I was at another dealership when I saw Eden Autos had the same car with half the miles for a cheaper price. April and Ron were very helpful and got back to me right away with all the information I needed. They immediately made me feel at ease, and I’m very happy with my new Benz truck!

My experience was good, low mileage bmw, fair price , moderate cosmetic damage… until i was two months in on my PA temporary registration. I constantly called after the first month to see when my registration and plates would be in being as though i Live in NJ. I was told each timeThat “it will be in.” Here I am, two months later, temp registration expired and unable to drive my car. I still have no answer from Eden Autos stating where my plates and registration are. I have missed 2 days of work due to this issue and have had to rent a vehicle.

06/24/2021 was my visitation day to edens auto and my experience was absolutely phenomenal! For starters, ALL employees make you feel extremely welcomed and there is definitely a positive vibe while waiting to be taken care of! You are asked what you’re looking for, and no matter WHAT the situation you are guaranteed to drive off this lot with a car!This place does exactly what they say they will do! YES they work with 1099’s, business owners, BAD CREDIT, LOW CREDIT and people who simply have a rocky situation situation. You WILL be worked with, no matter how long it takes for them to put you in a car! Workers actually work here! When you get here, they have a great car selection! Owner sold me a lemon I tried to trade it the next week he wouldnt let me long story the money I was going to pay to buy the car went into repairs GO ANYWHERE ELSE he lied about the car facts real smooth talking liar. Ive had 5 cars and this was the worst at the lowest mileage still paying for this car meanwhile it doesnt run. Just received the response back about how I didnt reply in a year. Do you not remember when Brian replaced the battery. I had been back about scratches on the car and things wrong with the car as well thats a lie Ive been back repeatedly I dont know why youre writing that just to get other customers to buy lemons or to put lemons on them. You know that Ive been back up there like I said I tried to trade in that car and you wouldnt let me. I found out 5 months later that I was on lease because you lied about the agreement thats thats an illegal contract because I asked for the the Carfax and you did not provide them in accordance to lemon law within the first 12 months even with the leasing agreement Im in the right to pursue for the action just had to respond to your I havent been there in a year you know I repeatedly came back because you still didnt give me the owners manual which may have helped for the many problems that this car had thats why you wouldnt trade it in a week because you knew it was a lemon.

Eden Autos was a great place to purchase, my first car. The entire staff was friendly and warm from the moment i walked in. I was approved for a 2015 Volkswagen Jetta, unfortunately the bank denied the financing . Even after the bank denied my financing Ron was courteous enough to loan me the car for the two weeks and worked to get me in a different car right way. If you are looking to get approved for a nice car through a reputable dealer, i would certainly recommend Eden Autos.

Me and my husband went up there to see if we could get a car kind of nervous most dealers say they will help or work with you but cant do anything for you. I just wanted to leave...with a car....I chose one car, they sold me another.It was stained, dirty, soiled, windshield wipers were cracked, a quarter tank of gas, paint chipped and scratched.They took up a whole work day, I jokingly asked when we get paid.It cost more, but I was told it was the same price. I was promised a car wash, never happened. I gave them my debit card info as collateral for not having a blank check with the agreement to supply the check the next morning. I did. They charged my card without notice.

Very helpful THEY made it happen....but they fail to tell u that you have to purchase an extended warranty now that I have the car 8 months Im making a 450 payment n now I have to come out of pocket for the repair THEY SUCK
I got my 2008 Mercury Mariner from here and they worked their hardest to get me the car I wanted. They contacted me when it arrived on the lot and was in constant communication with me about this car before it got on the lot. They went over and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted. They were really helpful and honest with everything dealing with the car. 5 months later my car runs great and haven’t had any issues so far (knock on wood). I had my own mechanic look at it and he told me I got a good car with no problems for a good price. I am in love with my car and they made my first car buying experience stress free. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I called the right place to get a car. If you think your not able to get a car because of your credit, give Eden Auto a try. They go to the extreme to get your driving because they care. If not just about a sale to them. They want you to be happy when you leave. My salesman was James. Super nice! He convinced me to give him a try with getting me approved for a loan and boy im glad I did. The manger went the extra mile to get the bank to approve the right amount of money I need for the car of my choice. Trust me when I tell you, you will not be disappointed. My wife and I needed a vehicle with a 3rd row because my car died. We showed up first thing in the morning at Eden. Didn’t call ahead or fill out any apps online. Was greeted right when they opened by Richard one of their sales guys. We don’t have good credit and I am a sub contractor so my paper trail for my money was not great. He worked all day to get us in a vehicle. I took most of the day but he did not stop until he got us approved. Not only did we get a SUV but it was one of the nicest ones on the lot, luxury SUV and we drove off that afternoon. They detailed the truck while we finalized the paperwork. These guys will work their tales off to get you a car. It was def a different experience then I have had at other places but They are all business. Thank you guys again for taking care of us!

I was looking into buy a 2015 white Nissan Altimas. When I called and spoke with Alex, he was very upfront, honest, and informed me that its already sold, but can help me to see whatever suite for me. We made an appt and I went over and it was really nice/warm atmosphere. I didnt see what I wanted on their online that they have that he showed to me, but he found a car that might work for me. He showed to me and was very upfront that battery needed to be changed and we discussed about the mileage. They worked with me because I really liked the black Nissan, but hesitant about mileage. I walked out very happily and cant wait to take it home. Alex went above and beyond his duty for his customers. Will definitely go back to buy another vehicle in the future. I honestly have to say I had the best experience at this car dealership me and my wife both purchased vehicles here and now I am sending my friends and family members. I went to over 50 dealerships and no one wanted to deal with me because my credit was low but at Edens they took their time and were extremely friendly. I recently purchased a 2015 Chevy Sonic from Edens Auto and Im very happy with the purchase. The dealers at Edens were more than happy to help me with everything and offered great advice about each car I was looking to buy.The thing that stood out most to me was how honest they were and how they genuinely cared about getting me a great deal.
I have been to a couple of dealerships but my experience at edens was amazing with the help of Alex. He’s such a great sales person he made me feel comfortable and he’s such a straight forward person and honest. He works very hard to get you in a decent car.
I attempted to buy a car from this dealer over the phone. I couldnt though because the salesperson sold it to someone else while I was waiting all day for the price he quoted me over the phone to be e-mailed. The person he sold it to was looking at it 6 hours after I told him I was interested and only needed the price in writing before giving him a down payment. How difficult is it to e-mail some numbers?
I am satisfied with the purchase and the staff. I initially went looking for a car there that was actually sold prior to me arriving. The staff is so friendly that I was still able to find a great car at a great value. One thing I can say for sure is, they stand by their cars and their word. If you have an issue, they are extremely professional. I was comfortable the entire time and I think this is a rare find in Philadelphia. Great, great customer service!!! They are the best. I came in expecting the bare minimum because of my finances. But the sales reps there were kind and patient. The reps Danny and Terrisa were awesome. They heard the specs I wanted my car to have and they delivered. I purchased a 2013 Dodge Avenger and I couldnt be happier. They also have a great customer referral program. Went to few other used car dealers and wasted my time. Eden’s process was fast and easy. If you have proof of income, address, DL and down payment you can get a car very fast. I just recently brought a car with eden autos . I looked online at many diffent dealers but because of my credit I was a little nervous about purchasing a vehicle with out a co signer. I had a 2006 Hyundai Tucson. MY FIRST CAR. The engine blew on the car and because I had not gotten 4 oil changes and only 2 they would not pay to fix my engine under warranty. I tried to pay out of pocket but with the expenses being close to $5000 it was impossible to get that much in a couple days. I tried refinancing in hopes of saving a little more over the next couple months would get me driving again and because i had a car note I was trying EVERYTHING but the company that approved me for the car said they did not offer financing. I even got approved for financing through a different auto shop. I got approved for $1,400 and hoped i could pay the rest over time but the auto shop still wanted $2,200 down to even get started on the engine. I called around to so many different auto shops in town out of town and they were all charging the same amount or more plus the cost of towing. So I gave the car up as a voluntary repo. I was completely lost without my car I was taking my son to school every morning and his dad would pick him up. I drove 40-50 minutes to work everyday without my car it was a little over 2 hours getting to and from work and it was getting cold. At this point im desperate and a friend told me to just look for another buy here pay here and after the experience i had i didnt want to but i was desperate i searched the internet thoroughly for 2 weeks and strictly looked up buy here pay here that accept repos and eden autos popped up first in a ad at the top. I had never heard of them so i kept looking on sites like Danis Auto, Fellah Auto group, cars direct, drive time, drive here, others too. I finally check out Edens Autos and the reviews is what really kept me coming back to the website. There were way more people happy with their experience than upset. I figured genuinely happy people is better than a big name dealership. And ALL of there cars are beautiful and clean. It was another week before i just decided to call and the first person i had the pleasure of speaking to was APRIL she answered a couple questions and was sooo nice. Then i called again and spoke to RICHARD this is the moment everything changed. He asked for a run down of my situation and i gave it to him and he said call me the week before your ready and i will get you driving that was all it took for to gather my down payment which took about another 2 weeks. I was in full blown stalker obsessed mode and I had called at least twice a week at this point and spoke to April every time and not once was she annoyed by me and my questions. RICHARD worked so hard to help me get the car i almost thought it was not happening because of my situation and the repo was not showing on my credit yet and was making everything harder for the poor man. He assured me he was not giving up and would get me driving. I came to see him finally face to face on a Friday night he even waited for me to get there 2 hours away by bus. He had me driving in a new 2009 Hyunda CRV by Tuesday and i SWEAR it ONLY took that long because of my situation and he said i could refinance in 6 months something my last car dealership did not allow at all even after 2 years of being with them. They said they dont refinance and those were the exact words. All i could do was hug him after everything was done. These are the BEST most honest, caring group of people I have ever come across at a business. TERESA too man she was a pleasure and quick and she really worked. with. me. financially. Like omg. They really cared about me and my situation and not just the sale. I have a more up to date car than i had before ,for a lower monthly payment than i had before, less miles than before, and the total amount of the car is cheaper than before and its a newer model. I URGE to come here first especially if its your first time because i really want to kick myself for not coming here the first time. Hey guys at Edens Auto its Astrid and yall saved my life!!! Ask for RICHARD when you get there he WILL get you driving. No BS.
Eden Autos was a complete life saver! I went in with little hope due to poor credit and having a repo not too long ago. They worked with me and fought hard to get me into a car and not just any car, the car I actually wanted a 2015 VW Jetta. Theresa and Richard are absolutely amazing! I have been very stressed about getting a car so last minute because of certain circumstances. I was worried about my initial down payment and monthly payment amount. Teresita was the one assisted me even tho everyone was very extremely helpful with meeting my needs. She was very nice, sweetheart even when I came into a slight jam with my insurance she was willing to assist me there as well. The Manager who I didnt get his name went above and beyond as well to make me smile. Bryan was also helpful. Would definitely recommend especially if you are a first time car owner no major credit history. I was very nervous but in the end they came through for me and I really appreciate it.
Was looking for a car for up to 6 months and decided to give Eden a try. Was very undecided at first so I waited for about a week and searched around and didnt have the best of luck. I even went to Danis Auto and wasnt satisfied with the deal they were offering. So back to Eden I went!!! 2 hours later im driving off in a 2015 Hyundai Elantra. Only 14000 miles with a 100,000 mile warranty. My car note is affordable and so is my insurance. This was my first time buying a car and they made it a piece of cake. Im very very happy I did!!!!

ATTORNEY GENERAL COMPLAINT: EDEN AUTOContact: RONBusiness Address: 6213 Roosevelt Blvd.Philadelphia, PA 19149Product Purchased: 2011 INFINITI QX-56Date Purchased: 07/18/2019 ~ Price: $22,000.00Complaint Summary. - Prior to finalizing the paperwork I requested full disclosure on some issues I noticed with the Infiniti. I asked for the transmission to be serviced and requested a full carfax because I detected a small transmission slip. I was told any issues with the truck would be taken care of prior to final delivery. I was never given this info and nothing was done to the vehicle even though Ron knew the vehicle had multiple mechanical problems. I was told I should purchase the extended warranty and the GAP Insurance for extra protection and I did.I questioned Ron on the history of the truck and was told it had been in a very minor accident involving a 5mph fender bender and that the truck was 100%. I traded in a classic 1997 bmw 528 and was only credited $1600 which I used as a down payment. I was rushing dealing with some family business but did keep requesting the truck be sent out for a service check. This was never done. I also requested the carfax again which I was never provided.The very 2nd week I had the vehicle the transmission was acting very strange slipping in and out of gear. I also noticed the check engine light. When I called the dealership I was assured an appointment would be made to have the truck serviced. The transmission would slip intermittently but Then Driving home from work 2 months later I seemed to lose all power and compression in the engine. It sputtered, misfired and jerked to violently I barely made it home. When I took it to the local dealer they said the could work on it but Id have to pay out of pocket because they would not honor the extended warranty I purchased from Eden Auto (?). I sent several emails and made phone calls to Ron to no avail. He seemed such a nice gentleman during the sale but my requests to have the problems with the Infiniti truck were ignored.A close at snap on put the truck on their diagnostic computer. 12 serious fault codes came up which he said should have been disclosed to me prior to purchase that would have alerted me not to buy this vehicle. He stated that if I requested full disclosure and was not provided it the dealer withheld vital info which would make the sale unlawful and in violation of PA state law and thusly nullified and void:Pennsylvania’s Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law (“UTPCPL”), 73 P.S. § 201-1 – 201-9.3, which protects consumers from a variety of potential harms. My requests to Ron and Mike the owner to address this serious issues with a vehicle I owned less than 2.5 months were not taken serious until I filed my complaint to the attorney general. Then they claim they were doing all they could to assist me. Lies...Both Ron and the owner Mike kept verbally promising me a loaner car. More lies as I have never been provided any transportation whatsoever from Eden Auto. It seems they systematically misrepresent the conditions of vehicles to make sales at any cost.The entire transaction has been cancelled under thePennsylvania’s Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law (“UTPCPL”), 73 P.S. § 201-1 – 201-9.3, which protects consumers from a variety of potential harms. After an extensive search for a dealer I came here. I have a prior repo (from co signing) and a low credit score as I never had any credit cards before.I was expecting to be turned away and 3 hours later drove off in a fully loaded 2015 Limited Edition VW. This car is gorgeous, spotless, and runs brand new with only 34k miles! It even still has the original floor mats. They really listened to my needs when I reiterated how I have 3 kids and needed something very safe.Richard was amazing the day before over the phone and worked all day to get me a lender and James was so nice and caring and helped me finish the deal, and got me another lender who would give me more money. He also filled it with gas.I was only there so long because I was calling around for insurance quotes.I will definitely refer people there when I hear the conversation arise.The only thing weird to me is they schedule a guy to come put a GPS on the car that beeps when its time to pay and is a locator/disabler. I didnt have this back when I leased my last vehicle and I paid that off early. It seems like house arrest but its fine. I wont have any problem.EDIT: 1 year later now.Car has died.I tried contacting them about issues within 30 days of getting it and nobody would call me back so I spent my own money.Now I no longer have a car.This place is BS.

Automatically they ran my credit for a auto loan that I knew and they knew I couldnt afford!!!! Its unfortunate that a lot of dealers do not have their customers best interest at heart! Sold me a lemon from the jump the very first week I needed a alternator my car stop running on highway on me they made me get the car towed to them then the same week the car needed a racking pinon which they sent me to there mechanic who claimed to put a new one in then about 2 months later the car neede another steering rack pinon so now that my 90 day warranty was up the owner and the other co worker claim to have no knowledge of me getting a rack n pion from the mechanic they sent me to and didn’t want to help me with the car anymore knowing they sold me a lemon from the beginning and sent me to a mechanic who did nothing

BUYER BEWARE!!! PRICES ARE NOT AS ADVERTISED, READ THEIR DISCLAIMER AND ADD $2000 TO ADVERTISED PRICE. I was looking for a Nissan Armada and seen one online. They listed it for $14900 which was $2500 over Kelly blue book. I called to ask why and the lady said it was retail price. She couldnt explain how they got that price and she said best she could do is $13900. Later that day they changed the listing to $13900. A week later I decided to stop in to see if I could negotiate with a sales rep. After driving an hour I arrive to a packed car lot on the corner with both entrances to the dealer blocked with cars, I had to park at the gas station next to them. I went in to ask to look at the armada and the young lady who greeted although she was nice, seemed as though she didnt want to be bothered with going outside. In fairness Im not sure she was a sales rep. After looking over the vehicle I asked to take it for a test drive. The gentlemen was polite and we had decent conversation on the test drive. After coming back and sitting down he asked me what I thought, I told him that it was now listed $1400 over Kelly blue book and wanted to know what the best possible deal he could do. He said well the car is $15900, $3400 over Kelly blue book and $2000 over what the listing price was. He said they go by NADA value and when he looked it up it said $13400. I said ok well thats closer to a number we can start at. He said well best he can do is $14900, I said Im confused the blue book is $12500 the NADA is $13400 but youre telling me $14900. He said yeah if you look at our disclaimer online it states the prices reflect a $2000 down payment. I said youre kidding me. I told him they bought this car in Oct 2017 from auction. Just as I start talking facts about the cars worth and what others are sold for a different young lady turns around and says youve called here a couple of times before. I corrected her and told her I called once before and she then began to tell me that she told me on the phone that was the price and that was it. I said then theres nothing else to talk about and left. I was so angry with the whole ordeal, she had no business in our conversation and it felt as though they were trying to team up on me as I was just trying to negotiate the best and fair deal.
This is what I provided to the Better Business Bureau:I paid $200, sight unseen, to hold a Dodge Ram that was actively being advertised. I called to verify the vehicle was still being held before I applied for a loan and again before I insured said vehicle before driving the 2.5 hours to pick it up. Ron & Richard (Richie) both assured me that the vehicle I had clearly specified was waiting on me. When I arrived, after turning in my rental car and ubering to the lot, they gave me the keys to a similar truck. I noticed some differences so started it up. Instead of the 2014 with 27k miles, this truck had 90 some thousand miles. Same price. Instead of immediately refunding me the $200 and apologizing for ruining my day and ensuring I didnt get to spend my mothers 60th birthday with her, they offered me a 2015 cherokee- which was a nice vehicle. They implied they would give that to me at the same price. That was not the case. Ron tried to have me sign something that said buyer to lock me by offering to put me in a cheap car on my card while patronizing me and when I brought it up looked like a puppy told no. They wasted 10 hours of my life, wasted an exorbitant amount of my time and money, and were not phased by this whatsoever. I ended up ubering to PHL to rent a car to miss my mother blowing out the candles on the cake I had delivered. 0/10. Liars and crooks. Do not be fooled by the classic bait and switch. To be fair, 3 hours into our time-wasting session, they did refund my $200.Desired Settlement:ReplacementDesired Outcome Description:I would like them to procure a similar vehicle to what was listed (Chevy or Dodge 1500) and provide it for -$1000. They know this. Havent heard a peep. Im a buyer with cash, pre-approved at 3.60%, could pay for it cash if I wanted to do so. I simply want future buyers to be able to realize what theyre going to walk into. $1000 off the purchase price and the memories of my mothers 60th birthday party with my whole family would suffice.

I bought a Nissan Xterra in June of this year from Eden VEHICLE MARKETING. Two weeks later the car developed a problem. THE DEALER HAD ME have the car towed to their service facility. It was determined that I needed a new engine. The dealer took care of everything. They honored the six month warranty they gave me and replaced the engine, tested it and made sure everything was working as it was supposed to. Additionally they provided me with a free loaner car during the time I was without the car. They are good people who are honorable. Thank you Eden Vehicle

They lied to me about everything there scammers!!! They offered me a car with no money down. Then lied to the bank n said I put $2000 down then wanted me to lie to the bank and tell them that I did. Then they wanted me to pay them $2000 down after 3 months. They got me a terrible 26% interest rate like how? I have a 710 credit score n got 3.9% on my 2013 Infiniti so why do I have 26% on my 2007 manual Infiniti. Said they’d help me refinance n lower the interest rate after I finished paying the down payment that they told me I wouldn’t have to put down n now they don’t answer my calls or reply back n now I’m stuck making $350 payments n $270 goin to interest save ur money go elsewhere !!!!! Don’t let them being so nice fool you there just trying to finesse the system to sell there cars they don’t car about there customers after the purchase
I purchase a highly over charged 2010 caliber from here. The driver side seat was broken..the recliner knob was off..there was no visor mirrors. They kept making promises that they were waiting for parts..in which of course they never came...this was 2 yrs ago...eas NOT pleased..I will NEVER nor RECOMMEND..ANUONE TO GO HERE!BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! I Initially returned the car..and Richard told me he would drop the price down to 5k in which...he NEVER DID!..THE CAR IS REALLY WORTH 2K..and Im paying 7.They prey on women...and it was a first time having to pay a note!Buyer BEWARE!I wish I knew THEN what I know NOW!

I was in market for a specific vehicle, cash and trade in. Eden Autos had two of these on the lot and I called ahead and made an appointment.I arrived on time at 10am and the offices were still closed. It took the employees around 15 minutes to arrive and get ready to open for business. The young lady who was assigned to show one of the cars was visibly displeased because it was raining outside. I inspected the outside of the car and we got ready for the test drive. As we sat in the car, I tested the operation of the equipment inside of the car. It became obvious that the moonroof and the shade were not functioning properly. I have a car with a similar moonroof I am very familiar with its operation. I asked the young lady to call a mechanic to check it, as it appeared that the shade guide mechanism was malfunctioning. She went into the office and two guys showed up and asked me if i broke the moonroof. I walked inside the office and spoke to the manager and it became apparent that the young lady told them that I broke it. I was truly shocked. I thanked them and left. At that point, it did not look these are the people I should be spending $20k with. I ended up buying a similar car with another dealership the same day.In a summary, Eden crew looked unmotivated, unprofessional and plain rude. They had two cars they could easily sell me that day and they failed.

I arrived to a cramped car lot. The vehicle I booked on line was blocked in by several cars, I barely could squeeze into the vehicle. Upon inspecting the particular vehicle I came to hopefully purchase, the were issues I wasnt willing to take on. I looked at another vehicle, there was a lot of water under driver side seat. Again, I wasnt willing to purchase a car with water sitting in it. I left after that. I personally wouldnt go back or send anyone there.

A few weeks ago, I almost lost my life in a wreck that had suddenly put me back in the market for a vehicle. On top of being saved miraculously my insurance company gave me one week to find a car. PLEASE DONT COME HERE.... they are liars and the quality of the cars are horrible. They clean them up REALLY nice but when it’s wrong they send to a shop they are connected too and NEVER properly fix the issue. My check engine light came on a week after me getting the car and they claim is isn’t their fault and they took it kept it for weeks charges me over 900 dollars and it still came back on!!! I just want to share my experience with Eden, I brought a 2010 Acura rdx back in November 1st, the car was in really good condition just needed to get an alignment which they resolved fast with no issues, also just recently the tires that were on the car were not in good shape, so i contacted Mike the owner he set me up with 4 new tires to get installed, I will definitely recommend this place if ur looking for a car, good staff and will work with ur budget and also they will try to resolve any issue, thanks guys in Eden dealer I appreciate everything.

2021-12-14Sales man not very knowledgeable with the vehicle he shows, The vehicle clearly has 2 accidents reported on CarFax, but he insist it doesnt have any accident. The rep doesnt seem to want work with you, take it or leave it type of demeanor. When you have a vehicle on your lot asking $40k+ and the client understand the history of it more than you, yet you continue to push back, that doesnt give confidence to sophisticate buyers. With a trained eye you definitely can see where the accidents happened and were poorly repaired and paint were chippings. Anyhow, just be careful , do your home work before you come here.

2022-04-30Disgrace of a dealership, don’t waste your time, I posted 3 years ago about my 09 odyssey I bought from them and I can only edit my post and not make a new one. I was 20 buying my first car off of a dealership and I couldn’t trust another until I worked for Toyota, a real dealership, don’t waste your time here. I left my car parked and told them to come get it after I realized I was paying more then what a new car could have gotten me. Total rip offs and took advantage of a new comer such as I was. I mean seriously, I had a 670 credit score but they were having me pay 370 a month for 5 years on a 09 odyssey with 100,000 miles on it??? Now I’m in debt and have been for years because of them and they never replied once. I undersized signed everything thinking I was able to do it but in reality all they saw was a check. On top of that all the electrical problems I had for my first year with it, I bought 3 new alternators and the extended warranty I bought for almost 2,000 bucks didn’t cover it on top of multiple other small problem that the warranty didn’t cover. Terrible way to conduct business. Shady and selfish people if you ask me. Makes me sick to still see them in business they’re practically thief’s
