The worst customer service ever. I believe her name is Annie. Annie cannot be bothered to take your order and you must repeat yourself numerous times because shes to distracted to properly take your order. Most days your waiting in line for 10 plus minutes just to get a coffee. Some of these girls need how to speak with their customers!
Dude at the drive thru doesnt know basic courtesies. Received a sandwich that was still semi frozen, hash browns that were frozen, and the general manager never called to apologize. I was going here three times a week. Now I wont be back. Do what I did, and just call corporate.
Staff was not courteous and when asking for a cup of water the guy was about to fill but the someone else jumped in said you cant give that, we have to charge for that %4xx. Asked for clarification and they said you have to buy it....No Dunkin Ive been to has never charged for a cup of water and made me buy their overpriced water! Please watch what can be heard and provide better customer service!Lines were long but I guess thats the norm now a days and the food came out in a relative quick time and was what was ordered.AMS
I just left this Dunkin location pretty disappointed. Using the drive thru I ordered an Iced Caramel coffee with just cream and I noticed the man who took my order didn’t put the caramel through on his end, and before I could tell him that it was wrong he told me my total and told me to pull up. I figured no big deal I’ll tell them at the window. When I received my drink, I noticed that I got an iced cup of CREAM with a little bit of coffee but didn’t say anything about the amount of cream just that the caramel that was missing. They took it back and said they were going to add the caramel. They gave me the exact same cup of cream back with no caramel added and instead of arguing I just said thank you and went on my way. The staff at this location definitely need to be retrained and to learn customer service skills. I rather go to the Dunkin down the street that constantly has a long line than come back to this location.
Love the new drive thru pattern in place.However order came out bad. I ordered 3 things - toasted bagel w. cream chesse, snakin bacon, and coffee. After a LONG wait.- Bagel was just - warm and doughie, (Its like the bagel was not done) and with heavy finger indents in the bagel. It like eating a raw bagel.- Bacon was cold.- At least the coffee was done right.I think I will find anther D&D next time.
Absolutely the worst Dunkin in the area. I would go there out of connivence however the last few months it has been anything but connivence. They do not make your coffee right and then the manager with the hijab will argue and yell over it, without realizing that shes making it WRONG and that is why I am sending it back. Completely unprofessional, if I was the owner of this place I would be embarrassed that shes the manager. She argued with me saying it was light because they have milk in the caramel swirl... thats false! Went to the Dunkin down the road they got it right the first time. Hmmmmm
Very rude staff. Unprofessional and unaware of what is in stock. Instead of giving me a refund for a item I was charged for the item and paid for it then told it wasn’t in stock. The staff gave me cash out there own pocket and was rude saying this is ridiculous. Why charge me for a item not in stock and have me pay for it then get a attitude and refuse to give me a refund then give me cash out the pocket. I’ve never been treated so rudely and odd. Several times I’ve been to this location and the staff are rude. Won’t be back. Better off going any place else but this location.
I would give this location 0 stars if possible. This is the absolute worst Dunkin in the area. Slowest service and rarely have any food items, due to being short staffed. I have recently heard that they mistreat the staff. Horrible, since they are taking advantage of mostly High School and College students. I will drive down the road and give my business to the other DD. The staff and manager are absolutely lovely. Lines are a bit longer but I refuse to give my business to Bartonsville DD anymore. The owner of this particular franchise should be ashamed of themselves.
This is for the Bartonsville, PA location. I ordered two bagels to go. No toasting or anything on them. And one doughnut for my son. At the window, they gave me a bag with just the doughnut. I then waited over 10 minutes because the people inside were sitting on their cell phones. When they realized I was still sitting there, they opened the window and asked me why I was sitting there. I reminded them about my bagels. They went back to their phones. Another couple of min later, one of the workers opens the window and asked me what I wanted on the bagels. I said Nothing. Just in a bag. They apologized with Sorry our bagel machine is broken. Never again.
If I could give them zero stars I would. Horrible horrible horrible. Not only do you get a horrible coffee but they over charge you && fight you about it! When you call you get an attitude and get told your order wrong over and over again. What a joke of an establishment save your money && go to the Dunkin’ Donuts by the stroud mall better service nicer people and if they make a mistake they make it right not fight you on it until you just give up because there attitude and nonsense just isn’t worth listening too.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. This location has got to be not only the slowest Dunkin’s around, but they’re also the most unprofessional. You would think working a CUSTOMER SERVICE job, such as this, you would have some basic customer service skills. The employees and managers do not posses even the most basics of customer service skills. They are rude and condescending, always always mess up my order, then argue about it and/or give you massive bad attitude. They literally never answer the phone, if they do manage to answer, they will hang up on you. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to make a large iced coffee, with mocha, 2 creams 2 sugars, but at this location, you would think it does with how much they get it so completely wrong dang near every time. Wish there was a different one closer to Saylorsburg. I would be ashamed if this were my store.
If zero stars were possible, I would give them a negative amount of stars. This establishment willingly and knowingly overworks and dock the pays of minors and discriminate them for their nationality. The managers choose to harass and bully young workers who they do not favor into quitting prematurely and overwork employees into serving them. The Department of Labor should investigate and charge them for the mistreatment of their minors and no one should work for this awful store or buy their near expired products.
Not very happy after getting our order we had to get back on the drive thru lane because they forgot the hash browns, I than asked for salt come to find out later she forgot the salt. The hash browns were horrible, they were soggy undercooked, it has a weird taste to it, like the oil was old
They were quick, friendly and efficient. The new plant based sausage sandwich is so awesome and so good. Its got a hint of heat but has great flavor. The hint of heat really brings the flavor to the forefront and is not spicy. I would definitely recommend it as a great addition to your morning breakfast.
My first and last time going to this place. They falsely advertised “Free donut with the purchase of a drink on Wednesdays.” It happened to be Wednesday and I ordered a macchiato and specifically said “a free chocolate donut.” My total was about $8. I asked the cashier to explain the charges. She charged me for a latte with an extra shot and the donut. After correcting the proper way to charge a macchiato she still attempted to charge for the donut. When the staff asked what I was talking about I told them they have a sign on their menu board that says what I mentioned above. First they argued that they didn’t before a few minutes went by and someone decided to go outside to investigate. While she did that, I requested to just pay for the drink so I can go. The cashier said no she has to wait for the girl to come back. I said I am not paying for the donut either way. So charge me for the drink that I plan to leave with. She must of been new because she asked if she can do what I asked. After I paid for my drink the staff member that went outside walked in saying “yes the sign is there but she’s not getting it.” With such a rude remark I requested to have my drink refunded because this was just not the experience I was looking forward to. I was refunded for a latte and not the macchiato I paid for.
Slowest drive thru ever. There can be 2 cars ahead of you and it will still take 20 mins. Today there were 9 cars ahead of me. 30 mins later... still 6 cars in front of me. Nothing they cook here should take that long. I could have driven home and made myself coffee quicker than this.
The WORST Dunkin’ Donuts in the poconos. Literally cannot take orders or follow simple instructions. Every single time they mess up my coffee and refuse to make it right. Then argue about it, and literally sit there fighting with you about how its not wrong, when it clearly is. So so unprofessional. I cannot believe theyre even still in business. The manager with the hijab is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. She will not take any criticism even when your spending your hard earned money there! Absolutely disgusting. Locked the window and wouldnt give us our food because SHE made the drink wrong. Dunkin needs to come in and take over because these people have no idea what theyre doing
Normally wouldnt take time out of my day to review a big franchise place, like Dunkin Donuts but this specific Dunkin Donuts was extremely great. They were very patient with my stepmother (who speaks little to no English) and our family. We took a bit of time ordering (because of a language barrier) but we eventually ordered. When taking back food to ask for the egg to be taken off, they were very quick and efficient. Even watching the manager interact with the other customers was a joy, because she was so friendly and kind. Furthermore, the bathrooms were extremely clean and smelled very fresh! Not from around here, but would recommend this place to anyone who was!
I was traveling to Rochester from NJ, it was 7am and I really needed to use the bathroom and there were no rest areas for quite a while. This Dunkin had the bathroom blocked off, probably as a coronavirus safety measure. I thought no big deal Ill just head over to taco bell down the street, nope, they were closed until 8 and I had to get moving to Rochester. Went to AutoZone, they were open and the lady denied me because of the pandemic. Went back to Dunkin and explained to them that I tried other places with no luck, that Im from out of state trying to quickly get back on the road to get to Rochester and I didnt want to have to pee outside out of respect for the environment. The lady was very kind and gave me permission to go ahead. Really nice lady and I appreciate it.
Very clean, extremely well staffed. The staff were friendly and energetic, they totally nailed the coffee I ordered (not complicated, but I hate coffee and this tasted good).Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because I ordered a roasted veggie burrito bowl, and ended up getting the chorizo.Im certain they wouldve swapped it had I had the time to do so.
Total attitude from the district manager Achmed. Paid for a coffee and a latte, it was made wrong, when you ask him or anyone there for that matter to fix it you get an attitude and they say out loud this is why we should close the lobby. So you make my drink wrong and I dont know until I am out of the drive thru??!! That is not how you do business. I pay for these drinks, you dont give them away for free, if I ask it to be made a certain way you make it that way. Its really very simple. There are many dunkin donuts in the area, we can go elsewhere, but if you dont take care of your customers and make the drinks the right way you will continue to lose customers.
Pulled in the drive through saturday, 8/8/20 at 8:55pm the open light was on and we waited for 5 minutes to order a cup of coffee. Finally when someone acknowledged that we were there, we were told sorry we are closed. We asked what was the closing time and they said 9pm. At that point it was 9:01. Would have liked to get a cup of coffee...disappointing.
They put so much ice in my drink that it was only crushed ice and they gave me the wrong coffee. They gave me the wrong number of sandwiches. I asked for 4 and I got 2. Also, the service was not as quick as I expected it to be. I went for a quick pit stop and I ended up staying 20-30 minutes in there. They never apologized and just made excuses and the location didn’t feel welcoming.
I just revisited this Dunkin two weeks ago and this week also, theyre service was extremely slow. The person making coffees didnt have any idea how to make them it took 20 minutes to make three cappuccinos. The coffee was just ok, Im not planning on using them ever again. As of December 31st, 2019 I rate them 2 stars and Im being generous.
Love the coffee and good breakfast-fast food at reasonable prices. The parking lot is a mess with the drive through, they need an island to keep the drive through line on the far part of the lot. The employees were quick and friendly. The store was clean, but the restrooms needed tending. With a single stall they should be checked every hour.
Sry inconsistent with their coffee and today realized why, last week spoke to management about why my coffee tastes different from day to day even tho it is ordered the same way every day. Since I get a more than normal amount of sugar I always ask them to stir it. As I did today I watched my coffee be made in which they didn’t stir it, dumped some out after it had been mixed with sugar, cream, and coffee, then added a random amount of sugar and cream. Still not stirred I had to ask for it to be stirred. Piss poor quality
Yesterday ordered a hot mocha with cream on my way into work. Got to work and it was just a plain coffee. Nothing like starting a 12 hr night shift with the wrong coffee. Today I stopped on my way to work again and ordered the same thing and told them about what happened last night. The nice gentleman Tommy made me taste it before I drove away to make sure it was right and it was not even hot, luke warm at best. Bummer. Nothing like having to reheat the coffee you just bought.
I usually go to this location because it’s the closest to my job but the past few experiences were horrible. My order has been messed up multiple times and when I ask them about it they claim I said the order wrong. My ice tea never has enough ice in it so it’s usually warm tea with tiny pieces of ice. This location really needs to get their act together and bring back good staff.
Made my order online, walked inside to let the staff know that my name is Jonathan but the lady behind the counter who when I ask for her name she was like why, gave a nasty attitude and talking behind the counter , rudely said oh you just placed your ordered and walked away . That was handled in a unprofessional manner , all she had to say was you just placed your ordered it’ll be ready in a minute . I will not come back to this location and She need to be re-trained in customer service.
A nice location to visit. High Traffic but still decent service. The food is ye class Dunkin Donuts so I cant really add much to it.When we visited a bus pulled up to the parking lot and they poured into the store. I am surprised at how quickly they were able to handle everything.
Awful service. Turned their back on us at 9pm when they close at 10. Went through the drive thru and refused to give us their managers name. Started cussing us out through their drive thru window. Then another lady came to help and she was the only one helpful was embarassed for her co workers behaviour and gave us donuts for free for my mothers low blood sugar. To be clear, we were going to pay for these, but the behaviour exhibited from her cohorts was absolutely appalling and deserve disciplinary reprimand, she just gave them to us because she said she was going to throw them out. Also, had already been by 2 other dunkin donuts waaaaay before 9, between 815 and 830 who were all also closed or with not a single donut left.Its a niche market, but man, people who get hired here must have to have a prerequisite behavioural attitude that doesnt suit customer service.Rude. And no accountability for their workers.
The lady at the drive threw forgot to give me my change. I got all the way up to my Daughters to realize I got no change. I called and spoke to Nick, who was the stand in supervisor. He made sure I got my change and the ladies working made sure I got a bagle with cream cheese and a ice coffee, just because I had to waist my gas to get back there for my change that they owed me.Thank you!
Dont waste your time goung to this dunkin . theres another one by the stroudmall that is way better. The team is rude at this location.. Never make coffee Right. I asked for it to be fixed she just poorer some of it out and said it was fixed. This is why i dont come to this location. And trust me i wont be back again. I hate wasting my money on things that arent right. I hopw you guys go home and get the wrong food or drinks made when you order out. What you guys need to do is either train your workers to be friendly and how to make a customets order corrrectly or fire everyone and start with a fresh team that actually wants to work.
Feels like a small town store, I know most of their names, they know mine, they give biscuits to my dog when I bring him with me and they have them and best of all are the fist bumps through the drive through! Also have replaced anything I have found not up to standard with no complaints, I love taking my dog over there for a latte! Sometimes I do not even need one but the dog wants to take a ride in the truck so we go there where he loves to look at everyone through the drive through window and get his cookie (when they do not run out, they get a lot of dogs through the drive through. This location is awful! The Associates and Managers have no customer service skills. On 2 separate occasions they gave me an attitude because I asked for condiments for my breakfast sandwich after I ordered it. The sandwich maker told me to tell them when I order so he didnt have to make 2 trips! When I told the manager, Ahmed, he told me he didnt really care. Thanks to these awful experiences, Ill be saving my money and eating at home.
I come here almost every day. I am a Dunkin addict. But this location specifically, they always sound so pleasant taking my order at the speaker, and i am not disappointed when i get to the window either. Today, a member named Tom took my order, and was at the window when I pulled up. Something about how pleasant he was just made my mood so much better. My order is never incorrect, and always quick service. I go between the Brodheadsville and Bartonsville locations, and Bartonsville is definitely better! They’re customer service skills are fantastic. Keep up the amazing service! :)
I stopped to have a tea ,and bought the kids a cup of 10 donut munchkins.I usually buy them once a week ,and I almost always have to have at least one, lying I have more than regret it after so when I stoppedTo buy them at this location I let them sit on my cup holder debating its worth because usually they arent that good, and I still eat them .Well surprise couldnt hold out went for them with my tea ,and WOW these are the best darn munchkins ever tasted haha REALLY !! 5:30 am I ordered 2 original croissant donuts. Once home I noticed one looked super old (My daughter took the other one on the run). I took a bite into it, OMG it had to be a week old.Took it back, cashier & manager embarrassingly acknowledged it was old, but I was told only one can be refunded. Eventually I was refunded for both, but heres the problem. The doughnut maker (Asst. manager) was allowed to rant at me that she made the donuts fresh that morning essentially implying Im was lying. She was obviously covering herself. I hope my daughter does not get sick.
A blonde woman took my order and this is my First and last time going there..I asked for a strawberry donut but the lady gave me a plain donut with strawberry icying instead didn’t even ask me if I wanted that, she even touched it with her bare hands and throw it in the bag with nothing covering it..I asked for sweet tea but the tea wasn’t sweet at all! It’s too expensive for no reason that or I was just ripped off since the princes dident even match the manu.. I will never waste my money in there again!
They screwed up our orders the last 3 times we stopped there including one which was a trip back to make an order right.They’ve messed up in the past as well and I find many of their employees to be uncaring and have no customer service skills.All this being said, this was our last trip to this Dunkin Donuts.I would not recommend this location to anyone!!!
When the manager is standing there with attitude-face after they just seriously jacked up your order and you had to come back and youre politely trying to explain that I just thought the large iced Americano with sugar would, you know... be in a large... cup... and not taste like Splenda.I asked to just have the black Americano and a cup of ice and shes behind the counter protestinf that she should really charge me again but shes gonna let it go.... So I guess you pay once for the drink, and then AGAIN for them to ACTUALLY MAKE what you ordered. Riiiiiiiiight.
Stop here everyday before work-either everything is great-or everything completely terrible.. I got a bagel this morning that was burnt to a crisp and as hard as a rock..Not to mention it was completely saturated in butter when i asked for light spread-but still.....rock hard.

2022-03-07I am a late riser and come in for Sausage egg cheese on a bagel. And hash browns.All cold sandwiches with over toasted bagels . Hash browns were well done for the Flyers hockey season 👌 2 times now I cant chew the bagels? Or hash browns? All cold? I drove 5 minutes away so it should have been warm. Here doggy 🐕

2021-09-13The drive-through is open, they sure know how to make a hot latte and Donuts are very fresh. Recently I found that during the week they have a new barista and the coffee is too dark and bitter. However, on weekends it’s great. The pumpkin donuts are delicious but they run out fast. Dunkin donuts at 246 N Courtland StEast Stroudsburg, they had them last time I visited them.

In a town specifically situated at the intersection of two highways, this Dunkin should offer expected services like all others.Ordering - They seemed shocked we didn’t mobile or drive through order. We had to ask to have our order taken?!?!Food - Yeah. It’s fine, as expected.

2022-04-20The staff are all very kind. The system they have to use is just....odd. You cant really see what they have available because the food is no longer on display, so I used the kiosk only to have to redo my order because they didnt have half of what I wanted. No fault at all on the employees, the system is just..... discouraging.

2022-05-07I have tried DD along the East coast, from north to south and back again. This is by far the WORST experience I have ever had at a Dunkin. On a non-busy day, they missed items on my order, despite being on the order screen. The “hot latte” they handed me was cold, SO watered down, no milk-it tasted like lukewarm tea. It takes a lot to shock me but I’m truly shocked-I requested they please do it over and they handed me the same thing, heated. I asked them to remove from my order and refund, which they did, thankfully. Sandwich was cold, hashbrowns stale, and the chocolate croissant was never heated. Avoid this DD at all costs.

2020-09-17Fresh bagels and fresh donuts. fresh brewing coffee all the time. Inside clean and modern dunkin Donuts. Out side clean. they are in a nice plaza. Strong management. They have a drive-through. And that’s really very helpful. Staff over there friendly. Of course mistakes happen but over all they doing good job. Especially these days with the coronavirus. So I highly recommend it.

2021-12-01Nice workers. But the lady who made the sandwiches.got my order completely wrong. I wanted veggie egg white on plain bagel with bacon and cheese and 2 for 4 plain bagels with cream cheese I got a veggie egg white sandwich and then had 2 plain bagels with egg and bacon the regular way. That wasnt my freaking order. This isnt the first time they messed up on of our orders either.
