Today the male driver of the van/bus hit my friends car and broke her drivers mirror, she had to chase him down 5 blocks before he stopped. He had children on the vehicle and she states that her had on ear plugs. This place is horrible and the staff is very unprofessional. Last year a staff member tried to provoke me into a physical altercation with her, and when it was brought to the managerial staff and owner attention, I was asked not to return to the site anymore, although, the staff member was in the wrong. When my grandson was enrolled there, he told me that a staff member hit him; one morning as I was dropping him off, I inquired about the incident (with her present) and he changed the story. It can very well have been because he was afraid of her or he was fibbing, but nonetheless, it bothered me so that constantly asked him about the occurrences at the center. Im just glad that my grandson no longer attends this facility; its deplorable and the Department of Health and DHS needs to come in to check for compliance.

One of the staff members picked on my child when she attended their afterschool program. People are unprofessional and gossip about other employees and the kids who come to the daycare. Owners/staff prefer quantity over the quality of the daycare. Someone should be sent there to see if the place is up to code.

Not professional at all. The staff can be very picky over whom they like. The owner is very nasty and so is her staff. My sons only go for aftercare. Thank God 1hr is all they need.
