Mike came over and fixed the mess I made in my gaming computer and installed a liquid cooler for me in no time. Good guy to talk to and did it for a fair price.
My computer completed died and Computer Mafia diagnosed the problem quickly. Instead of automatically replacing the motherboard they tried to repair it first to keep the costs lower. When it could not be repaired they ordered a new and got it running. It’s as good as new. I would recommend Computer Mafia to anyone with a computer issue.
Spent a lot of time juggling options and trying to find a company to assess my (in my mind) fried motherboard. It was between Computer Mafia and another company with great reviews (both seemed like they each had legit reviews). I went with Computer Mafia, admittedly, for the name... Best decision in a long time!Mike is the [expletive] man! Super informative, was a huge help fixing an issue I thought was going to have me down for weeks and affect my business, and did it all while dealing with my annoying questions.Mikes a true expert of his craft.The whole process was enjoyable and Ill be calling Mike & crew anytime I need help here on out. The computer technician was very nice and professional. He came on time for the scheduled appointment to fix my mother’s laptop. He also provided a laptop to use while my mom’s laptop was being repaired. The laptop were fixed shorter than expected. Overall, the technician communicated everything and provided excellent service! I would recommend and used these guys again! Thanks so much.
Mike really does deserve all the praise he’s getting up and down these reviews. My laptop would not take a charge due to a broken port. I found Mike on google, reached out, and received the most efficient and professional service. He fixed my laptop within 3 days of the initial contact. Not to mention his unbeatable price. Hoping he puts Geek Squad out of business soon because they are trash! If you have a tech issue, Mike is your guy!

The only reason Im giving 5 stars is because 10 stars isnt an option. Whether you need your computer repaired or built right, Computer Mafia truly does make you an offer you cannot refuse, at least if you want quality service at great prices. Loved how professional and knowledgeable Mike was throughout this whole process. It’s comforting to know that even though I don’t know much about technology specifics, that I was able to trust Mike to have my best interest in mind. My laptop was picked up and delivered within a very time friendly manner even with the holiday; I would definitely do business with him again in the future!
I needed a new laptop and wasnt sure how to set it up and transfer all my files. I called Mike and he spent a lot of time walking me through the purchase and answering all my questions. When I received the computer he came to my home and did a great job with setting it up, installing Microsoft Office and transferring all my files from my old system. His prices are very reasonable, he is always available to answer questions and doesnt over sell you on things you dont need! I really appreciated his expertise and honesty. Highly recommend.
Had issues with the charging jack on our laptop and with homeschooling a way of life these days, could not be without a computer. Called Mike, he picked up our laptop and he had it back to us within a few hours! So quick and working as good as new! So greatly appreciative! Mike is the best!!!!!! I had a 2011 mac 27 inch refurb I bought from Walmart.com from a company called CTS warehouse on 02/2020. It stop working 07/2020 !!! I contact CTS and Walmart. CTS gave it a 30 day warranty. Thank god I bought Square trade warranty for repairs. I took it to a computer repair guy on Buselton Av. He check it and gave the wrong diagnostics on the computer. I contacted Computer Mafia (Mike) and he called me back. Mike came by my house pick up my computer and in one week it was done. Mike deliver my computer to my house. Explain to me the problem and the price was reasonable. Very efficient !!! Very professional!!! . Thanks Mike for fixing my imac !! One happy customer here. Five plus stars for you!!!! Mike was professional and courteous. He replaced my 2011 iMac graphics card that died. My iMac now runs as it should and Im happy with they results and the cost to replace. Mike is now my go to service provider.

I have had 2 experiences with Computer Mafia, which I rate as EXCELLENT. The first one Computer Mafia came to the rescue when not even the manufacturers support was able to help me. Computer Mafia came to my house and did not leave until the issue was fixed. The second experience was a follow-up inquiry, which Computer Mafia handled remotely. Both issues were courteously and diligently handled on the same day, and most importantly, to my satisfaction.Update June 15, 2021: now I have been a customer for almost 10 years. Computer Mafia just upgraded my hard drive and my old laptop is fast again!
Mike came through for me in a big way. He talked to me on the phone and had me explain the problem. Then we came up with options on how to get my computer fixed. He was flexible with meeting up and my computer was running great by the end of the same day! Mike truly cares about his customers and will not settle for leaving less than 100% happy.
Mike is a very knowledgable young man. He has worked on my mac computer, my macbook, mac air and my dell. He is experienced in all technology. He is honest and has a wonderful work ethic. 2022-03-29It was a true blessing to have found Mike. He has went far and beyond to repair, install, reinstall anything and everything to make my husband and myself happy with our computers. Mike is very informative and knowledgeable when it comes to any type of software and or hardware.Even though I feel as if we’ve become a pain from calling so much he always reassured us that at any given time we need his assistance he will become available at his most earliest convenience.On several occasions Unlike other technicians Mike always keep scheduled appointments and will make any additional appointments when needed to get the job done.I can’t say enough about how pleased we are with him.

2022-05-02So far so good, Mike was pretty prompt and managed to get to my residence in a reasonable time frame. My computer was stuck on the “self-repair” screen and couldn’t navigate past it for 2 days. He managed to fix it and even touched up my laptop as well. He was the only person who actually got back to me and came out the same day. He ordered some parts and gave me a thorough inspection of my device; and gave me his recommendations. I would recommend this person to anybody. I’ve been scammed countless times by Crook Technicians who just take the money and don’t do Jack. Mike is the exact opposite of this, if I could give more than 5 stars I would! 😎

2022-03-07This review is long overdue, but I cannot thank MIke and his team for all they did for me and my family. I wish there was an option higher than 5 stars to give! We ran into some serious technology issues and Mike was able to help us out when no one else was wiling to! Mike and his team provided some much needed guidance in an otherwise dark situation! 2022-05-15I got a 5.1 channel receiver installed and a 55 TV mounted on the wall. Mike did a great job. He arrived on time, got right to work and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend and rehire

2022-08-07Mike absolutely saved me today. He replaced the power supply in a very old server that runs my business. I was not able to operate without it and he came out at nearly 10pm and got me running! Ill use him for any computer needs going forward

2021-10-29Mike is the best! He fixed a laptop issue that others said couldnt be fixed. He installed a smart TV that two other teams of installers from other companies couldnt. 2021-12-24Mike, who runs the business, is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I built my own PC over a year ago and ran into a problem that I couldnt figure out. Computer Mafia showed up the next day and not only solved the issue, but finished the setup for me!In December, one of the parts I had purchased for the PC had an issue. I called Computer Mafia again and Mike came out that day to take a look. He brought the PC back to his shop, discovered which component had failed, and replaced the part in a week!Anytime I have a computer issue moving forward I will be calling Computer Mafia!

2021-12-13My workstation bricked after some personal upgrades. Mike has a mobile service, saving me the time and effort from having to haul my 60lb behemoth both ways. He was professional on site and saved me time by diagnosing a bad power supply, and confirming my old one was still good. Quick thorough service, 5/5 stars.

2021-05-30Mike fixed both of my home computers, which I needed to work from home. He was an extremely competent professional with exceptional people skills-he travelled to my house so I did not have to transport my machine to a store. He worked quickly and effectively-good value also. Overall, one of the best, least stressful technical support experiences I have ever had. 10/10 Highly recommend.
