No customer service , no hunting items , limited shoes , a lot of employees but seems as tho they did not know the answers to questions being asked !No one responded when inquiring about the questions!
Overpriced on everything, bats were all locked down so couldnt even check out which one we would have liked, employees were nice though, dont know why there was a child riding a bike around on the upper level asking people to watch out as he rode by?
This was a well stocked location with plenty of staff willing to help. The only reason I knocked off a star was that this location closed the Field and Stream a couple miles away which had way more fishing gear.
Great experience. I love going here to get my golf shirts. Wonderful quality. The place is nicely maintained too. The customer service is knowledgable and very welcoming. Will definitely continue to shop here.
This is one of my favorite Dicks stores. It seems easier to find things at this location, and the salespeople are usually eager to help. I took my wife here to find walking shoes for her, and two employees spent at least 30 minutes with her trying different styles, fits, etc. I was shocked (in a good way) that a chain sporting goods store would give a single customer such personal attention.
Literally called 5 minutes prior to going. Was told they had a product that I wanted. When I arrived, they only had the display model that was a little beat up. They would not even give me a small discount, and stated if you dont buy them someone will this was employee Tommy
Im a a passionate hunter and fisherman and this store carries nothing to meet my outdoor needs they call them selves an sporting goods store but its mainly golf and baseball not worth my time to try and shop here very disappointed.
I had a rough few days with a product, multiple returns, not fitting other equipment properly. Each time Dicks staff was helpful. Today I went to this location hoping for a different selection, and they went above and beyond my expectation. Guess I have made my last trip to Dunhams ( I can walk to one, thats how close I live...)
I would have to say this is the nicest Dicks I have ever shopped. If a business is clean and is stocked it has done the minimum to be in business. But the staff give you a reason to avoid the location moving forward or come back in the future. They were over the top helpful and friendly, making for a great experience. Will definitely come back and purchase more sporting goods in the future.
This is a great asset to have in the area...lower prices than smaller sporting goods stores and more available items. Coupons are valuable and useful, staff is pretty knowledgeable, and prices are reasonable. Would get 5 stars if they had more for girls sports...girls lacrosse, softball are seriously underrepresented and there is a huge market of female athletes in our area. Also would like more consistency across stores...we find more girls lacrosse if we visit South Hills, Robinson, or if we trek to Columbus OH while visiting family. Not so much in Washington.
Found just what we were looking for! They were extra busy due to hosting a local little league, with that being said it was probably the fastest checkout line with happy cashiers Ive experienced in a long time. There was probably 25 people ahead of me and and it took well under 5 minutes to checked out! Very impressed!
The staff here are super nice, but do not get your ice skates sharpened here. They use a Sparx machine to sharpen them, but dont know how to properly use it. Skates come out sharpened so terribly that they are unusable. Just dealt with this last week and had multiple friends comment that the same issue had happened to them in the past.
Just buying newer more comfortable shoe/boots for the job . Great investment & friendly service . Good job guys
TENT SALE! No luck on shoes, since we are between youth-adult. But tons of different types of clothing! Callia workout gear, tennis outfits, North Face Ositos in blush with rose gold trim, serious hats/gloves for cold weather...check it out
I almost dont understand why concrete stores still exist anymore. I went online found what I wanted and decided to go to the store to see what it looked like before I bought it. Turned out it was exclusive to online only and it was a wasted trip. I went home, ordered it, had free delivery and came to my house. End of story, I liked the item and didnt have to return it. I shop a lot through Walmart, Target, Amazon, stuff delivered to your house for free. Seems like a great waste of space to have stores anymore. Look at all the abandoned Toys R Us buildings; those could be parks.
No hunting or fishing section. Nothing but an overpriced clothes store.
Terrible service.I was double charged for an item purchased. The manager knew this and made me wait forever to reimburse me even though I had a paper receipt and online receipt.Why did I double pay? The employees claimed the online pay was a hold which would not process....I even notified them that my bank had the payment pending. They did not listen.Instead, a big headache and terrible service from their manager. Lack of respect and wasting my time with delays on a mistake on their end.
Made a special trip to the Cranberry Twp store to purchase shoes for my daughter. Pick two shoes out and they don’t have either shoes in her size. What a wasted trip. This is why I shop online. Also a store employee by the name of Jim in the shoe area came out with one didn’t even look at me put the shoe on the rack and said “we don’t have this shoe in that size” very snarky. Won’t be back here to shop.
Customer service today was great. Love the fact that I didnt have to ask gor help with anything. Everyone was very friendly and right there to help.
We picked up all our gear for tee ball today and the staff was very knowledgeable. They pointed out gear that was necessary vs just nice to have and assisted with sizing.
One thing I can say about Dicks is that they have an incredible selection for most things. Im a little disappointed in their camping selection considering their partner store Field and Steam has a better selection but for most activities you wont leave looking for another store. However, this comes at a price, literally. Ive always considered Dicks a little pricey (not REI pricey but still).Update: Now that Dicks is catering to the Liberal agenda of preventing people from exercising their Second Amendment I decided to go from three stars to one. Take that Dicks.
Dicks is a great place to get sports items throughout the United States. Items can be a little pricy so you have to do comparison shopping online or at other sports outlets. They seem to be taking sponsorships to sell items. E.g. there shoe section is 80% Nike items with little selection of other footwear. This is disappointing and I usually wont buy my shoes there because of this. The location in Cranberry is a great store and staff was friendly. A regular stop for me when in the area.
Great selection of fashionable sports wear, sporting goods, outdoor wear, and gear for outdoor sports. The staff is usually quite helpful and friendly. Prices seem a bit high on some items.
The prices and hockey selection keep it at 3 stars. Nice store though and friendly people that are inexperienced.

Bought a basketball hoop. The price tag on the stack of boxes said $79.99. it was right on top, right in the middle. When I get to the register it rings up $99.99. They would not honor their pricing error! Not great customer service!
Everyone working here wants to help you find what your looking for or help fit you or suggest what might be better for you. Really helpful and know about what they are selling. A wide range of products and lots to see and consider. May not be the best prices but comparable to online shopping.

This name suits them. I mean if you dont like people and you dont want to help them find things or ring them up then why work here. Although it seems that the way to get promoted is to be difficult as well. Especially in a competitive business like this. Employees are completely incompetent. I use those words as strongly as possible. The children that seem to run the store are not helpful, uninformed and apparently only useful for a clothing hanger.

Went to Dicks looking for help with foot pain and trying to correct it. Jim in the shoe department was extremely helpful, full of knowledge, and I believe his shift ended in the middle of helping us but continued to stay and help. One of his co-workers Chris came over to help also, and continued to answer of questions and steered us in the right direction. These guys were great and it was a grewat expeirence a d hope to be able to continue to get this service everytime we return.
Went to get a new driver. Even called in yo ask about setting a time up for the golf pro. I wanted to hit a driver before i bought one. The golf pro was way to interested in the tv and watching golf than helping. Ill be going to golf galaxy.

My wife recently called looking for Steeler beanies that were designed by JuJu as our little guys follow him on Instagram. We were unable to purchase online or in our Bismarck, ND store. She spoke with Marilyn who told her they were sold out, but took her name and number to call her back if they got more in. Marilyn called her back the next day and sent two beanies to the Bismarck location! We received them before Christmas and could not be more happy with the customer service we received!!!!! Thanks Again Marilyn!!!!! People that go above and beyond deserve recognition and you made my wife’s day when she knew she could gift them to our JuJu fans!!!! Go Steelers and Merry Christmas!!!!!
Went to get lacrosse stick adjusted. Patrick was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely return to this location in the future.

We purchased a treadmill, they tried to give us an elliptical. If you didnt know both weigh about 500lbs. The elliptical box didnt fit in our car so had to pay a friend with a truck to come over (note the treadmill box would have)... friend noticed the box had the wrong labeling. Dicks gave us a gift card for our troubles but it didnt cover the truck rental.

Our basketball hoop was installed by a 3rd party company. Everything went wrong: the scheduling, install, parts missing (still missing) the concrete on the ground is cracking 5 months later. The poll wasnt fill correctly with the concrete. Concrete was spilled and left on our driveway, the contractors car left oil and other fluids on our driveway. Find a friend, do it yourself, this was in no way professionally done..oh and the hoop is 3 off, our 10 goal is now either 103 or 99 and the store said they cant help, they are stuck with this company and know they are bad, but have no other options. Thanks a lot.

Items we were interested in werent priced clearly and had to be looked up online. Some rails were unshopable but the staff was attentive and very nice.
The manager was refusing to match the price with another Dick’s store stating an other store made a mistake in a price and he is not responsible for it, even after speaking with an other store representative, who confirmed it wasn’t a mistake. Spent 30 extra min fighting for the price...

One of the best Dicks sporting goods in the state. It has a very good fishing tackle section and the employees are very friendly and helpful.
I only buy a select few items from Dicks and nothing else. Their prices, on most items, is entirely too high and the items they stock skew toward the lower end in terms of quality.

This is one of the bigger stores. They have a wide variety of clothing and sporting goods but sometimes their clearance pricing can be tricky. Mostly good experiences but Ive had customer service issues more than once.

Dont ever order anything online, had not 1 but 2 issues ordering back to back and the 2nd issue a supervisor put in! They had no record of our order but the charge on our credit card is on hold for a month! Never shopping here again!

2022-06-11The store itself is nice and has a decent selection. The company, however, gets cheap poorly made items and jacks up the price. We bought my son a kickstand for his bike for 20.00 that was essentially made of pot metal. When my husband went to tighten up, the stand broke in half up near the mounting. We stopped by a local bike shop and got a new kickstand made of steel for 15.00.

2022-03-20This was my first time going to this location and would return. They had a slim selection of champion brand items and seemed to be a little smaller than the one in Robinson. However, everyone working there was very nice and assisted me when needed without me feeling like I was bothering anyone. I found everything I went in there for. I left a bag at the register and as I noticed I went back into the store to be met at the doors by the man who rang me up. He made sure I left with everything I purchased...even if I didnt notice right away, as I did, he stated he was ready to run after me. The people a company employs makes all the difference and I was extremely happy with the service I received there!Update: 2/22 their clothing selection has gotten a lot bigger and I actually prefer this location over the Robinson store now. They also have a great shoe selection as well. Went for LAX equipment and they had everything we went in for. The associates were very helpful with finding the perfect fit/brand chest plate. They didnt seem annoyed about the questions and were very helpful!

2021-10-09We went to buy bicycles and we found exactly what we wanted. There were multiple people there that were very knowledgeable and were extremely helpful. They let you gently try the bikes in the store and give them a great inspection before they let you leave. 100% positive experience.

2021-09-19This is the largest Dick’s I’ve ever visited. The store is huge, two floors, and offers a large selection for every activity. My family easily spent a few hours just looking at everything.The store was clean and the staff was friendly. We found nearly everything we needed (no football cleats in September), but was happy with all our purchases. Some items were picked over and had limited sizes, but that’s to be expected.I wish the store offered more coupons, but I enjoy being able to earn rewards after accumulating points for purchases.

2021-05-16Basically just a clothing store with some bats and golf clubs laying around. If you are looking for any fishing/hunting/camping gear do not waste your time going here. Crazy that they have a batting cage in store but no fishing equipment.

2018-03-17Store is clean, good parking. There was only one guy working in mens shoes, and man, was he busy. Then for the third time (different locations) they didnt have my size in 2 of the 3 soccer shoes I wanted to try on....so thats getting frustrating. There is a really good selection of just about everything here. The staff I spoke with were nice and attempted to be helpful.

2021-06-12Associate in fitness was on his phone while I needed help looking for a brace for my mother. Believe his name was Joe. Very rude. Also, manager in Blue shirt was on his phone as well. Simply needed help with a size of knee brace. Poor service.
