Staff was wonderful and honored our stay for it being a late check in (12AM.) Our room was clean and the atmosphere was welcoming. Rooms were not expensive to us. Pool was open and it was a quiet stay, no loud folks or huge hotel bangers going on. We also would have loved to enjoy the fire pit areas outside but our daughter was having surgery the next morning so we needed to get rest.
Positive: The staff friendly. The fitness center and pool were enjoyable. The patio was a hit, seating was spread out to accommodate a vast number of people. The fire pit was amazing, I met so many people as guests gathered each night to sit by the fire and talk. Negative: I did not like that the fitness room windows had no covering of any kind and looked right in to the pool.
My first time coming to Courtyard by Marriott hotel, spending a night was so worth it. Room very nice ! Bed is so comfortable so thats big plus and ensure to get good nights rest before work the next day! Definitely will come back here! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone! At least, this hotel is very clean and spotless compared to other hotels I have been to.
Really loved the room, the beds were great, pillows great, cool they had a mini fridge and a coffee maker, and then they had paul mitchell soaps which is pimp! however, no free breakfast which is lame. Overall a nice place! It would be better if the pool was outside, but, its PA, soo makes sense that its inside!
There was one thing I didnt like at this courtyard. The staff was very friendly and helpful. But the couch in that room looked like something that someone threw away with a sign that said free on it. We were only staying one night so I just avoided sitting on it. But you really need management to go thru and look at those couches. If there is as many stains and the cushions about as flat as a pancake in other rooms. I would suggest going elsewhere. At least if you like spending the evening on the couch if I stay in the room like I do.
It was obvious from arrival to departure that the staff was there to make sure my visit was comfortable. Very clean and updated interior. Right off the highway so a nice place to stop on your travels. Plenty of places to go for dinner/Shopping near by. Highly recommend.
I typically always stay at a Marriott brand hotel if possible. Their quality of service and amenities is reliable across locations and I cannot recall ever being dissatisfied. This location was extremely clean and the lobby was very inviting. I love being able to get my Starbucks in the morning and they had a nice menu (even though I didnt end up ordering anything). The bed was very comfortable and my bathroom was very clean. Upon arrival they upgraded my room and it was quite lovely. The staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. It was a great stay (I just rarely give 10/10 or 5/5 scores).
So I stayed an extended stay. It was a pleasant stay with no issues. Just beware that if you are a travel nurse or whatever know that in order to not pay taxes after 30 days into your stay you must book your entire stay at one time. I did not know that, so I wasn’t able to save money. It’s unfortunate because I literally stayed in the same room the entire time from March 29, 2021-May 14,2021. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.
This is a very nice hotel. The location is absolutely marvelous with a walking trail just across the street. Very quiet place, yet very close to the vibrant atmosphere of Cranberry. The front desk agent, Beth, who checked me in has an exceptional customer service skills. The room is also very clean. This place is now my favorite hotel in Cranberry.
The outside and the first impression walking in impression was great. Felt modern, friendly staff, great lobby area with a little store and a bistro where you could get food (I did not use at this visit). All of the decor felt like it was modern and seemed updated but as my stay went on just noticed it seemed worn. In the rooms it never felt clean, carpets were stained and never felt like they were swept properly as there were little strings and thread and like sock lintel on the carpet. Areas behind the TV that slid out were dusty, as were some other surfaces. Linens on bed felt clean but worn and thin. Rooms were small. Bathroom had plenty of room, nice walk in shower, but again it was like 1/2 updated, so it felt like it tried to be modern and new but you could tell they left some of the old so just made things feel grungy. Location was great, lots of stores and places to eat close by and near major highways and roads made it easy to get to.
Our room was not ready for 45 minutes after check in time. We missed our shuttle to the wedding and therefore had to drive, which defeated the purpose of staying. There were several other people who also missed shuttles to different venues as well. The staff could have cared less.
I only stay at Marriott but was not impressed with this visit. There were several housekeeping issues. Luckily I used points, but feel they should have offered them back due to the issues I brought to the front desk at time of check out. They also do not offer any types of food for free there are smaller chains that still make those attempts to feed their guests
Outdated room. Candy wrappers left on floor. Gunk on side table. Very noisy next to highway. We turned a noise machine on from an app. The curtains wouldn’t close so we used a hair tie to tie them shut. The group area was huge. Great for soccer teams like ours. Fire pit outside. Pool was decent.
The hotel was nice; however, the amenities listed as free coated extra. There was no continental breakfast, but there were paid options. There was no free wifi though there was a strings attached free version. As another reviewer mentioned, the streaming services were not available, though this could have been due to not connecting to their WiFi. Who knows. Now mind you, I would have had no issue paying for breakfast, or WiFi had that been mentioned in the description. The free services were one of the reasons I selected the Marriott North in cranberry township. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Marriott Hotels in the past, but Im left disappointed with this experience. I should mention that the changes in amenities may have been due to covid-19, but again, be transparent and give me the ability to make an informed decision.
We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott on our drive home from Florida. It had been a rough time away as my husband had to have emergency surgery during the trip. Walking into the Courtyard was very comforting. The lady working at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. She even gave my parents breakfast vouchers (even though their room didnt include them) just because my husband and I had them included. That small act of kindness was so sweet. We are dinner and breakfast there and the food and service were both wonderful!! Our room was beautiful and very clean. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Excellent service from the staff plus very clean room makes this an above average Marriott Courtyard. I read reviews before I booked that this was a clean/cost effective choice in the Cranberry area and that is accurate. However, what surprised me was the attentive and customer service oriented staff. I travel on a regular basis and the customer service provided by the staff at this location stands out as one of the best experiences Ive had at a moderately priced hotel. You expect the staff at expensive 5 star hotels to be attentive, but to get that level of service at the Courtyard was tremendous - and from every employee I encountered including front desk, housekeeping, coffee bar, food server - all were very friendly and attentive. Also, the cleanliness of the room (particularly the bathroom) was top notch. And finally the bed, linens and furnishings in the room were clean and like new.
Its very clean starting from the lobby!.The room I had was very clean and the bed sheets smell fresh and are also very clean. The bed was very comfortable and allowed me to have a very peaceful and much needed restful sleep. I got pillows of my chose, soft, although there are firm ones for others who prefer those. Its almost perfect except one of the water drinking glasses had chips on the rim!Luckily, I spotted it before I used that glass. ( Its from habits of always checking hotel glasses for lipsticks or stains).I alerted the front-desk personnel on my checkout and also to make sure she made a note to housekeeping although I placed a sticker note with arrow mentioning the chip.
My husband I had a fire in our home in May of this year and it was necessary for us to stay at a hotel until we could return home in September. We are so happy that we chose to stay at the Courtyard Inn in Cranberry Torwnship!! The outstanding staff at this hotel treated us like we were part of a family and made what could have been a very unhappy and uncomfortable time as pleasant an experience as it possibly could have been. Each and every employee performs their duties in a thorough and professional manner and all were exceedingly pleasant and sincere in their effort to make us comfortable. This is a GREAT place to stay - for 3 nights or 3 months. I would highly recommend it without any reservation - no pun intended. We noted that the hotel was mainly occupied with business people during the week and families and vacationers on the weekend. The hotel responds equally well to both groups. During our stay we also witnessed several large groups coming through the hotel - from weddings and family reunions to sports teams and their families. The outdoor courtyard and large and comfortable lobby was an excellent place for people to gather. There was a wonderful fire pit in the courtyard that provided an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and meeting new people each evening. It was obvious to us that the management team at this hotel took great pains to hire and train sincerely personable and professional staff. Highly recommend
I have stayed at this facility three times, as well as at the adjacent Marriott property. As always, this Courtyard is spotlessly clean, quiet, and comfortable. This was the first visit with my family in tow and we all agree that the staff was extraordinarily friendly and attentive. The lobby foodservice was especially so, with a variety of offerings that met our needs and quick, professional service. We felt welcome at all times, despite the fact that this was Thanksgiving week. Among the 20 hotel stays I have had this year, this rates as the best experience I had with respect to staff engagement, attitude, and service level.
Everything I expected... Thanks!! I stayed in an isolated room on the first floor, which made entering and leaving my room incredibly efficient. I would really have liked breakfast included, but for the price, no breakfast was reasonable. The staff was very friendly, greeting me when I walked past the front desk. If I could get a similarly discounted price, I would stay here again for sure.
We checked in somewhat late.. our room had not been cleaned. The bathroom was dirty.. the trash had used sanitary products in the trash bins.. there were dirty used towels on the counters and there was a weird smell (old food?)I immediately let the front desk know.. and asked if we could be switched to a clean room.. and was told that due to a power outage in the area and other scheduled events.. they were sold out and did not have another room to switch us to. I asked if someone could freshen up the room then (run the vacuum.. take out the trash.. replace the used towel.. and perhaps change the bed linens..) and was advised that house keeping had already left for the day. I happened to had Lysol cleaner in my car, and cleaned the shower and toilet myself .. I gathered all the dirty towels and exchanged them with the front desk.. I also gathered up all the trash bags that were filled with used sanitary products and old food wrappers and also gave those to the front desk. When I asked for a vacuum I was told that it was in housekeeping and they didn’t have a key. Nothing like driving 4+ hours with kids.. and a service animal.. to have to clean my own hotel room...
We were on our way from Wilmington, NC to Toronto, Canada, so after a 10 1/2 hour drive we were very tired and would have liked a nice dinner when we arrived at the hotel. The check-in staff were great, and the room was above expectations since we were upgraded to a suite. However, when we went back downstairs to have dinner there was a group of hockey players, aged ab out 10-12 and some of their parents/chaperones. The noise was deafening, and there is no division between the lobby where they were and the restaurant where we would have liked a quiet dinner. The food options were limited, the wine was expensive, and the noise level prevented us from enjoying our food.
Stayed for 2 nights with the family. Nice spacious, clean rooms. A little skimpy on toiletries. No lotion, really???? Shampoo and conditioner were barely enough for 2. Housekeeping didnt check in during our stay, our garbage pails was overflowing by the end of our stay. Need to step it up Marriott!
We only stayed for a quick overnight - got in very late and left the following morning. So cant really speak to the full experience. But it was clean and well appointed in typical Courtyard fashion. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Parking was nice. Sole difficulty (not that this can really be held against them) was finding it late at night - GPS was a little vague, and its in an industrial park with several other hotels - but once over that hurdle, things were good.
We stayed at this hotel after a Steelers preseason home game. It was very convenient and only took us about 20 min of HWY driving to arrive after the game (once out of the traffic jams of the game). Staff were great and provided good service. The Bistro was open until 10- much appreciated as we arrived at 8:30 and were tired. We did not want to drive out to eat. The food was a little pricey but delicious. We were upgraded to a studio suite. The room was very spacious. The mattress very comfortable. Overall a great one night stay.
This hotel is super clean and nicely decorated. It appears brand new. The staff is fantastic! Each and every employee we encountered was better than the last. Super friendly, super nice, efficient, and professional! We would definitely recommend it and would gladly go back! This hotel could be the template of what a well run facility should look like.Nicely done!
Hotel was great. Clean and comfortable room with quick and easy check-in. I was offered a voucher for free breakfast, but I went to the desk the next morning to get it and the desk clerk refused, and told me it was not included in the room and I would need to pay for it. When I informed the clerk that I had been told the previous night that I would get a free voucher, I was basically told too bad. It says a lot about a staff when they will burn a customer relationship over a few scrambled eggs.
We stayed here in August 2015 for our nephews wedding. I was planning my in-laws 60th anniversary party and thought of this hotel. I made a call and Todd P. helped me set it up and keep me advised of what was going on. He helped coordinate all of our familys room, helped organize the meeting room, etc. We showed up on Friday the 13th and Todd was there waiting for us. All 21 of our family were treated like members of the Marriott family. The facilities are beyond great, the hotel lounge easily held our big family. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The staff was very friendly. Welcomed us each time we came into the hotel. I could not have asked for a better place to have the anniversary party. You want to be treated like you are royalty, stay here. I love this place.
Our room was clean. Our beds were comfortable. The curtains were nice and thick so we could sleep in easily. The water pressure in the shower was good and I had plenty of hot water. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. I think the walls were also plenty thick. I never heard any other guests while I was in the room. There is a bistro in the main lobby but we didnt eat there because it seemed too expensive considering there are countless other restaurants close by.
Stay was excellent! Had 2 connecting room for 2 nights. Little details made our stay a home away from home. Food in hotel was very good along with their service from everyone - front desk, food services and housekeeping. Would definitely come back to hotel when visiting this area again.
Very clean - as we were entering the lift we witnessed the maintenance staff cleaning the threshold of the elevator and I was so impressed - it was already spotless. Total reassurance that there were no worries about the cleanliness of the hotel! Great quiet location, fab patio area - very relaxing! Fantastic, fun and knowledgeable staff! Very engaging and helpful! Loved the conversation with everyone when we were checking out!
I stayed in at least 7 different hotels in Pittsburg during last year including some highly rated one but I can say without hesitation this was the best place. Staff is really professional and friendly and will go to any extent to help you. One example is that after my check out I realized I forgot to wash baby bottle of my son, I went back in and asked one of the staff person at the restaurant bar and she took the bottle from me and washed it with warm water for me. Also when I checked in the gentleman at the counter was really friendly and offered small toys to my both sons.Room is decorated really nice and Beds were really comfortable. Overall, I will say it is the best hotel in Pittsburg with best staff.
When I checked in, I found out the pool was closed and wouldnt be open during my stay. If I had known, I would have booked the Marriott right across the street. I had to ask for my breakfast ticket because it wasnt given to me when I checked in. When I got my food to go, the toasted bread wasnt toasted that everything was soggy. The king room was nice and spacious and I had no issues with volume control in the other rooms.
Beautiful hotel! Very clean and welcoming staff. There is a restaurant off the main lobby that serves all three meals of the day. This Courtyard location was extremely easy to get to off of the highway, but be aware you wont see it from the road... Youll see the Marriott next to the Courtyard! Drive around the back of the big Marriott building and youll find the Courtyard! This was a perfect hotel for us to pass through on our trip!
We stayed at the Courtyard in Cranberry for a family wedding. It was the perfect location, not a mile from the venue. It was clean and welcoming. The staff was great. I am in a cast and they helped me with my luggage, got me checked in. They were so kind and professional. We had breakfast from the bistro and the food was good. They are located in an area with lots of shops and restaurants. I would recommend this location if you are traveling to Cranberry.
This hotel was clean and easily accessed right off the Penn Turnpike. The room was clean as well as hallways. The Courtyard just doesnt have free breakfast, microwaves in rooms, or coffee in the lobby. The Bistro hours are not convenient. There are many restaurants in the area. Overall a nice stay but could have been much better.
I have stayed at that hotel multiple times. Breakfast isnt free but it has a very good selection when you do get breakfast there. Parking is free which is always a plus. Everyone I have dealt with in the front desk is always very polite and helpful. The rooms are clean and it has a pool and a free fitness center. Only downside is that the fitness center is small and if someone is using the bike you want, you are out of luck.
We enjoyed the warm welcome of the staff and the beautiful design of the hotel. breakfast was also good and the pool is also a plus. We love the fire outside that gives the hotel a romantic and soothing touch. On my last stay I had the bistro burger and it was really good for the price. for the chromecast dongle not working we read online that it happens in most hotels because of the security and login screen that needs to be bypassed in a certain way for it work.
It was the perfect place to stay for our Christmas shopping weekend away. The staff was so friendly that we felt like we knew them for years. The room and lobby were spotless, and decorated nicely for Christmas. Then we had a wonderful breakfast before leaving in the morning. The stay was very affordable! I highly recommend it!
I was in town to meet up with a bunch of friends for a running race. We always stay at the same hotel together and enjoy just hanging around the hotel and socializing. This hotel provided the perfect atmosphere. Not only was the staff extra courteous, the hotel was beautiful and had just the layout we needed. There are several areas in the lobby to congregate so we were able to sit around, order pizza, enjoy some drinks, and laugh and talk all without interrupting or being interrupted by other hotel guests coming and going. The bistro was perfect for whatever you needed morning, noon, and night. The rooms were beautiful and just the right size. The only thing missing was a hot tub. Other than that, this was the perfect location for this trip.
Upon our arrival, the staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful for spring. The building is newer, so we were very pleased with the latest style. Our bed was very comfortable, and the room was quite clean. The Courtyard exceeded our expectations. (The only negative was that we werent able to connect to WiFi while in our room even though there was no password to logon. There was some glitch beyond our control.)
We were checked into our room immediately. While one of my children worked out in the gym, the other placed an order for dinner with the facility in the hotel. The food was excellent and the service was amazing. We stay at this hotel every year on our way back from a family reunion and it is always a quality stay.
Beautiful room except for the extra hairs in the bathroom which were not ours. Front desk was not very responsive. When asked if she could check an alternate rate under corporate pricing she succinctly said, No. (Our company books rooms there by the hundreds each year)
I would highly recommend specifically the Courtyard Pittsburgh North/Cranberry Woods over any hotel including the Ritz Carlton because of the outstanding service and professionalism they exhibited. Upon arrival, I was greeted by three, young front desk associates and instantly felt welcome. They were extremely gracious, courteous and helpful. I also found the wait staff, chef and bistro attendee very helpful and pleasant. I was extremely impressed when by the second night there, they greeted me by name as I walked through the door and asked if they could assist me in any way. Their level of service was remarkable. I also found the facility very neat, clean and pleasant. I would highly recommend this facility to any traveler whether for business or family vacations.
Room was excellent for family of four. Plenty of room for everyone. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Much nicer than the gross continental breakfasts at other hotels. Was able to get my morning Starbucks Latte right in the lobby. Had French toast with fresh strawberries that was excellent. Wife had a breakfast sandwich which she said was just okay. The bread wasnt the freshest. That is about the only thing that was not perfect. The staff was friendly and were working hard to quickly bus tables and serve breakfast to everyone.
When traveling to the Pittsburgh area whether for business or pleasure this is my hotel of choice. Not only are the beds extremely comfortable the hotel the rooms themselves are clean and well put together. The staff is very accommodating at the front desk and the barista can make a mean mocha or smoothie which ever your pleasure. The location is ideal as well with plenty of shopping opportunities and dining choices along with being right off I 79 with easy access to the turnpike and an easy driving experience into the city as well. This property is not only business friendly but children friendly as well. I highly recommend giving this Courtyard a visit and relax.
I stayed to attend my sons hockey game at a local college. We always stay at this hotel. We like the cleanliness. The fitness center treadmills work great with the TV feature. This was huge for us since it was too cold outside to exercise. The rooms are very clean. The only thing I wish was different was if Starbucks gift cards would work with the Starbucks coffee served. But, I understand why this couldnt be done.
The experience from before I arrived and while there was fantastic Dominique was amazing from before my stay making sure I had adjoining rooms and a pack n play in the room for my 3 month old, she was such a pleasure to work with, she is one of those stellar employees I would hope could train others in other locations, she is amazing. Craig was also fantastic upon arrival, another maintenance male employee changed batteries of my daughters soothing puppy toy with his own batteries and all we needed was it unscrewed, so nice, above and beyond, not sure what this location does but its awesome, wish it could be replicated at all locations. Plus dinner both nights was excellent, great coffee and good breakfast!
The Courtyard Pittsburgh North/Cranberry Woods is an excellent hotel to stay, even over a longer period of time. I have been staying there and next door at the Marriott for close to two years now and from my perspective, it is the best Hotel in that area. The Courtyard and the rooms are modern, clean and the friendly staff makes you feel welcome. The hotel is very well managed and concerns are taken care of in a timely manner. It is nice to sit on the patio in summer evenings, with open fireplace and comfortable chairs. The food selection in the evening is OK and satisfies a snack but hardly a healthy and more advance dinner. But there are plenty of restaurants around, even in walking distance. A little more advanced dinner menu may keep more guest at the hotel in the evenings. One small but less important things that seem never to work is dry cleaning: It usually is done the same day, but it hardly ends up on your room and you need to phone around to locate it and to get it brought to your room. Its a little annoying, but at the end I allays find my clothes. I can highly recommend the Courtyard Pittsburgh North to anybody who wants to have a nice atmosphere with friendly staff in a well managed hotel!
Visited family in the area and stayed overnight Christmas day and weekend. Highly recommended. Free internet, free breakfast and free parking. Rooms were clean and decorated nicely. Very pleasing to the eye. Refrigerator and coffeemaker in the room were convenient. Close to stores and restaurants, but far enough away so you did not have the traffic and noise. Swimming pool and exercise room were a plus. The property grounds were clean and landscaping was beautiful. The outdoor firepit and furniture is very nice. Convenience store came in handy for late night snack. This hotel room was nicer than some of the high end hotels we have stayed at in the past. I could not find anything wrong with this hotel. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely stay again.
Everything was perfect. Great room, very clean and very good amenities. The last day we attempted to extent our stay and the front desk was not accommodating and tried to charge us double what we had paid each night over the weekend (note there were plenty of available rooms). We actually left the hotel and went to a different one down the street that was half the price and allowed us to check in early.
I have never met a friendlier group of people working at a hotel. I interacted with the front desk girl, 3 cleaning crew members & a maintenance worker all of which were genuinely kind with no evidence if a bad attitude. The lobby was very clean as was the room. I really couldnt have asked for a better quality experience especially at such an affordable price!
Our stay was not a planned stay. We were in the area for a hockey game and decided to spend the night as we had another game the next morning. We called the Courtyard to check to see if they would have rooms available for our team to stay. Your staff was very accommodating. They gave us great rates and threw a breakfast! Our team spent a lot of time in the lobby area. Everyone was super nice and they even started the outside fire for us!!!! Our room was above and beyond what I expected. I was very roomy and was very nice. We had to be up early in the morning for our game. During the night it had snowed and the staff was actually outside helping to clean off cars! I would definitely stay here again.
Our overall rating of this hotel is quite high. We just felt that the Food Court prices were over the top. We have previously stayed at hotels which included continental breakfasts at no charge. We valued the cleanliness and appearance of the whole hotel but were quite disappointed that the food prices were so high. We chose to leave the hotel in the morning and get our breakfast elsewhere. I think the hotel experience at this hotel would be greatly enhanced if the breakfast were to be complimentary.
The facility is well decorated and homie feeling. As a rewards member check-in was less than 30 seconds. Staff were very friendly. Extra towels and pillows requested with reservation were forgotten and when I called to the desk to request them it took more than an hour for them to arrive, and only after a second phone call to guest services--thats the only reason I gave a 4 vs 5. It was a very short 12 hour stay. Overall, very good experience.
This was an excellent experience! I would highly recommend this location to anyone interested in staying in this area. The staff here was extremely helpful from arrival to my departure. When I first arrived Friday evening, I was met by a nice gentleman named Michael. This man was very friendly and got me going with two access keys for my rooms. Tina, who was working on the fifth floor where we were staying, spoke to me in the hallway as I was headed to the elevator, asking if there was anything that she could do for us or help us with (I dont remember the exact words used here, but was impressed by this)! Tina also left a note in our hotel room the second night. What a personable and warming way to treat the guest of your place of employment. Thank you so much for having a delightful crew on hand and working with us this past weekend! I would stay here again!
Disappointed as I am a Platinum premier member and the front desk was not very accommodating nor were they cordial. I specifically asked as I went to lunch to have my room serviced and for housekeeping to take the gratuity I had left near the sink area. Returned 3+ hours later and my room was not serviced and housekeeping had left for the day. Honestly not a big deal but all the other Marriott properties take pride in making sure this gets done. My biggest complaint was simply dropping my key off at the front desk for check out as no one was available for 10 minutes in a hotel that was packed with a girls basketball tournament in which they were all checking out on Sunday April 7. I preceded to knock on the door behind the desk as a mother and daughter were waiting as long as I to check out and around the corner comes a rude young man who was without a name tag saying “No ones in there” Perhaps he should have been there earlier? Same exact kid who I asked for room to be serviced and could not complete that task. Customer service needs to improve at this establishment.
I was travelling through town and chose this hotel because of ratings / location / price. The hotel was CLEAN, the staff was professional, helpful, and friendly. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, had everything we needed. I am picky about hotels but would stay at this one again in a heartbeat!
I am staying at the Courtyard Pittsburgh North/Cranberry Woods almost every week. The staff, e.g. Graig is very friendly and professional and the check-in is fast. The lobby and overall facility is modern and clean and you can spend time outside barbecuing or sitting at the fire place. The rooms are clean and the newly overhauled shower is fantastic. As usually the case in Marriott Courtyards the quality of the dinner menu is low with a limited choice. If there would be more variety of e.g. healthy food like fresh and different salads, I would not need to go to other restaurants - that are plenty around. The pool area is very well maintained and clean, even if a larger pools would be nice. The gym room is a little small and the number of machines limited. It happens that all equipment is used when coming down in the morning. Overall, the Courtyard Pittsburgh North/Cranberry Woods is a very nice place with its staff and management doing a fantastic job!
Staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Rooms are nice, beds and pillows comfy and plenty of hot water. Starbucks on site is a great perk. Seating area with gas firepit ans grill area draws you outside in the evenings. Wonderful facilities and look forward to my next stay.
We checked in late and the room we were given on 3rd floor the room bed sheet was dirty and had bloody mark. We called the front desk to have this addressed and give us another clean room. Instead the hotel sent us the clean sheets and we end up changing the dirty bed sheet with the clean one. I never had to experience this low grade service where guest had to perform housekeeping. So if the toilet would have been dirty Marriott is giving guest cleaning product to get it clean? Really Marriott?
My prior comments in the survey speak for myself. Your maintenance department/cleaning staff need to step up and do their jobs. Lack of management and staffing seems to be the problem, from what I can see. Is there a check off list on jobs completed? Who reviewing and inspecting that the hotel is clean? I saw the same plastic spoon and fork laying on the ground by the back entrance from Friday afternoon check in, until Sunday morning checkout which was in plain view of cleaning staff. Cigarette ash trays were overflowing all weekend, so people were just throwing their butts on the ground into the fire pit and the garden. Im a smoker myself, someone needs to clean out the ash trays!!!
Upon arrival I was greeted by a very friendly staff member who assisted me with check in. The hotel has a boutique style feel to it. Enjoyed an excellent and fair priced bottle of wine with my guest. The bed was quite comfortable and the shower very relaxing. I will stay there again in September and I look forward to it.
Beautiful, clean, modern hotel with amazing outdoor recreation space with fire pit, bistro/bar, spacious lobby area ideal for socializing, outstanding staff. Beds are SO comfortable. I personally recommend the king studio room. It is very spacious and has a really nice, oversized walk in shower.
The courtyard is an excellent choice for business travellers for a night a week or more. I have stayed there for the last 4 years and its quite literally a home from home for me. The one thing I can be assured of is that my stay will be predictable the staff friendly attentive and eager to serve their customers as if they were friends visiting their own homes. Never stayed at a hotel with this feel and culture of doing whatever it takes to make it right for the customer. 6 out of 5 stars.
One of the worst stays ever. Stayed here because the other Marriott was remodeling and look like a war zone my last stay. However, I don’t think I would ever stay at a Marriott in Pittsburgh again. The millennial manager and the house cleaning staff were pathetic and refused to replace bedsheets with toenail clippings from the last tenant. The general manager never return my call, never spoke to me. The head of housekeeping needs to be fired. The cleaning woman on my first day there stated that it wasn’t time to change the sheets yet. The time to change the sheets is when I tell you to, and when the last client checks out. You are a filthy, nasty hotel managed by people with no sense of ethics or accomplishment. I’ve read all the reviews with similar circumstances. The health apartment needs to check this place out and I advise everyone to put Post-it notes inside the pillowcases so the next person will know that they didn’t change the sheets or pillowcases. This is a horrible place and they do not care. I think the best place in the area is still hired Hyatt place I have had good experiences at that hotel and I’m not concerned that have refused to change sheets or clean the room adequately. Marriott needs to take some action against these idiots. I will try to post pictures or send to health department if I do not get a response from Marriott Corporate.
There are numerous hotels in the area, but I tend to choose Courtyards for the clean, quiet, modern rooms and the Bistro where you get good food at a good price. I was not disappointed. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The location is excellent, surrounded by many restaurants and shopping.
Nice hotel overall. Stayed 2 days for girls basketball tournament. They included breakfast which was nice and unusual for a Courtyard but food was basic and just ok. Hot eggs then cold items for the most part. Nice fresh fruit and good Starbucks coffee. Hotel has modern amenities and spacious lobby. Room is spacious with nice bathroom. Good it had mini refrigerator. Microwave on floor near ice machine. Good experience overall.
We have been working with an event coordinator who arranged a wedding room block and arranged for us to get a room so we can make final wedding preparations this past weekend. She has accommodated us for special needs. The hotel staff is very nice from the front desk to housekeeping. The hotel is back out of the way but centrally located to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel.
Everything was satisfactory, except the lack of a complimentary breakfast. Which sounds trivial, except when you’re rushing to get to a 7am meeting after arriving at midnight with my family....being able to grab a banana or eggs and have a cup of coffee would have greatly increased my personal happiness.Furthermore, after paying a premium price and then waiting for a latte in the lobby, I discovered that the barista was pretty uninterested in the project - it was cold and flat. //sigh//. Should’ve saved my money. So - if you stay here, ask for a complimentary breakfast coupon, and then get up earlier than you want to for it, so you can get someone to whip up something cold for you.
While the accommodations are clean and comfortable and most staff is courteous, if you value not coming out of the shower cold, you may want to think twice about staying at this hotel. After speaking to multiple people, including a manager, the problem was not resolved.
Second time staying at this hotel. We come done yearly to see the hockey game and will continue to stay at this hotel for our following trips. The staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel is extremely clean and modern. The rooms are large and comfortable. The Internet access is fast and easy. Would recommend this to everyone!!! Great hotel for a great price.
This hotel is a very nice facility and the employees are well trained and efficient. I was disappointed based upon three issues experienced:1. Hair in the bathtub from a previous guest. This is totally unacceptable.2. The mattress was uncomfortable.3. I was awakened in the late evening by a number of guests congregating and talking loudly in the hall. The problem continued when they moved into the room next door.
This was my first time to the Wexford/Cranberry Township area and it is absolutely beautiful! The hotel is located just off a main road with many stores, shopping, restaurants and Walmart all within arms reach. The hotel grounds are well kept. The Marriott Bonvoy app is great! I was able to check in before I arrived and check in was super easy! The front desk clerk Rudi was great! He made sure we were completely satisfied and comfortable throughout stay providing us with items we needed. Our room was clean and just what we needed. Although there is no breakfast provided, the Starbucks cafe had great, quick choices for breakfast and the cafe for other meals. The pool was a great addition as it closes at 11 and the fire pits were a great added feature. This was a quality find for my weekend in PA! Thank you to everyone at this Courtyard Marriott! We will DEFINITELY stay again!
The staff at this Marriott Courtyard is exceptional. Each member that I have dealt with on this and previous stays has had a professional appearance and can do attitude. I dont ask much as a frequent traveler the staff at this hotel has always pleasantly surprised me with how they conduct themselves. Well Done.
Overall, a very good experience. I was on a floor that may have been recently remodeled. Check-in was exceptional, my additional pillow request that is normally ignored by most hotels was taken care of, and the room was clean. The only negative I have is the water pressure in the shower. While I believe in conservation, the pressure was so low that is was almost worthless. I suspect this has been done to compensate for a shower designed with no door.
The room was clean but that’s all I can say positively. I went on a business trip and couldn’t get the WiFi to work. Then they only put decaf coffee In the room because they have a Starbucks downstairs. Why even tease you with free coffee at all? The only food to be found was at their bistro, which is horribly expensive and not that great. Then there’s my biggest complaint... Apparently they put chillers in the room instead of mini fridges. I didn’t know this at the time. Well I was pumping on my business trip, and all of my breast milk was put into the fridge. I realized too late that it wasn’t being kept cold enough, and I now have to dump out several days worth of breast milk. I guess I should have figured it out, but I had no other option. Would have been nice to know, as this is irreplaceable.
Awesome beautiful hotel - great beds and great staff! We came for a baseball tournament and had to leave for our first game before 7am so the breakfast we paid for never got in our mouths bc they didnt open until 7!!! Not even the place in lobby was open, just the Market which has basically nothing. Our boys needed food (me too) and thats just silly not to feed people before 7. There are early risers and we got the breakfast included!
Great mid range hotel north of Pittsburgh. All the amenities you would expect from a Courtyard. Pool and exercise areas are nice and the hotel is clean. I did miss a complementary breakfast, but there are breakfast options available. We used the pool at the hotel and it was also clean and well maintained.
Let me start by saying both rooms were beautiful and clean. We slept well and comfortably. To start off the cc number they had didnt match mine and that should of been the first clue. So we check in (party of 4) to unload and take our bags up to a king size room. Single king, we booked a double queen, party of 4. Get a text from my cc saying Iv been charged $410.00. The room we booked was $96.79. Go down to the desk to get this resolved. The attendant didnt know how this happened and couldnt find my reservation. He calls someone and they walk him through switching rooms for me. So now I have a 2 queen room but I receive another text saying Iv been charged another $120.00. So at this point I have been charged $530.00 for a room I booked at $96.79. I figure Ill resolve this come morning. Morning comes and I get told that there is nothing they can do but once I check out the $530.00 that is pending will be reversed and only the $96.79 will be billed but it might a few days for the pending to go away. So at this point I have been charged $606.79, I will see the pending charges of $510.00 in 7-10 days. All of this is because 2 people with the same name stayed on the same day. Their verification process ( match the cc numbers) didnt catch this and we checked into eachothers room. When I said I had a party of 4 it didnt register that a king room might not work. When the reservation number didnt match. All these things come down to properly trained people. Cant verify a reservation, doesnt know how to use the system, over charging guest. We all know the fastest way to piss someone off is to mess with their money.
This was a great hotel to stay and in an excellent location. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very professional and helpful. Only down side for me was that free coffee was not offered and no free breakfast. Pool area and outdoor area are great for outdoor gatherings.
This hotel is top notch!! We have stayed at many hotels while traveling with our baseball families and this hotel was hands down the BEST experience yet! We enjoyed the outside courtyard area at night and the beautiful lobby was great for the kids to meet before games, playing on the computer, and playing Monopoly and Uno. This hotel was perfect for our team- the staff was very friendly, patient, and accommodating to our needs and it was obvious that guest satisfaction was a priority. Complimentary washer/dryer was definitely nice to have to wash uniforms at night as well as the indoor pool. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Cranberry, PA area.
We were in the area to visit family and had a great experience at the Marriott Courtyard. Lauren was so helpful to help us find a room for a daughter as the hotel was quite booked for that weekend. She even called the other Marriott nearby to cancel our daughters original reservation. Our rooms were very clean and nicely furnished. We would highly recommend this hotel.
This hotel is the best Marriott Courtyard I have stayed at. Very clean, good morning experience with Starbucks coffee, breakfast (the oatmeal is to die for) and great, friendly service. The room was exceptional especially the shower, it is huge, a walk-in, no tub, glass wall. The pool is very nice and the outside seating area with a fire pit was enjoyed very much.
While I expected a Courtyard hotel to be ok, I was completely unprepared for the high quality guest experience this hotel offers. The facility is modern, clean and very comfortable, but most importantly the staff is fantastic. Joye, Brittany, Brian, Jeremy and Deb - all were personable, efficient and completely guest-focused. (and no, theyre not paying me to write this)
Polite, friendly, courteous staff - willing to work with you to make your stay the best it can be. I am not a Marriott Rewards member, but they did not treat me any differently. The beds at this hotel were very comfortable which is absolutely key. I want to sleep well when I am away from home! Very pleased!
Nestled in the shadow of the nicer Marriott parking lot, this hotel was tired and riddled with issues. The hotel over booked and did not give us the room we requested, hotel manager was uncaring and disinterested in even attempting to make this right. Our room was clearly not cleaned properly as there was a half eaten bag of chips behind the chair. When housekeeping does show up, it’s early in the morning and disregards the ‘Do not disturb’ sign. This was our first and last stay at this hotel. It is tired and there are much nicer options in area.
The Courtyard is a comfortable place to stay. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. We always enjoy sitting in the lobby area, whether to have breakfast, just coffee, or to spend time watching tv with other family members. All of the staff are always so kind, professional, and wonderful to us!
This hotel was recently built and reflects attention to detail. The bathrooms are spacious with no need to walk around or sneak by the toilet to get to the shower. The shower is a stand up shower with no tub just a glass half wall making it airy, open, and inviting. The sink is surrounded by a beautiful stone countertop. The television has a true HD picture.
If I could rate this hotel lower than 0 I would. They gave me a room that was clearly used. They dismissed a cockroach I CLEARLY saw saying oh you just dont want to pay for the room I have literally never been so disgusted. When I contacted someone with my grievances I was told to be quiet and it was my fault for booking with them. I will NEVER do business with this establishment again and neither should you.
My wife and I were nervous about our first stay in a hotel with a baby. However, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable for everyone, including other guests. The hotel is located close to everything you may need/want. There are many great restaurants, shopping centers/malls and places for entertainment around. Our room was spotless and the bed so comfortable. After staying here, we will be looking for marriotts whenever we travel.
Love the Marriott hotel chains! I have always received such great service and I never worry about the cleanliness of the hotel. The Courtyard was beautifully maintained and always pristine. The firepit was a fun feature of this hotel. Thank you for making it feel so homey and comfortable while we were in Pittsburgh!
The Bistro in the Lobby area was AMAZING chef Jeremy there who made the bambolonis I had were to die for just to get those I would stay there also equipped with a full Starbucks bar in it the homemade donuts with fresh berries, glaze, and powdered sugar were fantastic.
Our recent stay with the Marriott Courtyard was very pleasant. Traveled here with a sports team which utilized the facilities to the max. Having the guest laundry services was indispensable! Staff was courteous and knowledgeable of the area. Definitely recommend this hotel!
Probably one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. I was staying with four friends, so we had a room with two queen beds and a pull out couch. Upon inspecting the beds we found a CHICKEN BONE on the pull out couch. There was numerous tissues underneath and around both beds. The bathroom floor was sticky and their was several clumps of hair on the floor. Obviously the room had not been properly cleaned and perhaps not turned over at all. After calling downstairs to speak to the manager, he came up stairs and told us this is not the Marriott gold standard and quickly changed the sheets on the bed and removed the tissues. We hardly got an apology. I will not be staying here again or recommending this hotel.
I stayed at this hotel for almost an entire year. I have also stayed at most of the other hotels in the area. None of the the hotels are as good as this one. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean, the food is pretty good, and it is quiet. The back patio area is lovely and comes complete with gas fire pit. Honestly I wouldnt stay anywhere else.
An incredibly personable staff with remarkable chemistry. Sleek, clean design. Beds that are comfortable. Paul Mitchell amenities. Terrific location adjacent to the freeway. There really isnt much more that anyone could ask from a hotel. This Courtyard exceeds all expectations. Would position it against any Marriott property. The staff is outstanding.
The Courtyard in Pittsburgh North/Cranberry Woods was an excellent stopping point for our trip from Wisconsin. We have stayed there before and have always enjoyed it very much. The only complaint is that they did not have any white wine at the bar which for us was totally unusual. But the food at the restaurant was so very good so that made up for it. Breakfast was wonderful and we truly did enjoy it very much. We would stay there again on our next trip home from Wisconsin.
The year is just about wrapped up and as i look back, it is hard to believe that i have stayed in this excellent hotel since April, 2014 without incident. The entire staff made me feel like i was home....wait...i was home...as i have called Courtyard my home. I would like to wish all of the staff a Very Happy and Safe Holiday Season.I recommend this Fine Establishment to anyone looking for the Best Hotel Experience Ever.Thank you Courtyard North Cranberry for my Excellent Marriott Experience.
We were staying in the Pittsburgh are for some fun sightseeing. The first few choices for hotels were booked up and am I glad they were. We absolutely loved the Courtyard. It was the nicest hotel we stayed at on our 10 day road trip. The room rate was equivalent to other hotels we stayed at. The hotel is beautiful and quiet. The rooms are very nice and clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We will also be looking at other Marriott chain hotels as we travel in the future.
Rooms were alright, fitting within a Courtyard experience. I did discover that a rubber duck successfully hid under the rooms bed through housecleaning for what I presume to be the previous guest, which raises a couple questions if sheets were indeed changed, since its quite obviously there.
This was a last minute business trip. The usual accommodations in cranberry was not available that particular night but they recommended the Marriott north. My decision to stay at the courtyard was again the Marriott north was booked that particular night. There was nothing wrong with the actual hotel and the bed was very comfortable. The only issue I had was the associate at the front desk. Although I was in Cranberry on business I do venture out for recreational activities and did so prior to arriving at the hotel. Maybe it was my appearance who knows. My complaint is that the associate was very unwelcoming until I told him I was checking in. Afterwards he essentially wanted to be my best friend. Honestly regardless of the hotel price or location I have never encountered anyone manning the check in counter this rude. This alone would make my decision not to waste my money or points at this location.
Very clean excellent price right off the highway. I would strongly recommend the Pittsburgh North/Cranberry Woods Courtyard I was a little disappointed we couldnt get breakfast or coffee in the morning due to it being Easter Sunday and the cafe was closed but overall it was an excellent experience.
This is a great hotel. Its very accessible off of a few main roads. There are plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Its very clean and modern. The staff is extremely helpful, and courteous. My wife and I had stayed here previously to visit family. My company recently opened an office in the Pittsburgh. When looking for hotels, I chose this one, over numerous closer options. I have always preferred the Courtyard hotels, especially when travelling for business. Its nice to be able to work in the common areas, and grab some food and a beer.
My family (husband, adult son, mother and two brothers an their families) have stayed at this location over a dozen times in the past year and a half. The Courtyard is not only VERY CLEAN ( which is very important to us) modern and comfortable but the staff is OUTSTANDING!!! The girls at the front desk especially DANIELLE greet you with a smile each an every time. They make you feel that you are a guest in their home. THAT IS THE REASON WE KEEP COMING BACK!!! I highly recommend this location to everyone.
Everything at this hotel was 100% from the friendly check in, the cleanliness of the rooms and the attractive setting in a valley of natural habitat, to the excellent general maintenance of the hotel and the grounds. The only minor negative, the perfunctory service by the breakfast bar attendant. Will return but will know the ropes of how to order breakfast next time.
We visited this hotel with our son and his family for a 4-night stay. We were in town to attend our nephews wedding. We couldnt have asked for a more friendly and accommodating staff or more comfortable and attractive rooms. The entire experience was pleasant. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
The Cranberry Courtyard Marriott is an excellent value. The check in and check out lines were not crowded, as there are almost always two people behind the desk. The elevators are fast, and close to the check in desk. The key card is easy to use. Light switches are easy to find. There are user friendly ice boxes, coffee makers, and TVs in each room. The beds are comfortable. Parking is convenient, and usually there are open spaces close to the door. Even if everything close is taken, the lots are big enough, that you dont have to drive or walk far. Bathrooms have glass showers. The total ambience is plush..
Enjoyable experience at this hotel. fresh clean rooms, most comfortable bed ever, clear clean pool (no hot tub), beautiful walking/running trail in the woods with deer next to hotel, fantastic deck area with outdoor fire place looking out at wooded area. good location, everything you could need near by.
We were in town for a wedding and extended an extra day. although busy, the staff was very accomodating. The hotel is very quiet, away from the street noise. There are many restaurants within a mile and also a shopping area. It has easy access to return to the interstate exits. All food items at the restaurant are a la cart including coffee, they can be purchased outright or added to your room.
We stayed at this hotel this past weekend. The purpose of the trip was to shop and stay comfortably in a nice, clean and quiet hotel to relax after our shopping trip. This hotel met every need except our evening which did not have too much going on. The staff were very helpful to suggest any place we were interested in seeing or eating at during our stay. I would highly suggest this hotel, staff and amenities were excellent.
When we first arrived we went to the regular Marriott hotel which was decorated spectacular. When we were told that we were at the Courtyard Marriott behind them I didnt think it would be a nice. Even though it was not as nice as the regular hotel I found the Courtyard to be very bright, clean and the greeters were extrememly friendlyIt was a great experience and I would recommend this hotel to others who would come to visit the area.
We were on the way to Canada and pulled off the interstate and started looking for hotels. We checked into the Courtyard and were treated like we were VIPs. The lobby was very warm and inviting. We love that the Star Bucks coffee that is available 24 hrs. a day. We were tired after a long day of travel and were glad to find out that they offered food and mixed drinks. The food was very good and we hope to stay at another Courtyard in the near future.
My company no longer allows us to stay in the Marriott Pittsburgh North so we were booked at the Courtyard. It was amazing! from the lobby, to the restaurant (for dinner and breakfast), the front desk and coffee desk personnel, the pool and fitness center, the room and bathroom, everything was amazingly perfect. I will definitely look forward to staying here again!
I was part of a block of rooms reserved for a wedding nearby. We planned an after-party in one of the meeting rooms and the staff went out of their way to help us set things up. Check-in was easy and the room was beautiful and comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
I travel quite a bit and have stayed at the Courtyard in Cranberry many times. I can honestly say that I have never been to a hotel with a friendly and/or more professional and accommodating staff. I am always amazed they remember me and their willingness to help and ensure my staff is excellent. While I do not always look forward to traveling, when I have to I do look forward to staying there.
This is a very nice, comfortable hotel. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotels location is perfect - it is near the turnpike and near quite a few very nice restaurants and shopping. There is ample parking. We will stay there again whenever we are in the area.
This hotel is perfect if you need to stop when traveling on the turnpike. The rooms are quiet, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and convenient. The staff were very friendly. There are lots of restaurants near by if you dont want to eat at the hotel.
My friend picked this hotel for her wedding since she was told they would provide a shuttle to pick up from the reception. Both the soon to be bride & I called to confirm this service. However, after her wedding we were left stranded at the venue. When we called the hotel we were told they did not have a shuttle service. After confirming this multiple times I am incredibly disappointed in this hotel and would not recommend it for events in the future.
Enjoyed our stay here. Hotel was very clean and in a nice location. Approximately 25 minutes from downtown pittsburgh. We booked through groupon and received the free breakfast. Breakfast was cooked to order. I ordered eggs, bacon, toast and breakfast potatoes and my hubby ordered the freanch toast. It was sooo good! The staff was awesome! We will definitely stay here again!
I am giving this hotel a 1 star for extremely terrible customer service. We made reservations through Groupon, arrived to find they could not find it. They explained to us that they had a new system and had been having issues with Groupon. We were not apologized to or offered to go ahead and give us our rooms for the rate. Instead only give a 5 dollar discount on each night. This was laughable. They explained to us if we noticed that we were charged with Groupon to let them know and they will take care of the current charges they just made. We went down the next morning to show them. We were assured they would take care of the hotel charges through them. I repeated back to the staff, so you will take off the full charge and accept the Groupon rate. ( We had the reservation number and confirmation by email). This comment seemed to confuse the clerk, but then she said oh yes of course. She told us to double check our statement the next day to make sure everything looked correct. The next day we received the statement to find they charged us 194. When we had already paid the external site 175. My husband went back down a 3rd time and was again reassured they would take it off. It had now been a week and we noticed they have not removed the additional charge of 194. I just called and spoke with another clerk who I emailed the Groupon confirmation to. She said she would take care of it personally and credit us 194. I asked will this indeed happen? I have been told 3 times it would. She assured me she would credit it today and email me with the confirmation. The most frustrating part of this experience is only one person has showed us great customer service. The was the maintenance employee who said he had just started. We asked about the mini fridge not staying cold. I had my sons breast milk to store over night and the fridge is an ECO Friendly will only be on for 2 hours then shuts off. He offered to bring gallon zipl ock bags to store with ice to keep my sons milk cold. The other members of staff never showed sincere concern. They only complained about their system with Groupon. If you have been having issues they need to take the ability to book rooms off the external site. WE were told do not that again, just book directly with them. Really!! Thats how you fix an issue, charge your guest full rate and tell us to not do that again. They need to contact Groupon and get the money not have their guest fight with them for over a week about the additional charges that they claim they will credit every time. Besides the terrible customer service the room was clean. The beds were very comfy. But we will not return.
The room was clean, but that’s all I can say positively. I guess I should have figured it out, although I would have had no other option to keep the milk at a safe temperature. Also, Im not 18-25 years old like their info says. Their website just cant handle basic math.
Have favored staying at Courtyard over the past decades due to upscale amenities (food, service, drinks). Courtyard has evolved in the past few years from upscale to mighty average. Food and drink options now limited to vending machings, morning breakfast is minimal and short opening hours. My three recent stays in the last two weeks were summarized by not your fathers Courtyard premium experience, but mighty average. A good night sleep, in a safe comfortable environment, but nothing fancy/frills above average.
We recently stayed at the Cranberry Woods Courtyard to attend my mothers funeral. When the receptionist Danielle found out the reason for our stay she was visibly sad. She offered help in any way. We even received a hand-written note in our room from Bill Linquist, the manager. This made us feel so good. The employees at this Courtyard go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Everyone has a smile on their faces and a pleasant greeting. It is obvious they enjoy working there. Last but not least, at the end of the day it was wonderful to sink into THAT BED!! So comfy! Thank you Marriott for going the extra mile.

2022-05-25Had a great time at this hotel with my bf and his daughter for a hockey tournament a few weekends ago! The beds were comfy, the rooms neat and tidy, the hotel had ideal restaurants all around, and they even had a fire pit!! 10/10 all around.

2022-04-12The room was nice and clean. There was a Bistro in the lobby, but the espresso machine was broken. $2.50 for brewed coffee and very little breakfast selection. Walked over to the Marriott next door for full service breakfast, bar, and coffee shop.

2021-10-19What a comfortable hotel to check into after driving on the turnpike for hours. The room was super clean, and everything seemed very new. The bar/breakfast area was convenient and the option to eat at the full service restaurant (walking distance) at the regular Marriott hotel next door, meant we didnt have to get in the car again. Having a room with a sofa, 2 TVs, mini frig, and large table for computer work, was a nice way to relax and be productive. I would definitely stay here again.

2021-10-10Very impressive rooms, shower is interesting but its more about visual appeal since the glass wall is just on one side. Make sure you pull the shower nozzle closer to the wall so you dont get water outside the shower area. Fitness center looks cool but hate that its located where you are like staring at people in the pool while working out. Idk I feel like working out is a private thing, I dont want to be that exposed. Staff is nice and accommodating, just be aware the world is short staffed so be understanding and patient.

2022-01-29From check in on 1/23/22 ùntil check out on 1/27/2022 the stay was awesome. From Adam, Shoshone. Simone, Chris, Jeremy (sorry I forget names so I apologize) and everyone whom I encountered are and were most welcoming and genuinely love their clients. Very clean, very comfortable, well cared for... The photos I am adding are of the fresh snow on check in day. I highly recommend this Marriott Courtyard. Shosone thank you for your genuine kindness. I forgot the young man from maintenance, your kindness is unforgettable as well. Chris next time the bunny tracks may be a deer, lol.
