This is always a great place to eat, and yes its family friendly!

Great service, the marina on the chicken parmigiana had a flavor and tasted homemade.
We ate there for a late dinner and I was pretty bummed they were out of Buffalo chicken wing dip (but I understood given that we were there late and it was busy). As we were leaving, the owner brought out some Buffalo chicken wing dip that had just finished cooking. It made my day! Very sweet and thoughtful staff. 😊
Spacious bar and dining area. Many tvs for sports fans. Chicken pot pie is the best. The daily food specials are attached. They have a huge crowd. There is a mix of locals and college students.
This is one of my favorite places for a drink and quick meal. The food is always good and the table servers are great. Reasonable pricing and always a pleasant experience.
The server we had was awesome, the taco salad not so much 😒 cold ground beef on a bed of greens with cucumbers is not really a taco salad. It could really use some cleaning too, there are greasy black hand prints on the wall going into the kitchen and literally a vent next to where the servers place orders that Is so dirty it’s hairy.looking.
Salad was delicious!!! All of our meals were good. Chicken wings were also pretty good. We will be back again when in the area.
Walked in with 6 adults total, luckily sat down immediately (7pm-ish on Saturday). All my food was great, I didnt hear any complaints from my party either. Service was fantastic and the food, I felt, was brought out promptly. The French onion soup was good too😋

We had lunch there. The burger I order was not real, you can tell it came from a box!!! Ruben was just lunch meat, but half wa decent!They Soup was the best .Chicken Tortilla. Coleslaw was good. Service was good. Food was kind of cheap and a little bit to expensive for a fake box burger!That was very disappointing 😞

We recently had a Baby Shower in the downstairs Hall. The Hall has recently been updated with rustic look and warm country feel. Baby Shower was beautiful. The food and beverage service was beyond 5 stars. Greg, Kenny and staff are all amazing. Thank you. Jaime Wagner
If youre looking for a great taco salad... you wont find it here...... no taco meat.... a dried up burger at the bottom of the salad....you had to ask for Jelapinos.....the cook needs to research.. How to make a Taco Salad.... I wont be back....
Everytime we come to visit Erie we make a point to come here. The owner is an absolute gem and the service is amazing! I have always had a good meal and cannot stress enough how welcoming the atmosphere is. Love this place and will definitely always recommend!

Love this bar in the summer when the college kids are away. Good specials and reasonable prices. Greg, the co-owner, is a super nice guy and will go out of his way to make sure everything goes well for you. Since the ownership change the quality of the menu, both drinks and food, has notably improved. We just avoid it from September to May because it gets packed with college kids at night.
Try there artichokes dip! Best un the area! I been through lots of restaurants and non like theirs!
Its a very nice place with an excellent venue... Tried the French onion soup, wings and pub chips which were also delicious. The people working there were friendly and the place was clean. The reason for the 3 stars instead of 5 is due to the place being mainly empty and still our meal was compromised. The soup come out lukewarm and having to be sent back. It was brought back nice and hot. The fries came next, by themselves, and were cold. We sent those back when the wings came out. The wings were hot and delicious. By the time the chips came back the wings were eaten so we packed the cops to go....Otherwise, everything else was perfect.
Great service, great wings, pretty good pizza (Im not a big fan of thick crust but maybe you are!) and the atmosphere was pleasant. Would definitely recommend and will visit again!

Its the best of two worlds, a sports bar and a family restaurant. Is definitely a sports bar with beer and great wings. But its also an eatery that you can bring all the family for great American comfort food. I highly recommend the burgers (any of them) they are amazing. Definitely a thumbs up!!!!!

The ribeye steak use to be amazing so good, the past two times so bad, this time it was so thin and over cooked it wasnt even enjoyable.
They take the time to get to know you. Food is consistent, cheap, and deliciously flavored in their trademark style. Quiet environment, warm yellow lighting is great for a nice night out. Theyve got TVs for watching sports, pool tables, a jukebox, and many other fun amenities to make this a play you can go to with friends, or to enjoy a nice meal alone with some beer. 100% worth it. Im here for college, and will DEFINITELY miss this place when I head home to Vegas after graduation.

The manager who was very intoxicated on the job stated screaming at us. please don’t ever come to this establishment. The manager also told us that he “hopes our dads die of aids”.
Do not recommend...I recently went to this bar with my sister who went to a college nearby. First, I was asked for a second form of ID when I didn’t look 25...So I gave him my dependent military ID. Again, didn’t question anyone else in my large party. Which was fine but strange. I had a great time until at the end when I wanted to close out my tab. I went up to the bartender who asked me three different times what my name was... to the point that I had to spell it out and I was fine doing so. Finally she came back and said I closed it out. I told her I specifically remember leaving it open as I remember my sister making a joke earlier. I told her that I did and doubled checked in my wallet for my credit card. It wasn’t there. She was very rude and had an attitude. She said I closed it out so much so that a manager (I’m assuming) came and said I closed it out and that I signed for it. I asked to see my signature. The next thing I see is the that HE comes with my card they magically find with the receipt that they said I already signed. There was no apology for the mistake instead the bartender told me that she didn’t need my dollar tip and to kick me out when all I wanted was my credit card. I asked to speak with the owner who later defended this kind of behavior. In all my 25 years, never have I been treated this poorly in an establishment. I will not be returning to give them my business. I’m very discouraged that this kind of behavior is acceptable in a place like this. I don’t want to be in a place that has such a negative way towards there customers (which is the only reason why they have a job). Again, I hate leaving such a negative review but I am disgusted by this establishment.
We love the Cornerstone! Its three blocks from our house. We eat there frequently. Its laid back and welcoming.The food is great! The manager is always visible, friendly and ensures that his customers are satisfied.
Cranch is my go-to flavor for the wings special on a Sunday. Plenty of TVs to watch sports. College bar- so I typically stick to early evenings or daytime.

Always a great place to stop and grab a meal. Greg is the ultimate waiter. He made our experience elegant but down to earth. I love this place. If youre in Erie this is a definite stop. The games are good depending on who your team is but the food is always great. Friendly atmosphere for family and college students alike. 10 stars. Try the spicey friend pickles. Locally owned, but I wish it was a chain because I need a cornerstone near my house to feel complete.
Service and food are always fantastic at this establishment! Cant get enough of it here and their specials are always excellent as well! A must-try for anyone who has never been here before!

Went on a Sunday during football season with my family. Took well over 45 minutes for the food to arrive. It was good, but Im not sure if it was worth waiting 45 minutes for. Decent place to watch a game, but dont go if youre already hungry.
Warm cool atmosphere with excellent service. Being from Cleveland we have a lot of places to go. So visiting Erie I tried this place. Nice little college spot.. I wish I could remember my servers name tonight but she recommended the apple wood rub to me for half my order of wings and OMG it was great. She also recommend some ales for me to try .. thank you again and when I come back Im gonna look for you..
Very good local bar/restaurant. Has your typical bar type fare and its very good. Prices are typical for the region. Very clean and they have some outdoor seating.

Excellent menu. The chicken tortilla soup is a wonderful warm up on a cold day. The shepherds pie is enough for dinner and then take home box for lunch tomorrow! All in all a very nice place for lunch.
Waited 1/2 for waitress to take an order. Then she came around after our first beer .she asked my husband if he wanted another but totally ignored me. Its a college kid bar. Very loud, especially one annoying kid in here. I guess he think hes all that ,you know that type. I just want my food and cannot get out if here fast enough

Service can be very slow, and it took forever to get the attention of the waiters/bar tenders. Food can vary from good to mediocre. Plus quite a bit if creepy regulars. But very affordable and can still have fun here
I had a hamburger and fries. The hamburger was cooked medium rare as ordered with onion lettuce and tomato. The hamburger was lean and about a third of a pound and the fries were hot and fresh. The portion was more than ample. This was a special for $4.95 which I thought was a great value

The owner was super rude to us and made us pickle backs incorrectly for my friend and I. Yelled at us for asking why he served it that way, not even complaining.Well you should have asked for it that way, if thats how you wanted it *eye roll*I dont need to ask for the correct way. He just didnt know how to make it and couldnt have his masculinity threatened.
Stopped in around 3:45; place was nearly empty besides some folks at the bar. we ordered a few appetizers and 2 kids meals. took nearly 40 minutes for the food to come out and we were not checked on nor were we apologized to. while sitting there, a large unexpected party came in and all attention was on them. i understand it was overwhelming, but just because a large party comes in does not mean you ignore your other tables. i ordered a quesadilla, which the server had verified with me was a cheese quesadilla, but when it came out it had chicken in it and it was burnt. i was never given the opportunity to let the server know because she never came back to check on us. we were unhappy at this point and just wanted the check so we could leave. we could tell we were not going to be acknowledged so we approached the bar for our check and the bartender gave us a snarky response about asking our server for it. when the server finally brought us the check, she looked right at my uneaten food and didnt say a word and again didnt apologize, just silently set the check down. we had our card out ready to pay for at least 5 minutes but ultimately left cash on the table and walked out because our server continued to walk by and ignore us. worst customer service ive had in a long time—theres a huge difference between being busy/overwhelmed and being rude. im never one to complain but this was ridiculous, considering we ordered well before the large party came in. didnt appreciate the rudeness from the bartender either but ive seen that from her many times during past visits.
The service is fantastic. The food is great, the owners are friendly and open to any suggestions. Televisions all over the place so you can have any sport you want. The prices are extremely Fair. So go and try something very special.

Very poor service and over priced. It was pulling teeth trying to get the waitress to actually serve us and when she did it was clear we were just ruining her day. The beer was over priced, flat and Im pretty sure skunked. Even after they changed kegs it was still pretty rough. The food was cold, bland and took almost an hour to get to us on a Thursday. The parking lot is small and oddly angled so we were stuck parking in some dark, abandoned lot across the street. If youre a college student(or one of the creepy old people there to hit on them) and dont know any better then Im sure its a great hangout, but if youve been there, done that and working for your money, you dont want to pay for what they call service.
🔵 Big fan of Cornerstones amount of TVs inside of the bar, will come clutch for March Madness.🔵 Cant go wrong with any of the Twisted flavor wings.🔵 Servers are pretty attentive so thats all good.🔵 I plan on trying those Hot Blue wings next time Im in there.

Taco salad was dry, terrible shell thing with a not enough of anything. Im guessing the burnt french fries I found were a bonus. Must be under new management and new cook. It use to be 4 stars. Ill give it a 2 for now.

I have been to Cornerstone a few times to drink and to eat. The food was good tasting and reasonably priced. The drinks were great and the specials were cheap!

The bouncer, Al, is one of the rudest and most disrepectful individuals that I have ever met. I used to frequent this bar in my college days and loved it. However, after our most recent interaction with Al, none of my friends will be returning until she is gone.

Its a corner bar. When Mercyhurst University is in session it gets packed based on it being the only bar in walking distance. Otherwise its a great neighborhood bar I go to with friends from where I grew up.

2022-01-15We had the Cobb salad, butter/garlic/parm wings, and the rosemary garlic wings. Wings were cooked perfectly and were delicious. Salad was amazing as well. Wait staff was attentive and friendly. We had a couple special requests and questions about the food and everything was done as we requested. Chef came out and asked us how our dinner was. Overall was a 10/10. Super impressed, we will be back!!

2021-08-08Actually I had better memories from a previous visit a few years ago. We arrived in the middle of a Sunday afternoon but there were still a lot of tables to be cleared in the area we were seated in. By the time we left people were coming in steadily and tables were getting cleared pretty quickly. They had a decent selection of beers and numerous TVs if you want to catch a game on a Sunday afternoon. We ordered a selection of appetizers for the four of us and they were OK. If youre avoiding fried food you might want to skip the apps.
