Great Store... stocked with your everyday essentials. The assistant manager keeps the lines for check out flowing. When Ive been their she is always working hard stocking and ringing customers up. She is fast and efficient at her job!

The store was incredibly dirty. The floors looked as it they had not been mopped in months. The aisles were crowded with ladders and cats though there were no employees stocking. The register area was so crammed with displays it was impossible to tell where to go. The employee at the register was not only taking a personal call on her cellphone, she was doing it via speakerphone. I really wasnt interested in her and her friends plans to go back to Ohio and work at Cedar Point. This was my first time in this store, and it will be my last. Next time I will make the drive out to Wegmans or Walmart instead.

In the past few trips, I have recently had multiple unpleasant experiences at the Dollar General. The customer service at this store is below par. I have had employees make rude statements to myself and fellow colleagues at the store. I have even had an employee named “John” make fun of the fact that I did not know how to use the security feature on one of the items. As an a customer....better yet, as an African American customer, I know different Dollar Generals handle their security features a little differently. So when I asked for help, John made a joke out of it. I informed him that I did not know how the security feature worked and I did not want to break it by trying. He then continued to make condescending remarks to myself and my significant other about this situation. If you go to this store. Do not expect good customer service.

This store has basic food items, drinks, household items, cards, seasonal decorations, etc. The prices are reasonable, but I would not call them cheap, unless you buy sales items. Like anywhere else, watch what you buy and compare prices. This location is convenient as there are other stores nearby, such as Big Lots. Parking is free and if the lot is full, you can park at the mall next-door. The cashier I had was not very friendly and complaining that she was tired. Thats not something customers want to hear.

Depends on who is working but usually the customer service is great. Terry is always pleasant and outgoing I recently went in there and there was a girl named destiny working who there is too much to say bad about her to write here my fingers would hurt when I was done. They need to get rid of her asap shes rude as heck and has a nasty attitude someone like her will prevent me and others from going in there. If I pull up and she is there I will go to the next one. Other than her being poor for the business everything else is great and I love the store

Hit or miss, mostly good, fix the open/close times online, they close at 9pm, not 11pm, and keep an eye on the milk dates. Other than that staff is nice, except for that angry guy I havent seen much, probably an area micro manager, seemed pretty mean, probably made more problems than he fixed but such is life. All in all a good stop if you need what they have at that time if they are open...

Looking for face covers found a variety ask them for larger ones for us big-headed folks. Dont know if theyre going to be able to find any. They suggested the cloth one that stretches better.

The Dollar General, is convenient for your average daily needs. It has a bit of everything and the prices are within reason. The store could use a good deep cleaning and organization. It is not aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Thier marketing strategy would surely benefit from an update. The store also appears to have a serious issue with retaining the necessary help to ensure customer satisfaction and store quality.

I LOVE this location, all staff here is friendly, knowledgeable & helpful! Their prices are great, & they always have amazing sales! I shop mostly for health & beauty care, pet supplies & food, paper products etc... And even their pop & good prices are great! Ill definitely continue shopping here in the future! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
