I’ve only gone to this dunkin donuts a handful of times, but each and every time i was impressed! any time that i order a drink from here, it is executed perfectly and tastes amazing! any time i order donuts from here and they don’t end up having the kind i want, the situation is always rectified and i end up satisfied. i only wish i had gotten the young man’s name who works the drive thru in the evenings so i could thank him properly. definitely recommend this dunkin to anyone in the area.
This place has terrible customer service. I walk into the dunkin donuts and waited 5 minutes without anyone attending me. There were 4 cars in the drive-thru and 5 employees!!!! It ridiculous to think with so many people working i had to wait. I ended up leaving because i was not attended to this place sucks and the employees look clueless in there.
Great Dunkin location! Nice big drive-thru for pickup trucks, fast friendly staff, easy access off 512-North.
Always pleasant always accurate not too long of a wait theyre pretty fast to get you through the drive-thru cant wait for that inside to be open brand new building fun fun

No mask on 2 ladies working drive thru during a Pandemic. I shouldnt see a nose and mouth when they are serving customers or handling food. Im sure the Board of Health would love this place.
It I brand new & beautiful. You can order on the kiosk inside if desired. I recommend checking it out. Staff is super friendly.

New Dunkin’ Donuts fast service but they wouldn’t allow me to use the restroom even as a paying customer I just wanted to wash my hands but they refuse to let me use the restroom . Thanks !
Donuts and coffee are always good, but dont get any breakfast sandwiches if you have taste buds.

2021-10-17This is the worst Dunkin Donuts Ive ever been to. Most times when I order some food there, they get my order wrong or they just throw my food in the bag with absolutely no care at all. Today, I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel with some hashbrowns from this location. Instead of giving me a plain bagel, they gave me an everything bagel. Plus, the sandwich was burned so badly that there was ashes on the egg and cheese. The hashbrowns were just thrown into the bag and they were completely out of the little packets they put the hashbrowns in. I seriously dont reccomend this Dunkin Donuts because the employees just dont care. If you live in the Bethlehem area, do yourself a favor and go to the Dunkin Donuts in Bath, PA. Theyre way better for whatever reason.

2021-07-24Ordered my 2 fav lattes. Not only were the 2 worker polite, friendly, professional & courteous but they offered us a bunch of free donuts including 2 of my fav jellies. Made our day. Coffee tasted perfect!!! Highly recommended store. Thnx for a great experience.

2021-05-23I go out of my way to stop at this Dunkin! My coffee order is always hot and perfectly made. Occasionally Ill get a sandwich and its actually cooked and tasty! Sometimes I groan at the line in drive thru but this crew gets you through so fast, its never a problem.

2021-10-18People are rude and have no customer service skills whatsoever! Instead of discussing what is in a drink like a professional, they would rather laugh and be sarcastic about the question the person asked about a drink. Then point as they come up to the window to get their purchased item for a friend. Never in my life. Well, there are other places to go!

2020-12-09Very clean and great staff.But today I witnessed my food dropping on the floor from the drive-up window and the lady who was cooking rewrapped it and put it in a bag. So I yelled through the window that I witnessed it falling on the floor the manager on duty politely said that he would make me brand new sandwiches and fill my order so I waited outside patiently and he made fresh sandwiches for me and my mother so I was very happy that the manager made it all right.Im not talking bad about this place Im letting you know what I experienced the food was delicious and so was my hot coffee and the hot chocolate I had ordered from my mother. Thank you to the manager that was on duty today for making things right.

2021-04-29My husband drives for UPS Freight and he always goes to this Dunkin. They have his coffee ready when he arrives. The manager is very nice. The coffee is good and fresh.
