Disappointing ... I made two orders, for which they both charged me € 5.37 for each one to be able to pick them up, a matter of which they do not notify you and they should.I also got in touch with them to explain the issue and see how to remedy this lack of information and additional expense for me, and as someone who hears it rain, they have not even deigned to answer me.And the straw that broke the camels back is that two days later, I looked at a keychain that I had asked for, and just by rubbing it with the wallet and the mobile, in one of the areas it was worn as if it already had 10 years, thats because of the quality of the print.In short, more than € 40 in two bad keyrings and NO customer service.
Fatal !!! ...I placed two orders in a row on July 24th, for three personalized keychains ... and Im still waiting.I sent an email and they apologized for the delays that according to them is the cause of the great success they have.I emailed again last week and they dont even answer.The birthday gift for September 1 does not arrive.Embarrassing !!!
WATCH OUT!! The keychain was fine but when it arrived from the post office I had to pay 5.38 euros. At no time during the purchase process did they tell me that I would have to pay this money upon delivery, so the price changes a lot and, above all, with the concealment of this information.
Fatal!Because you have to put a star, if not, I did not put any, I made an order and I am the same as several options that I have read, waiting, also for a gift, it is clear that I will not order anything on this site. It happened to me like another user, I sent an email and they justify themselves in the success they have, because as long as they continue like this, their success will not last long. To this day, I still havent received my order for 6 weeks ... and my package has not moved in the follow-up since August 11.
I ordered the product more than 1 month ago, it has not arrived yet, I ask them to cancel it and make the refund, first they make the 50% refund, it seems to me that this is a scam, they are not serious and not responsible whether the order arrives or not. Be careful for those who buy and the product does not arrive. Greetings

2021-03-26Solid company to work with. Turn around time is great during the majority of the year with a bit longer around the Christmas holiday seasons which isnt unreasonable considering orders are probably pouring in due to increased demand. Its funny reading the one review about ornaments taking forever did you live under a rock for the past year? Companies have been under strict regulation about the number of people in a workspace and then the postal couriers have all had major delays and implemented max parcel pick up to try and get a hold on the volume. Some people are absolutely unreasonable. The world doesnt revolve around you! Ive always gotten good custody service and if there is an issue its rectified to some kind of satisfaction

2020-12-15I so desperately wanted to do business with this company. It all seemed too good to be true, and apparently it is. I made a small purchase just to test the product. Ordered two mugs before the holiday rush and the turnaround was fairly quick. When they arrived one mug was broken and the other had a deep scratch and I was unable to save it for a Christmas present. I received a refund fairly quickly and turned around and purchased the same mugs again, trying to give them a second chance and not wanting to pass judgement too quickly - those showed up today and the design isnt straight on either of the mugs. I cant roll the dice on quality control when I make bigger orders, so Ive submitted pictures of the mugs and requested another refund and will keep looking.

2020-12-30According to older reviews this company use to be okay. Unfortunately, I cant say the same now. I was interested in working with them and before I placed my orders, I email them to ask about couple of things and among others for the production time for the Ornaments. They said 5-7 days. I usually got replies within a few hours, not longer than a day. After that I placed 9 orders. The first one on Dec 7th for 8 ornaments which was for a wedding favors. Wedding is on Jan 2nd. I tried to reach them out from Dec 21st with multiple emails, then on their social accounts but never got any reply. Yesterday I got an email that my 1st order is shipped, but tracking confirms that only label is created and the parcel is not moving at all. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I experienced for a years in business! Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED!
