Went better then expected when calling, which was to disconnect their service, mostly because verizon has a better offer currently (at least in my location)I had originally called may 17th, and thought i cancelled service, but for some reason it didnt work and got charged today.But after calling it was resolved and the money put back into account and everything, and it was a suprisingly smooth and quick process that i wasnt expecting to be so smooth, i do gotta say that was impressive.

The agents are ignorant rude and unhelpful... I swear they over charge you by a month a year. Customer service is a joke when it comes to this company.

Very un-customer friendly. Ridiculous computerized loop that keeps taking you back to non- answers and no help. Literally took days and multiple phone calls to talk to a person. Only reason its a 2 and not a one is that the person I finally talked to was outstanding- she was 5 stars. But the process is ridiculous.

Comcast is an all around bad product and company. If you werent a monopoly and there were more options for internet service I would choose a different company in a heartbeat. My bill constantly goes up every few months with no reasonable explanation. When I call to get the price back down the customer service reps are rude and not helpful. I never make bad reviews on companies because most companies run reasonably well, but with comcast I have had such a bad experience I had to let people know. I know lots of other people feel the same way and they would also choose a different internet service provider if their were actually others available. Your prices are ridiculous, you are a monopoly, and your product isnt very good.

Phone support sent me to this location for a new modem. I arrived in the store and the woman told me the phone service rep never placed my order. I explained to her matter of factly I spent 30-40 minutes lining everything up via phone. I even asked the phone service rep, do I need some kind of confirmation number because I don’t want to drive all the way there and the store rep is clueless. (This happens frequently). Sure enough, I get to the store and the woman assisting me has no information, no order, and ZERO time to look deeper into things. Simply, “I’ll just go get my Manager.” I agreed and the manager comes out to inform me the woman went into the back and LIED saying I was cursing her!!!!! It is not in my nature to disrespect or curse people. She degraded my character to save face or shed a negative light on my credibility. VERY poor interaction... The manager did come out right away and resolved the issue. Because of his assistance and quick resolution is why I give three stars. If I were grading her customer service, it would be lower.

Had them move the router so it was more centrally located. The guy from Blairsville knee hurt so he just cut the wire let the small peices of wire and left on the floor where he stood. Wire just wrapped around my furnace pipes. Not tacked up. Just left hanging by large amounts. Serious problems with there service any more. Think twice before letting them in your home

Our bill was suppose be one price and they kept charging us more and more. When we asked they said one just one time fees. Well these one time fees are on every bill. Then we paid $100 plus dollars for our bill to go back to normal and the very next bill was back up to $100 plus. They are a scam and bad internet providers. Never even sent someone to help fix an issue we had like they said they was going to just all around bad service.

Thought it would be cool to watch all the James Bond movies from “Dr. No” forward, because they were free and there’s a new one coming out in April. I got all the the way to “Tomorrow Never Dies” when I noticed they weren’t free anymore. I mean, come on! I pay $250 a month for cable and can’t even watch a movie from 1997 for free. Ridiculous.

I love Comcasts live chat customer service! Usually when I call in I can barely understand the representative but live chat fixes that problem. I was switching back to Comcast from Verizon (Verizon mislead us to believing we were getting a better package for the same amount of money but that wasnt the case) and was having a hard time getting my cable and Internet to work. They scheduled to have a technician to come out the next morning! I am very happy with their service!

This is the worst company I have ever delt with. Theyre customer service is horrendous from the bottom to the top. They never call you back even when they promise on multiple occasions. They bill you for things you specifically said you did not want and then continue to charge you for these services you never received and when you try to call to ask them about it/dispute it you can never get a person on the phone who wil help you!!! I kept getting deferred to the first supervisor I spoke with who promised he would follow up with me on a specific date and didnt call for three weeks. When I finiay called, I couldnt get him on the phone and nobody else would help me since he was already on my case. When he finally called me back (3 weeks late and after multiple attempts to reZch him) he left a message saying he was out for medical problems and again promised to call me back the following day. Its been 3 days and I have yet to receive a call. Wasted so many hours calling and still have not resolved the issues. Worst company ever. Do yourself a favor and choose a different cable/internet service provider--youll save hours of time and aggravation. They do not care about the customer.
