I couldnt ask for a better experience from start to finish.First off, I was stuck in a bind after a minor accident as my insurance greatly undervalued my classic BMW. Matthew was more knowledgeable about state laws and practices (and car values) than the insurance agents themselves, and was able to negotiate a fair insurance payout.Secondly, there was the repair itself. After seeing the quality of work theyve done on other cars, I was confident to give the go-ahead to turn this collision repair into a restoration. The workmanship was flawless, the attention to detail immaculate. Im usually very wary of letting anyone work on my vehicles, but Matthew and CCI have thoroughly earned my trust.
Matthew and his team did an amazing job fixing my A3 which was re-ended in traffic. Matthew battled with the insurance company and walked me through the entire process... which can be very difficult! Fortunately my insurance company paid without me having to take legal action, but had it come to that, I knew Matthew was already prepared to walk me through the process. Awesome company, great people, and definitely where you want to go if you want your car fixed perfectly! Thanks again.
On March 29, 2021 I was involved in an accident in which my car was most likely totaled. My insurance company was a bit delayed with their assistance as well as clearly explaining the process. The original body shop that they told me to have it towed to was no longer accepting cars with this type of damage. I called my dealership for a body shop recommendation. They told me about Convenience Collision. (Thank you Mark from RPH). From the first conversation I had with Sebastian, I was nothing but impressed by the courteous and professional service. And then I spoke with Matt....wow! This man took 35 minutes with me on the phone to review the PA laws and my insurance policy to ensure that I understood my rights as well as the process the insurance company should be following. Once the insurance company made me an offer, he spoke with me again on the phone for 20 minutes to check if this was a fair offer for my car. I have never experienced such kind and professional service. They took the time to help me to understand and support me through this ordeal. I hit a deer with my mustang and it was in really bad shape. Matthew at convenience collision greeted me the day I brought it in and agreed to take on the job. He is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet and has very high standards for every single vehicle that leaves his shop. Matthew and his team go above and beyond with their repairs. They pay great attention to detail and don’t leave anything out or take any shortcuts. I wouldn’t recommend any other shop if you want it done properly and professionally. They kept me updated on the progress of the car throughout the whole process. I couldn’t believe how good the car looked after they were finished. After convenience collision was finished with it it actually looked better than it did before my accident! Do yourself a favor and take your car here before anyone else, you won’t regret it. This shop is exceptional. Matt is beyond knowledgeable with insurance, customer rights, and BMW repairs. When Geico tried to get out of paying for necessary procedures to fix my vehicle, Matt made sure I was educated and prepared. Without his help this issue would not have been resolved in my favor. The dent and scratches to my car were repaired to perfection! Truly unmatched customer service. Convenience Collision will be the only shop I ever use for these type of repairs.
Great service, awesome people. Matthews very knowledgeable and passionate about cars, safety and cares about his customers. He informed me of what my insurance company supposed to cover and my rights as a customer. I brought my Audi to his shop, thought all that was needed is fixing the dents and a paint job but Matthew went in depth about how the dents on the door may have damaged the sensor that triggers the side airbags to deploy on impact. When the door was taken apart, he was right! There was more damage than what it seemed. They did an excellent job! My audi looks new. He doesnt cut corners nor does he try to scam you like other shops. No regrets here. Highly recommend his shop to everyone.
I was beyond pleased with the work and experience that was provided by Convenience Collision Inc. Not only were they responsive but friendly and nice. I am a perfectionist so needless to say, when my less than 1 year old car was involved in a hit and run, I was devastated and very nervous that the car would never look the same. Top notch experience all around. Great service and people. Recommended by BMW in Roxbury. Matthew is very knowledgeable and passionate about cars (especially BMWs) and it shows. He also cares about his customers safety. His shop is a certified BMW repair shop. Upon scheduling service to repair my BMW, he informed me of what my insurance company should cover, my rights as a customer, and that my vehicle would be repaired to factory standard. Matthews crew picked up my car and dropped off a loaner and upon completion, dropped my car off and picked the loaner back up. They did an excellent job. His attention to detail is very thorough and always kept me updated and informed on my cars progress. Conveneince Collision doesnt cut corners or try to scam you like other shops. I highly recommend his shop to everyone.
Our Honda Pilot needed a paint job because the paint was peeling off, listed on recall. Our car has been at this shop for 3 weeks now. Thats because it took a while for the Honda to approved. I dont know how the car paint turn out yet, but Im pretty sure itll be worth the wait. The owner, Matthew has been awesome by giving us the update. This simple gestures makes a difference to the customers who is patiently waiting for their car to be done. Ill follow up with my reviews when we get the car back! But, for now thanks Matthew!
Matt at Convenience Collision has been repairing vehicles for me for over 10 years and I have to say I have never been dissatisfied in the least with the quality of work Matt has provided me and my business. I have yet to find anyone as knowledgeable and detail oriented as Matt and am always amazed at the outcome of the repairs he has performed for me. I had a great experience with Mathew and his team at Convenience Collision. I had recently bought a fully restored 1969 Ford Bronco with a couple modifications from a company in Illinois. When I finally received the truck there were a few overlooked electrical and mechanical problems that needed to be addressed. Matthew was able to pick up the truck and tell me exactly what needed to happen to get it fixed. They kept in touch during the process and took the time to explain everything (and recommend other improvements as well!). I will definitely be going back to him and his team in the future!
As a senior technician at BMW of Bridgewater, I trust very few people other then myself to work on my vehicle. Matt Z and the Staff at Convenience Collision did a fantastic job on my truck. I got into a fender bender that almost totaled my vehicle. Convenience Collision not only fixed the truck (better than it was before), but they helped me understand the complicated insurance process. The insurance company wanted to total my truck, which was the very last thing I wanted. I spoke with Matt and he was able to stand firm with the insurance company and negotiate a way to repair the vehicle. I am so pleased that I chose to take my car here because an experience that could have potentially been a nightmare, ended up exceeding my expectations. Convenience Collision was the body shop recommended by my insurance company after I had hit a deer. I like to keep things simple and took it in for an estimate. Matt, Preston, and the team surpassed my expectations with their great customer service and standards. Within 48 hours of getting my car back, my teenage son hit a guard rail and my car needed additional body work. This decision was a no-brainer, I went back to see Matt and Preston. They took such great care of me, again. Matt set up everything up and eased my stress (we were leaving for a 10 day vacation in a few days) assuring me that my car would be ready when we returned. They finished it ahead of schedule, which caused a conflict in my rental coverage, but Matt resolved the matter for me promptly and once again I was smiling. Matthew and Preston did a great job in repairing my BMW X3 from a rear end collision. They were referred by my local NJ BMW dealer and they came and picked up the car on a flatbed and drove it 2 hrs back their shop, then delivered it when the repairs were complete.They dealt with the insurance company on my behalf when they found additional damage the adjuster didnt see.And the car looks fantastic - even the inside looks brand new.Both Matthew and Preston were extremely courteous and provided excellent service.I just want to say thank you for the excellent work you did on my BMW X3. It looks fantastic!Would highly recommend.
I found Convenience Collision based on google search to get our Volvo repair assessment post an unfortunate accident. From the very first call Matthew was very empathetic and gave an honest assessment. Considering the car repair was cost prohibitive for its age and value had to find an alternative to Salvage. He was kind enough to give a few contacts and let us store the car at this facility until we salvaged at no charge. He was like god sent for me. I think he is the embodiment of good people rare to find this day and age. Wish him all the success in his business. Consider him for your needs and you will be glad you did.

I had an accident that my BMW 528 hit a deer and I had so much troubles dealing with the insurance company.The agents from the insurance company tried to uncut my car’s value and wanted to have my car totaled. They delayed multiple times in the process in order to put pressure on me to send my car to be totaled.Matthew and Preston did a great job standing behind me. Both spent enormous amount of time in emails and meetings with the insurance company.Long story short, the insurance company eventually accepted their wrong doings, and agreed that my car valued more and can be repaired.I am very pleased with the service from Convenience Collision and certainly would recommend to anyone who need a trustworthy partner to have his/her car serviced.

This is the second time that I have had Convenience Collision repair a BMW of mine. The work was impeccable both times and when they turned the cars over to me, there was no sign that the car was ever damaged. The paint matched, no sand lines under the sun and the finish looks as good as it did when delivered from the factory. They operate a great shop that does high quality work using true craftsmen. They only use OEM parts, supplies and follow BMW repair guidelines to the T! No one likes to be involved in an accident, especially when their car wasnt in motion (NJ Drivers LOL) but if ever you should be in one, Convenience Collision will make it like it never happened. Oh, as for convenience, they gave my a loaner BMW when I dropped my car off and offered to return my car to me on a flatbed and pick up their loaner car. I live 90+ minutes away.

My baby, 1978 Porsche Targa, Locked up a rear brake and a fire ensued just after I arrived at my destination. What to do, what to do....My friends tell me the only place to take the car was to Convenience Collision, Matt is the best. Ok, so I tell my insurance to tow it there.Matt called me when the car arrived and we commiserated for a little and then Matt starts laying out how he handles insurance repairs. Matt was very detailed and through in his explanation offering options in areas where options were possible. By the end of the conversation I had a very clear understanding of how this process was going to go. I absolutely felt I was in the best hands possible.Matt called often to update me with his progress along with some pics to show me my baby. He handles all the insurance issues with my insurance company and really the only thing I had to do is confirm I wanted the payment check mailed directly to Matt. Easy.He delivers the car to me and a flat bed and drives into my driveway.I want to tell you all that the car was in absolute show room condition. Absolutely beautiful.Matt know how to handle the insurance side of your loss with expertise.
Highly recommend Convenience Collision for several reasons.From my first conversation with Matt (the owner), it was clear he was committed to full transparency, a great price, and outstanding customer service.We had minor damage to the spoiler and trunk of our BMW GT. The dealer quoted me a price that was double what Matt wanted. But beyond just a better price, Matt took the time to walk me through the repair and itemize each cost. He also looked for ways to try and save me money rather than gouge me. I was very impressed, so it was a no-brainer to award him the job.When it came time to doing the repair, Matts team showed up with a flatbed and picked up our car, dropping off a BMW loaner car. Cant get better than that. The work was done when promised, and Matt himself dropped the car back off. He then went over the bill with me, and showed the work.Clearly, this is a place that puts a lot of pride in the work they do, and believes in a higher standard of customer service. Matthew, the owner of Convenience Collision personally visited our home to evaluate and take pictures of our Toyota Prius. This eliminated a 45 min. trip for us. When we brought in the car, we were given an estimate of when and how it would be repaired and they were right on time with excellent repair work. Matthew communicated with us by email with all the necessary forms and worked with our insurance company, NJ Manufacturers without a hitch. He and his workers were cordial, friendly and efficient. I was referred to Convenience Collision by my wife’s co-worker. I then read the positive reviews online just as you are now. I needed some minor body work done to my 2012 Centennial Edition Corvette Grand Sport about 4 months ago. This car is very special to me and I didn’t want to go to just any body shop. Right from the get go my experience with both Preston and Matthew (the owner) was extremely positive. My car was ready on time as promised and looked fantastic. However, about a month later I noticed an issue with the finish on the front bumper. Needless to say I was not a happy camper. I brought the car back in to discuss the issue and Matt was more upset than I was. He could not apologize enough for the inconvenience and promised to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. I work in customer service for an IT company and understand that things happen from time to time, problems do occur. It’s how they are handled and resolved that make all the difference. Matt prioritized my car, provided a loaner car, and returned it in just a few days looking like new again. It has been a few months and no additional issues have come up. Even though there was an issue, I was happy with the level of service I received enough to return to CC when I needed my Infiniti repaired after a multi-car accident happened in front of me and I didn’t have enough room to stop. The car looked like brand new when I arrived to pick it up and I couldn’t be happier! I HOPE I don’t need their services again anytime in the near future but if I do need body work done, at least I know where I’m going to bring my car.
I had a wonderful experience working with Convenience Collision. From the initial call to the delivery of my car, Matt and his wife were professional and caring. When my repaired car was delivered, my 16 year old son asked me if I bought a new car! Thats a great compliment coming from my teenage boy. Matt and his team did a phenomenal job! Once again my experience with convenience collision was over the top amazing. Getting rear ended and having to deal with other insurance companies can be a little pain but convenience took care of me made sure I was in a car immediatlely and picked mine up. I got my car back and it looked like it came fresh from the manufacturer. Preston is always a pleasure to work with and Chris was such a pleasure to deal with when coming to get and drop off the vehicle. There really is not another body shop out there like convenience and Im glad Im a customer with them. They are amazing and their work is amazing such a blessing to have them in my phone book. I recommend no one else except convenience.
Convenience Collision is your answer if your vehicle has been Involved in a accident. Matt and his team do an amazing job to ensure that your vehicle is repaired back to its OEM condition as per OEM procedures, and keep you informed every step of the way. I was referred by a friend to Convenience and I am extremely pleased that I took my 2017 Focus to them. Being in the industry as an employee for Car-O-Liner, I understand the extreme importance of a proper repair. Initially my insurance provider thought my vehicle to be repairable, but thanks to Matt and his Technicians they performed a proper disassembly of the vehicle to correctly inspect the damages that were caused by the collision. The amount of damage that was found after they performed the vehicle inspection determined it to be a total loss. Even though my vehicle was damaged to the point of not being repaired,if ever in a collision again I will not hesitate to bring any of my vehicles back to them...5 Stars All Day.
Convenience Collision did a wonderful job repairing my Volvo. It really looks as good as new now. Something I think many folks dont consider though is that there is more to it than just aesthetics. Its important to consider *how* repairs are done as well. I buy Volvos for their commitment to safety. When they need to be repaired, insurance companies typically expect you to accept substandard repair methods and parts... because its cheaper for them. Unlike many shops which are complicit in this process, Convenience Collision is committed to repairing to original manufacturer specifications. They will not cut corners as insurance companies demand. I drove away with complete confidence that my car was as safe after the repairs as it was the day I drove it off the Volvo dealers lot. As much as I hope I dont need their services again, should that day come, they will get my business again hands down.
I have a Porsche targa 4S. This is the second time that I needed their service and as for the first time, the work they did was immaculate and the attention to details incredible. This work was much more extensive than the previous one: the whole front bumper, hood and fender had to be fixed. Importantly, they dealt on my behalf with my car insurance company and were very efficient (and saved me from any stress). They are very convivial and helpful, including Chris who picked up my car and Preston who returned my many phone calls the same days and patinetly answered my questions; if I had only one regret is that I was without my Porsche for 3 weeks (mostly due to the insurance inspection, plus some parts had to come form California). I highly recommend Matt and his team, they are trustworthy and nice!

My Pathfinder had a large tree branch fall on it a year ago. Matt took the car in on a Sunday since it was raining. He went over everything that should be done and let me know what the insurance company should/will do moving forward.The SUV was returned in perfect shape. I havent had any issues, although Matt assured me he would take care of any issues should they arise.

Convenience Collision is a first class body shop. They took in my damaged Mercedes G550 with a huge under estimate from the Insurance Company of the driver that hit us. Mr. Zielenbach was able to negotiate the proper amount needed to complete the job to factory new condition. That amount was 4 times the original amount estimated by the Insurance Company. I got a BMW loaner to drive while being repaired, not a cheap rental. Also, the eye candy in the shop was quite a sight to see. From vintage Ferraris to Jaguars. Great job. Thanks.
This has been the best experience I have ever dealt with from any type of repair shop. I live in Piscataway NJ and when my 2010 BMW needed to go into a body shop I called my local BMW dealer and they gave me Convenience Collisions number. I called and from the start they were amazing to deal with. I didnt expect for them to be ACTUALLY CONVENIENT! But boy were they! They drove from PA to pick my car up from the dealer and dropped me off a LOANER! Which NO BODY SHOP ANYWHERE GIVES LOANERS. But Convenience Collision does and they dropped it off to me at my front door. They then repaired my car and kept in contact with me. When my car was done the owner Matt dropped it off right to my driveway. Not only was the service amazing and the repairs are beautifully done but when I initially spoke with Matt he ended the call with have a great day and God Bless. As a Christian this really hit me and I knew God had me in the right hands. I recommend Convenience Collision to everyone as you will get the BEST OF SERVICE bc they give it to STAY IN FAVOR WITH GOD. My neighbor, Lois Jotz-Walsh had her BMW X5 at the shop and the insurance company would not authorize the repair but totaled the car. I recently had my wifes 2004 330xi backed into the rr quarter panel. I contacted Matt and scheduled him to pick up the car and drop off rental. Matt worked with the insurance company and kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. The workmanship and quality of the body work & paint was superior. I was a big convenience dealing with Matt and his team with the repairs ,rental and the pick up and delivery.

Love your car; fussy about paint work? You can trust these folks with it. Kerry at Oldwick Village Garage recommended Matthew after pointing out someone had backed into the hood of my 2002 530i. I was starting a trip and wanted a correct fix quickly because I am fussy and impatient. Davids guy Ned did the maintenance items on my list and worked out pick-up with CC. Between client meetings across the country, Mathew and Preston provided a firm estimate, made recommendations to do the job right (fix the sand blasting) and the car arrived in my driveway ten or so days later (on a flat bed) repaired to a factory fresh standard.
I was super impressed with the quality of service and honesty I received at Convenience Collision. My familys car was in great hands with Matthew and his team. I live about two hours away from Convenience, but the level of care Ive received here is hard to surpass - so its definitely worth the drive.
Matt is a true pro. He is consistently friendly, professional and honest. As important, he and his team are fantastic at repairing auto damage. We have several high end automobiles damaged and I wouldnt think about sending them anywhere else. In 2017 I was in a minor accident and my insurance told me I had to go to a particular collition shop in Bartonsville. When I insisted I wanted to go to BMW they told me BMWs labor rates were to expensive ,They told me that if I took my car to BMW I would be responsible for the extra cost beyond what NJM pays to their shop of choice in Bartonsville. I had never had any local shop fix my car before other than BMW. My insurance assured me that this shop they were referring me too was an exellent shop that they used alot.I reluctantly and feeling I had no choice took my car to NJMs shop of choice in Bartonsville. When I went to pick my car the scatches from the accident were not visible even though a few scatches which they claimed were not from the accident were not fixed. Meaning they did not paint the entire car. I picked my car up end of March and in April the scratches from the previous accident were starting to show up. By bad luck which I think now was good luck my car was damaged while being towed from NJ to Pa about 13 days after I picked it up from the body shop in Baartonsville. While complaining to a friend of the bad job done on my car they said next time try Convinience collition. I was reluctant to use a local shop again after my bad experience. But after a number of people kept raving about this guy Matthew from Convinience collition I was sold. Deeply sceptical and mostly curious I met with Matthew and Preston at convinience collition they took pictures of my car and after a couple of days come up with an estimate of about $6000 No pressure .They told me to come back when Im ready and gave me a choice of going elsewhere if I decided to. I called my insurance NJM and they told me I needed to return to the shop in Bartonsville that did my previous paint job. They did a bad job before I was not going to let them touch my car again. NJM sent an apparaisal to look at my car and he gave an estimate of about $1,600 and change. Big difference from Convinience collition. who NJM said was always expensive. (Well my car is expensive too) my immediate thoughts. If you wouldnt choose a cheap heart surgeon why achoose a cheap mechanic ?CCI made me sign so many contracts i thought I was signing my life away lol. Matthew however explained each piece of document I was signing. I was impressed by how much each of these documents was protecting my welfare as their customer. Im glad I signed those contracts they protected me so much through this whole process. He offered me a BMW 5 series rental while they worked on my car. I thought what a cool guy. So I asked him if he would mind reviewing the previous work done on my car by the body shop in Bartonsville and since by then he had noticed the bad job on my car he agreed.Every couple of days Matthew updated me on the progress of my car. I was impressed by his sincere interest in making sure I knew what was going on. Unfortunetly while tearing my car apart he noticed all the mistakes the previous body shop had done. I went back to his shop and he walked me round the car pointing and explainning every small detail and mistakes from the previous shop and how I had fake parts put in my car. I called my insurance NJM and they admitted that it was their fault the shop had used fake parts because they felt my car was older a 2011. HUH ?Matthew again explained how that was wrong for them to do that and other violations they had commited against as their customer.Matthew told NJM how they had wronged me. He knew the law so well I thought he was an Attorney.He told me it pains him to see people being taken advantage of by their Insurance and as a christian he felt he could not just stand by.NJM finally totalled my car and they called me with a pay off amount that would have left me owing my bank almost $5000 for the totalled car. When I told Matthew he was furious. He helped me to get almost $5000 more from my insurance than they were offering me. and other monies owed to me that i had no idea I could claim.Halleluya You gotta Love this guy .
10/17/2017- Follow up to my previous review from 9/2017…This is for anyone considering Convenience Collision & Auto Repair, dont consider it for much longer! Give them a call and let Matt and his team help you. My mothers car accident was August 28. On September 6, her vehicle was deemed a total loss. Our insurance company, has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. From the beginning, Matt and his team have given us the information, including our LEGAL RIGHTS as a consumer, as to what we should expect from our insurance company, as well as what to expect from our body shop. The information I have received throughout this process has been excellent and eye opening. Insurance companies are big companies. They do not care about us, the consumers. They do not care about our family business body shops either. The insurance company wants to save themselves as much as they possibly can. In the long run, this hurts the consumer. They do not want to pay our preferred body shop the price they deserve to repair our cars the way the manufacturer needs them to be repaired for optimal performance. Think about how much technology is in our cars today- sensors, monitors, everything we can imagine! It isn’t cheap to buy it and it isn’t cheap to fix it. As consumers, we pay high annual premiums so that our insurance company pays our body shop in the unfortunate event that we need one. Since the car accident, I have been fighting with our insurance company daily as they delay and fight every single penny. At the insurance company’s fault, I have been paying for a car that’s been totaled for almost two months now because they don’t want to pay my chosen body shop for the work or storage necessary to my vehicle.If you are looking for an HONEST and QUALITY repair shop, you can’t afford to go anywhere other than Convenience Collision & Auto Repair. Matt and his team have a passion for making sure that their clients are educated when they speak to the insurance company. They gave me and my mother all the information up front. The best body shop. I have had such a great experience working with them. They helped me with a previous accident that wasnt done right and did a fantastic job on the accident that I came in for. Customer service here is better than most places. I wont go anywhere else for work and will always suggest Convenience Collision to anyone who needs work done. I actually learned alot and they are very thorough. They are rated 5 stars for a reason.
Convenience Collsion is conveniently located and yet I feel some dont utilize them because they think all they do is high end vehicles. WRONG! They do ANY type of car ! Not only do they work on all types of vehicles but they do them with: Outstanding Work (they are not a throw it back together shop), they work timely, they know their pricing and they dont rip you off, they take pride & have accountability (back their work) and they are a shop with integrity. Not sure about you but I want all of they above when its not only my own safety in my vehicle but the safety of my loved ones and friends (not to mention others on the road in other vehicles). I highly recommend them as no job is to big or to small. So try them I would be surprised if your disappointed!
A trustworthy mechanic is one of those things that once youve found it, you dont let it go and you do tell others. If Im being perfectly honest, Matt was hard to believe.From the moment that I brought my car to him I was more than a little skeptical to say the least. But every single thing that this guy said that he would do, he did.He said that it would cost more than what the insurance paid but he said that he would take up that fight. He did. He said he would bring it in on price. He did.
By far the best shop I have ever been to! I will be taking all of my cars to them from now on.I have an E36 M3 that I bought about 2 years ago. I found out there was rust and the frame was jacked up. They put it back to true, fixed all the rust, and made sure every single nut and bolt on the car was exactly the way it came from BMW.They are VERY professional, Always answer the phone (sorry for calling so much Preston) and they never beat around the bush! They tell it like it is.I drove over 2 hours just to get the work done and I have to say it was worth every mile! I am more then happy with my car! If I could give them 100 stars I would.

This is the place to go if you want quality and great peopleApril 2016 update -I travel 20 minutes away to come to Matts shop. Im meticulous about my car and Matt treats all his customers cars as if they are his own and ensures quality.They use top quality grade paint too- BASF glasurit 90 waterbourne- do a quick Google search to learn more about it.My insurance company had sent me previously to some Stroudsburg recommended shop - lets just say I had to go back 3 times because each time I went I discovered a quality issue -Its bad enough having to get your car repaired, do yourself a favor and travel a little to see Matt and company at convenience collision, they are the best..and know what they are doing.
Matthew went above and beyond in a large scale repair/restoration of my dad’s Shelby Cobra replica after a nasty crash.Obsessive with the details and attentive to his clients, Matthew took a serious personal interest in going the extra mile on a project with a harsh deadline. My dad was terminally ill and seeing this car finished was one of the few things that kept him going. Matthew brought a smile to my dad’s face at a time when it was not to be expected.It was not just an amazing finished product. It was an all-inclusive service of responsive communication, labor (body, paint, interior, electrical, mechanical), parts sourcing, detail hunting, insurance wrestling, personal availability, etc etc. Even after the car was finished, he was ready to sort out any lingering issues that had been beyond his control. It meant the world to my dad so it meant the world to me.It’s also worth noting that yes, this is in Bangor, Pennsylvania. And yes...in the shop are regular vehicles being repaired, alongside vintage Ferraris, classic Jaguars, Porsche race cars, etc. Every project appears to be important.

Hands down the only place I trust that will do an amazing job with body work on my car. Ive used convenience twice already and I wouldnt recommend anybody else but them. This place definitely goes above and beyond. My car looks beautiful and the experience was hassle-free. They even offered me a loaner vehicle to use for work because I didnt have rental coverage with my insurance. They always answer any questions I have & make me feel comfortable and at ease. I have worked with many body shops over the years getting cars fixed and upgraded, but the operation that Matthew and his team run at Convenience Collision is worth the long trip to rural NE Pennsylvania from the Philadelphia area. My BMW e46 has a few minor incipient corrosion issues related to damaged paint. Since this is the very first wagon BMW built for MY2002 and I want to drive it forever, I was prepared to put some money into a quality long term repair.Preston at the front desk worked with me to thoroughly examine the car and we came up with a work plan and a very reasonable estimate. They spent the time needed to trace and fix a couple water leak issues as well. The result returned the body to a like new appearance with a perfect paint match to my grey-green OEM paint. The fact that the owners of the 300 SL Gull-wing Mercedes on the rotisserie in the shop and the 365 Ferrari about to undergo a 100% color change back to factory silver certainly gave me confidence that these folks are highly trusted. My trust was not mis-placed. The 14 year old car that I picked up looked like new. Highly recommended!

I had my 1973 BMW 2002tii restored by Matt and his guys at Convenience Collision over the past 18 months. That may seem like a long time, but it was not Matts issue, it was totally a function of not being able to get parts in a timely manner from BMW. The end product was beyond what I expected. The Inka Orange paint (the original color of the car) was absolutely perfect. They replaced all the trim and all the other little finish items that really made it come out spectacular. If you are in the market to have your old 2002 restored, Matt has the experience and ability to to a great job for you at a fair price. I just bought a 1973 BMW 2002 Turbo which, I am sure will end up at Matts at some point in the future.
Let me start by saying that I am not a very easily impressed person. It takes a bit to impress me. This team of dedicated employees do a very professional and fantastic job. My BMW came back looking brand new. The workmanship couldnt be any better if is came from Bavaria its self. The day after my car was delivered, I went over my car looking for flaws or discrepancies of any kind. There were non! (as of yet). The dedication of the team to complete, and to complete it right (thats very important), was second to non. Things come and everything doesnt always go as planed, I understand that. There was a bit of a time glitch, so they stayed late, to get my car to me as promised. The service and quality of this place is outstanding.

Very professional shop. From the initial estimate to the on time completion our vehicle was completely restored back to its pre accident state. The attention to detail on the body lines and finish are top notch. All of the affected systems were professionally repaired.They were able to work with my insurance company to get the proper parts and supplements entered correctly the first time which saved a lot of back and forth. That is one huge part of the puzzle that may be overlooked by some folks. A lot of work went into repairing my vehicle both in the shop and in the front office everything worked out great. I had my Vehicle repaired at another body shop as per my insurance company request and after I had picked it up wasn’t happy with the repairs. We brought our vehicle to Convenience for a post repair inspection and learned that it was far worse then what met the eye . I think convenience collision did an amazing job with my car. My insurance appeaser appraised the damage for $2600, but the car damage was actually around $15000. I was very worried that I would have pay the difference; however, convenience collision helped me through this battle with insurance and the insurance company paid the same amount. My experience from start to finish was absolutely excellent. Mathew explained every detail of the repair to me and took me on a tour of his shop which was clean and efficient. Matt and his crew are beyond thorough in both the insurance and repair process. They will take as much time as needed to make sure you understand the steps that are taken during the repair. I am very particular with my vehicles and the repair was back to factory appearance and specs.
Was involved in a hit and run collision with my new 2016 BMW, not only they provided me with an amazing BMW car rental they also picked up my car and at my place of employment . Convenince Collision did an amazing job getting my car back just as good as new; when they said it was going to be ready; the only delayes were cause by the insurance company. On 10/23/2015 I hit a deer and my car was brought to Convenience Collision in Bangor Pa 18013, who came highly recommended from a friend. From start to finish of my repair to my car I have experienced nothing but the upmost professional, courteous and friendly auto shop. Convenience Collision is definitelly the way to go. My car was pretty beat up when it went in and by the time I got it back, it looked brand new. Matt and his team are incredibly helpful and extremely professional. Even when some work ended up being more expansive than I was originally quoted, they stuck to the original price they quoted me. Bridgewater (NJ) BMW recommended Convenience to me after I was rear ended. NJM has few certified shops and this is one of them. Matt met me at my office in Westfield, NJ with a rental and a flatbed. They are true to their name. The repairs are flawless. Id recommend this shop to anyone.
This place is the best of the best they dont cut corners and they treated me like family. This is the place to go. Never again am I going to another shop for car repairs. The staff is amazing. They have great customer service and went above and beyond the call of duty to help me fix and save my car. They went that extra mile that other shops werent even willing to extend a helping hand. They will get all my future business and I hope every one comes here too. They will not let you down and they will provide you the best and honest help with all your car issues.
The service I received was outstanding. I was kept informed every step of the the way. I was getting no where with my insurance company and they made sure everything was handled and I was well informed. 2021-08-12Convenience Collision does simply the best and most thorough work you can find. Matthew and his team took my 20 year old rough BMW M Roadster and got her looking like new again. Paint, wheel refinish, some weld repairs and a clear protective coat bra on the front. I couldnt be happier with the results. If you want it done right, just go to Convenience Collision.

2022-06-05I was derived to Matt at Convenience Collision to do vintage car paint job from Mike at Vantage, my local vintage car shop (Stamford, CT). I can’t be more pleased. Matt took care of everything. From dealing with the insurance company for the authorization and payment processes (several iterations). To recommending how and what to do, in particular taking advantage of the disassembling work being already done. Including following up on the phone and text, sending me numerous pics of the process at every stage. He also transported the car. He is very mindful of minor details and will take initiative to do additional things beyond. I’m very happy and would recommend him anyday to anyone.

2021-12-09I chose to have my BMW repaired at CCI after hearing about their excellent quality and attention to detail. I can attest to CCI’s 1st class service and communication. My insurance company initially quoted the repair of a cracked bumper repair. Matthew’s initial inspection of my vehicle led him to suspect the damage was more significant and, after disassembly, he was proven correct. Matthew and his team provided expert guidance, communicated with me at every step, and always had my best interest in mind. Unfortunately, my insurance company did not have the same goal. My eyes were opened my eyes to the ways my insurance company looked to cut corners and not honor my policy. I am glad I had Matthew in my corner to help me navigate this journey. He is an expert in his field, and you will not regret having your vehicle repaired at CCI.

We have taken BMW’s, Porsche’s and now our Volvo to Matt, the owner, and every time the experience has been excellent. They are diligent in ensuring the result of any body work is perfect from an aesthetic, mechanical and safety perspective. They will explain the process and will work directly with the insurance company so we didn’t have to. Our cars have been returned in such a beautiful condition and Matt always explains the work that went into fixing the damage.They are a 5+ star rating.

2022-01-10Matt and his shop are just about the best in the business!! They recently took care of my black 2008 M3 which needed a major make-over (road rash on hood, headlight and front bumper, dings in doors and fenders, nicks in back bumper, etc, etc), and the car came back “as new”!! You really get what you pay for, no secret. Kudos to CCI!!

2021-02-25Got my car back today and I wanted to leave a review ASAP! The work done by Convenience Collision was superb. They matched the color of my car (which is Pearl white) to perfection. The owner Matthew is such a nice person, patient and attentive. He explained everything to me in detail and guided me through the process as if I were family. 2021-02-26Took my car here for some body work after my car was clipped by another. Saw that they had amazing reviews and they did not disappoint with my car either. Matt was super helpful, patient and understanding. He walked me through the steps in order to get my car fixed. Very professional customer service and work. My car looks better than when I brought it in. Cant thank them enough for the fantastic work and happy to have my car back within the estimated time and price for the work. 2021-04-20I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this shop!!! Matt has to be one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever met. He values education for himself and his employees; and knows his trade inside and out, stays current on all things automotive, and makes sure his employees stay current as well. I will NEVER take my car anywhere else, even if I have to pay out of pocket. He makes sure that my car is exactly as it should be, to within millimeters of perfection; which keeps my car safe for myself and, more importantly, my three children. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
