Dimitre Jewelers has been amazing from day one when we looked at engagement rings. They help you navigate through the whole process and make the experience memorable. We recently picked up our wedding bands and the customer service was great, as always. Plus it’s always nice to get your ring shined up while you are at the shop.

Honest and professional. I wanted to replace the setting of the diamond my mom had given me from the ring it was into a prettier ring. I had it done last DEC, and Im thrilled with my ring! They showed me the particular features of my stone so I can recognize it was indeed the same stone in the new setting (that was my main concern). When one of the little stones fell out a few months later they replaced it at no charge. I recommend this place! Thank you!

Custom pieces are best for people with patience!! I ordered a custom pendant . The staff was good at making sure I got exactly what I wanted. I patiently waited and waited and received the perfect item of adornment. All good things are worth the wait. Keep in mind this is all going on during a pandemic.
They replaced the crystal on my vintage watch and now it looks great. The price was about what I was quoted and seems comparable to other shops in the area. The turnaround was very quick and the service I received when I dropped off and picked up my watch was courteous and efficient.

Dimitre worked out a price to fit my budget on a nice solid Cuban. He kept me informed as it was being made and I was not disappointed when it arrived my Miami Cuban was gorgeous. One of their competitors wanted 40% more for the same chain. Ill stick with Dimitre on south street.

2022-04-17Ice Fire Jewelry continues to provide excellent service and value. I finally was able to make it back into their store since the pandemic started. I was in need of updating appraisals for rings and doing the standard cleaning. Since it had been many years since deep cleaning and polishing were done, they recommended highly to me. They also included the cost of the appraisals as part of the cleaning service. When everything was ready, I went to pick it up and all was perfect. The rings look amazing. Their jeweler did an outstanding job making them look brand new again. So if you are in need of jewelry or jewelry servicing, please come and visit Ice Fire Jewelry. They do not disappoint at all.
