible service and workers.
Usually I am very satisfied with Chipotle. This was an online take out order. I had to wait past the time. It seems that even when extra meat is ordered it is either not given or is not much extra. The staff at this particular location seems to be in a state of flux.The actual location is not good if you have special needs children that are sensitive to sound.
Ive visited this restaurant countless times to dine in and take out and have never had a bad experience. The food is always fresh and the staff are always casual and kind. The Its not real Mexican food argument people make against Chipotle is ridiculous... Its not supposed to be. Definitely my favorite place to pick up some well priced made to order food.
Went several times to learn that they are only accepting online orders. Placed my order. Took 20 minutes longer than pick up time and there was no extra steak, as ordered and charged for. Will not place an online order again and since u cant go in, I guess Im done eating here. Shame they cannot update their websites instead dont care to inconvenience their customers.
The Greensburg location was filthy when we went there this evening 8/29/2020. The counters they were preparing the food were gross and the gentleman preparing the food was touching everything he put in the burrito with his hands and then touching other things. Just completely grossed me out.
I would recommend avoiding this place and going to another Chipotle restaurant. Online orders are never ready on time and often I have had to wait 30 to 45 minutes for my order. Many times once I get my order I find out that is incorrect I am sure the staff are trying their best, but it seems that the way this place has been managed recently has been going down hill.
Chipotle flavor used to be amazing and my wife and I had to have it once a week. Unfortunately they must have changed a recipe or supplier, its just not as tasty, and the meat can be fatty/chewy more than it used to be. The chips are still insanely good, the entrees just leave something to be desired now.
Place was absolutely disgusting, floors were filthy trash cans were overflowing soda dispenser had wrong mix ice machine wasnt working and grossly overcrowded. Too many employees standing around when they couldve been cleaning the tables take trash out clean the floor. Anyone who gives this particular restaurant positive review either works there or knows someone who works there. Will Not be going back.
The food is okay not my cup of tea but not why Im giving it a 3. The line was slow and every time I have gone it was slow. The workers behind the counter were not helpful in understanding all my options for the meals they offer. Which I do state could be just they are swapped or new. But havent been there yet where they werent slow and packed. Thats all I have to say on them but over all nice idea cool themed restaurant.
Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants so I may be a little biased. The quality here is uniform from my experience as a usual customer for a few years. The staff is also usually friendly regardless of whos working. The food is very fresh as is expected from Chipotle. The wait time can get long at times but as local Chic-Fil-A fans know, the wait is worth the food. Everything is always delicious here, its hard to tell that this would be classified as fast food just judging on quality. By far, this is one of my favorite local places to eat.
I come here all the time, I’ve placed online orders and went through the line. I placed an online order and it said it would be ready for 2:30pm. I had the order confirmation on the app like always to show the employees that I did indeed have an order. They said they didn’t receive it. They said I have to show an email confirmation order which I have never received when placing an order before. Maybe it’s because I placed an order through the app, but I always do it that way? This isn’t the first time it happened and I noticed the first time and this time there were a lot of online orders going through. The first time they gave me my order but I had to wait for it. I still get charged, so I will be calling the manager of the store.
The service is fantastic here! The workers are quick to make your order but may occasionally forget to do something small. The food tastes good and a lot healthier than other fast food restaurants. The price is slightly higher than other places, however, its worth it!
Amazing service tonight - my first time there, and as soon as I told the server Im celiac, he changed his gloves and asked what I was going to have so he could change the serving spoons and get fresh cold ingredients! They were very busy, so i was happily surprised they were so willing to accommodate me. Very friendly staff as well.
Had an order for pick up they didnt have ready ,waited 20 mins for them to tell me they didnt have my order. then when the service I work for called to place the order again they didnt bother to answer the phone and my order was canceled. So I lost a 22 dollar order because they couldnt do there jobs and I will not take anymore of this stores orders
Horrible portions for the price. They only gave me half scoops of chicken and rice and by the end when it was made I basically paid 10 bucks for a taco sized burrito. I was also the only one in there and they rushed me out so fast that the person didn’t even listen to me saying I wanted my queso on the side (so they had to make a new one) and they didn’t even ask me if I wanted cheese or lettuce. Bad service.
I love it here and if the review was based on service it would be a 0/5. We came in not even an hour before close and got two burritos. They were very rude. Rushed us out and assumed we were getting it to go. To add the burritos were not even wrapped. This was by far the worst experience I have had.
Food dry also went on Job interview store mgr was happy with my interview and never heard back they are in need of help but l havent heard from them its called discrimination because of my age l have several interviews and had a manager tell me that probably not get the job because they were looking for someone younger wow so I look at it dont hire someone with experience they were looking for someone younger what the hell!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This location is not always the best. They employ a lot of teenagers who are not trained well. At 2 on a Saturday afternoon there were only teenagers on the line with a line if customers out the door. There were multiple orders before me there wrong and I paid for my entire order but only got part of it. I also watched an employee throw a container of corn salsa, yell i cant take this today and walk away from the line to the back. That caused a lot of confusion and unhappy customers.
Food is always fresh and delicious. I have never had anything there I didnt like. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because every time I have ordered a bowl of some type I get guacamole on the side. My husband and I get an order of chips and guacamole. We get charged for the guac for the bowl AND the chips and guacamole, but we have NEVER gotten the guac!! We get home and there is only 1 order of guacamole, yet we paid for both. It just happened again today! So make sure all your items are in the bag!!
Perhaps the most over rated and over priced quick food restaurants in the history of restaurants. Giving one star is generous, and its given just for the local employment opportunity and tax revenue generation that is provided by its sheer existence and absurd popularity.
They are always rockstars with service. They were trying so hard to make sure they stayed in the occupancy guidelines by making people stay outside till the line cleared and I even witnessed an online order lady yelling at them that it was taking too long and they handled it like champs. Never any issues here.
Employees are rude morons who cant do their job. He was cleaning the countertop and didnt change gloves when starting to make food for people. Then he had the audacity to say he cant roll my burrito, and did a half assed job at it. Calling the health department tomorrow.
The door says they are open from 11am to 10pm daily. I arrived at 8:10pm and they were closed. In the time I checked the door and walked back to my car, 2 separate people attempted to walk into the store. Im sure they were just as disappointed as me. I got Sheetz instead and even got a loyalty discount there.
Spent $23 dollars there today and I frequent this location once a week and today I was treated very disrespectful by a young woman there. Left there very upset and disappointed.This particular employee should not be working there. I’m sure I’m not the only one that’s complained about this girl or the rest of the employees that work there.

2022-05-04We use to love this place. We ordered so many bowels. Last few months really went down hill. More like ordering rice, rice, rice hardly any of the other ingredients in the salad. Use to be able to get peppers and onions. Salad was warm and delicious. Now cold and skimpy. They look to me like they are afraid to put something on the rice. Not enough to fill you up anymore. Skimpy. Very disappointed... One star is for three rice.

2022-05-29When I arrived, the place was packed. The entire restaurant was spotless. My meal was prepared in no time flat.. Wait staff was courteous and professional, expedient and efficient. Compared to the restaurant in Pleasant Hills this particular restaurant is stellar, whereas the former is atrocious and should be closed down.

2022-05-01I never give bad reviews, but this location has a history of wrong orders and other mistakes. Chipotle is good, but never go to this one.Rude. No chips in order. Employees could not offer refund. They also could not seal up the food correctly and the order leaked all over the car.

2022-04-17Got home with my order and 1 of the burritos I ordered has none of the toppings I ordered and it did not have any queso or guacamole that I was charged extra for and when you try and call to speak to a manager the automated system wont let you and there is nothing they will do to make there mistake right oh and did I mention that the girl that make the order was clearly high as a kite on drugs. She kept forgetting what she was doing and dropping things and almost passed out 4 different times while she was making my order. I will never order from here again.

2022-05-03We quit going here for a long time because out of nowhere the food became too hot. The same things we’d been ordering were all of a sudden laced with chopped up jalapeño peppers. We decided to try it again and every time we’ve gone in they are out of green peppers and onions, sometimes chicken, and tonight they were out of the queso dip and peppers and onions. You make burritos… You can’t be out of peppers and onions 5 visits in a row. Way too pricey to walk away with half of what you ordered.

2022-05-26I’ve eaten at many Chipotle’s in many States and this is the first time I was disgusted. Was a delivery and the burrito was as flat as a pancake, they didn’t put anything in it as requested plus the wrong kind of meat. Paid for double wrap because usually it needs it. Not this one, paid for double wrap and got a single which was old and stale. Tortilla’s we’re also old and stale. Shame shame on you for selling dried out stale food. Never ever again. Omg you should be ashamed truly. In the garbage it all went.

2022-06-30Worst tacos Ive ever had at a chipotle, The smallest amount of meat Ive ever seen, it was so dry an over cooked. I ordered 3 of them they were so smashed an rolled into a ball I didnt even know where to begin. I can honestly say I will never order from this place again what a waste . Very disappointed
