FREE PARKING! I was so glad to find the parking was free and convenient! The staff was friendly and efficient. I was in and out and the place was clean. There was enough space in the lab to not feel overwhelmed by other testers. Overall, the experience was great and I would recommend testing there.

I arrived 15 minutes prior to my exam start time as instructed. No one was even in the building except for other test takers in the same predicament! I was afraid that my test had been cancelled and no one had informed me, especially since I had to take various modes of public transportation to get here! 3 minutes before my exam was supposed to start, someone from the center finally arrived and said it would be another 15 minutes before someone would be here to administer the test. Overall, the communication was poor and it is really unprofessional to not have a test administrator onsite when several tests are scheduled.

I went here to take my state exam today and the test administrator was nice and on point. I arrived 30 mins early before my exam. He let me take the test early. There is free parking on the side of the building as well.

This place is NOT GOOD do not use it for testing unless you dont have another choice! The employees are very very kind but unfortunately the building it is in is hard to get into, old with breaking elevators. If you do use it, you need to stand really close to the front door to get it to open. The security gaurd wont open it for you. The elevators are breaking but the woman working here said shes never seen anyone get stuck so thats good.

I had to take my teachers exam here twice....the first time it didnt start on time and the room felt like a sauna.. . Im here for the second time and my test is suppose to start at 8am. They said to arrive 15 min early...its now 8 am and no one is here ..wth....😧

Such amazing staff and enviroment i last tested in march of 2018 at age 34 and recieved my GED after i failed the math portion a few months prior twice by a few points but never gave up sadly i cant remember the lady name we intake with when you first go in to sign in but she told me after failing those few time its never to late to fallow your dreams and goals and dont give up you got it keep trying and i did it i would love to really thank her for her encouragment .. i am now in my 5th semester in college earning my bachelors of science degree in criminal justice 22.5 credits earned so far and 3.0 GPA im going to continue to hear her words you got it keep going through my studies til i reach my goals

The Forklift Training met all of the OSHA required information. Instructor was very knowledgeable.
