Fast, quick easy I really do appreciate all the staff also my daughter said they were all nice to her in the back so that always a plus
My son has been going to this office for over 5 years now. They recently moved from 16th street to 3rd street. I love the new office space, more spacious and lots of free parking available. Always in and out, I dont sit waiting for long.
Ive been taking my kids here all their lives. Drs and staff are over excellent!!! They make my kids feel safe, comfortable, and entertained!!! Every room and all seats have access to personal tv for distraction. Great play waiting room and video games. I wish they made an adult dentistry for Medicaid patients. This was my daughters first cavity filling and doctor and nurses explained every move they made. I love them sooo!!!
The staff has been absolutely amazing helping me during a very hectic time. I am so thankful for their help and patience.
The man at the door was super nice and do was the receptionist Carmen. All the ladies in the back were nice. DR. Alexis was so sweet and very patient with my daughter. She explained what she was going to do so that my daughter wasnt scared and when everything was done my daughter gave her a high five. Dr. Alexis is great and I highly recommend going to this facility. Its clean and safe.
My 11 year old daughter has been attending Cavity Busters for over 5 years. Im very happy with the kind and excellent service they offer. My daughter suffered an injury where her tooth was chipped. They brought her in for an emergency appointment the very next day and took such great care of her. Im so happy and impressed with how well she was treated. They were able to save the tooth and give her a filling right away. It looks so natural its unbelievable. Thanks so much Doc Breslers!!!

Really clean environment...staff is friendly with children and help them stay calm when needed.. love my daughters dentist! They are very colorful and the environment helps my children anticipate their next visit.. they have Spanish and English speaking staff which is a plus when being a bilingual family... I love this place I used to have a different pedi. But it closed down and when I came across this place the transaction was easy.. would highly recommend
The staff members are pleasant and friendly. Covid-19 precautions are maintained by mandatory mask wearing and temperature check upon arrival.They take the time to ask the appropriate questions about each child. The environment is clean, calm and the employees seem to love their jobs. The staff wear masks and face shields during dental cleaning. I have been taking my kids here for years and I love it.
Quick and easy. Like 20 mins tops. Staff was very friendly as always and when my daughter had a cavity 7 months ago, the dentist assured me that it wont be as painful as someone who has several cavities in their lifetime. Highly recommend them
The staff (especially Carmen) at Doc Bresler’s are friendly and always strive to accommodate us to the best of their ability! I love that the office has made it so easy to comply with the covid safety measures in place and are acting to be part of the solution. Plus the work that is done is the best I’ve ever seen and I never have to worry that my children’s dentistry needs are being met!
It was my first experience with my 2 little kids and it was awesome! I was afraid for my youngest kid, 3 years old because it was his first time in a dentist ...but surprise... the staff was sooo friendly with the kids.... and I heard my son singing😊 during the visit ...The older one went there a little bit stressed... but they both didnt want to leave...Great place for kids.. the staff was very professional, kind and helpful. They explained me in detail the situation for both my kids.I am very happy with everything.

Update December 28th of 2020. My daughter loves going there. Its clean, follows Covid restrictions, and the staff is so kind and gentle. Thanks again, Dr. Megan!Love their new location. Great experience. From the minute we walked in we were greeted with a very kind front desk staff. They even helped me with my stoller! Dr. Alexis was wonderful and the dental assistant that gave my daughter her first dental cleaning was awesome with toddlers! Thanks again for everything and a great first experience for my 23 month old!
This has to be one of the best pediatric dentist hands down. The office is super kid friendly and the energy in the waiting room is great. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Im going to keep my daughter here until she has totally outgrown the place!!! Yes their that awesome!!!
Aiden is autistic & will only see one person at this office. He loves her!! They are attentive to our needs & go above & beyond for us every time we visit! Aiden is now 11 & has never been seen anywhere else since he was a baby! We truly appreciate them in a way because the dentist is really one office I never have to fight him to go to !! Super clean facility and wait time was non-existent. My four year old was very nervous but the staff reassured her immediately and was able to get everything done within 20 mins. To sum this up at the end of the visit she said she loves her new dentist office.❤️

My daughter and I had a great time. The waiting area is an adorable safari theme. The staff was very polite and helpful and service was fast. They took their time and explained each step and were gentle with my daughter.

My son has been going to Doc Breslers since he was 3, he is 8 now. He is also Autistic and they work really well with him. We had tried other dentists but this one he absolutely loved. The staff are very friendly and the new facility is very nice.

Today 7/9/18, was our first time at this office. Dr. Jason Bresler was excellent. He introduced himself before my daughters exam, was accommodating, pleasant, and had a great bedside manner (my daughter enjoyed his humming tunes from the movie Frozen :) lol). The staff/ladies @ the front desk, hygienist, were all lovely. Shes looking forward to her next visit at the new office. Cant wait to see the decor!
I was always in and out. But now that they’ve moved to Whitman Plaza, I was there for two hrs. It’s a much bigger place now but their service has changed a little. Maybe they’re trying to get used to the new place or it was a staffing issue that day. The long wait is my reason for the 4 stars. The pros is the waiting area. It’s beautiful. They have games and a movie on for the children to play with while they wait. The staff is very friendly as well.

Since I have started bringing my daughter to the south philly location it has always been A1 + serivce . i ve never had a complaint or been uncomfortable or unsure of something because they update you on everything going on and leave no room for error .I love the staff

I was recommended to South Philly office by a friend. First time calling I was on hold for literally 10 minutes. Before going to the office I called several times to try and get a treatment plan for my daughter which I was told that she was not able to get. Why I dont know. After going to the office and being told I had to pay one price I was then sent a bill for over 100 dollars saying that I was responsible for the amount even after asking the young lady at the office how much her visit would be. I paid what she asked me to pay even though I was prepared to pay the entire amount of the visit. I became very frustrated and kept getting calls from the office saying I was still responsible for paying the bill. Upon being sent to collections I spoke to a billing coordinator and she assured me that I could make a payment arrangement and that my daughter could keep her appointment. I call to confirm my daughters appointment on friday and they had canceled out due to a billing issue. Needless to say when I called back they were very rude to me and very hostile. When I pointed that out the young lady told me that she was by herself and very busy. OK so does that mean be rude? I will not recommended any of my friends or family to go here. This was the worst experience ever.

My kids and I love love the new location. My 2 years old first time to a dentist was today, I was sooo sure she was going to scream and cry but to my surprise the staff made her sooo comfortable she just kept smiling and following directions.

I have been going here for years with my son. Only one he has ever been to and he is 12 years old now. My youngest is 1 years old and is very active. They was nice and helped with him being all over the place.

Please do not send your children here. My son had a tooth removed in the back room. In severe pain, and i witnessed the dental tech screaming and verbally abusing my child because he was in pain and wouldnt stop crying. She threatened him and was telling him he will not see his mommy until he stop crying.When i heard the nurse talking in that manner, i asked her why treat my child like that. Her response was it scares the other kids when they see a kid crying and she just wanted him to stop My son was 4. Spoke with Josh Bressler and his resolution was to call me liar because his nurse Carolyn worked their for 20 years.If you MUST as i realize this location deals with alot of people with medical assistance insurance GO BACK their and check on your children

They dont let you be with your kidsduring procedures , want to do more then what is necessary on your kids teeth. Its like a factory in this office. Sadly many dont have othwr options as their # 1 patients are Medicaid recipients
Very unprofessional and unethical my child had a 10:00am appointment we arrived 10 minutes early its now 10:20am my child and I are the only people in the waiting room he hasnt been checked in not informed of of how much longer it will be no nothing!!! My child is 2years old so he becomes impatient and cranky which is typical for a toddler who is just sitting in an closed in area with nothing to keep his attention. A tremendous inconvenience work and school had to be missed today to come to this dentistry.. They have plenty other offices I would suggest the other locations this one is south philly is a dump!!!
We absolutely loved Doc Bresslers! The office location is very convenient with lots of parking. The staff is amazing, and went above and beyond to accomodate my family. I 100% recommend Doc Bresslers to everyone!

I wanted to give 5 stars but I’m sorry I couldn’t. I love the practice and doctors but the hold time on the phone is ridiculous. I cringed every time I have to call. This has to improve this is ridiculous. Holding on the phone for over 30 mins just for someone to answer is very unprofessional

2022-05-13I almost have tears in my eyes while typing this. From beginning to end, check in to check out, this office is AMAZING. I took both of my children here after having terrible experiences at two different practices and I couldnt be more pleased. So professional. So sanitary. So patient and accommodating. One of my children had a horrible job done at another location and the staff here put my mind at ease. As a mom, you can only imagine what that means to me. My other child suffered through a hack cleaning earlier this year, which cost her valuable insurance coverage. The doctors took care of her and got us scheduled for follow-ups right away. They even sent a referral to Brace Busters to help out with our upcoming appointment. I just have to SAY THANK YOU to everyone at Cavity Busters. Thank you for helping my youngest feel better about the dentist. A night and day experience. Looking forward to years of continued care.

2022-03-22I love all the Doc Breslers Pediatric Dentist offices (that weve been to so far...) and so far the staff at every location, has exceeded my expectations.On the phone— notifying me via text, with openings for last minute appts, overall helpfulness and compassion...In person, the staff and healthcare professionals who work there are excellent.Bedside manner is excellent and skilled with young kiddos, especially with sensitivities to sensory overload.Every location has a different theme in the lobby... Which, in this one (South Philly), the place is designed perfect for young kids, and the art (wall paintings and physical central attraction, is unbelievable!)This office waiting room is themed with jungle orsafari type, as seen in the pics. Its quite a site, that keeps you and your child busy just looking at all the different animals they have in the central art piece. The artists that created this are very talented! I adored the sleeping Hippo on the hammock in the middle.Plenty of space, theres even an area (closed for COVID) with 3 TVs mounted to the walls and 🎮 game consoles with controllers attached. Theyre placed for an average height of an adolescent child, one slightly lower, and the 3rd for the smallest kids.2 large TVs mounted in the lobby with kid-content playing.There was a huge TV playing a movie with dinosaurs, in our room, when we saw the dentist.The overall experience was nearly seamless, and all things considered...(it was extremely difficult for my son) but they handled the situation perfectly. I truly appreciate the incredible staff, especially the healthcare professionals who truly work with you, and your child. Ill be going here as long as there in business.Highly recommend!!!!!A++++Thank you Doc Breslers ❤️!

And also the waiting time is not too bad believe me I’ve been to the dentist office when I said for 45 minutes to our bed therefore 11:50 minutes before my son was called and he had a great experience no complaints so this will be our new Dentist first time. So going to keep this as my kids dentist Office and myself

2021-08-03My daughter is 19 months and this was her first time at the dentist. I was nervous and unsure how the experience was going to be but from the moment I stepped into the office everyone was so great. The entire staff was kind and the ambiance of the room was so warm and welcoming. Our visit from start to finish was perfect ! I would very much recommend!

2021-10-15The staff are very friendly and professional. I left my child dental form at home, and they had generic extra forms there that I could use for my childs school to be completed. It was my sons birthday and they actually sung happy birthday for my child and recorded a video with him while they were in the back. I always have great experiences every time I go to the dentist and I have utilized multiple of their locations in every location has given me excellent service. My most recent expansions have been at the South Philly location.

2021-09-27This is my second time taking my kids to Cavity Buster’s and it’s been another smooth and pleasurable visit. Dentists and stuff are all very friendly, kind and professional! It’s very clean place and fallowing all Covid health guidelines. My son is 2 years old and was scared but both the nurse and dentist knew how to calm which made our visit pleasurable. I love going there as environment is very kid friendly and safe.
