Just happened to be in Annapolis to see my midshipman after the Army-Navy game. Drove an extra hour out of my way back to Michigan and stopped in Harrisburg PA to CJ Pony for 68 Mustang sheet metal and parts. Great stop and excellent staff...trip saved me over $200 in freight fees. Worth the stop if you have the opportunity.

From 2017 - 2019 I had no problems with my orders from CJ Pony Parts. I received my correct requests in a quick manner. Their customer service was great.Fast forward to 2020 - 2022 and Ive had nothing but problems. My orders would be delayed. The shipments would arrive without all of my items on my order, despite having the invoice attached. When Id call the company, you get the run around on answers. I tried to email, and their customer service team would send me generic emails with no answers. I even had orders resent to me (due to incorrect item being shipped) and they still sent the wrong item.I decided to give them one more chance a month ago, and my ordered arrived missing items again. It has been like pulling teeth to get them to respond or give me any answers.Once my items arrived, I will end my business with this company. They have deteriorated poorly and every facet of their business has gone downhill. Its sad to see, because they were a reputable company at one point with fast and reliable service.I do hope they can turn it around and get back on track one day.

Ive done plenty of previous business with CJ Pony Parts with no worries. Now theres a serious problem and their customer service out and out declines to address. I ordered an exhaust system for my car and at check out CJ gives what they call their best deal for shipping: $133 for the exhaust ordered on Monday, delivered Thursday. This is the first option for shipping and is literally highlighted on the chalk out page. Check the tracking number on Wednesday now the delivery is for Friday; check the tracking number Friday delivery is now Saturday. What did I pay the $133 for?! Call customer service and they refuse any satisfaction saying if I had ordered overnight or 2 day I would have grounds but they cannot help in this instance. What did I pay the $133 for then when free shipping is just 3 more days out?! Blatantly deceptive. Keep the lousy $133 and you will never have my business again.Follow up:CJ Pony Parts reached out, apologized for what happened, said they will look how the shipping is offered on the site and refunded the shipping and handling of the order. I appreciate the gesture.

Im conflicted on this one.... Ill start with Pros....They were very communicative about my order, the backorder updates, shipping notifications, etc. I ordered custom tires and rims for a 2020 Jeep Gladiator.The tires and rims are awesome! See pic...Now cons....Two of the four bolt plate covers for the rims were broken. The truck driver said he had an issue and something fell. He SAID it had nothing to do with our order. I contacted CJ Pony Parts to report and request 2 more plates. That was January 6th.... its now the 18th. The rep from CJ pony parts says hes reached out to the vendor for help on this. I checked in last week and he said theres no update. I checked in again this week and told him I need him to escalate the issue for me. I feel like... after almost 2 weeks, I should AT LEAST have an answer as to whether they are going to make this right or not.I really just need to know if I will go back to CJ Pony Parts! If they resolve their issues... I will. If they leave me to replace these plates myself... absolutely not.So moral would be.... proceed with caution.Update- within 2 hours of writing this post, I received am email saying I will be receiving the parts from vendor asap. I will change the review again if I get them. Thank you!sat?Update- we did receive the replacement covers within 2 weeks of the original review. Thank you for helping us! I implore you guys to shop elsewhere, I ordered a part that was “guaranteed” to fit my car and big surprise it didn’t. Had to return it but I was responsible for shipping cost. So I paid $150 dollars for an exhaust pipe just to have to pay $80 to ship it back when I originally paid $18 to have it shipped to me in the first place. All you get from their rude staff is “oh well that’s our policy”. Thank you so much for my $55 refund. All it would have cost them was $18 to send me a return label, guess their customers aren’t worth that. Canceled my other orders definitely won’t be shopping there again.

New customer here. I placed an order for a part that is over $700. I tracked the order through their system the next day, and it said it had been processed. I checked on it the following day, and the order cant be found. I tried calling, emailing, and chatting without a response. I waited on the phone for 30 minutes and never spoke to a person. They have a callback feature which I have tried 2 days in a row and havent received a call from them. Such a terrible experience. Im going to have to file a fraud claim on my credit card to get my money back. I never fill out a review for a company, but this one has me extremely frustrated.

Ive had a great experience with these guys so far. I started restoring a Mustang 2 months ago and have probably had 7 or 8 different orders, at least 1 return and a cancellation due to an item being on backorder. I cxld that item and found a similar one, similar price and had it in a week. They also reply promptly.I see other people have had less great experiences but Ive been super happy w them so far.

A part I ordered failed on my car in a year. I chose it because of the good reviews in their store. I decided to leave a critical review about my experience with the part and they didn’t publish it. If you hide critical reviews in your store how are we supposed to make decisions about which to choose from. I certainly hope others hadn’t tried to do the same because I picked the one I did based on reviews.

Is there a way to give 0 stars? This place is a joke. I ordered some parts for my fiance with next day shipping which was 15 days ago and still have not gotten them. Although this is on the shipping company, they are in no way in a hurry to refund me. I keep getting told I have to talk to a different person every time or that I have to wait on fedex to give them an answer before they can give me my money back. I already got the parts I needed from a different company so at this point I just want my money. Never ordering from them again. Dont waste your time.

Live Customer service-is almost non existent. Got a human one time out of 5 attempts over an hour hold time and they were little help. Item Shows delivered on there web page when in fact it has traveled the mid US from UPS to USPS and scanned over 100 times. STILL NOT delivered yet. They sent an email asking for Google reviews. All I want is for them to fix the shipment and get it here. Giving two stars because they cant control the shipping and they really need to step up on personalized assistance not emails. Reducing to one star. They wont respond. My email says they update the request but thats it. Really sad. They have some cool products but........
