The deli is a fn joke here. I love wawas been going to them up and down the east coast 10 years. One of the worst Ive been to though. Btw Ive been going to this one 4 years a few times a month and have finally had enough. Done here. Learn how to make a basic hoagie please.
This is my favorite Wawa. The morning staff have always been so helpful along with being friendly & courteous.The morning weekend staff the same as well. I appreciate how they make everyone feel welcomed & happy to help you with making sure the coffee is always brewing fresh, sandwiches are being made if they run out up front. Slowest deli ever!! Forced to listen to terrible singing constantly. Or literally watch the girls behind the counter stop working to have a gossip fest. Im not opposed to talking... WHILE you work. But stoping and leaning on the counter. And the terrible singing. Seriously! Stop singing you sound terrible.
They aren’t enforcing the mask “requirement.”Not somewhere you wanna be, even if it’s a quick stop, if you or somebody you love is at high risk. In one trip I saw 3 people without masks and others not wearing them correctly.

This wawa got some good hoagies especially the new pastrami hoagie! Iam surpised they carry it. This location is always stocked and have everything ready for sale. It has one of the cheapest gas pumps around and a free air pump for tires. They got small restrooms which they need to expand for travlers. The coffee is always hot and ready to go!
I would like to genuinely give a very big thank you to Natasha, Being as though she was preparing other orders she managed to take some time out to help me with ordering my dinner. Happy thanksgiving wawa employees and thank you wawa :) It’s was delicious!!
The new gas pump handles are the worst. Every time I get gas there the pump stops like my tank is full because the nozzle doesnt fit all the way in. You never know when your tank is actually full. Then when your tank is full its like the Boy Who Cried Wolf, you dont know if you should believe it. So today as I was filling up, after the 20th time it stopped, I squeezed 1 more time and it spit gas all over my suit pants and new dress shoes. Now, Im driving to work, reaking of gas. Until they fix this, I will get gas elsewhere. I know that by me going elsewhere, it wont make a dent in their profits. Because its right next to the turnpike, I would fill up here all the time. I just hope my shoes arent ruined.

Why do the people working on the deli act like they are gonna close at any minute ?? They r open 24/7 yet god forbid they run out OF say potatoes. Or stuffing for turkey bowls, they cant or wont make more ..... HELLO YOU R OPEN 24/7 DO YOUR Job...... This is all the time ... Wheres your manager???
Ordered 2 meatball sandwiches that were juniors . Turns out they only have 2 meatballs in the roll and a pack of mallo cups . Paid over 10 bucks . Thats a rip off. Thats like 2 bucks a ball.

Since they remodeled this store has become really slow at orders. I think its the system and not the people. Was 5 stars now 3 at best
First time using the mobile app, cashier had no idea how to access it? 3 persons later they notlced on the register! Somehow a card on my phone went to 00.00 from 20.00 +

Decent wawa, not the quickest to restock promo goods, make pretty good sandwiches compared to some other local branches, always a bit busier than id like, avoid the ATMs here though, ive had them run out of cash on me before- waiting 14+ days to receive the funds back into my bank account was not a pleasant experience.

2022-04-12This wawa is going down hill fast. Went there yesterday and got a burrito bowl, get all the way to work and there is barely anything in it. Day later get the same bowl and they forget the Chipotle sauce. It even says it on the ticket.

2022-07-04This place stinks the afternoon crew at the deli moves like the 1 am crew they had 5 people there and they were standing around just talking in a huttle it took the same time to make a classic ham n cheese hoagie as the 1 am crew of just 2 people smh I started going to a different one just because the lack of speed

2022-04-10Gas pumps at 1 and 2 not working hit call button nobody answered. Glad wasnt an emergency. Oh well gas cheaper down the road anyway.

2022-01-18All of the staff but one older lady is wonderful. Always attentive, kind and helpful. This ONE lady...idk....she must HATE mornings. Every morning I stop by to get a Breakfast quesadilla which as you know gets put in a rectangular box. She got mad at me, gave me attitude because I told her I didnt need a bag when I was at the register. A customer before me had to buy LOTS of ice and she was giving HIM attitude FOR NO reason. This is not the first time either that I see her being NASTY twords customers AND other employees! I mean really...if you are not a people person and you cant carry yourself in a professional manner than find another job. Or at very least dont stick her at the register 🤣 hope everyone has a good holiday even the GRINCH of your wawa

2022-02-09They need to toss the old lady in the morning to the curb or put her in Silver Lake. Time has passed her theres no reason to wake up everyday miserable and have screaming matches with other co workers. Too much lead in the bristol water

2021-05-03There is always a line of 5 or more people, with one person on register. I have had to ask quite a few times for them to open another register. People coming here on the way to work n such dont come there to wait its supposed to be quick.When ordering drinks or ice cream I always seem to have to ask someone to make my stuff because no one is working the station.This used to be a top notch store now I dread going there, Im going to start going to another store even though i live 1/2 a mile from this store

2021-04-27Have been Wawa customer for a long time. Stop for breakfast at least 3 days a week. Very much it is very good service. But this morning was a mess, menu screen had troubles showing the “menu”. I ask the employee that I believe she is the manager, she answered on a rude way. Came around and help me out so I can order. Went my cup of coffee, switch it 2 times because it was not hot enough. Went to the cashier and had to wait for the cashier, guess she was doing something else around the store. Finally, got back to get my stuff, I asked for a bag, and the “manager” again on a rude way send me back to the cashier to get one. I have been customer long enough to know they do have bags on the back, minutes before another customer walked away with his breakfast on a bag she put his stuff in.Ordered 2 burritos, when got in the office had to “rebuild” the burritos and warm them up, ‘cause .... it wasn’t right. I can tell they were short handed, but that doesn’t means you can release your discomfort and frustration with the customers.

2021-10-01I ordered a breakfast sandwich. I drive all the way to work, open and find only an egg white and cheese. I ordered a HAM sandwich. I call the store and there’s no answer. I want a refund or something.
