The amenity and everything is all fine, but deal breaker is the lack of management during special periods! Leah, the community manager, is great when she is at work. However, when she is not there, nobodys in charge and you cannot reach to anyone. Nobody responds to requests in resident portal, answers the phone or email. You cannot even find someone to talk in the office. How could a property operate like this?

The pros: Brand new apartment building with high-quality amenities and nice neighbors -- also in a great location close to everything (supermarket, train station, bus stop, daycare, restaurants)!The cons: When the community manager (who is very responsive and competent) is on medical leave, nobody was in charge. In that period, I happened to need to verify my rent payment history and was trying to reach someone with access to my ledger by email, phone, resident portal -- but nobody got back to me. The Greystar company should arrange a temporary manager, as someone should always be in charge!Update in June 2022: its been over a month since our lease ended and longer since we moved out, but we still havent got a move-out statement. It seems incredibly hard to get security deposit back.

The Delwyn community and its staff are the absolute best! Everyone is extremely responsive, kind, and eager to help. In addition, the units are fabulous! From the layout to the finishes, everything was constructed with the tenant in mind. The property manager Leah is great! She is very responsive and ensures community members needs are met and responded to in a timely fashion. She also is on top of ensuring the Delwyn community remains a top notch apartment living community. After living here 1 year, I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience.

I had the privilege of working with Leah, the incredible property manager, and I can say that she was the most welcoming, informative, and helpful person Ive spoken with during a long apartment search! I received videos promptly and she was patient to answer my questions since I live out of state and could not see the property in person. I can hardly wait!

Leah Alcott was an amazing Proprerty manager she has helped me during my whole stay and she made sure all my concerns were taken care of .Her and the maintenance staff were allways helpful and polite very efficient and friendly overall great experience with all of them .I really enjoyed living here great job guys happy holidays 🥰

I moved in 10 days ago and the experience has been MUCH BETTER THAN EXPECTED. Leah, Ema and the staff has been very accommodating to my family needs which it is very rare to find in an apartment building in the area. The location has both, the convenience of walking distance shopping and the quietness of a suburb neighborhood. The well kept landscape and tall trees makes it an unique living experience. My kids and I are having a blast. JOIN US!

The Delwyn in Bala Cynwyd is a fabulous property. Apartments are great and leave nothing to the imagination. Outside space and location are perfect. Leah Alcott, Community Manager, is fantastic. Provided a very thorough tour and comprehensive explanation of all of the features of the Delwyn.

This apartment community is absolutely the BEST!!- most importantly starting with Leah Alcott, Manager, who was kind enough to assist my son who lives out of state planning his choice of floor plans for his beautiful NEW unit in June!She is extremely friendly, responsive, updating with photos of units, detail oriented and enthusiastic. She is a perfect fit for such a promising community and brings positive energy to the area!! There are endless choices of stores, restaurants, banks, steps from the complex!! So convenient!I had the opportunity to meet her as well and she went out of her way to show me details about my sons unit, etc., and I have comfort knowing he will be living in a well managed, friendly and caring community!!Great work Leah!!Thank you very much.Sandra Krantzler

Just moved into a 1 bedroom unit and could not be more excited. The building is brand new and the layouts are larger than most other buildings in the area. The location very impressive and you are within walking distance from restaurants, grocery stores, hair cuts, etc. Leah has been fantastic so far and very helpful.

Where do I even start? I called over to the Delwyn (from out-of-state) to inquire about their 2 bedroom availability, and was not only given a detailed explanation of what was included in the price, but I was able to receive a virtual tour as well on the spot. Both Emma and Leah (the ladies on-site at the property) were able to paint a picture of what was around the area (shopping center details, public transportation, school district info, etc.), and offered a nice rent special if I move in by October 2020.By the way, they gave this information to me at 5:30 PM on a Tuesday! Its normally IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of someone past 5 PM, which is why that is worth mentioning, in my opinion. Its also rare for someone to sell me on an apartment without even seeing it in person. That said, I have since then toured the apartments in person, and will be signing a lease shortly. Its a gorgeous building, its in a safe area, and I cant wait to move in !
