I would give it negative stars if possible. I had a return which I tracked and they received it on March 5th. I have tried multiple times to get my refund back but they do not respond to phone calls or emails. Dont use them unless you know exactly what you need as the return policy is a joke.After this review they were very quick to refund my money.
Found this place through their eBay shop and saw they were located in Brooklyn so I figured better off to go there instead. Extremely friendly and professional service. Very organized with their products and prices are great! Will definitely go there for any future cables I may need

This place is around the corner from me. Yet I just found out about them now, and by total accident through Amazon. I probably have even bought from them through Amazon, and like a schmuck waited for it to be delivered,, when I could of just went around the corner (literally!!) to get em. The day I found out about them I went back like 4 times for more cables, theyre amazing cables for pennies! From now on any cable I need I check their website first, used to be Amazon, now its Cmple. Im so happy to have this in my area, tailor made for me, I always need some weird cable in a weird size. Now Ill just go around the corner to get em. AWESOME!!

This Company is a joke. i think all the good posts are fake.ordered a item they lied that it was sent.then resent it, still waiting22days and to get a refund I have to refuse the item and wait till it gets to them to get refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

2022-02-25This company did a great job from beginning to end. Im incredibly lucky we found this company to install our home CCTV cameras. 3 PTZ, 2 bullet, and one face recognition camera. Software is very easy to use. Their knowledge, pricing, and customer care is the standard all companies should follow for. I am completely satisfied ! Fully recommend to anyone whos looking for CCTV store!

IP CCTV cameras mostly are very easy with installation. The best IP cameras distributor in Philadelphia. Installation was simple and smooth. I will be returning customer for sure!

2022-06-15My visit here was great . Went there specifically for a CCTV camera system, once I seen it was available I asked an associate for help in canoeing the one I wanted and another model. He was very helpful with the information he gave . I ended up getting a 2022 version which was better for the same price . He also very helpful in recommending an installer. Nice fellow, will return in the future.

2022-06-15I recently visited cmple store , I called to talk to Aubrey about a CAT6 cable I was looking for . He immediately told me they had it ina few different sizes and colors, came later that day and purchased the cable at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend checking them , they have great customer service and products.

2022-02-11Outstanding Customer Service !! I purchased speakers but installed them well after the 60 day return policy. One of the speakers did not work. I sent an email asking if I could exchange the one speaker. Within an hour I received a reply stating that a new SET of speakers are the way to me and there was no need to return the 1 speaker. 3 Days later new speakers arrived. Ill be buying from Cmple again !
