Ordered from GrubHub took over 2 hours to arrive. Called twice woman was very apologetic kept saying that my order was coming. I got a text from the driver saying she was 10 min away after another 30 min past I called the shop and said to cancel my order I had enough waiting I was paying cash anyway so I was done the man on the phone was very rude telling me I couldnt use GrubHub and pay Cash. Right after I hung up the driver showed up. I took the food and paid. It was cold not good and missing part of my order.
Very disappointed in my food order. When I picked up my food the pizza and fries were cold. I phoned the order in and was told my order would be ready in 25 to 30 minutes. I appeared 5 minutes early to pick up my food and after my 5 minute ride home both items were cold. It is apparent the food was cooked faster and wait time inaccurate.Also, I want to question why the females who had longer hair making the hoagies were not wearing hair nets or at minimum have their hair pulled up. Successful businesses prepare their food consistently.
Terrible place. Dont even bother ordering delivery; it wont come. Ignorant staff seems to think the their inability to cook a pizza in 2 hours is the customers fault. If this place were turned into a parking lot it would probably offer better food and service.
Love it! The staff is very considerate. I ordered on my way home from work. They read my order back when I arrived to pick up they made a chicken cheesesteak and I ordered a regular cheesesteak. They apologized up and down for the mistake and made me the cheesesteak right away and apologized again and for having to wait a few minutes for new steak to be made. Accidents happen I wasnt upset I thought they were great handling the situation. The employees are always nice and friend and food is so good! This is way i always go back!!!
Used to be a regular customer. The lunch special, two slices with a generous helping of sausage was always a good deal. I ordered today and got two smaller slices with a sprinkling of sausage crumbles that resembled dog food. I was told that this was the new sausage. In general, the quality has gone down lately, but this was high school cafeteria level
Amazing pizza! Moving from New York I thought I was never going to find amazing pizza. Very welcoming. It has been almost two years and my family and I are very satisfied with their customer service and food. (Wings too!) we love cocos!
I ordered a cheesesteak and hoagie from there today, and just wanted to say, it was the worst we have ever had from any place in Brookhaven. The rolls where absolutely stale. We ended up throwing them away. Highly disappointed. I recommend going to the cocos in Aston. The foods always good and worth the extra couple minute drive. This place is a dump.
Tonight my cousin and her daughters and I along with my 10 month old were your dining. The staff was wonderful, except for the fact they forgot to place my youngest nieces food, everyone else got thee food but her. Finally after asking about her order several times we were told they would tskt it off the bill but it would still come out. It took another 15 minutes or more. Then I went to use the rest rooms. And was shocked to find out I had to change my child on the floor. Totally understand exceptable for this. Im very upset regarding this. How is a parent suppose to change there young child when they are dinning in your restaurant?? Please get this fixed.
Great service, good food. Recently under new ownership. Cheese fries were delicious, pizza was good too. Very family friendly place. Bring you own beer and wine. Place is always clean, bring your family and enjoy!
Yesterday was our first time we went to this good restaurant. But It is obviously not the last. We enjoyed the evening very much with the courteous service, with the exceptional cuisine and booze and with the modest cost. We will absolutely come back again.
After waiting for over 2 hours for our order to arrive I called. Got put on hold for 10 minutes and then disconnected. Called back and was told “You shouldn’t use GrubHub to order.” Then don’t offer Grubhub as an option. Will never order from this awful business again.
Who dont love Cocos Pizza? And now they have the new ice cream parlor,. The water ice taste so fresh, not like its been sitting there for weeks. Love getting my water ice there!
First time going and the food was very fresh as well as delicious. The gentleman at the cash registrar took his time to accommodate me with all my questions and finally I chose the chicken salad hoagie for its $5 steak or hoagie on Wednesday and Thursday. Thank you for the hospitality.
This place is usually good prices are average to other pizza places. I ordered a Large cheese steak with ketchup a large Italian Hoagie and another large cheese steak with hot peppers and an order of cheese fries with extra cheese. We got home there werent any fries or cheese in the bags. I called and complained and they credited my account for the next time i order. There are Alot of young people working there at one time. In my opinion there are too many
Coccos in my opinion has one of the best pizzas in the area. I personally, enjoy a softer less crispy crust which is exactly what Coccos offers.While Ive only ordered one more recently, I also feel their cheesesteaks are fantastic.The only downside for me is that theyve switched their wings to being breaded. Coccos was always a go to me for wings but having only the breaded available now is a disappointment.The only other negative about this location is the very limited parking. Getting out of the parking lot can also be a hassle depending on the time you go.There is indoor seating but beer is not currently available at this location but is at the Aston one.
On August 7th, my friends and I had one of the most awful experiences here. Granted a storm hit today we were Given no notification that our driver had never left. So we strapped up our boots through on our rubber rain jackets and decided to brave the Covid filled storm to get our pizza. Upon arrival, after approximately 18 lightning bolts, our friend Kevin too one for the team and ran inside. To his surprise the power was out, people were 1 foot away from each other ( 5ft closer than the CDC standard). 23 minutes later he came out with our luke warm pie. We finally got it! With much excitement we got home, opened the box and our pizza was sliced in 5 slices. We are now popping Pepcid and drinking Ginger ale after this experience. But hey on the bright side, the Pens lost on Crosby’s birthday!
Attempted to give Coccos of Brookhaven chance after chance since new ownership. Today we ordered 40.00 worth of food and requested that the pizza be well done since the last dozen times the dough has been doughy and under-cooked. We were delivered not only a burnt and blackened pizza (inedible), but burnt fries, onion rings and chicken fingers. I guess they felt impugned by the request that the pizza be well cooked. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN. BURNT THAT BRIDGE. Congratulations, Pizza Party, my business is yours.
This Cocos is disrespectful and the food is unsatisfactory. One employee that my husband and I encountered on separate occasions was rude and racis . He really showed us that we were not welcomed there after our last and final encounter. We received the most distasteful cheesesteak ever. Will never purchase from here again.
Great food. Only complaint would be that the thick crust pizza isnt consistently thick. 1 time it is, the next its not. Other then that I love this place. Best pizza by far!
Do not order from this cocos pizza. My friend got SEVERE food poisoning from them and when we received our food it looked like it had been left out for a long time. They also messed up our whole order and we received completely wrong items.
This place was good users ago, not so much anymore, strombolies are all dough , and pizzas lack the cheese and spices they used previously. I keep giving 1 more chance after 1 more chance, but for the price and what you get , not worth it anymore.Cocos, To your response.Why would me getting topping or not have to do with the 5 inches of dough on each side of the Stromboli ? Should be the same size for plain or for topping . Thats basically my issue , I can order the same item 7 days a week, it will look and taste different 5 out of 7 times
Bad food and poor service. They have constantly gotten our delivery order wrong on basic stuff. They just do not listen. The food itself is rubber—overcooked and ripped chicken, salad with literal lettuce stalks, pizza with cheese that’s slid all over the place. I’m done.
First and last visit or this place. We chose to dine in, the staff at the front did not communicate our order correctly and had us wait over an hour. When confronted The delivery driver became combative. We never received our order, and we never got a refund. This place is a joke
The last 5 times we have ordered the delivery time exceeded 1.5 hours and we weren’t informed. Also every single time I place an order it’s incorrect even though it gets read back to us over the phone. I tried to order again because I’m not normally a complainer, but I’ve had terrible experiences countless times. Will not be ordering again.
Brookhaven Cocos is the worst, over 2 hours for my food, wife drove to pick it up after waiting over an hour for delivery and when she said weve been waiting guy on grill laughs, nice. They told wife food left , it shows up cold and wrong 40 minutes later. Ordered at 645 got food at 855 and we live less than a mile away. NEVER AGAIN,
You never know, sometimes the food is on point. My stromboli was flat, greasy, and the bread was hard and thin, but the cheesesteak was good. Service was prompt & friendly.
Underwhelming. First and last time coming here. Im sorry this extra large Pizza i just brought is so bad. I just moved to Brookhaven and I will be trying another Brookhaven Pizza place. Dominos would have been better than this.
Can never get an order correct after numerous opportunities they still can not get it right what is so hard about blue cheese and celery on the side when you order wings ? Our impression is they do not care and they have effed up numerous dinners..pizza party will get my money moving forward as the incompetence is unreal ...I have never wrtten a review in all of my 52years on this Earth but the gross incompetence or lack of caring has to be called out
The pizza had barely any cheese or sauce. It was like eating a wet piece of bread,and it wasnt the first incident....NUMEROUS!!! I continuously gave them the benefit of the doubt but the service gets worse each time, they need to restaff at Brookhaven Pa. With the kind of money spent for one of there pies weather pick-up or delivery, Quality and service should be a lot better than what it is. Take your money and go somewhere else, enough is enough...youll thank me.I dont want to give them a star but haft to just to post
Great as always. Our favorite place to get dinner in a hurry. Delivery is always told to be 40-45 minutes. But pick-up is 20 minutes each & everytime!!!
Have loved Coccos for years! Grew up with the Norwood/Glenolden Store Mike opened. Live in NC so when I was visiting family and saw this one I had to see if it was still as good as I remembered.....it was! Always great pizza and Cheesesteaks!!!!
This is my first time ordering from Cocos my pizza was delivered at 10pm on a Tuesday night and Im 5 minutes away my pizza was cold and hard like it was something Left over and my boneless wings was not worth the price the only thing fresh was my celery bad choice never ordering from them again
Pizza was good, but they are a bit disorganized and confused.Several orders were mixed up while I was waiting for my own. I would still recommend because of the goodness of the pizza, but be prepared to wait.
I certainly enjoy their food and customer service, great location to my home. The employees are always very nice. Would recommend to others.

The pizza and bread sticks are amazing. Im not a local, but I wish this was near where I live. The pizza crust is thin, but not too thin, and just the right amount of crispiness.
Food was horrible. i asked for my hamburger well done. it was nasty. got nachos with extra sour cream on the side and they charged me $1.78. Could have bought a pint for that price. Never go there again.

2017-11-21This restaurant is under new management and it shows. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. I had pizza and my wife had a chicken cheesesteak. Everything was very good. Its the perfect place for a casual meal with friends and family. I wish we could find pizza like this in NJ. We will be back and telling our family in Delaware County that this is the place to go for pizza and steaks. If you dont find parking out front, there are plenty of spaces behind the store.

2020-11-08Carefully read those 5 star ratings - they are generic and likely fake. The true ratings are those that are lower in stars. It’s unfortunate. The kids menu is meh. It looks like we were supposed to get Teddy grahams with the order...didn’t receive. I didn’t mind waiting for my husband’s wrap which disappeared in the restaurant, but the size of the wrap was laughably small. I did however really like the calzone I ordered. And, they were generous with the fries. There are better pizza places nearby.

2019-02-28We have always had good experiences with this location. We always order their Sicilian pizza with a huge order of wings(extra crispy). The first time, we ordered here was just after moving to the area. I was floored how yummy their pizza and wings were. The second was good. Same order, but the pizza was a little more over done, than I would have liked. Overall, this is definitely our family pizza place to go to.

2020-07-16We have been a loyal cocos customer for years. Every Fri night is pizza night in our house. Lately, however, my experience has not been good. Yesterday we ordered before 4:30 and did not get our pizza until 7. I made multiple calls to inquire and no one seemed to care.

2018-09-15Very dissatisfied. No wonder why it takes 50 min to be delivered right around the corner to your house . The lady was very slow.. Very young and looked as if she had no experience making cheese steaks. I waited 15 min to get 5 slices of pizza on a Saturday afternoon. There were no pizzas made for walk ins. Very unorofessional. Anthony the manager was very unprofessional. Worst experience I have ever had walking into a pizza shop. Anthony was very disrespectful. Talked about me to his employees while I was standing there waiting for my slices to be done. Horrible customer service.

2020-12-12I placed an order online through grub hub for a salad and Coca Cola at 5:12pm. I waited two hrs for delivery . I called the restaurant and was told that they overlooked my grub hub order and that they just started preparing my food. I was told my food would arrive in 30 mins . Now 30 mins has passed and still haven’t received food. This is the most unprofessional food experience I have ever had !

2019-03-04Ordered 3 items online at 5:50 for $30.Food delivered at 7:26.If that’s not outrageous enough, the food is cold and part of the order is incorrect. How is the food old and cold when I called to check on the order at 7:09 and it hadn’t left the store yet and I’m literally 5 minutes away from this place?I don’t write many reviews but today’s disappointing experience was review worthy. I normally like their food and haven’t had a problem in the past...which is the only reason I didn’t rate them 1 star for today’s experience.

2017-06-05Great pizza! But the manager has a truckers mouth. He ends up giving away a lot of free food to apologize for it. Cool sometimes but not when I have my little ones with me. The other staff are very kind, curtious and fast.
