The guy that loaded the car for our curbside pickup didnt want to help us and accepted a tip. I felt like I shouldnt have given it to him because it was his job. On top of that he came out with the expression and tone that he didnt want to help. Overall I enjoyed the curbside pickup since its always crowded in the store.
Great store. Very clean and organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Cafeteria inside the store has great dishes that are healthy and reasonably priced. I am a repeat customer and I will definitely recommend further from here even tough you have to do assessment yourself it is very good quality. Plus there stuff usually has easy to follow directions or if its to confusing there is a support number to call for help.
We havent been here in a while, but looked forward to seeing their newly constructed and decorated rooms. NOT A DISAPPOINT.They had they old favorites and some new items which we plan to get. We enjoyed walking through and getting ideas from their beautifully decorated rooms. Even though their cafeteria was open, their hot dog cafe was not. Miss those hot dogs and custards. Also, we learned that their catalogue is no longer produced. Everything on line sorta takes the fun out of shopping at home with the catalog for us old school shoppersNonetheless, we enjoyed being there and look forward to visiting again soon.Oh, we learned a little swedish... start your day with a hej (hello). 😊Worth the visit. ENJOY. Their swedish meatball meal is very good too.👋
Love Ikea! ...The prices, customer service and especially their return policy. This is a place to be when you want to shop, eat or just take the day for a walk through even if your not buying anything, but i guarantee you, you WILL walk out of this store with a purchase.
One convenient store location on south Philadelphia with keeping updated store with new products and new settings all the times of home products from living room, kitchen, dining room, bedrooms, bathrooms and home offices with great ideas combined great employees to make it this happened in store display to give visible imagination to public, and great restaurant inside store with simple menus and great prices fit budget without broke the banks, neat, organized inside out including parking areas with EV charging stations available, loading area and curbside pickup!
They had a drill display, display as in everything on the shelves was a drill standing all by itself, 8x10 sign read $9.99. WOW what a great deal, asked the worker, who was two feet away from me, if the screws for this drill was close, and commented what a great deal this was on the drill, he looked for the screws, none left, he told me to look downstairs, found bags for $1.99, pack of ten or so, get to register, the drill rings up $39.99, tell her this is wrong, has someone look into it, she says yes the display is there, the sign is there, he did tell you they were $9.99, BUT there not $9.99 the wrong sign was put up, she would NOT give me the drill, she said she talked to the MANAGER and the MANAGER said absolutely not, asked to talk to the MANAGER, she said NO, as for the good deal on the bags, someone put them out and never took the wrapper off, they were $1.99 each, there were three of us who had those bags, I didnt know the other people, the lady who yelled the loudest got the bags, now I have a better understanding of the squeakiest wheel gets the oil, IKEA get it together
IKEA is always great for strolling even if you dont want to buy anything. You always get some idea for your own interiors.Staff are very helpful, they are constantly sanitizing every surface along with the carts and they maintain proper social distancing. What more do you want from a place?
Do not like the new layout. A lot of things missing and the example rooms are almost non existent. Furniture on walls instead of allowing the customer to check it out. They might as well be a mail order business. The thing we go for is lunch. A 40 minute drive that iswell worth it.
Cornell campus rock wall - bouldering, top rope, and lead routes. Primarily serving Cornell students, staff, and affiliates. Open hours are more limited than commercial gyms. Classes and instruction focus on safety and skill development. Staff are friendly. Parking can be a challenge, depending on what other events are happening.
*Had to amend my review - read latest review*IKEA never disappoints, good selection and reasonably price. But, of course you have to be the sort of person who is comfortable with assembling the products. Some of their items are a little too simplistic for my taste/decor but they also carry a number of unique and hard to find pieces. I needed a 15 inch kitchen cabinet and a narrow 6 foot bathroom cabinet, they had it. Overall, worth checking them out, youre sure to find something. 4 stars this visit because l had to make 2 trips, they gave me a couple of wrong items so l couldnt complete my cabinets. :-((
TIP: Dont drive in through the back of Ikea if your car is low to the ground. You will 100% scrape the bottom of your car. I was driving a highlander and it ended up being a pretty big bump for it. A smaller car thats lower to the ground will ruin their suspension and scrape the entire undercarriage. That said, its a decent shopping area. It has a Best Buy, Lowes, Ikea, and such. I have only been to the Best Buy, Five Below, and Ikea in this area. They are all pretty standard.
Ikea was a little more crowded than I think it should be during a pandemic. But I was able to get in and out within 20 minutes. The Five Below and Dollar Store had too, too many people in there, so I didnt even bother going in those stores. Everyone wore a masks so that was good. But social distancing is hard in the aisles.
I went to this store for end tables for my bedroom, after walking around the store 3 times looking for the end tables and asking 3 people in the store where they were I had to phone a friend to find them. Once we located the displays we had to go another section of the store to find that it was not in stock. And to make it worse I cant purchase it online. Very disappointed Ikea.
More than a strip mall less than a mega mall...4 primary retailers all in seperate buildings: A standard Lowes, A good Best Buy, a standard IKEA, a so, so Raymore & Flanagan. A few little retailers like Below Zero, Pier 1, Vision Center and a handful of fast food drive thrus.
Well the store was nice the people that work there were nice everyone had messed one and it was pretty clean however I did not like the idea that when I went in it was like a maze you could not turn around or get out you had to follow your way through the store until you so absolutely everything they wanted you to see and then you were able to get out seems like it could be a fire hazard to me if something happened in there they want service dog friendly but I dont think I would go back
IKEA is the best place to get your furniture, especially, my kid is ready to go to college and need some stuffs she want for her dorm. We just need more store like IKEA. Plus this place has Bistro and Cafe to eat when you shopping and tired. Highly recommended for everyone who need idea to decorate their home.
I was worried I would be knifed on the loading dock. Bring someone with you to pull the car up to the loading dock. There are barricades that prevent cart theft and wheeling your sweet new particle board dresser (death trap) to your vehicle . So unless you want to test your luck by leaving your purchases unattended while you pull your car up, bring someone with you.
If you are looking for affordable furniture or a fake plant IKEA is the place to go. If you have free time, IKEAs furniture will help out also. I bought a entertainment system months ago, and finally finished it. It came with 4,562 parts, and by the time I finished, the vaccine for covid19 was made. So, if you need furniture, fake plant, or just wanna kill time, IKEA is he place!
Bit too bad of a place. the only problem is there is no way to check inventory before going to self serve. So pretty much you search for what your looking for find it go to self serve to pick it up and find out its out of stock with no ETA. if they fixed that would rate much higher
Environment is really a sketchy, light industrial harbor. Once youre inside, you forget youre in the middle of that kind of neighborhood, but then after passing the take-out counter and the last glass doors, youre right back in the thick of it. Watch out for other drivers; they wont watch out for you.
So, theres a lowes, a best buy, an ikea, and a bunch of other stores. None of the restaurants would interest me, but theres quick American food here as well. MehIm giving this five stars simply because I like the 3 stores I mentioned and there is tons of parking. Further north on the opposite side of Delaware avenue (Columbus avenue to you noobs), there is a home depot ... As a professional contractor, I prefer Home Depot to Lowes; the selection is pretty much the same and the prices are lower - but this Lowes has a huge garden section, so if Im getting stuff for myself, I might shop here for work). Other than that, I dont really know how to rate a shopping mall. LOL
Nice spot . If your parents or whoever is taking to long shopping and your dont see them no where near the finish line. You can take a break and grab some food. Theres some fast food restaurant and some restaurants with a bar you can relax get a drink and watch some T.V. ( ⛔🍺&🚗)
A lot of their furniture is cheap it doesnt last long you could never pass this furniture down to a relative like stuff you used to get back in the day that you can reupholster and the price is on the front of her is ridiculous as far as household goods such as plants plates and even betting they got it goin on but other than that furniture is not one thing that they have going for them
A strip mall in the banks of the Delaware river. BestBuy and Ikea are its top stores, but there are other stores and a few restaurants of interest too. Ample parking is present for all of the stores in visibly separate areas. Bus route 25 servers the mall and is available at frequent times.
Bad communication at the Chick-fil-A. Waited too much time in the Drive-Thru then tried to go to the front door to get service the lobby and then was told I had to wait back in the Drive-Thru line. Shaking my head. They could have just ran inside. My food and then that would be that. Besides the worker looked stressed out like she didnt want to be there

2022-04-29I cant really think of anything I would complain about this Lowes so it deserves five stars. Its organized, clean, stocked pretty well, and pretty easily accessible. I dont have any experience with the staff they seemed nice.

2022-07-05Wonderful place for shopping. All items essential for us is available here and that too at prices lesser than their competitors. Conveniently big store with ample parking. Rest rooms available. You have to go around in the exhibits on the first floor and make a list of your items to be purchased on the list pad and select them in the ground floor of the store and proceed for check out. Return policy is available. If you are hungry restaurant is avlbl in first as well as ground floor. Enjoy shopping

2022-03-13What do you want? Its a giant, big-box, shopping center surrounded by massive half empty parking lots, with a questionable layout, straddling the Delaware Avenue Stroad, in the middle of the city. You get what you pay for I suppose. Its useful and has stores people in South Philly need. Namely the IKEA.They could have done... I dont know, SOMETHING, better with the way it sits on the waterfront and absolutely denies access to it by the public, except for a very thin trail behind the Walmart The Gays™ use for their cruising. So you know, theres that. That Walmart is NOT open 24 Hrs btw.Id review the pedestrian connections and walkability if this Commercial District, but apparently they did everything they possibly could to discourage anyone from walking around the place. Its a pedestrian nightmare, but hey you can just park literally anywhere with these parking lots you could fit 6 neighborhoods inside.Theres a Chick-fil-A. OH AND A BOAT!

2022-06-16Nothings better than going to IKEA for that one thing then walking around for 2hrs looking at things youve seen a million times before, finding reasons to buy random things you just probably convinced yourself you absolutely need. Have fun assembling that PAX closet!

2022-06-02Come here for this and little that. Love the ice cream except for the strawberry kind. It taste like they had added Kool aid to the ice cream mixture and its so very bitter, yuck.

2022-04-20Its a big shopping center that is very busy and can have a significant amount of traffic. Between the giant Ikea and Lowes hardware store you can only imagine the volume of vehicles . Go if you can during the week or weeknights to save some sanity.
