Diasson was amazing. He came for rodents and sprayed for roaches. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful throughout. Highly recommend

I called City Best in the morning after a growing concern for bites. I hadn’t used a pest control company yet in the city but was glad I found City Best. They were able to send someone out for an inspection within 2 hours, sent me a link to track their location for arrival, and they even showed up early. The inspection was thorough and involved multiple rooms in the house. Daisson was super helpful and friendly throughout his visit. While I’m happy I don’t need any additional services for pest control, I will use City Best next time and recommend to friends.

I cannot stress enough how amazing this company is. Having no prior experience with bed bugs, I was at a loss for how to find a service that wouldnt cost a fortune and wouldnt try to harass me into using them right away, just because I called for a quote. Amanda answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly, and applied no pressure to use this service. She informed me that the company uses low-toxicity chemicals at levels safe for pets and children, and the quote she gave me was very low for 3 rounds of treatment, one including heat. We used this service and had an excellent experience with every technician who came outThey were all friendly, thorough, grounding, and answered all of our questions. Today, Nehemiah came to do a follow-up preventative spray treatment, and he was so awesome. He inspected our apartment and was super thorough while treating our floors, cracks, beds and furniture, and he was so enjoyable to talk to! It feels so great to know that this company offers a very affordable rate for a preventative treatment, and that the offer is there if we ever need it again. This company has helped give us so much peace of mind after a rollar coaster of stress and worry.

We had a large mice and bug infestation at our house. Dasan, our technician, was on time and extremely friendly. He was detail oriented and explained every step of the process. He checked every possible entry point for mice and bugs and worked to seal them. He is a real professional and overall great guy. Our only complaint about Dasan is that he’s a Cowboys fan. Go birds! I recommend this company to anyone!

Something was biting me and my boys and i would never thought it could be bed bugs until i went looking for the culprit. I called City Best Pest Control They were professional and took care of my bug issues right away. They came out the same day I called them with no problem. One of the employees Ian was the first one to come out he did an amazing job. Took his time and really got in all the cracks. He even took his time to explain everything to me and really did help easy the way I was feeling at the time. After the first visit I havent had any more issues with bugs but still had 3 follow ups to make sure they dont come back. I would recommend this company to anyone with bed bugs. Their prices are reasonable and their hours are very flexible. Ask for Ian to come out and service your house. Everyone was nice but Ian was just one step higher in his service. Even helped me move some bags out of the way. Very nice man.

I started hearing more and more people affected by bedbugs. When I discovered bedbugs in my Sons box spring I began looking for an exterminator and came across City Best Control. I had made my appointment but was unsure if the company would resolve my issue , the owner(Oron) called and personally spoke with me about his plan and how he would provide excellent service to resolve my issue. These guys earn their name. Scheduling was a breeze, and everything ran on time and smoothly. Our technician was really friendly and was happy to answer all of our questions and help us figure out the best plan of attack for our moth problem. Everything was really clear and easy.Its great to know that there is a trustworthy and much more reasonably priced local Philly alternative to the big guys.

Very professional Service and efficient. I called them about concerns with an infestation in my house, they were able to set up an appointment practically the next day. Very helpful at explaining what needed to be done and how I could best prepare for the exterminator. When the technician came he was really helpful and I was able to go over a lot of areas in the house that were troubling me.

City Best Peat Control really lives up to its name. My household has had several pest problems over the years and we have gone to a few different exterminators in the city. This company is by far the best. Ryan and Ian were both on time, courteous, very professional and willing to answer questions. I hope to never have a pest problem again but if I do I know these are people I can trust.
The technicians were knowledgeable and friendly when coming to my home. I was very concerned and overwhelmed by the bed bug issue and all of my questions were answered by them and the assistants on the phone. Making appointments was easy and flexible around my schedule and the company followed up thoroughly to make sure we hadnt seen any more bugs. And we havent seen any since!

City Best Pest Control has been absolutely wonderful. Ian has been professional and friendly as was each person I spoke to on the phone. Ian has come out four times to do extermination. The first time he came out the day after I called. He has been extremely thorough both in the physical aspects of pest control and in communicating all of our options and what was required of us each step of the way. We are more than satisfied with this extermination service!

We had had a severe beg bug problem for the better part of a year, as we had many preconceived notions of how expensive and how difficult it would be to hire a professional to handle it. After doing minimal research online, Bed Bugs Etc was the first extermination company I called. I spoke with Greg who immediately put me at ease, quoted me a price for my whole house, and proceeded to stay on the phone with me for quite a while patiently answering all of my questions. I did consider other companies, but knew from the first call that I would use these guys. I have been completely satisfied with the pest control services provided by this exterminator. Ryan, Greg and Sharon have made what was an already stressful situation a virtual pleasure to finally manage. The problem was greatly decreased almost immediately and now we have not gotten any bites or seen any living bed bugs for weeks.

Is this the case of a bad employee working for a good company or a bad company who hired a good employee? You decide: During a fast four day training, I endured long hot hours of riding in the back of a closed work van with no seating and no air. After the training, I was sent on my own to work as a technician. I was given a company van to drive. To my surprise, I later found out they allowed me to drive this company vehicle without proper inspection stickers, no registration and no insurance. Feeling inadequately trained I did more research, and in doing so, I discovered I wasnt doing my job properly.This company is not a good company to work for, they supply you with faulty equipment, they leave you short handed on jobs. Some customers are given the minimum treatment at the maximum price. While others are being serviced for bigger projects and theyre given the maximum treatment at minimum price. Due to the malfunction of faulty equipment, I was informed by an employee that I was suspended for two days. Instead of management informing me of this decision, I got fed up with this company and decided to resign from my position as a tech. Being the deceitful company that it is, they decided to charge me for their negligence of their faulty equipment. So be aware customers and future employees!!! This is a horrible company to work for!!
City Best Pest Control is an excellent extermination company. I was very upset with a quote I received from another company. When I called City Best, their quote was very reasonable. Everyone was friendly & professional. I rate them 5 stars & recommend them to anyone who has issues with bed bugs.
We tried everything to get rid of a few mice, and nothing worked. City Best came out and weve been mouse free ever since. Great service, super friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I figured out I had bed bugs right before Christmas After talking to some friends who had them and called some places I was getting outrageous quotes before inspecting my house and no return calls. I first turned to yelp, which really wasnt helpful. Then I just so happened to do a google search and you guys popped up. All I have to say is Greg my exterminator was absolutely wonderful. He answered all my questions without hesitation. This was my first experience with any pest control company and they did very well.

2022-07-03My initial phone call with City Best alone was more helpful and informative then every previous exterminator I had used. Ian arrived on time and was incredibly knowledgeable. He took great care to go around my entire apartment, finding and fixing any problem areas where mice may be getting in. It’s been over two weeks since my appointment and no mice sightings! Highly recommend!!

2022-08-16When we learned we had bed bugs (our worst fear) we started to panic. A friend recommended Bed Bugs Etc. after a good experience so we called them up. Everyone on the phone was incredibly helpful and accommodating. When the technician Diasson arrived he was very friendly and helpful. He answered all of our questions and made sure everything was in good shape before we left. He gave us a call when he was done treating and was happy to answer and more questions. Diasson and everyone else helped make us feel much better about the whole situation and did a great job treating our home.
