Waited 3 weeks a package from Taiwan. Finally, says out for delivery Fri 11/27 end of day & was with courier from 11:59am. I stayed home all day. Mysterious update online says delivery attempted 10:18pm recipient not home! Utter bs. I was in my house all day! Calling customer service was a waste, because they close at 5. Sent an email and that won’t be looked at until the next business day. Tried to just place a hold for pickup tomorrow but they aren’t open weekends! What kind of international shipping company isn’t open on weekends?! Now I have to try and beat them loading it on Monday and I never got the tracking update via text or email. This service is horrible.
DHL STOLE MY PACKAGE. I received a false Delivery on Friday at 6:35pm despite waiting outside for 4 hours for my package. I called and was told their office closed at 5pm so I wouldnt have an answer until Monday. After waiting the whole weekend that my package couldve been delivered to the wrong person, I was told it was delivered to the wrong address. I asked them to tell me where it was delivered to which they couldnt provide. Later in the week I was told they would follow up with the driver. The driver said despite marking it as delivered it wasnt delivered and was taken back to the station. However IT WASNT LOGGED BACK IN AT THE STATION. My package now can not be located after paying $600 and waiting over a month for it traveling over the world to be stolen in Philadelphia. The truck didnt have cameras as it wasnt one of their official trucks which Im sure the driver knew. The manager was very professional in explaining their terrible negligence, but doesnt negate the fact that package was stolen by their driver. MAKING SURE NO ONE EVER SHIPS ME ANYTHING THROUGH DHL AGAIN. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE NOT HAD A PACKAGE NOT GET TO ME. Still livid obviously.
This company is so incompetent. I was supposed to receive a package on Saturday to which they said my address was incorrect (I had received a previous DHL package a few days prior with that same address, no issues). I then called to “correct” my address and was told it would get to me by Tuesday. Tuesday comes and goes and tracking says it’s “with the delivery courier” but never makes it to my house. Wednesday comes and goes, no package. Thursday, no package but it’s still “with the delivery courier” from Tuesday. At this point I assumed it was either lost or stolen. After countless calls I opted to pick it up at their location in NJ. I get a call from the Philly Hub stating “we found your package and will send it out to that station” ... ok so it was in fact lost and they lied..Today I check my tracking and the package has gone back to the OHIO Hub when it was supposed to go from Philly to NJ. Let’s see if I ever end up getting my package.
My package was supposed to get here on Friday but it’s been “on hold” since Friday. It’s Wednesday and nothing yet. I called on Monday and they said they don’t deliver to P.O. Boxes so I gave them my address. They stated it would be here on Tuesday and it wasn’t. Checked my tracking information and it’s still on hold. I have been waiting on the phone for customer service for the past hour. Please use fedex or ups they are much better.
My first experience with them wasnt so great, but what do you expect with a pandemic. But this time was another story. Their website has been updated to include vital info and my packages were delivered a whole 4 days ahead of time on a Sunday no less! Thank you for handling my stuff from Japan with care!
Hello Guys,I will not write a review in general unless their service provided to me extraordinary or extremely awful. My experience with DHL today is awful and wish i can give them less than 1 star and i guess my review is very important to any one who is planning to pickup their package from DHL Service point west Philadelphia location and below are the main reasons.1.) we are in the middle of the pandemic and they are not following CDC or state government guidelines. I reached the location at 3:50PM and after 20 minutes they screened my temperature and asked me to wite down my name, phone number and tracking number on a slip. I’m waiting outside the door as there are enough people waiting inside as per the people infornt of me. Finally after 45 minutes i got a chance to take a peek inside the store as i’m the one who’s next to enter and I was shocked seeing 12 people waiting inside and there are are no markings for social distancing inside the store.2.) There is no note that limits the maximum number of people who can wait inside the store.3.) There are lot of people waiting in the line for more than an hour and when the time is past 5 we were informed that they will not see any one and they have to work till 9PM if they have to give packages to everyone who is waiting which is not acceptable. They shouldn’t do the temperature screening and give us the slips if they think that they can’t handle the people who are waiting for their packages.4.) When we were asked to leave the facility there were lot of people who were upset and rushed into the store with out maintaining socail distance and there is no one in the store to control them or ask them to maintain social distance. Luckily i’m in the last few who are able to pick up the package.So I request the person reading this review to not become a victim for thier awful customer service and dangerous environment and wait for your package to be delivered if its possible. I hope some one should take action against them and make them to put the markings for social distancing and also a note that mentions the maximum number of people who can wait in the store. This is the least and simple thing they have to do.
Wow, this service is sooo bad! This is the second time in ONE WEEK that they lost my package and delivered it to the wrong home. I even changed my address to make it more easier to find and they still proceeded to lose my package and left no picture for me to go by to try to find it. I have one more package coming and I decided to change my address to my friends in hopes of it being delivered to the right place. If they lose this package, I’m not gonna use this service anymore because it really makes no sense for y’all to be delivering packages to the wrong house constantly!! Y’all Forreal need to hire better workers or something cause this is just terrible!
They seem to have a pretty clear unofficial protocol for insincerely claiming incorrect address information for packages that dont fit some sort of logistical flow or preference. Mix this in with numerous out for deliveries that never arrive and reschedule upon reschedule.The workers must be swamped or management has allowed bad habits to fester, possibly both. DHL should address what is a notoriously dysfunctional servicepoint. If you can manage the effort you may find it less stressful to just pick up the package yourself.
I ordered a package from Europe a few days ago and the DHL tracking site states it arrived at the West Philadelphia location on 22 May 2020 at 6:07 am and left for delivery with the courier at 1:07 pm same day. This location is only 30 minutes away from my house and theres still no package in site. The website tracking is stating that the package is still out for deliver 24 hours later. This is the most unprofessionalism I have ever experienced with an international shipping site. Theyre even lucky to get that 1 star because they dont deserve it. Something needs to be done with their administration because theyre HORRIBLE AT DELIVERING ITEMS. The fact that this site is still open blows my mind.
Malika who was working at the front counter on Friday 6/5 was absolutely awesome. I normally dont review exceptional service but she 1000% deserves it. She worked with me from 3pm all the way until 6:50pm to find my lost package. It was past her shift but she was kind enough to stay to help. I will definitely use DHL again just because of her hard work.
Supervisor Howard Philllps, was very rude waited for atleast 3 hours to get my package. One supervisor told we could still get our package if we was there before 4:45pm. Howard stated he made his own personal decision not to let get our packages, he was also making racial comments. Horrible experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I scheduled my delivery for Friday at my place of work. I cancelled the delivery for that day because I left early. I was told I would receive the package Monday at my work which is the original place it was scheduled for. I told them the hours and they told me no problem. The package never came yesterday and even waited until 5:15pm which is after close. Now I call on Tuesday morning and they can not tell me for sure if the phone I ordered for my daughter will show up. And this is why they got 1 star.
I never had a bad experience until now. It said my package was delivered to the front lobby. I expected the package to be delivered to my door. I called my leasing office and they didnt receive anything. The carrier didnt bother coming to my door. I had someone waiting my house and no one knocked or left a note. How hard is it to deliver a package to the address provided??? You had 1 job DHL!! Im still waiting for my package...
Completely unacceptable service. First they had the wrong address on my package. Once it was confirmed that the address was correct in the system the package still has not arrived. So far we have spoken to Brittney (who was a big help), Nathan (who was rude and no help), Lisa, Ricky (who we apologize because he got the brunt of the frustration), and Jerome. Francine was the last contact and a major help. This service company is poorly run.
Other reviewers are spot on. Delivery was impressive, China to Philadelphia in 3 days (Friday to Monday). Problem here is customer service, which seems to be a problem for a lot of Philadelphia locations. I come in and no one is at the front counter. Sign states to ring the bell and wait a couple of minutes for someone. I ring and wait 5 minutes. No one comes I ring again. No one again and I ring, and try to call the phone number online. I ring one more time and a older gentleman comes out hollering “we hear the bell, stop ringing it we are busy” and slams the door. Mind you I been here for about 15 minutes. I figure he’s maybe having bad day and wait it out. He comes back out and I kill him with kindness. At this point I think it hit him, and he begins apologizing, saying he had a long day. We all have long days buddy, doesn’t give you a right to lash out at people. It’s not like you are doing open heart surgery, just sorting packages so humble yourself. I work 10 hours daily and never lash out on anyone in my office or on the phone. I’m also about 30 youngsters than you. Will not be using the service again. Took him 15 minutes to answer the bell and another 15 minutes to find the package.
I had a package that was suppose be delivered Thursday dec 12th and didn’t not come. Then it said it would come Friday the 13th. I saw the driver outside my house. I went out side and he drove away. I tried to flag him down and he drove away. Then wrote on the tracking site that no one was home. And there was 3 cars in the driveway and lights were on. I called the customer service and they couldn’t help me and had no information on the driver. I can not get my package until Monday. When it was suppose to get it Thursday the week before. I will not be using dhl again.
I paid a lot of money for an international delivery of live plants. I waited from 8-8pm and no delivery. I called multiple times and no one can help me with this. Its 2020 and their technology must be stone age then. Now Im supposed to get my package today but its 11am and no update on the shipping activity. Now Im also being told that although my package was supposed to be delivered yesterday, it wont be prioritized for delivery today.This is a complete rip-off and scam.
If i could give 0 star, I would love to.We are commercial address, which means DHL MUST deliver on Weekdays. However, they somehow decided to attempt the delivery on Sunday morning and posted an updated on Tracking saying No one was there. But guess what, they did not leave any note so who knows if they really came. And on Monday, I got a message from DHL saying they will deliver the package on Monday, and they never came. Tuesday, wednesday, thursday, and today is friday and still no update. I tried calling them on Thursday and they said They will deliver it on Thursday, which never happened again. I called again, and they said they have packages Piled up, so they dont know where mine is, and they dont know when they will deliver my package, so they said All i can do is just waiting for them to get it to me. I tried calling them again, and now they are not answering any phone call. IS THIS A JOKE? Guys, if you guys are using international shipping, use FEDEX or UPS. Although they are couple more days slower, At least they keep track of everything and never say THEY DONT KNOW WHEN THEY WILL DELIVER.*Update today* I called them today, and guess what they said. They said they dont know where my package is, and they cannot give me further information. I asked if you guys are so busy, I can come pick it up, but they said since they dont know where mine is, cannot do that as well. I asked if theyve lost my package, they said Eh thats possible, but I dont know. May be you can submit a new case to 800 number again. and they hung up. LOL
Package shipped out of China. Goes through customs in New York and then by land to Philadelphia and then out for delivery. The address on the package was correct. Courier dropped it at some address other than the address on the package and claimed, in the delivery notice, that I personally accepted the package at the correct address and signed for it, i.e., forged my name as having received the package correctly.DHL opened an inquiry and then never got back to me before closing it and ending any search or attempt to recover the package and deliver to me as addressed.DHL now asserts that I have no claim against DHL but must try to recover my money from the seller in China. DHL disclaims all liability for the failure to deliver as addressed, refuses to make a refund of my money and refuses to replace the goods. Claims that the shipment was made through a third party -- a freight forwarder -- and not directly with the seller. Every discussion with DHL by phone ends up with DHL personnel hanging up on me after promising to have someone up the chain of command call me back within two hours.I did not pick DHL as the delivery and courier service to pick up the package in China and deliver it to me. I paid the seller monies in addition to the purchase price of the goods for shipping charges which went into DHL coffers.DHL is going to be named in a civil suit which I will file in the relevant court house by the end of this week.Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DHL! Absolutely terrible. dhl is truly the DMV of international shipping services. Tracking is hardly ever up to date, and nobody has any answers. “Express” shipping? That’s a joke. They’ve been holding my things for almost two weeks now with some arbitrary and nonsensical explanation.

The tracking shows that the package left NY gate way 3am on Friday, which usually means it should arrive at this Philadelphia location within the same day.HOWEVER, these is no arrival scan UNTIL TODAY,And Ive contacted this facility multiple times, but no one is answering the phone,And I called the main hotline, and theyve submitted 3 tickets yet no response.I actually visited the location the other day, and the parking lot was FULL of angry customers.One of them told me to go back home and they would make sure to deliver it by Monday, which never ever happened.
Let me start with this, KATHY is the WORST phone representative that exist period, extremely rude, didn’t even let me finish my sentence before she rudely asked for shipping number, how do you expect to have a successful company when one they don’t even properly knock on your damn door, two she responded to my call passive aggressively, three lack of simpathy for paying clients and I quote “what do you want me to tell you” when I stated that I called the day before and she had told me that she would contact me back and never did. DHL I should really reconsider that one employee! Remember your employee speak for your company and she gave it very horrible customer service. Completely disappointed.
Package was supposed to be delivered Friday the 6th. Its now Monday 10 mins to 10 and my package is still being held at that location. Now I have to go all the way down southwest philly to pick something up I shouldve had days ago. When called the reason they gave was it was with the carrier than it was brought back with him. I was like whaaaaat????
So, I always receive my packages via DHL and have not had an issue. but for my wedding the package I was expecting did not get delivered. even though it was MARKED as delivered. Ive got cameras outside my house and I know for sure this was not delivered.I found these reviews during my panic mode seeking a way forward and was surprised that this happens often, smh.I got in touch with DHL headquarters customer service, didnt want to deal with the service station, even the HQ had a hard time reaching this service station and we were both on hold for a long time.But I thank God eventually the package was delivered very early next morning to my house. we woke up, opened the door and there it was.so I will give them some credit for finding it and delivering it to its original destination but the heart ache amidst planning an event was so stressful hence my 3 stars.
Word of advice: Whenever you order something online, just add a quick comment to the seller asking them not to ship via DHL. Its that simple. Otherwise, youll never see your order arrive on time, if at all - especially if its something of value.I forgot to notify a seller on amazon, next thing I know my order is listed as delivered but all I have is Sorry we missed you tag left on the neighbors door. Spend an hour on the phone with DHL - they have no idea where the package is... So there you have it: No package. No answers. Ended up filing a complaint with amazon and the seller.At some point DHL will lose enough business and leave shipping to legitimate companies.
I was waiting for an important personal document from India, one of my family members sent the document by DHL to receive by me on Friday (09/20), even DHL delivered on time on Friday. But unfortunately, I was not at home and missed the delivery. They kept the door tag to reattempt on Monday; But It was very urgent and waiting on Friday itself. I spoke to the DHL delivery center head and requested a help to delivery on the same day, they arranged a special delivery for me on the same day - Friday at 6:00 PM which is completely out of office hours for DHL. I really appreciate the commitment and help that they have done for me. I think the same service can be expected for everyone.
If I could give DHL zero stars I would. If you can prevent an item from being shipped by DHL please try your best. If you can file with the BBB on them please do. This isnt the first time Ive had a package claim to be delivered and show up on a different day. Unfortunately, this time my package never arrived. Are they hiring convicts/thieves to deliver? I think so! Basically a package can travel from China with no issues but the second it reaches Philadelphia it gets lost! RIDICULOUS!
Slow slow slow. They don’t take our concerns seriously and they provide incorrect updates. Not the first time. Most unreliable service offered. God knows what they do inside. People wait for days outside to get their packages. I wish they have serious people working at the location.
1 Star, Because I cant give a lower score...Do not use DHL! I was supposed to have my item delivered Wednesday, 4/17. The sender mistakenly put two addresses on it, so there was a delivery exception. I called to fix the problem and asked for it to be delivered the next day. They said the soonest they could deliver was Friday, 4/19. Our business was closed, so I asked them to deliver on Monday, 4/22. It was on the truck from 2:00p, but as of 4:30p they hadnt delivered. I called and was told they should deliver by 4:45p. As of 6:15p, they still hadnt delivered. I called today (4/23) and was told that the driver was brought back to the servicepoint. Now my delivery says there isnt a delivery date, but I was told it would be on the truck today by a customer service person this morning. I dont see anything on the tracking information. I called and they were completely confused and couldnt explain why the delivery wasnt being attempted today. Im waiting for a call back for an investigation into what happened.
This is the best service in the world I have been see all the best wishes for them and the first thank you God my parcel lost them in stock and I prayed for her and the Lord miracle worked through these people to this parcel and deliver to me. I was beginning to worry about where it is. because there was a delay in the week but thanks God I got it today. I called them and they began to look 1.4.15 immediately and seek the parcel so today is 4/2/15 I got it. Thank u so much great work the service was excellent. Gods blessings
The International Number is not on the card they left, and the window to contact them on the website cannot open. I could not find time of next delivery, and when I called international at about 8:45 a.m on Thursday, the rep., was interrupted, as I didnt hear what he was saying. He was very belligerent for being interrupted, so I allowed him to finish then asked him to start over. How silly was that? Oh! I forgot that a womans brain works different from a man.
This service SUCKS! The ONLY reason they got ONE STAR from me was because that was the only way I could post this review. They let anyone sign for your package, they deliver packages to the wrong address, but yet update your account saying it was delivered to the correct address.. Then when you ask where was it delivered they tell you they dont know its somewhere within route. This place is ridiculous. They dont care, they promise to return calls and never do.. If you can avoid using this service PLEASE RUN AWAY!! Unless you just have money throw away. I am FURIOUS!
Terrible service. Bought something from a website and paid express shipping. Was told it would be delivered the 16th it didn’t happen. I called and was later told the 17, then the 18th and I needed the item for the 20th. I called 3 times on the 19 and was promised and guaranteed delivery. Did not happen. According to the representative the mail carrier was unable to deliver. They also don’t deliver on weekends. Hope I never get DHL ever

After two shipments from the UK, DHL missed delivery each time. The tracking system says by close of business on a particular day and the delivery person shows up at our company at 7:30 PM ! The most recent shipment was supposed to arrive yesterday by close of business and never showed up. Today the website says there is no further information about delivery. This service is useless.

I was supposed to receive my package Monday December 2nd, website says that my order was on hold because they didn’t have any drivers... then it was scheduled for the next day saying that it was going to be delivered between 8am and 8pm.. while the website said that it was out for delivery I waited all day and still nothing.. they need to shut down seriously
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a package. I had an international package shipped to my work address which was sent from back home. The package traveled safely over many continents and miles of seas and when it reached Philadelphia, it was marked as delivered and I never physically got the package. I am pretty sure the signature and proof of delivery name is fake and made up! Its been three days and DHL is giving me the run around that it is trying to the track the driver yada yada and nothing has come out of it. The package contained two pairs or spectacles and now, not only do I have a worsening eye sight, but a lack of effort on the part of DHL Philadelphia to even sort this issue in the right manner is adding to the frustation. Shame on you! If you cant get the job done, then dont do it at all. I am filing a claim and if I dont get back what is mine, this is not the last you are hearing from me DHL Philadelphia. #DHLPhiladelphiaSucks
Horrible service with DHL express!!! I ordered a coffee mug from London and London did an excellent job shipping it to DHL in Philadelphia. I love London and wouldnt blame them for anything. DHL was to blame here because when they delivered it to my house, I saw them from my living room window just throwing it against my front door. The package was marked FRAGILE idiots! Needless to say my mug was broken. Worst of all it was for my 9 year old son for Christmas!! Because he was a Harry Potter fan and this was a Harry Potter mug!
Worse service ever!!! Do not use!! I repeat, DO NOT USE DHL!!!! Customers service sucks and have no idea what the local couriers in Philadelphia are doing. They tell you one thing and another happens. As for their website tracking, it is a mess! So outdated with no recent information. Package information on there is old. They need someone to run that mess of a tracking system. Been waiting for a package from Italy for a week now and cant get a definite answer. My husband was told they will call me before delivery and no one did. Came home 6 days ago (Friday 6/25/15) and met a note on my door about missed delivery. Went to check it on the website and it said on hold at the Holsten Ave facility. Called and the lady said it was at the facility and they will hold it for me to pick on Monday (6/27/15). Drove about 52 minutes to their facility in West Philadelphia only to be told they didnt get the memo and it was on the truck for delivery. Asked the guy I spoke to there to call the driver and inform him that I was at the site and wont be home til another hour. He said OK. Got home as quickly as I could in less than an hour at 12:18 pm only to find a note on my door saying missed delivery with time stamped 12:10 pm. Called customer service right away and as usual, they had no idea what I was talking about and could not call their driver or tell me definitely when my package will be delivered. The lady promised me sometime tomorrow which was yesterday, 6/30/15. Silly me believed her and call off from work to wait for package. Stayed home the entire freaking day and still no package. Called them 2 times yesterday at 9 am and again at 3 pm, after putting me on a lengthy hold, assured me that package was on truck for delivery and I will receive it by end of day. Waited no package. Called back at 7 pm, this time they had no clue and after keeping me on hold for almost 10 minutes came back and told me they couldnt reach the facility. Such a big mess for all the money we paid for express services! DHL is a useless company!!! I will never ever use them again!! USPS, UPS or FedEx could have done far better with customer service and tracking. I regret why my husband chose this useless company. Im up this morning and starting to make more calls. Hopefully, I can get my package before they give me a heart attack !!! DO NOT SHIP WITH DHL!!!!!!!
This local DHL is SOCK! my package was on hold for 3 days not counting the weekend and they had no intention of delivery my package. I had to pick up my package. I thought I paid for the delivery service.The communication was bad because I cant call the local DHL directly. I will avoid DHL service in the future.
The automated text system is useless I set up a delivery date for my only day off and no package but the next day I got a delivery slip on my door after work. I had to call them and have the delivery rerouted to my work phone service was nice and helpful sparring them the really henious review they were originally going to get
Its just way too expensive. But theyve got excellent customer service at the location. The customer service representative advised me what to do when he got to know how wont be able to afford the price. I wanted to ship a box of scanner abroad. Everyone I saw came there walked out happy.
THE DUMBEST DELIVERY DRIVERS EVER !they delivered my package to the wrong house and now I have to wait , and this was for a birthday gift. They say they delivered to my house but they did not. And it was signed by a whole different name . These drivers are uneducated stupid low lifes who clearly cant read numbers on houses and see names on packages .
DHL delivery guy walk past concierge and went to hub where typically place package in locker, this particular guy leaves my package in front of hub on the ground and doesnt have the courtesy to atleast communicate or give my package to concierge.. Very unprofessional! 2/7/21
Impossible company to deal with. I will never use it, I will always ask my foreign suppliers to not ship via DHL. Virtually impossible to actually speak with a person. Emails go unanswered. On-line forms poor designed. All of this helps explain why this once promising company is failing.
Wow, it took FOREVER! I rang a bell, I waited the 5 minutes it tells you to wait, I ring the bell again, 5 more minutes... It took all the restraint I could gather from the universe not to lean on that button for the remaining 5 minutes... just to get a gruff... Cant help you bud... Very anticlimactic, I expected a boss battle at least.

Use UPS or something else .... their automatic text is useless, if you not home they will leave you a stupid paper/note telling you ohh sorry we missed you, so they dont leave the package at the door, gotta wait until the next day. Their service stinks. They are not open on Saturdays. There are very few locations to pick-up a package, and when you call to try to get help or change the time for delivery, you get nothing. I cant see no logical reason for using this service unless you want to piss someone off.
OPINION: My Package is held in West Philadelphia for three days coming from China. I have called repeatedly to get some info and I have been on hold forever. I am actually still on hold right now while typing this! Terrible service that does not reflect DHL company as a whole!
Worst delivery ever took forever and when you call you never get a Philly agent and the one in Philly doesnt take phone calls and i called to put a hold on a package they told me i have to wait an additional 24hr to pick it up i wont every ship with dhl again and still havent received my package i might change my review upon arrival
This is the worst service possible.They mark first attempt,second attempt...and nobody really comes the bring any package or leave a note whatsoever.I am still waiting for somebody to bring my package and I dont know how long is going to take...The customer service is not very helpful either.Not recommended!!!

2022-03-21Package was expected to be delivered Monday; it arrived in Philly on Friday and everything looked good until Monday morning when suddenly it was updated to be in Harrisburg. Then I called on Thursday to see what was going on after still no update and apparently it was sent to Ohio??? Finally it was delivered the following Monday, but just left on the doorstep even though it required a signature (expensive package, theft is common here). Looking at the delivery confirmatio, the delivery person, who was just some random dude in a sedan, forged it

2022-05-23As soon as I got an update that my package was finally in Philly, I called and scheduled a pickup (this was a time sensitive package). They notified me that my package was ready for pickup about an hour later, and when I arrived I was in and out. I believe it was Mike who assisted me

2022-08-06DHL is the worst. If there’s a delivery issue on the weekend, tough. They will make you spend 1/2 hour trying to get through their nightmare phone system, only to tell you at the end that they are closed on weekends. Horrible!

They delayed my package and inspite of me calling their customer service and updating my address details...they did not respond at all and put my package on hold indefinitely. i am still waiting for my package to arrive although it has been more then 10 days since it was shipped. if there were 0 stars...i would give them that

2021-11-02I have had many issues receiving shipments from this company. My latest issue was that I got a package that was not mine and the delivery driver did not do his job to check to make sure that it was going to the correct address very disappointed still waiting for a call back to find out whats going on with my package one person at the customer service I wish I had gotten her name but she was very helpful hopefully my issue resolved but they really need to retrain their staff especially the delivery drivers.

2021-12-29Worst service ever. Do not get your packages shipped with DHL express. Their name says “Express” but the way they handle things is too slow and they are way too lazy to deliver the things. My package was delayed for 15 days and even customer care representatives couldn’t track where it is (The only thing they could say is it’s with the driver).For some reason status says that shipment was delayed due to traffic issues and it’s currently in west Philadelphia. I have traveled plenty of times to Philly in the meantime and never had any traffic issues. And If we make any modifications to the shipment like change of address or signature release or pick up it takes 24 hours for system to update things for each request. If we make 2 requests at a time then system kind of throws up and gets delayed for plenty of days. I hope they train their delivery people and up their business. I would never go with DHL again.

2021-01-08Horrible delivery service. The customer service people are nice but useless when it comes to problems with delivery issues. They can put in as many requests to have the package delivered but my package continues to be on hold for no reason. No, really. For NO reason. The customer service rep even said there’s no reason it should be on hold, that there are no problems. I called them 3 days in a row and twice in one day and they just say it will be delivered the next day and they will put in a request and then the process repeats. I would never trust them with any of my packages if I had a choice. Maybe it’s because the workers at delivery don’t care about notices or because the requests aren’t even being sent to them. Something is wrong and it needs to be fixed, otherwise ANY other service is much better in all aspects. DHL makes it seem like they are more user friendly and has good customer service, but in reality, if the package isn’t delivered then all of that is pointless no? USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon delivery services, ALL of them are better. I had a problem with a USPS package and they gave me the number to the supervisor at that SPECIFIC delivery warehouse. I didn’t even hassle them or ask for it, she just said she can help me since they couldn’t. That is service, not sending a request since I’m sure the delivery warehouses deal with an influx so many pointless messages.It’s a governmental service and they do it so much better. Save your money and time and skip DHL.

2021-08-14The shipment arrived on the October 11th and was once customs in Cincinnati Ohio then on the October 12th it was delivered to West Philadelphia, the delivery was supposed to be on the October 13th but for some reason you rescheduled the delivery on the October 16th I paid for the express delivery. You work worse than the USPS. All transportation was carried out by air, but it feels like you were sending on a ship. I will never recommend this company to my friends for transportation, Absolutely disrespectful attitude towards your customers

2021-09-08The worst shipping center ever they put my package back on hold twice because they dont want to travel to deliver it, I paid extra to use your services to have my product expedited will be the last time!!! will be reaching out to the shipper telling them to go through fed ex for now on!
