I HIGHLY recommend City Plumbing! They are professional, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient! They replaced my rotted sewer line this morning without a hitch . I have never used them before but if I have any other plumbing/sewer issues I will be calling them.
I had my hot water heater replaced a week ago. The two workers were respectful of my property and answered all of my questions.
City Plumbing was responsive, professional, and effective. They sent Alex and Ed the very next day after I called them. Alex did a fine job unclogging my kitchen drain and making certain my garbage disposal was working properly. They were careful to avoid any spillage of water from the drain. I very much appreciated their service.
The company is Super- they were contracted for service. The technician was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! Thanks again!
I emailed them on Sunday and got an immediate response. The receptionist got me an appointment for the following Monday. I received a call 8:07am Monday morning from Mike that he’d arrived in about 30 minutes and he in fact did. Mike came out, evaluated the issue and was very informative! I’m no plumber but his communication was so well I completely understood the issue. I got my toilet resealed and my flange replaced. I’m not sure of the price that you should pay for something like that but I was alright with the price. Honestly, the convenience, great professionalism, and the short time period it took to fix it was so worth it to me! He had everything he needed in his truck and was literally out in 2 hours, problem solved! I would highly recommend them, and if need be I will use them in the future.
I was kept updated as to when someone would be checking out our broken pipe, since they were busy and slightly delayed for the day. Problem was assessed and immediately fixed, same-day. Very responsive, quick and informative team.
City plumbing saved the day.Alex, who is incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly came to the rescue today to fix a clogged main sewer line at our home in South Kensington. The whole house was backed up starting on Christmas Eve. I tried calling around to several plumbing services in the city who would schedule me but never show up. Two days went by before I finally was put in contact with City Plumbing. In an hour, they showed up and within 30 minutes, they fixed the problem for an affordable cost.We are so grateful of them, Alex, and their services.THANK YOU

I was updated hourly on the eta of my plumber. The plumber Ed came out to my property. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. I had my water heater die after a good 14 year run, I called City Plumbing and they were able to get a crew onsite to swap out the old water heater with a new water heater in the same day. The guys who showed up were very professional, courteous and they cleaned up the work area when the job was complete. I would highly recommend going with this company for any plumbing needs.
Excellent service from this company. The two gentlemen who showed up (Alex and I forgot the other gentleman’s name) were committed to resolving my sewer problem. They kept going at it until it was fixed. They clearly communicated with me along the way. Highly recommended.

We called them at 8:30 at night, they came the next morning at the time time they said they would. The plumber fixed our clogged sewer drain in less than 10 minutes. They were wonderful, simple and easy. Thanks so much.
City Plumbing did a great job with replacing my sewer line (including the lateral) due to it being broken in two spots, and causing water to back up into the basement. It only took about a week from their initial inspection until they could secure the permits and start the work. They had a decent sized crew (maybe 5-6 members?) and finished the job in one day.We had some crazy rain storms come in the day afterwards (a Saturday), which caused all of that dirt which was removed and replaced to compact down, and caused a bit of a rut in the street. I was surprised and impressed that they got a two man crew out within maybe an hour or so, to quick fill up the hole with *a lot* of extra stone, just in case it continued to rain.City Plumbing then passed on the concrete work to another company (whose name I didnt write down), but, their work was just as professional. City Plumbing even had one of my neighbors sidewalk blocks replaced because of a crack that occurred during the sewer line replacement.I am highly impressed with how City Plumbing operates and how reasonable their pricing was (compared to another larger, national company who quoted me at nearly twice the price), and would recommend them to anyone who is in need!
This is the best plumbing company. Service is prompt, efficient, and totally competent. Everyone we have worked with is experienced, honest, and pleasant. We highly recommend them.
Ive been meaning to write this review for a while. City Plumbing was the subcontractor on a water & sewer line break my family got right after we moved into our new house last summer. They put in hours and hours of dirty extra work on a job Im sure they thought would last half a day. They were considerate, responsible and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right, coming back a second day and working late into the evening to close up the gaping hole they had to dig to complete all the repairs. Thanks, City! We still have great water pressure and a dry basement!
We would just like to say that this has been one of the best experiences we have ever had with a contractor. I received a call back within 20 minutes of my initial contact and they sent someone out to our house within 4 hour, they showed up on time, and it’s Saturday.
Excellent customer service and employees. I was not the one who hired these folks, they were hired by my rental agency and I was very happy with their service. Great clean cut guys, on time and hard-working. They laid tarps down from door-to-door and when it came time to remove our old boiler they had a team of guys come in and they made it look easy. The installation of the new equipment looks like a masterpiece! Couldnt have picked a better company and I will refer them to all my friends and family

I was recommended this heating and plumbing company by a very skilled electrician I had previously hired to do some rewiring. I worked with Ryan and CJ who installed an indirect water heater as a second zone on my high efficiency boiler.The install was quick and tidy. We ran in to a difficult problem of intermittent banging which presented itself after all of the work was paid for (I paid half up front and half upon completion). The problem was difficult to diagnose because it would only happen every hour of so. Ryan and CJ were extremely patient and diligent as they came out to my residence 5 or 6 times to try and remedy the install. After replacing each part and though discussions with the manufacturers, eliminated the boiler and the water tank as culprits and zeroed in on a pump with a broken check valve. The folks at city plumbing are consummate professionals. I gladly recommend their work and their ability to stand by it.
I had an emergency supply line valve go bad. City plumbing team was out within hours of my request. I was surprised when the invoice for emergency work was very reasonably priced. These guys are pros.

City plumber had the part I needed to fix my toilet and showed up as scheduled. Joe and Dave came to my house. Dave was very nice but Joe was horribly rude. He would not look up from his phone (literally) while I was talking to him about a leak in my bathroom. He also either completely ignored my questions or gave one work answers that were not enough info to answer my questions. I would not recommend anyone paying for a service and being treated like this. I would never call this plumber again.

Great Job and very fair price! So I live in a condo and we had a leak under my tub (the building is old). PJ and Earl speced the job yesterday and John and Pat fixed it today. They used tarps to protect my floor, answered all my questions and cleaned up (what little) debris they made. All four techs were pleasant and easy-going. These are my new goto plumbers.

The worst communication I have ever had with a commercial plumbing company. I sent someone out to one of my sites, technician never checked in with anyone who actually worked there. When i tried to get them to go back, i was told sorry there is nothing else we can do Wish there was a 0 star rating i could give. Will NEVER use this company again

2022-05-29I recently had this company replace my water heater and I would highly recommend them. First, I received a prompt estimate when requested, after the first rep (sorry, forgot his name, but he was on time and very nice) came to assess the problem, and was quickly able to set up an installation date. Then, both installers (two Kevins) arrived on time, were professional and friendly, and did a great job removing the old unit and installing the new one. (I should also note that, when I had requested it, the company nicely moved my installation to an earlier date when I expressed concern about the safety of my old unit.) All in all, I was very pleased with how City Plumbing does business and I will undoubtedly use them again (and Im in marketing).

2022-01-25Our kitchen sink back up yesterday and we called City Plumbing. They took our info and within four hours we had an appointment. The service person called in advance to give us a 30 minute time frame of when he was to arrive. Came on time, wore a mask, and was professional in his work. In less than 30 minutes fixed our sink and shared good practices to avoid trouble in the future. His name was Alex and we were pleased with their service.

2022-06-29I received a referral to use this company through the city program to fix the the waterline in your home. I pay a monthly fee to secure this plumbing services when needed.They were late and unprofessional. I had to ask the service technician whats the next step before he left my home and he advised he had to put a ticket in.I called the next day to check the status of the ticket and the representative that answered the phone advised; the ticket was never put in because I refused to let City Plumbing run a scope through my pipes. Lies! Who would refuse services if thats whats needed to solve your water problem.The technicians never came in my home with any equipment nor did they ask to bring in any. So I called the servicing provider to explain the lack of service from City Plumbing.They sent another company Transcend Plumbing. The technician came out found the problem and Im waiting for an approval to get my plumbing repaired. The visit took every bit of 5 minutes to find the issue and it was no need to run a camera/scope through my pipes.Just wanted to share my experience.

2022-03-02I would HIGHLY recommend using City Plumbing. The plumber was extremely professional and did an excellent job in installing my faucet. He was very nice as well. I will NEVER go anywhere else for my plumbing needs .They should change their name to BEST Plumbing in the City. You will not find better prices and better plumbers than at City Plumbing.

2022-05-18They came out said they cleaned the drain and didn’t finish the job. They just tried charging more and more money! How can you do business with these people. I’ll find another service who’s willing to do the work for a fair price!

2022-05-18Had them come out because we had insurance and had a leaking pipe but they turned around charged us and never did the service and turned around and tried to charge extra money. Not good people!!
