I thought these guys were amazing.Then my computer was stolen from their store and they refused to reimburse me for the value of the machine.EDIT after owner response:For the machine w/ broken motherboard, you quoted me $500.A year later, I was offered $50. I didnt decline - I never responded because it is such an infuriatingly small amount; I didnt want to communicate with you anymore.I understand its a nightmare to have your store broken into, but from my perspective, you were irresponsible with my computer, as it clearly wasnt secured overnight. Then I was offered 50 bucks... youd be annoyed too.
Good service, came in and got my iPhone screen changed quickly with no issues. Will come back in the future when needed.Update: Just be careful with screen changes on iPhones. I can clearly see a difference in quality of the screens with the one they replaced. There are lines throughout the screen and when I charge my phone now the touch goes crazy and I cannot use my phone while charging.

I had an iPad Air 2 whose screen was cracked and needed it replaced. I called 15-17 different places in Philly and this one came up as the cheapest. I checked their reviews and they were consistently great.I spoke with a gentleman who worked here to get more details on price, time to do the work, etc.In the end I settled on these folks.I brought the tablet in at ~4:30 and was told to expect to pick it up in 24 hours. At about 11am the next day they called saying it was ready.It was an OEM replacement, and done perfectly. Their professionalism and knowledge were great to see. Ditto the least expensive option of the pack.If I require further tablet work, I’ll be bringing it back to Eazy.

If youre deciding where to take your phone/computer let me decide for you.... COME HERE!!!! I spilled water on my macbook and fried it. I took it to apple and they said I was out of luck, no hope of repair, all my data is gone, need to buy a new laptop. I came to Eazy Computers as a last hope and THEY CAME THROUGH BIG TIME!!! Please avoid this establishment if you can. They had my device up to 3 weeks trying to diagnose the problem. They misdiagnosed it repeatedly with each iteration needing a new part that ran up the bill. In the end, they offered the least optimal solution - more $$$ and waiting another 1-1.5 months to fix the phone. Additionally, the owner said they took so much time because they were waiting on me - blatant lie. Conveniently forgot the episode where they ordered a part and never showed up. Also like someone else mentioned on here - the owner / manager refuses to take any responsibility for the missteps on their end. Hate to caution against a small business, but it is what it is.
The woman at the front desk is extremely rude. Do not recommend this place. The reply below from the business is a further testament to the lack of customer service and professional attitude. I was trying to manage my time and know when I could get my machine back, not trying to manage anyone’s time.

The staff here were great, and the work they did was excellent too. Fast turnaround, I dropped my phone off around 2 and it was done maybe an hour or so later. They did charge a small amount more than a local competitor, but seemed a lot more professional so I ultimately trusted them more. I would definitely return here if I have the misfortune of breaking my phone (or any other device) again.
Cracked my phone screen and my manager at work told me about this place. Came in told the the situation, they told me it would take on half hour but I was in and out within 20 mins. Great place, cheap prices and my phone works great. Would definitely recommend...........So above was written on 10/15/19 and was only written because they give you a free temp glass if you do. As of 10/16/19 my phone has been giving me so many problems. Before they fix any device they tell you that they’re not responsible for anything that happens after they’re finished with your device, so because I badly needed my phone fixed, I signed the waiver. The next day my phone immediately started acting up. I could just be scrolling at the phone would stick or click on things I didn’t click on and it’s frustrating. Then recently my screen just kept blacking out. It starts off looking like the screen is bleeding out then it’s just turn completely blue, then I have to keep opening and closing the phone until the screen act rights. I never had these problems before I took my phone there, and now I gotta pay Apple a ton of money to fix a problem they caused. Upset is an understatement.
Super close to university city and very easy to find and repair my iPhone 6s plus screen replace. I just waited for 30 mins to got the very good screen. The price is really reasonable, and people here are very nice. Really nice experience to come here! Highly recommend!
OVERDUE REVIEW...I can’t even fathom how great the service was and how much they’ve helped me with my MacBook Air issue. I’ve been in battle with Apple and other service providers about a firmware lock issue I had on my refurbished 2013 MacBook Air for about 3 years. The issue was I was in the middle of an update where my laptop had crashed unexpectedly and resulted in a startup error where it would crash every time it loaded. This led to a reset being possible through Apple however there was firmware lock that I had no idea about. Apple said unless I had original proof of purchase or knew that password there was nothing they could do :(. What really sucks is I had the computer for 2 years at that point and no contact with the college prep program that gave it to me for completing the program. So I went the route of try other providers that were connected to Apple and they said there was nothing they could do. I didn’t want to lose out because I don’t have the money for the cost of a whole new MacBook so I gave up. Then earlier this year I came across Eazy computers, and explained my issue to Charlie and he took with no problem and good price for computer that was looked as old and done for. Within 4 days I picked up my MacBook and it was back online...unfortunately I lost old things because the data was corrupted. I didn’t mind because the most important thing was I got my laptop back and honestly don’t remember what those included anyway lol. They also have items in store available such as accessories,refurbished computers, and unlocked phones for good prices. Highly recommend they are 100% honest and responsive with their services. I look forward to going to them for any future needs!
This is a wonderful business with competent and caring professionals. 100% satisfaction: reasonable prices, excellent service; they called me to give me updates on when the part was expected, what queue my phone was in when the part arrived, and as soon as it was finished. Upon pick up, they asked me to make sure the phone was working as I wanted before ringing me up. I was genuinely impressed with the business and it is now my first choice for phone or computer repair.
This place is fantastic. It is far more affordable and convenient than the Apple store. It is simple to make an appointment online, and they can fix your screen in less than an hour. They will even pick up and drop off your phone if need be. Charlie said last Friday afternoon he did not think I would post a review for the free tempered glass because everyone says they will. But I told him I would and here it is! Hopefully, I don’t find myself in this situation very often. But I will happily go back every time.

We sent a phone for repair last November (2020) and were told the phone has been sent back. However, we still havent received the phone back and its January of 2021. Spoke to Charlie (manager) several times but hes refusing to own up to the responsibility. If the package was sent but not received or lost, the sender has to be responsible for the package itself being delivered successfully. Very disappointed.

Absolutely great service, came in with what looked like a unfixable iPhone 6 and they repaired it within 30min for only 60$. Very nice and friendly people there even gave me a free screen protector and a free iPhone case! Very great customer service and would recommend to anyone looking for a quick, easy and cheap shop to get anything done.

I usually do not write reviews because I generally forget to. But this place is so beyond wonderful I’m writing this as soon as I got home! I came here to get my cracked iPad screen fixed. I called ahead of time to get an estimate for pricing and the woman I spoke with on the phone gave me a great understanding for how much it would be and the timeframe. The prices here are incredibly fair and competitive in the market. If you choose to go to Apple they will no doubt charge you twice the amount. Anyway, I dropped off my iPad, it was the same price I was quoted over the phone and was told it will take about 3 hours. I went out to dinner and received a call to pick up my iPad. It was completely fixed and and no additional charges were added. When I got home I realized there were a few dead spots on my iPad that were not there before. I called the store the next morning and I was told to drop off my iPad and they would fix it no charge! Again I dropped off my iPad and the owner was so friendly and accommodating. I came back and he showed me that the screen was completely fixed with no dead spots and also assured me that if there were any other issues I had a 30 day warranty to come back! I HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone with tech needs. Please check them out! I was also not asked to write this review - my thoughts and opinions are my own.

Very cool store, services, and prices. I went to the Eazy Computer two times and I really recommend my friends to visit it. In the first time, they fixed my screen two months ago and it seems new like original one even in touch. The second time is today when I went to fix my iPhone entirely since it stopped working at midnight and the person who served me is called Charlie who is a very nice person restored my iPhone, changed the battery and the charging F with a very good price. Went in to fix a camera glass lens on a Samsung S7, they told us it would take an hour and to help us out the two salespeople switched tasks so we could have a quicker turnaround. Very happy with the service, very friendly people. 10/10 would recommend.

Firstly please note that this is my first review EVER because it is THAT important for me to share my experience regarding the decline in quality and customer service.My phone screen was cracked so I decided to take my phone to Eazy Computers & iPhone Repair since its just a few block within walking distance of my job. I specifically ask the guy will I receive an actual manufactured glass (oppose to some cheap 10 dollar glass from a wholesale spot) he states yes, and they only buy the actual manufactured parts because they work best. I decide to trust this repair place with my phone and was told to come back in a few days to drop off my phone when they receive the glass, which they had to order. I dropped my phone off for repair once the glass was received at the shop and was told to come pick up the phone once I received an email stating it was ready. I received the email 2 1/2 hours later.... so I picked up my phone after work and was told by the technician that i came pretty quickly and the phone wasnt fully done drying so he wasnt expecting me...? (Then why would you send an email stating the phone was ready for pick up?) I asked the technician if I should wait and just come back. and he says.... No it should be fine. We just usually keep the phone on the clamps a little longer before pickup. Again, why notify the customer that the phone is ready for pick up if its not fully ready?So he reassured me that the phone is ok and could be taken. He also recommended to keep the clear screen covering on the glass for a few hours and to not remove. Advice taken. I take the phone and what do you know? The sides of the replaced glass have buckled and raised on both sides of the phone.... not only that I pulled down the clear covering on the phone that was recommended to remove in a few hours and their was a long crack from where the glass buckled and it trailed to the top of the phone screen. The phone never dropped and was only in my pocket the crack began at the buckled area of the glass. I brought the phone back to the shop the very next day and they stated they can only reattached the screen with the adhesive. But then suggest me to pay an additional $140.00 to replace the glass. What? No!Either the screen previously had the crack and they went ahead and applied the clear covering (screen protector) that had multiple air bubbles beneath it so it wouldnt be noticed so quickly so when it did became noticed it would seem like I cracked the screen and they wouldn’t be at fault, or the screen cracked due to the buckled glass. They have no type of remorse they did a half job and charged full price. Ill be contacting the Better Business Bureau.***Keep in mind that they will offer a discount if the customer leave a positive review. Before the repair service of course!Be sure to think again before reading the Amazing reviews.

I brought my PC into Eazy Computer Repair for an issue with my webcam. I had been unable to use my webcam for 3 months and had been searching for a solution to no avail. I brought my laptop in for a 40$ diagnostic visit and the technician identified the problem and fixed it within a day. I had my laptop back within 48 hours. Quick, professional, and easy!
I brought a LG G4 from Eazy Computers at 2005 Chestnut Street. It cost me $200.00 it worked for approximately 2 1/2 months. I went back to the place of business and informed the owner, I believe, and he informed me that their phones only have 30 day warranty and since the motherboard needs to be replaced, he offered to give me 1/2 off if I brought another phone. I think that the phones he repairs are only good for 30 days and he will just keep making money off of you if you fall into his trap! I informed he that the phone was for my wife for mothers day and he could have cared less. I think what he did (and probably has done on more than one occasion) is reprehensible! Wouldnt even give me store credit for something else. All he wanted was more money from me. I am definitely gonna sue him, not so much for the money but the principal! He knowing that the refurbished phones he sells are garbage that is why he only gives a certain time return policy. It does state the return policy on the receipt, (which I didnt even notice and he didnt even bother to tell me because I would not have brought the phone), But I am truly gonna do my best in court to see that he does not keep ripping people off!
Looking for a place to replace my cracked iphone screen. Price is reasonable and service is fast! Recommended!Updated Feb 8, 2019.My previous review is honest for everything i mentioned. But we really have to think about after service too. A day after i replaced my original screen, i came back to them because my screen encountered problem which is lagging. Which is never happen with my old screen even it is cracked. The staff told me nothing wrong with the screen, and it is all because of software. Things that annoyed me is, he turned back from me and sat on his chair even i still at the counter and needed some more explanation and info. Great! I walked all the way to the store for more than half an hour for nothing. Warranty is one year, but i already returned to Malaysia. Perfect! I went to apple stores here and all of them said the problem is the screen and i need to replace it. Again! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻am i regret to replace my screen there? Yes, because i paid USD129 for a non-functional screen. Other than that, they are fine. Good luck guys!! Don’t angry with me because i only share my very honest experience.. Have a good day! ☺️
Extremely disappointed in what’s supposed to be a quality repair store. Broke my phone screen last night but the home button and everything else works just fine. I got to the store at 10:00 am this morning and no one showed up until 10:25. Sophie finally lets me in and begins to fix my phone. Great. I come back to pick it up 45 minutes later, the screen is repaired but now the home button is mysteriously broken, and it was completely functional before she tried to repair it. She wasted my whole morning trying different screens to see if that would fix my home button, and it didn’t. She ended up giving me a full refund and put my broken screen back on. Eazy computers broke my phone way more than fixed it. Buyer beware.
Hassan and his team are awesome! I needed an iPhone battery replacement and they completed the entire job in minutes without an appointment. And they were way cheaper than the Apple Store for the same product and service.

I really like the people at EAZY COMPUTERS. They are incredibly patient with customers like me who are technologically phobic and illiterate. I always feel comfortable there because they dont get mad when I cant answer their questions very well, and I dont feel Im being scammed.
Took my computer here cause it kept shutting off randomly. After a month they told me it was fixed, I picked it up and within ten minutes it froze and said the keyboard was disconnected which was a new issue. Took it back, then picked it up a day later and within a few hours it was randomly shutting off again. Took it back a third time and they had it for a week then told me there wasnt an issue. It shuts down on me multiple times an hour so Im not sure how thats possible. It also now tells me the battery is low and to plug it in even when its as high as 70% (and despite them saying they replaced the battery). I spent almost $500 and the problem was never fixed. I never wrote a review before but this was extremely frustrating and I wasted a ton of money

My family went to every opening day and there was nothing there but a new note. The partnering Eazy or EZ phone repair shops refuse to complete my 30 day warranty. Im a college student so I had to send my phone away to my mother, my family is consistently wasting their time for a store thats not keeping their word.UPDATE: The service got even worse. The owner refused to honor the 30 day warranty and charged my family full price to fix the phone with another cheap scree. I confronted him and he said just dont drop your phone. Thats complete BS. Had water damage on my laptop, Charlie gave a pretty good explanation as to what had happened as well as an estimate. I really liked that the pricing was transparent and that it stuck up until I got the laptop back. Solid repair shop, and the staff were very easily reachable as well.
This place is fantastic! I went into this place because it was close to my work and I had to fix my iphone 6 quickly. The price was reasonable and they took about 30 minutes or less. The employees are also really nice and helpful! Would definitely go to this place again if I have to repair anything

I found out about Eazy Computer and Iphone Repair from a friend. After reading countless reviews by previous customers, I knew that this place was the real deal. I had a broken rear camera on my Iphone 5s and Places like the Apple Store would overcharge me for their services. I needed something quick and efficient.So I decided to give this place a try. I came in and was greeted by Hassan. He proved the reviews I read right as he gave off a professional and friendly atmosphere as he answered every question I asked. He was finished in under the expected time with awesome results. I left with a brand new camera fot such a reasonable price.I would definitely recommend this to a friend. 5/5 stars

Cracked the camera lens of my iPhone 6s Plus, and the Apple Store told me that I would have to replace the entire phone. Came here, and they replaced it within 15 minutes for a great price. Will come again if I ever need repairs.
Had battery replaced in iPhone 5c. They did it quickly, and it was pretty inexpensive. They did sever one of the wires for one of the volume buttons on the side of the phone in the process, but when i complained they fixed it at no charge. The technician even showed me where he made the mistake which i appreciated. They seem honest and their prices are very good. Only $40 to replace the battery. I would definitely recommend.

I dropped my phone last night , screen went black and the touch screen became unresponsive. I called up several places and decided to go with Eazy Computers down in Center city! Rated it 5stars so far.I been calling electronics stores for almost two weeks trying to get an estimate on getting my s3 back camera replaced and front screen fixed. Other stores either said they didnt do it or gave me an outrageous price like $200 just for camera replacement!!! I took a chance and called this place. And the guy on the phone was awesome. He gave me two reasonable estimates. $50 for camera replacement and $80 for screen replacement. I couldnt argue with that. I dont feel like hes trying to rip me off. Im excited to get my phone fixed Tuesday. I will be sure to update and tell you guys how everything went.
I had my I phone 5s lcd screen repaired at Eazy Computers and the service seemed really good but then later that day my I phone suddenly crashed and i rebooted it and the battery was dead ( my battery worked fine before the repair) i plugged the phone in, and the battery no longer will charge and when I googled the problem on my non charging phone the phone went to a blue screen then crashed and is now crashing regularly. The phone worked fine before I brought it in. All i wanted was a new screen and now i have a broken phone !!!!!!!

Got my daughters 5s fixed there. Her screen was cracked.they did a good job. I was happy.then within a month the the whole screen separated from the phone so I took it back.I was told that it was her fault because she keeps it in her pocket and the heat from it being in the pocket makes it come apart.well I would like to know where else does anybody keep their phone besides in their pocket! And he said that it was dropped from the chips around the sides but that was from before when she cracked the screen. Since I got it fixed she hasnt taken the case off!they wouldnt take blame and say the adhesive was not good from when they fixed the screen previously and told me I had to pay $80 to get it fixed! I payed $90 my first visit. I will not be going back to easy computer

I broke my display, and had it replaced here. When I got my macbook back the fixed display came with a green hue that was not there before. After a week, the screen is not displaying correctly again.

2022-02-03I went to Eazy for a broken keyboard on an older MacBook Pro. The name speaks for itself. Everything about the process was easy and worry free with a quick turnaround time. Within 4 days my computer was diagnosed, part ordered, and fixed for a fraction of the cost that I was originally quoted by an “authorized apple” repair shop. Everyone I encountered was professional, very caring, and helpful. They made sure to keep me up to date on each step of the process and really brightened my experience after trying to get my computer fixed for several weeks. I’m so happy with my experience and extremely glad I went to them. If you need any phone or computer services I’d absolutely suggest Eazy.
