Without a doubt the worst DD in the Lehigh Valley. I have never had my order right. Never. I ordered a box of joe. They screwed it up. No stirrers. Coffee was warm. Management is horrible and the place is dirty. I’ll hope it closes soon.
Best donuts n bagels every time I drive thru this business. (Bath Pa) Only complaint is while waiting for my bags of ordered food, all the young workers were interested in a ringing cell that belonged to the guy working the window. He was instructed to answer it and he stopped working in assisting me. Had his back to me while on the phone. Then walked away as I continued to wait. Another guy then took over n asked what I ordered? Oh was his reply and turned around to pick up my bags! Seriously?!! Cells come b4 customers? My toasted bagel was then cold from sitting there. Yes, cold. Thats how long I waited. Get rid of the cells in the work area to better serve the PAYING customers.
I receive my FREE, any size Hot Coffee. I am a little disappointed because the coffee was lukewarm and I ordered Pumpkin Spice. The Pumpkin Spice flavor was very WEAK! The girl at the window was busy talking to her coworkers for no apparent reason! Not HAPPY Today!!
I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich from here multiple times. Almost everytime the sandwich has had two really pathetic tiny pieces of bacon. There have been times it only had ONE half piece of bacon. That isnt even enough bacon to flavor more than one or two small bites with bacon. Give me what I paid for! There is nothing more disappointing than expecting a delicious bacon egg and cheese and getting basically just egg and cheese. There have also been times I didnt get the cheese either. What is going on there? Please get it together.
First off I walk in there no hi or anything with a rude attitude I’m sorry to say don’t be giving me that attitude. Second they messed up my order I asked for a bosten cream donut he gives me a glaze. Third of all i said cream and sugar he puts only cream. Worst Dunkin I ever seen. This Indian manager is so rude and isn’t nice. No wonder why you have no workers good luck buddy you just lost a customer never again.
I decided to try a stuffed bagel. It wasnt awful but the question is always, would you order it again?. Answer is nah

Went there on 12/3/2021. Waited in line for 15 to 20 mins before I left. I thought New Jersey Dunking Donuts with Indians who dont speak English was bad, this place takes the cake. Ill never go back, rather drive 20 mins out of my way!!! Feel sorry for the people who have to come here.
Awesome food and coffee made how you like it. They arent super talkative which might be why some gave negative reviews. Theyre trying to serve people the fastest and best way possible (they get super busy during rushes) which is amazing when youre rushing to get somewhere. Once it calms down staff is super friendly and happy to chat.
Dunkin Donuts in Bath PA is the best or one of best in area. Love new Avocado Toast. Done just right and coffee great here on top of quick friendly service
This is by far my favorite dunkin! The employees are so sweet!! I pretty much go every day. They have learned my order by heart now. If the coffee is made wrong they will make a new one or fix it guarenteed.
Wish they opened a half an hour earlier and employees are not in on time. Suppose to open at 5 and they show up 5 to 10 minutes late. If a business states they open at 5 than they should be ready at 5. Not come in late and than wait another 10 minutes until they set up and get everything ready.

I was greeted by an employee standing in front of the entrance door smoking . She said we are closed because of new years eve . I said the open sign is on. She said I have to turn it off when I go in. I started to walk back to my truck and she side in kidding you can come in. Me not very amused got in my truck and left.
Our order was correct and the employees were friendly, but it was a mess inside- dead flies and trash in the corners and an old cigarette butt inside the door, as well as crumbs on every table and in most of the chairs. Had planned on dining in, but had to take the order to go.
No issues. They get my orders right and the staff is friendly. The layout of the parking lot is a little crazy, especially the drive through.
I was extremely disappointed with the service at this location. The woman at the drive thru window could not speak or understand english very well. She got my order all wrong & then blamed me for the problem. She stated that I needed to come inside to straighten out the order. I was furious & left with a terrible tasting coffee.
I visited this location on 7/28 while I only ordered 2 coffees, I was in and out very quickly.
When we arrived the lady said no to us because they were “closed” we arrived at 6:40 and then a car pulled up to the drive thru and the lady took her. and i mind you this old lady has messed up my order previously and she doesn’t really take her job that seriously.
This store will closed its walk in option but not take it off the menu so when you place an order to pick up you end up having to wait in a long line in the drive thu that you tried to avoid
They mess up my order every time I order off the mobile app and most times when I come in. I stood there waiting for a coffee in a hurry on my way to work & the two people working stood there & had a conversation instead of making my coffee. I was late that day & not happy. I also come into work & the second I have a chance to eat my sandwich I order I do & I open it up & it’s wrong. The only people I liked there were Micky (Mikayla) & her mom but I have not seen them lately so I don’t plan on going anymore.
I went into this doughnuts today I did not purchase anything I used their bathroom on my way out I heard this ain’t no public restroom. I turned around & said excuse me? She yelled some other nasty comment & I told her I had just stopped at another Dunkin went through the drive in made a purchase & left & that she should be respectful of her customers & not speak to them this way or get another job! I have never been so disrespected by someone! I will never go into this dunkin again! By the way maybe you should clean your disgusting restroom instead of yelling & being nasty to your customers!
I bought the bacon and egg on a croissants and hot chocolate . Employees are always polite ,,just expect to wait lil on the car line.
Clean,Very well organized place.Staff is very business like, but give you exactly what you asked for.And I used the rest room before we bought anything, and so did my husband and friend and they were still kind and gave us the key to unlock the bathrooms. Definitely want to go back.
Best Dunkin Donuts by far Ive ever been to. I go out of my way to get there every morning because they have never once screwed up my coffee and thats pretty damn important when you put your cup up to your mouth and it doesnt taste like you expected it to. Thats never happened from this Dunkin! Others screwed it up routinely! And they have their service down to a science everybody knows their role behind the counter! Not to mention when I walk in they know exactly what my order is. My favorite Dunkin!
This new dunkin donuts off of route 512 everything is delicious fresh clean nothing tastes like its been sitting there all day or prepared earlier its all made as you ask for it well done guys well done.
Terrible coffee and food. Rude every time and they never heard of a light and sweet, plus cold hashbrowns. One server forgot to give me a coffee, and walked away from the window. When I informed the manager, he pointed at an old coffee in my car and accused me of stealing basically. Upon learning he was wrong offered no apology. Im not Indian, apparently that matters here. Do yourself a favor and support another business. I come from Queens and this is standard practice over there. Dont let them bring their bigotry out here. Absolutely horrible experience. DO NOT Go Here.
This DD is much better than the others in the area. They actually know how to make their menu items correctly.

Man I seem to go to way too many Dunkins! That said, this one was clean and the folks friendly. Coffee was better than average for a DD location. Right in downtown Bath (is there actually a downtown IN Bath?).
Employees are nice, service is pretty fast. But be sure you know what you want and give specific instructions; they have a tendency to be hasty and make mistakes. Lobby is usually clean.
Went their like 6 :05 and some one told me that they wash the ice Carmel appliance so they cannot sell my sister went like 5 mins after and they told her they not selling she because she not wearing a mask in her carVery unwilling with that attitude they will continue to work their for a long time .

There was a misunderstanding and got my drink wrong... no big deal... sometimes its hard to understand through the drive thru... but when he argued with me that I ordered a hot coffee and not an ice coffee.... (I have NEVER ordered a hot coffee from dunkin.... I could not believe it....) very rude and will never go there again!!!!!!!!!!
I usually order an iced tea with lemon they never get it wrong I do not drink coffee so I do not buy that here. Ive never had an issue with the app. The downside is it is very hard to get in and out of.
Horrible experience. The teenager who was working said Hello Dumbass upon me driving up to the intercom. When I questioned him, he said I said hello, welcome to Dunkin Donuts. He repeatedly denied what he said. I will never go back there again.
Store owner is very rude. He was wrong many times and I received no apology. He screwed up my order and didnt give me my free coffee with my app offer.

I like their caramel iced latte but they could make them a little stronger for my taste.

2021-10-31I put 5 stars mainly because of location. I didnt go in, doors were closed. Donut I got was not fresh (it was Sunday late afternoon though), coffee was watery kind, but I was OK with it, I didnt want strong that time anyway.I used drive through.Service was fast.I liked the location with plenty of parking, the while area seemed very appealing to eyes, have me cozy feeling. The store seemed nice inside too when I looked through windows.If in the area, I will stop by again.👍🏻

2022-07-03I have gone to this dunkin just about once a week every week since last august. The girl Alexa there is very good and definitely deserves a raise. The gentleman who I think is a manager is also really good. I can’t say the same for the others—everyone seems to have been rotated out from last year and most of the new employees lack important skills. I don’t know why this is as I hardly had any issues before. This is a convenient spot for me to go get coffee and it would be a shame to have to go farther away for a cup. All in all, select employees deserve a big raise and some really do not know what they are doing.

2022-06-17I use the drive thru always , always super fast and efficient. Espresso and cold brew always on flavor point. Only downside is the parking lot is extremely small so it can be hard to wait or no room to wait

2022-03-12I hate this dunkin donuts. They cannot even make a simple cup of tea. The owner should be embarrassed by the people who he hires, I just if they have a heart beat they can be hire.. Even the kids are stupid at this location, specially the two boys that were working on 3/12/22 They make your order wrong, and you go inside but the doors are locked!!! For what reason, than the laughter at you .

2022-06-28I can take it or leave this coffee stop because the shops near me are expensive, look unkempt and the donuts are transported to the locations from a central baking location.I like to stop while Im on vacation as I prefer it over Starbucks or if Im travelling and need a quick cold variety.

2022-01-14Worst dunkin. Just went there this morning and ordered the same iced coffee I get everyday... I usually get my iced coffee with no sugar and I watched the guy look at my cup this morning and still put sugar in it. The girl at the window seen it and whipped up a quick coffee which as Im typing this tastes like creamer and burnt coffee...also Ive had sandwiches go missing to where I had to call the place and drive back to get the other one plus just the other day I ordered my normal sandwich aswell and got a toasted Bagel with cream cheese when the tag on the bag clearly stated what the sandwich was... employees need better training Ive given this place so many chances and everytime you fail. Im truly dissatisfied with this location

2021-11-28Used to love this location but its been terrible there lately. Yesterday they doubled charged me saying they didnt run the full amount the first time. Then day they try to give me a drink that I saw the car in front of me already had in there car for serval minutes and have it back. DISGUSTING. Then the employee was angry I asked to make a new one then threw together some coffee and milk and have it to me saying it was my latte when it clearly wasnt. I didnt want to hold up the line so I left. Now Im out 10$ and have no coffee for my day
