My first lease is coming due in October. Wasn’t sure what my options were or how to go about it. Talked to Kristina Sheibley in their Sales and Leasing department and not only was she very professional and friendly, she knows her stuff! She was able to give me options and explain the process and she was able to hook me up so that come October I will have nothing to worry about.Been dealing with Ciocca Honda for about 6 years now and they have always been very friendly and helpful. They listen and don’t badger you into getting services you don’t need.I recommend buying and servicing your vehicles with them, they are great!
What a fantastic dealer!! I was looking for an S2000 and they had the perfect one at an amazing price. I live a couple hours away so I told them I would drive there to get it and they held it for me even after someone offered more for it. It was a super easy process and they couldnt have been nicer. Special thanks to Ryan and Marwan--they made the process so easy and were great to talk to while we waited for the paperwork to finish. Well definitely be going here for our next vehicle!!
I came to this dealership after going to 2 others first. The other 2 dealers wouldn’t give me the time of day because I knew exactly what I wanted and wouldn’t settle for less. Cameron was our very polite and courteous salesman. He was very knowledgeable with all the bells and whistles of the CRV we purchased. I had a great experience here at Ciocca Honda. I had never bought a car, never even been to a dealership before, but everyone was very polite and Matt Buller was a very thorough salesperson. Very knowledgeable about Hondas, and went above and beyond to make sure my girlfriend and I left with a great vehicle and an even greater experience. He sold me a used 2019 Honda Fit, and even made sure a few small scratches got repaired before we drove it off the lot. I would definitely recommend Ciocca Honda to anyone.

My wife and I had some inquiries in regards to an active lease we had and decided to stop while waiting for some routine maintenance to be completed on our lease. We dealt with Matt Buller specifically. Ciocca has always been a very welcoming place for us, with that said I think Matt is a shining example of the Ciocca values. He welcomed us warmly, he was able to answer all of our questions accurately, but most of all Matt was honest with us. That is something we value and needless to say, we went to Ciocca with one car and left with two. We will only work with Ciocca and continue to do so. So I was here last week getting my 2012 civic serviced. All I came in for was an oil change and brake pad replacement. They told me my rotors were both getting bad which I told them to go ahead and replace. They then came back again and told me my tires were at a 3 which I know they were low, but I told them I would take care of them later. When receiving my bill, I asked if I could buy my own tires and bring them in. I was given the response of “we already took care of the tires and put 4 brand new ones on”. I never gave my consent for new tires and ended up paying for brand new tires with a brand I wasn’t even told about.. I paid and left baffled.
Purchased a used Accord for my son. Found a GEM at Ciocca! My sales rep Mr. Faley did a outstanding job. Got me the right car at the right price and did it quickly! When Im ready to replace my car I wont go anywhere else!

Overall we have had an excellent experience with the entire team, both sales and service.In 2020 in the height of COVID we began working with Kristi and were that impressed we upgraded our 2019 Pilot for a 2021 Pilot and havent looked back.Since the purchase we have had follow up calls to ensure we were happy and follow up calls for reminders for important things such as inspections and registration.HIGHY RECOMMEND
Im at the point where I am sad to say that I have to leave a bad review. I have had nothing but good things to say about this place up until the last month when Ive found out that my car came without a necessary piece when purchased new, the schedulers cancel your appointments without your consent, and now my services left me with more issues with my car and the missing part that I was promised isnt resolved. Gas is expensive and I will now have to drive there from quite a few miles away a second time on my bill for issues when it could have all be resolved yesterday.

My wife goes in for inspection and they send a video saying that our tires are low but the vehicle wont fail for that reason. 15 minutes later after we decline other services they tell her that it wont pass inspection due to a nail in the tire that cant be fixed and that the tire is loosing 20 lbs of air a week. Meanwhile, no air has been added to any tire in over a month. When I confronted the service advisor he said they could make a new video. I will never spend another dime at that dealership.

I am extremely pleased with my car buying experience at Ciocca! My car dealer, Tanner Rebman, was so helpful and supportive through my entire experience. I never felt pressured, and I felt like he truly wanted the best car for me. Even when I was stressed about what car to pick, Tanner constantly assured me that he was going to help me find the perfect car for me. He even gave my family and I pizza since we were at the dealership deciding on cars so long. I spent a total of about 7.5 hours at Ciocca due to my indecisiveness, and Tanner stayed with me THROUGH IT ALL!!Also, I would like to mention Ahmad Rasheed, who helped me with selecting the best car warranty for my car. He helped me understand everything and he also stayed a long time (about 3 hours after closing) while I was buying my car. Ahmad and Tanner were exceptional with customer service! No issue with my sales person, clean delivery, car was nice. My grip is about the Leadership at the dealership. Just rubs me the wrong way that they charged me $1500 more for a car because they could. When asked the exact phrase was “because we can”. That makes me wonder if the service I’d potentially get is marked up because they can get more out of me? Sad, but I will never return for any services nor would I recommend the dealership to anyone.
Went to Ciocca Honda leased one car and bought another three days after I purchased both vehicles, one had a hole in the tire that the salesman knew was there but did not mention and also it started flashing a light on the dash that it is having airbag problems. Now they keep giving us the run around even though the vehicles came with a warranty. Still fighting with them stay tuned for the out come.

WOW! I’m 12 hours from home. My 2015 Explorer AC compressor locks and breaks the serpentine belt. I was getting ready to sell this vehicle at home, but fate has other plans.I limped into Ciocca Honda. Kerry was all over this. She knew I needed to be on the move. She introduced me to Evan, who took the lead. She showed me a used Honda Pilot. We drove and then put the Pilot on the lift. I found a couple little things and Bob (Svc Mgr) came right out. He brought in all-star mechanic, Dylan and Billy, and we drove it again. The Service team offered to replace parts the SAME DAY! Who does this? They wanted to make sure I was 100% happy.The numbers came easily. They offered me a great trade value. They priced the Pilot very well.I don’t like buying cars … and any dealer could have taken advantage of my situation and I would have been stuck.Net, I’ve not seen this level of service, hospitality, urgency, and customer care in any industry for a very, very long time. I’m blown away. I’m actually happy my existing car chose to fail when it did.Thank you, Kerry, Evan, Bob, Dylan, Billy, Ahmad, and Nick! Ciocca is very fortunate to have all of you!

Do not recommend this dealership for purchasing a vehicle or service. We bought a pre owned CRV less than one year ago here. Today, for the first state inspection since purchase, we brought it back. They told us it failed emissions and would need $2500 in repairs to fuel injection. We only put 8,000 miles on it since purchasing. So they either (1) sold us a lemon that has major issues or (2) are scamming us with the inspection. Not sure which is worse. The manager offered to take $150 off parts and labor because we purchased the car there. We’ll never go back and will make sure no one we know ever goes there.

A plastic cover came partially off my vehicle undercarriage while driving. I called Ciocca Honda and they were able to remove it promptly. Very good experience in taking care of a customer and going the extra mile, since this was not a scheduled appointment.

When unexpected challenges came up with the vehicle we were looking at, they were proactive in making things right without any hassle to us. People were friendly but dont waste your time here if youre looking to sell your car. They contacted me after I got a KBB instant offer for my car and said they were currently making offers higher than the instant offer estimate. I get there and the first thing the salesman says is the instant offer is a national price and we will be paying less than that after THEY were the ones who contacted me about higher offers.
I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership. Michael was our salesman and he was direct and very helpful (No Smoke, No Mirrors). Same goes with the rest of their staff. They will reach out and make sure everything is good to go. My wife and I are from South Dakota and desperately needed a new vehicle right then and there. Mike was able to make it happen and was always quick on anything that we needed and even had the report of every detail done to our Pilot. Financing was fast and easy. We did an out of state sale and they were on the ball! Thank you Ciocca!!!

Absolutely worst experience- my husband and I thought we “purchased” a Honda passport and were told the car would be ready for pick up the following Monday- as it was coming in from another dealer. We waited all morning and called multiple times to verify what time we could pick up the car. Finally after two hours we received a call back that they SOLD our car- the one we put a deposit on and were promised it would be ready on Monday. Not sure how that even happens?!? Then we were told that a deposit only means they have 10 days to locate a car? We are now buying from another Honda dealer and would not recommend Ciocca- total waste of time!!!
The worst place to get a car! They tell you multiple things and can’t meet the standards they’re setting. The communication is terrible. They sold me a car with the tire light on , Ofc I asked about it and they said it was “because of cold weather” I drove it for two days then took it back to the dealership where they then told me that the weight of the tire was below what it was supposed to be and told me I would have to pay 40$ to get my tire fixed as well as being accused of driving on a nail which is why my tire is flat they said. I went back asking for a brand new tire after the used car manager told me I have the option of getting a new tire and I continuously still am getting the run around this is day 4 now of having my car and I can’t even enjoy it.

I personally recommend asking for Matt Buller as soon as you walk through the doors. He is absolutely phenomenal to work with! It was my first time buying a car and the number of other car dealers I visited who were either too pushy or did not take me seriously as a buyer was discouraging. But walking into Ciocca and speaking with Matt was so different. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and really listened to what I wanted to find me the perfect car. I am from out of town. 4 hours away in Youngstown, OH to be exact. I drive up to Mechanicsburg once a week and stay typically for about a week as I am in training to be a pet stylist. I was rear ended in an accident after the big snow storm and my car was totaled. I was driving an old car that I had bought outright purposely so that I would have a temporary vehicle to commute back and forth and get rid of when I was finished with training. I was left with a check and 5 days to find a car suitable to drive 500 miles every week. I had started looking on truecar and found a few cars that I was interested in and made appointments to look at them. Im a younger female and have absolutely zero experience financing a car or what to look for, so my anxiety was through the roof about everything. Terrified I was going to be taken advantage of and not offered any genuine help after hearing stories from friends and family at other dealerships, I decided to take my chances anyways and face my fears. I met with my salesman (Tyler Lewis) originally to look at a Chevy Cruze, test drove it, and hated it. We looked at a few other options after that and finally Tyler got me into a 2015 Civic and I fell in love. The only problem I had to tackle was getting approved. It took a little longer and was definitely an emotional wait to say the least, but three days later I got the call that I was approved and could come pick my car up!!! In perfect timing as it was the last day that I had the rental and would be left stranded 4 hours away with home with no vehicle, and my hotel would have been unreserved as I had planned a trip home that weekend. Words cannot describe how happy I am that I chose this dealership and got placed with the salesman that I did. I cannot recall every single persons name but You all did a wonderful job. I know I worked with Tyler Lewis and James Jimenez for sure. Professional, personable, made me feel comfortable and helped me every step of the way. 10/10 across the board.

Ciocca Honda Collision is great! This is coming from a totally frazzled mom, with a high functioning, Autistic son, and his extremely nervous, and young girlfriend. Unfortunately, there was a car accident, on a new car, that only one payment was made. (Now you know why I’m frazzled, although that’s only part of the reason 🙄). But anyway, Melody has been EXTREMELY patient, and informative with me.She extended herself to make sure that I had the necessary paperwork, and copies of all paperwork so that I could keep track of what’s going on. I didn’t even ask for extra copies!I’m sure Melody is used to frazzled customers, but she has done a wonderful job of helping me!Many people write bad reviews when they don’t get what they want, or feel that they haven’t gotten what that they deserve. It’s time for good service to be rewarded!! I’ve leased and bought several cars from the Ciocca Honda Dealership, and, again unfortunately, have used the Collision Department, but have NEVER regretted using them in either capacity. Please, don’t hesitate visiting Ciocca, they are terrific!!I mean, they are in business to get more customers, do you really think the entire staff wakes up in the morning, and says, “gee, let’s see who I can make unhappy?”

I previously had my car serviced with Faulkner Honda for 5+ years. However the last few times havent been as good. Things seem to have really gone downhill over the past year. They have become extremely pushy with what seems to be unnecessary services when I never had that issue in the past. It has gotten so bad that I figured I’d give Ciocca Honda a chance after reading their reviews.Service was beyond excellent. My advisor Sean really exceeded my expectations. I had a quick check in with loaner paperwork ready for me when I arrived and I was updated throughout the entire process. I was surprised by their pricing as well.I asked to speak with the manager to share my experience as it truly was that much better, I felt like I mattered. I was surprised when I noticed it was the previous manager of Faulkner Honda, Bob Baker. Bob has constructed an excellent team with Ciocca with standards that Faulkner used to have and now I see why Faulkner has gone downhill.I plead with you to go to Ciocca instead of Faulkner and I believe you will be taking the time like I did to write this review. The service at Ciocca is that much better, exceeding my expectations on every level.

We found a Honda PIlot we liked at Ciocca Honda. The mileage was up there but Hondas can go a long time. We test drove the car before we had a soccer game. Then got pertinent information and we went to the soccer game. They understood that we needed to leave for this. Austin was a great salesman. We told him the amount we wanted to spend per month. While on our test drive they checked out my wifes car that we were trading in. The value was very low compared to what we had seen on KBB and what I had been offered through an Instant Cash Offer through KBB with Ciocca Honda. When we got back, we knew Austin was with another customer and we could see they were busy. We waited over 2 hours to finally meet with the finance person to go over everything. My wife has great credit and the car was being put in her name. I had told them between 360-370. They came out with a monthly payment of almost 100 over that. Paarth worked with us to lower it and they never came down to what I originally said. They did up our oil changes, but wasnt completely satisfied. I understand its a business and that they need to make money, but I felt like we were so far in that I didnt want to walk away. I felt pressured a little and maybe it was because it was late and they wanted to leave. I am still not completely sure whether to come back or not for another car especially when I may be looking for myself soon. I am not saying they are a bad dealership, but I guess I kind of expected more. Austin was great so if you want a good salesman, he is great to go to just not so sure about the rest of the dealership.

My experience was great there! But then I was overcharge for tax and tags Then I tried to call back to get my money back it’s been four weeks and never got a phone call back or my money back . So overall my experience there was terrible poor customer service.

I had a 3-star review after a bad experience with a salesperson several years ago... but Im changing my review to a 5-star review based on my two most recent trips in, which reflect the majority of my experienced with Ciocca.. The first was for an oil change and tire rotation. The second was for state emissions and inspection. First of all, they called and reminded me my emissions and inspection deadline was coming up and offered to schedule an appointment. While I understand this helps them increase their business, it also helped me to serve as a reminder and get the appointment on my calendar. When I was there this morning (7/3/21), every one of the employees looked, acted, and dressed professionally - even the mechanics. The young man who met me at my car for service and helped me through the registration process was incredibly polite and respectful. He explained what they would be doing to my car, offered suggestions for services based on my miles, and didnt change his polite attitude when I declined additional services offered. I decided to wait in the lobby while my car was being serviced. They have comfortable chairs, a big screen tv, desks with electrical outlets, bathrooms, an area with toys for kids, vending machines, and complimentary chilled water and coffee from a keurig machine. While I was in there, every employee that walked by greeted me politely, with some even asking how my morning was going. The staff here has obviously been well trained to strive for great customer service. Additionally, I received text message reminders of my appointment the day before, and also received a text message while my car was being serviced saying that if I had any questions, just reply to the text message and the staff would assist me. You cant help but notice the extra effort. On a Saturday morning, Im usually not in the best mood to be running errands. But I know when I take my car in to Ciocca Honda that I will be in a comfortable, relaxed environment where the employees go above and beyond to take care of me and my vehicle. Ive leased my last two vehicles through Ciocca Honda. Im sure my next vehicle will be purchased/leased through them, as well.

I know part of this is on me, BUT its been a little over a year and I just realized that I was lied to about the terms of my loan. I was firm on 2 things that day. The amount I wanted to pay per month and the length of the loan. I just realized they took it upon themselves to agree verbally, but my loan details state differently. This is 100% unacceptable. Dont buy a car from them!

I purchased Honda Pilot EX AWD in November 2020. Matt Buller helped me screen options as per our requirements and was super patient, knowledgeable and passionate discussing the features. He made sure I tested all the features during my test drive and a thorough evaluation of my trade in.Financing : I felt overwhelmed and uncomfortable during the price negotiation with the finance manager (On purpose name not shared here). He was little aggressive in his approach discussing the monthly payment options. For a moment I felt just taking off and not buying the car but I kept bargaining too hard.Trust me, I got the best deal and the finance manager took the first payment on the dealership. So when you are negotiating, you may feel little uncomfortable with the finance manager but his style is little unique, very aggressive but at the end he will give you a good deal. Overall I saved $60 per month for 3 years (awesome finance manager) if I had gone to other dealership and don’t forget the other perks - free oils change, car wash and collision deductible coverage ($500) on all cars in household.

I went there to have a new key cut for my Civic. I supplied the key but needed it programmed. Very simple process that can be found online for free. They want $71 to simply cut and program one fob for a 2007. Crazy price for something so simple. Oh wait, now I can use the key I bought from Amazon; a replacement key specific for my vehicle. Now I’m being upsold. Why am I still sitting here?

We have had Honda Odysseys since 2004. Our 2004 was considered totaled in 2011 when we had an accident. Then we purchased a 2010 that lasted several cross country trips, family vacations and more. Our 2010 was amazing; she survived until recently with over 210k miles on her. We are truly a Honda family so we traveled to several dealerships even outside of PA to find the best fit Odyssey. After 1 1/2 weeks of going through the haggling and all the not so fun stuff of getting a new car, we finally decided to go around the corner and see Ciocca. Michael Swope was our car representative. He was extremely pleasant and well educated on the Odyssey. Granted, I just need a car to hold us all and be able to store luggage, Michael took the time to make sure I understood all the bells and whistles. Other reps at other locations told me what the bells and whistles were but didnt really show me how to use them. Being a hands on learner, I appreciated Michael showing me ahead of time versus attempting while driving! His manager Aman and finance manager Nick were very helpful, too, but in an unexpected way. We appreciated them covering all the typical paperwork, but also taking time to talk to our 15 y.o. daughter about college, votech and doing what you enjoy doing. We happened to just start talking about high school, college expenses, taking the road less traveled and just being happy. Both of these gentlemen enjoy what they do and it showed when they explained their own personal experiences and struggles to get where they are. Thank you for making our purchase experience a good one!

We have purchased many vehicles over the years but we have to say the purchasing process at Ciocca was one of the most straight forward processes weve been through yet. Ryan S. was our sales associate and we cant say enough great things about Ryan. He was helpful throughout the process and answered every question we had. 2022-07-12We bought a Honda Odyssey from Steven Frank at Ciocca Honda. He was outstanding. We brought our two kids along and he was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He let us try out all the features and took an incredible amount of the time with us during the test drive. 2022-06-25My experience with Joe Barone was hands down my favorite experience purchasing a vehicle. The atmosphere is relaxed. As well as Joe was tentative to asking if I needed water, even got me a vending machine snack. Now THAT is service. The finance department was super helpful as well in getting me exactly what fit price wise. The coffee is always a perk too. Across the board it was an enjoyable experience. Thankful for such a quality purchase & experience! *FIVE STARS*
