They had 4-5 employees behind the counter, all not wearing masks. The one women, whom I believe to be the owner, cracked jokes about how they “should” be wearing masks. Intake with our dog was chaotic and unorganized. Seems like it could be a very nice place with lots of good products, but I will not support people who cannot support simple science and state mandates.
Doglicious Spa has the best staff of any pet place I have been to. PetSmart and PetCo WISH they were Doglicious. When I go into those other pet places, its like pulling teeth to get help. Or Heaven forbid asking a clerk who is busy stocking shelves to turn away from the stack of dog food long enough to wait on a customer. But the first time I went into Doglicious, staff behind the counter stopped what they were doing just to say hi to me, welcome me into the store, and ask if there was anything they could help me with. Isnt that the way it ought to be?
Disappointing experience. The store was packed at the time of my dogs appointment and most of the employees were unmasked. I kept my commitment to the appointment scheduled out of respect, but was extremely disappointed that they didn’t have enough respect for others to follow basic CDC guidelines.
Just wanted to share my experience with Angie the animal communicator, she has a TRUE GIFT and my 2 dogs told her things that meant the world to me. She told me what they were saying and I know nobody could possibly know them but my dogs and myself. My dogs enjoyed her and I can already tell a difference in their attitudes and makes me feel relaxed to see this.I would recommend her to anyone to go and see how wonderful it is to communicate with your animals.Thank you Angie!
Such a convenient location! We used to think Merrick was the best food for our German Shepherd. They helped us pick out a special food to feed Rex and he absolutely loves it! The best part is we know exactly what’s in the food and it’s something we would eat as humans. Such a great small business owners are awesome and always friendly!
I had no idea this business existed until I sought the help of a chiropractor for my dog, Scout. While the chiropractor is a separate service offered through the Doglicious store, as well as many other services, they had everything I needed to address Scouts diet and health needs - and then some additional things. Both Bruce and Tammi take their business to heart and are a wealth of information for those learning about products that will better their dogs life. And, they are not a corporate behemoth, just normal folks trying to help out others in their community.
I just recently got my fluffy corgi groomed there. I cant tell you how many times we have taken Frodo to get groomed and they just shave him, or we are just overall disappointed with the outcome. We decided to take a leap of faith and try the grooming here. Well, can I tell you he looked SO GOOD! We were so happy with how he looked. We know that he is not the easiest dog to groom, epecially when he gets his nails clipped. But Brittany did such a good job and with a smile! We are happy to become a repeat customer in the future!
On Oct 8, I visited Doglicious, at the recommendation of a friend knowledgeable about dogs. Spot, my Cavalier King Charles is 7 ½ years old and began having seizures seven months ago after some teeth had been removed. Whether the teeth removal and the beginning of the seizures are related or not, I do not know.I met with ‘Tami’ at Doglicious and asked about CBD which another friend suggested I consider. CBD is hemp oil. Tami explained the various products she has and shared with me some stories of others who have used CDB for their pets. She was very detailed and I was very appreciative. So, four weeks ago today, I began giving Spot a squirt of CDB in the morning before breakfast and a second squirt in the evening before dinner. In the past four weeks, Spot has had two seizures (that I know of) which occurred on the 14th and 15th day of this four week period in the mornings. This four week period is between Oct 8 and Nov 5.During the prior four week period, Sept 10 to Oct 7, Spot had eight seizures (that I know of). So, as you can see, in going from 8 to 2, the occurrences have been greatly reduced. As is typical of this breed, Spot also has heart issues for which he gets prescribed pills. I hesitated to add the CBD to prescribed pills since I am under the impression there has not been much scientific study but I decided to try it and I am very glad I did. Going from eight seizures to two seizures is wonderful.I’ll write again as time unfolds to give an update. For now, I highly and without reservation recommend Doglicious, Tami, and Charlotte’s Web brand of CBD.
They cut my dog and didnt even tell me the owner said the lady that cut my dog has been doing it for over 20 years which i dont believe. Due to the fact the cut was uneven and she cut her nail down too low til . No refund no free cut no nothing so they get no business from me and all the owners that i knew that went there.

2022-05-11I have taken my dogs to get groomed at Doglicious for two years. About two weeks ago I got a call THE NIGHT BEFORE they were supposed to be groomed stating that they weren’t going to be able to groom them because they are shutting down grooming services. My daughter has a disability so I had made accommodations for her so that I could drop them off and pick them up. In my opinion it was completely unprofessional. I’ll be finding a different groomer.Update: your response to my review is very misleading to the public who are the ones reading these reviews in order to make informed decisions , therefore I am making this a one star instead of two. The groomer in question (who I personally would give five stars has always been very kind to me and groomed my dogs very well) has been out in medical leave from what I’ve been told, therefore it was not an “out of the blue” situation. She was also not your only groomer. It seems fo be as if something has happened to make your groomers leave but I suppose that will always be a mystery to your customers and the public. It would have been much more professional to call me as the customer with more notice than literally 17 hours before my appointment. You obviously have very little regard for how you conduct business.

2022-06-02I used to go here for one reason and that was to get my pup groomed. The groomers always did wonderful work and my dog always looked and smelled amazing afterwards. But after this last visit I will never be back.I walked in to pick up my dog from grooming. I walked to the back to look at the puppies that were there. As Im standing there, a Shepard puppy comes over to me, puts his front paws on the gate to say hello. I began to pet the dog when I was scolded like a 2 year old by some lady for petting the dog.Um, we dont do that here is what she said in a loud tone that was very demeaning. What, ypu dont allow puppies to recieve attention??? I did absolutely nothing wrong. The dog came over to me, I said hello. That was it.Also, on more than one occasion I have seen and heard the owner talking down to customers for giving their dog food that wasnt purchased from this establishment. Again, in a demeaning tone like were monsters and that unless it comes from Doglicious, we are killing our pets.On top of that, their groomers have all left and gone to work for other places. That does not look good for any business when a group of people walk out. So I will happily follow my groomer to the new establishment where I will not be scolded like a child and will be treated with respect.

2020-08-14I took my cat here for the first time, and we had a somewhat comical but disappointing experience. First, let me say that the service was very friendly. This was my cats second time getting a summer cut, and I was told that the groomer would be experienced with cats. I was a little worried because my cat is very nervous around strangers, but she did well at a different groomer in Hershey (currently unavailable due to COVID). So, I dropped her off for her appointment for a cut, wash, nail trim, and ear cleaning. About 25-30 min later, I received a call that they could not continue due to her behavior. I picked her up already in her carrier, and did not see her until we got home. I know they had to stop early, but she looks really, really bad and there is really nothing I can do about it! So now my cat has an uneven haircut with one shoulder trimmed and the other nice and long. Im not sure if the pictures do justice to the horror. They charged me $25 for this. (And she still needs a bath, nail trim, and ear cleaning.)

2022-04-03Unprofessional, unorganized, rude. Will never return. And the fact that the owner assumes her vet does nothing wrong and sides against the customer is even further vindication for leaving this awful review. The owner is as clueless as the vet, and equally condescending.

2021-05-17Can’t say enough great things about this place! Take my dog cocoa to get groomed here with Holly. She always does a wonderful job! Cocoa took the puppy social classes as well which I highly recommend! Each and every member of the staff is friendly and will help you with anything you need!

2019-12-18We love Doglicious! They are a great resource for holistic-based products and have a great selection of whole-food based food for dogs and cats. The owners are super knowledgeable and have a genuine passion for the well-being of animals! My 17 year-old Chihuahua gets chiropractic treatments from Dr. Maria...she does a great job of keeping him on his paws!! We thoroughly enjoy our visit from Lancaster every month! Highly recommend!!

2020-03-01Took my 100lb lab, who absolutely hates getting bathed, there yesterday to get groomed. Angela did an awesome job. I know he’s a handful but she was awesome with him. He came back smelling great and super soft. The prices where very fair and honestly better then most groomers I’ve been too. I will definitely be going there from now on.
