The room was large and comfortable. I was in a room with 2 queen beds and wish that there were reading lamps for each bed in addition or instead of a single lamp between the two beds, but otherwise found the room to be well appointed. They offer a free buffet breakfast, but we didnt try it. The fitness center was clean and had a fair amount of equipment.
This seems to be a very newly renovated rooms and very contemporary the space is large with a pretty much a full size kitchen. The shower and bathroom is roomy and very clean. The entire room is large for a city hotel room right next to City Hall. We parked our car for 5 days and walked everywhere it was such a great location we will definitely stay here again.
Walk to everywhere from here. Beautiful brand new hotel with a workstation and a gym on the lobby. Grab and go breakfast from 7-10 am every day with your hotel stay. The rooms are spacious with kitchenettes. Beautiful hotel with super fun stuff to walk to, like the skating rink and Reading Market. There is no need for the car once you are here.
We stayed in room 2908. Very spacious room and well stocked kitchenette. The staff was friendly. We loved the latte machine at breakfast. The breakfast was surprisingly good for a complementary breakfast. Location cant be beat. The only downside was our mobile key never worked and parking is really expensive.
Great looking hotel. Modern and new. Great location. Rooms are nice and have amazing view. Elevators are sufficient and agile which matters in an hotel this tall. My disappointment was the room cleaning. When we arrived realized that previous guest trash wasnt removed. Called front desk and they sent someone to remove it quickly, which was good, but we were left with the impression that they dont clean rooms very well and could confirm it when started to look closer and found dirt in the floor (see photos) and it felt sticky in some places. This is too bad because having hard floor instead of carpet is great but still needs to cleaned when a guest changes at the very least.
I had a really comfortable stay at Element and decided to make it my go to hotel when I visit. Front desk is very friendly. My studio (upgraded for free if you’re a member) had everything I needed plus more. The pillows were too soft for me but otherwise I had a comfortable stay. Breakfast and coffee is edible which is not the case for other Marriotts. Thank you for your hospitality and I hope you maintain this service for as long as possible.
The location was excellent. Enjoyed a block walk to Reading terminal market. Room was amazing on the 26th floor. Loved the lay out and of course the fact that it is fairly new. King size bed was very comfortable. Shower was hot and we felt like we were in a spa. Loved the kitchenette idea. The whole placement of our room made sense. Definitely would stay again. The only thing I would criticize is there was a spot on the carpet in front of the tv area in our room. Other than that-would go back for sure. Nice staff, beautiful hotel and location.
This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The fresh smell when you walk in and the modern rooms. The rooms have tile floor vs carpet and I love when hotels have tile floors. Definitely one of the best hotels in Philly, but wouldnt expect anything less from the Marriott brand!
They lost our car. The valet texted us that the car would be ready in 10 minutes. After 40 minutes I asked where it was at. He took our ticket and disappeared for another 5 minutes. He came to get me and my girlfriend to come look for our car in the parking garage, because they couldnt find it. It wasnt in the garage! Apparently someone else moved it in front of a different hotel, and never told anyone. This is highly concerning, considering this made us late for an engagement we had later in the day, and the fact they lost track of my car completely. When we called the front desk to complain the host did not seem to care, never asked for any of our information and just dismissed it all together. When we asked if she wanted our information, she said she had it. Which is impossible, because we were calling from my girlfriends phone, not the phone that booked the reservation. She was just trying to ignore this huge security concern. We had to call back to talk to the manager, and he too just says because its a third party they are not responsible, yet we booked the parking package directly through the Marriott app. Absolutely horrible, I came so close to losing a Mercedes at the hand of this hotel! And their only response is, its the valets fault, not ours. Way to treat your guests and care about repeat business and the safety of property. If a cleaner steals our luggage is that not their fault either? Never ever go here!
Absolutely top notch hotel. We stayed at some of the best hotels on this trip (Hyatt Regency in Boston, JW Marriott in DC) but this property took the cake! Very close proximity to the 15th Street trolley station which made it easy to travel to the Amtrak. Pretty close and right up the road from the Terminal Market and Independence Hall attractions. Breakfast was one of the best we have had and it was complementary! I could have the turkey sausages every day.Staff was very professional and courteous. Our rooms were spectacular. Great views, electronically controlled curtains in the executive room and very spacious. We were very impressed and will now be looking out for the Element by Marriott chain of hotels. Thank you very much!
The hotel was beautiful and the king size room was spacious. However, I was quite annoyed by the paper thin walls. I could hear everything going on in the room next door to me. I had to turn up the volume on the TV in hopes of blocking out the noise. The guests were obnoxious as they continued to raise their voices and laugh at all hours of the night during my stay.
My dream hotel! Everything is clean and new, beautiful room, beautiful furniture, very comfortable room, delightful bed, so comfortable, lovely linens, everything crisp and clean, comfy couch, everything nicely coordinated, big wardrobe for clothes, kitchen e work everything you need, nice bathroom with big shower, everything is modern and or makes you feel good to be here, dont wanna go home. View of the city from our 17th floor room is very nice. The breakfast is a big unexpected plus!!! Huge bagel sandwich with egg, ham, cheese, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, muffins, danish, boiled eggs, juice, delicious coffee, very nice!!! Im so happy we got this hotel, its delightful, makes our stay here such a pleasure! Desk clerk upgraded our room to a deluxe king cuz were staying four days. And the location is perfect! Everything is a5/5, its wonderful, amazing, perfect!
New hotel and once the kinks get worked out it will be excellent. The door to the room was difficult to open, the elevators were acting strange, and the light switch in the bathroom have me a little shock. The key cards just didnt seem to work well. Very clean place though. Great breakfast!
We stayed at this hotel for one night. I must say that the hotel is very nice! When we first got to the hotel it did take a little longer to get us checked in. I guess the staff was unable to find my reservation. After about 10 minutes of waiting the staff found it. They didnt like the fact that I had to wait so they upgraded my room to higher floor. The rooms are very nice and modern, with a kitchenette, TV, large bed, desk, and very nice view of the city. There were a few little things that I noticed:1) The complimentary breakfast isnt as big as it is at other hotels (This could be because we are still in a pandemic).2) The sign with the hotel name in the front of the building is falling off (a few letters - This could have already been fixed)3) The bathroom should have a night light. The nice one in there are way to bright to turn on in the middle of the night.I will say that the customer service is over the top good. The staff answered all my questions and even remembered my last name when i went down to buy a bed time snack. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. They are actually building one a few minutes from my house. I will be sending all my guest to it.
I’m going to try to provide an objective opinion here. I’m also a native of Philadelphia so my review does not come from a tourist’s perspective.I’ve seen many reviews here that suggest their stay was very sanitary and the suite was well kept. Maybe that was the case for them, or maybe people have lower standards than myself. I’m far from bougie, but I do have expectations when you spend good coin at a hotel/apartment setup.I’ve looked for similar places in the area and settled on this one due to the good reviews. Overall, the stay wasn’t bad. However, there were some glaring issues in the suite (#1120) that I stayed in. I’ll provide photos as well. But I should’ve picked up the vibes when I got to the valet and the parking attendant didn’t really seem all that welcoming. But who’s really thinking about that when you’re just trying to get to your room from a long day? You tend to overlook things.I noticed a good amount of lint, crumbs, hair (dog hair) crumbs, and paint peeling from the paneling of the bathroom ceiling over the shower head. I did not get a picture of the paint peeling, but everything else I did.Our room was missing a frying pan, which is a headache when you have to go down 11 floors to get something that should’ve been there. The overall setup wasn’t bad. Nice king sized bed, windows facing chestnut street. Nice sized tv. Spacious refrigerator and freezer. Room came with a lockbox and a wardrobe closet to hang clothes. Iron & ironing board included. Microwave and toaster as well. No stove. Just a stovetop which was enough. And a dishwasher. Sufficient cabinet space for storing small food items as well. The room was great. It’s the little things that can make or break the stay and as I said, the amount of attention to the smaller details is what would keep me from coming back considering the amount of money people spend for a room.Lance and Dennis were awesome at helping at the reception center. But unfortunately, with hotels, it can be uncertain what you’re getting.Photo #4: dog hair in a chairPhoto #6: hair in a refrigeratorPhoto #8: stain on the refrigerator shelf left side of the water. These things shouldn’t be missed. Lint is understandable. But not these things. I’m not sure if management looks into the cleanliness of the rooms, but it should be done. This seemed like a rush job.
Rooms were clean but the front desk staff (Tim) was rude and curt. What ruined my experience here was when, I had an important package for me delivered to the hotel but they misplaced my package and lost it. If the hotel is disorganized to lose guests items, makes me question how many other aspects of maintaing hundreds of guest rooms they may also be unprofessional in.
If you like Marriotts Residence Inn, this place us for you. Its new and clean. Has that typical free breakfast that is priced right - so to speak. My co-traveler had to wait 5 mins for a tray of luke warm eggs to appear. A decent servicible room to spend a night or two in.
Great, new extended stay hotel. Connected to new W Hotel in excellent location, a block from city hall. Still a few kinks to work out (lackluster breakfast, bathroom sink issues, random loud building noises and drafts). Got a kick out of some of the W reviews mentioning the dark/poor lighting over there; maybe they can work something out with these guys, the lighting is, ahem, excessive (like, retail store or Drs office bright - I used the microwave light and my cell phone flashlight all weekend).Still, big clean new rooms with kitchenettes, plates, etc & fresh, fluffy towels (no facecloths yet on my Xmas visit). Great beds and covers. Nice city views from higher floors. Engaged, friendly hospitality and rates that were among the best in town.
The room was okay, however the valet service is terrible. For $60 , you get someone to park your car and rummage through it as well. I came out the next day and found most of my stuff in my change compartment sitting in my cup holder. Ive definitely lost some change and whatever else i havent notice yet I called management and received a call back ,but it was all lip service . The valet manager on duty at the time said hell quote on quote look into it and get back to me. Its been about a week now and no response. I cant help feel but violated that someone would go through my car after Ive paid a substantial fee for valet. I may or may not be the only one this has happened to, but I sure will speak up and I encourage anyone else to if this has happened to you. Do yourselves a favor and just self park if you come here. Dont let the thieves take away your feeling of security within the privacy of your car, I will never get that back again.
It was not my first time in downtown Philly, but it is was the best stay that I ever had there!Spacious rooms with beautiful view, clean, and very nice staff... All of them were great, They were helpful and respectful especially Gianna she helped me a lot.Congratulations on having such a team!
Staff very friendly. Able to get pretty early check-in on 2 occasions without difficulty. Breakfast options are slim but the food itself is very tasty. The room is great: spacious with a full kitchen. Great views as well. Only complaint is that the temperature regulation wasnt very good. The room struggled to get to the desired temperature, usually running too high.
Had my arms full with our hungry newborn twins, checking in while my husband parked the car after a long drive in. I waited at the desk patiently despite the the two front desk attendants not doing anything or helping anyone else at the time. After quite a while standing there and babies starting to cry, another woman eventually came up behind me and they kindly asked to help her. She pointed me out to them and I asked if maybe they hadn’t seen me. They did not apologize, were rude and said they had seen me but thought I was part of a group, however there were no other people in the lobby so I don’t know what group they could be referring to. For a Marriott collection that markets itself to families, this type of treatment was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel for families or anyone who values basic hospitality and kindness.
Really nicely designed hotel with spacious rooms - we had a corner room with kitchenette, and it was great for a long weekend! Very central location, would definitely stay there again.Individually packed continental breakfast items, but wished there were more gluten free options outside of yogurt & hard boiled eggs (oatmeal would be great).Cleaning is every 3 days due to COVID, but easy to ask for a towel refresh, etc.Only thing I would change is the bathroom vanity sink, which is a modern design but not very functional/practical.
Hotel was excellent….BUT….do NOT NOT NOT park your vehicle with the hotel (3rd party off site provider). The parking services were the absolute worst I’ve ever experienced. On a non-event Sunday I waited 2 hours for my car to be retrieved….as did just about everyone else waiting for their vehicle. The service could not have been worse!!! ABSOLUTELY DEPLORABLE!
My Room was nice but no electricity in my bathroom or little storage area, other than that its very expensive to have a nice view in the city, wish this place would of compensated me for the technical errors to a grand opening. Its all good, the Hotel I work at doesnt have this problem...interesting enough Sheraton downtown is slightly better and more amenities to offer in my opinion.
We stayed October 2021 and loved this new hotel! Since the hotel was less than 6 months old, everything was very clean. Our room was a king suite and even though we ate out, it was so convenient to have a kitchen that was well stocked (utensils, knives, dish detergent, sponge, paper towels, salt, pepper, dishes, wine glasses, microwave, stove, etc). The room was spacious, the furniture well arranged and there were enough outlets to charge all our devices. The location of this hotel is perfect for a tourist. We walked to the historic part of the city. It’s a straight shot down Chestnut Street from the hotel to Independence Hall (15 minutes walk). In addition, from the hotel it is an easy jog up Ben Franklin Parkway to the Philadelphia Art Museum and an easy return back to the hotel via the Schuylkill River Trail (these are running paths you’ll see in the Rocky movies). We were there on a Saturday night and the area was packed with people going out and it felt very safe. We walked to a very good Italian restaurant, Gran Caffè L’Aquila, for dinner. There is a lot of shopping nearby and the Reading Terminal Market should not be missed. The hotel’s lobby is on the second floor of the building. Since the Element shares valet services with the W next door, the valet stand is in front of the W. The staff at the hotel was very helpful. However, remember to look over your invoice. We had booked a room and parking package, but noticed that the hotel charged us again for parking. The front desk reversed the charge when I showed them my confirmation. This was my first time staying at an Element brand hotel and I was very impressed!
Great new hotel in downtown Philadelphia! It’s a bit hard to find on Google Maps, but they will get that corrected soon. It’s right on the corner of 15th ST & Chestnut. The lobby staff are extremely helpful and nice. They were not serving food yet so they offered a gift card for a close by coffee shop. The room was awesome! Full kitchen so great for a long-term stay. The floor to ceiling windows are awesome for viewing the city. The bed was super soft and the bathroom was a nice big size. The only thing I noticed was the fire alarm light kept blinking so the first few times I thought I was seeing flashes in my head, but then figured it out.Overall a great hotel in a great location for a great price!
I flew to Philadelphia from Kentucky for the first time and this was one of the highlights of my visit because my mind was at peace. The hotel was clean. The women at the checkout desks were sweet. It also smelled nice. Theyre also new, so they didnt have the complimentary breakfast in the building yet, but they gave the option between to vouchers to two different places where you could receive it. I also liked the fact that they had a stove, full-sized refrigerator and dishwasher. Elevators will only operate if you have a card to your room, which makes me feel safe because it protects from intruders. You also have to watch the one bad review that someone left here. I clicked on that persons review history and they practically gave bad reviews for every place they left a review for, which are like seven of them. I know people like this who will try and do that in order to get discounts, or because they have an attitude problem, or a mixture of both...and it sounds like she couldnt genuinely complain about much, so she had to nitpick. Anyway, this place was great! Thank you.
The hotel is new so its beautiful. The floor to ceiling windows and views of the city were great. Having a full fridge was nice as well. Having no ice machine on the floor was inconvenient. The staff did bring ice up to my elder relatives room, but it did take quite some time, because the staff was light for the night. We stayed at the Element for my daughters wedding, which was in the city. The entire wedding party and many out of town guests stayed there as well. Although, we were promised a block of rooms together on the same floor, instead we were given rooms all over the hotel. None of us were together. This was so inconvenient for so many obvious reasons. We all had to catch the elevator to my daughters room to have our hair done from the stylist, makeup from the makeup artist, photographs with the photographer, zipping dresses, fixing ties, and much more. The walking all over the hotel to get to family members rooms was also inconvenient for our elder relatives as well.We travel often and have stayed at many hotels. However, the key card at the Element doesnt work on the elevators, or in many rooms effectively. Most of us (family and friends) rode all the way to to top floor upon entering the elevator trying to get the key card to work, before pushing the button for the floor we wanted. Its as if the sensor wasnt sensing the key. Even though we switched keys the same thing happened every time I or my husband tried to open the door to our room as well. My parents had the same problem entering their room. In addition, the doors to the rooms are very heavy and extremely slow to close, which made it impossible to enter and close the door quickly. Because my husband didnt join me until later, this all made me feel unsafe. Entering the room with hands full of luggage with my slow to open key and slow to close door. Although these are little things theyre very inconvenient and frustrating when rushing around for a wedding. The valet parking is very unorganized. The sign is either too small or nonexistent for people to know where to pull up or stop. Several of my family members circled the blocks to find the valet entrance. Many times there was no attendant present at all. Because no valet attendant was present, the guard told my (other) daughter to leave the u-haul van (we had rented) out front.. He took the key (and parked the van) but never gave her a valet ticket. Later, when we tried to get something from the u- haul (for the wedding coordinator), the front desk said we needed a ticket. After explaining and many phone calls to the guard/valet/staff who had left for the day. They finally admitted that someone had misplaced the key. It took over an hour to sort out and find the key. The next day upon leaving, my parents gave their valet ticket before we gave ours. They brought our car out in about 7 minutes. Yet, my parents had to wait over an hour before getting their. My other daughter is getting married next year, Needless to say we wont be returning to the Element
Visited a friend at this hotel and I was impressed. He was on a higher level and the view was amazing of the city. The room looked very clean and recently renovated. The site team was working hard in the hallways keeping everything clean. I would recommend this hotel!
I have stayed at an Element by Westin before in NYC and loved it so much, so I knew I would love this location as well. My fiance and I did a little weekend getaway in Philly and we really enjoyed this new hotel. Its in a great location near Rittenhouse Square and super close to City Hall. Theres a lot nearby that you can walk to including great restaurants like Del Friscos and others. The hotel was super clean and smelled so good in the lobby. It was very spacious in the lobby and I also liked how the parking garage was attached to the hotel. There is valet parking and its super convenient. Definitely use the text feature when picking up your car as they bring it right to the front. The room we had was very clean and nice and had a great view of the city. I also loved how they had a flat screen smart tv with apps on it like Netflix, Amazon Video and YouTube that you could enjoy, made me feel right at home! The bed was super comfortable and the air conditioner was nice and cool, you didnt even have to lower it much to keep the room cool and comfy. I also liked the little kitchen area and the bathroom was nice and spacious. The only issue was the hot water did not get very warm in the shower, but everything else was great. I would definitely stay here again! It was super quiet and relaxing. The front desk staff was also super helpful and friendly.
My wife and I stayed at the Element for two nights. They upgraded our room, which gave us an incredible view of the city. The only downside of the room was the smoke detector. It kept flashing straight towards our bed, which was bothering us. I experienced that not only in this hotel, so bring your sleep eye mask.
This hotel was nice. Very clean, modern. However, what a nightmare the valet parking is! We texted to bring our car from the garage (as the ticket states). Text said it would be there in 10 minutes. We go outside, wait for the car for 20 minutes, no car. We ask the attendant about our car, he said no one was working on it but they will. Ten minutes later, the attendant brings up the wrong make, model, and color car and asks us, Are you sure it isnt yours?. My husband asks to speak to the manager and we are told the manager is in the hospital. A gentleman from the hotel comes out to assist and says this is the 6th complaint today about cars going missing. None of the valet attendants seemed concerned that they didnt have our keys and didnt know what lot the car was in. After my husband looks through the drawer with random keys dumped in it, he finds ours. It took over an hour to get our car. If you stay here, dont let your car stay here too.
Hated it. I was there for a three-day conference. All the walls in the conference room area are black or dark gray. The stalls in the womens room stalls are so dimly lit, its a security risk (see photo attached). Its depressing. Feels like being in a darkened movie theater before the movie starts. The only good thing was the food.
Titanium Marriott member here!Check in experience easy. However things went wrong when the next day I basically had to yell to stop housekeeping from coming in after them knocking twice and not allowing me to answer and proceeding to walk in. WITH THE PRIVACY HANGER ON THE DOOR. terrible internet had to speak to someone to connect. Phones in the room do not work. Had to use to cell to contact housekeeping. Check out day is here I had a very late check out time and once again here comes housekeeping knocking twice really fast and entering! He says oh my apologies I thought you were checking out. I explained I have a late check out however it’s not even normal check out time which is 11am! So there’s really no reason for you to be in here! Honestly the first time it happened I was pretty scared because although he stated his title he was dressed in regular clothes and entering my room. Didn’t really sleep well after the first time it happened. Not sure if it’s worth staying here again
Our experience at the Element Philadelphia over the Memorial Day weekend was phenomenal. The team went above and beyond to make our stay special with our furbaby! Although many state covid restrictions were lifted, the hotel still practice safe environment. There were hand sanitizers throughout the hotel and especially in high touch areas such as the elevator. There are still social distancing labels / signage on the group which help everyone maintain a safe distance.Check-in was a breeze. We had to update our arrival time a few times on the Marriott Bonvoy app because of traffic. We did however arrive a bit earlier than the hotel check-in time, 3:00pm. The person who checked us in quickly verified our stay and prompty provided the room key. Since the breakfast area was still off limited (for safety reasons) we were given 2x$10 gift card to grab breakfast at La Colombe around the corner. Do check them out, the coffee is amazing! The room we stayed in was a studio double queen, city view. We requested a high floor and it was delivered. The room was prepped to pawfection with treats, water bowl and doggy bed. The room was also clean and crisp as we arrived. Since this hotel is catered towards extended stays, there are full kitchens in each of the hotel room. This included: full refrigerator/freezer, stove, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, knives, coffee machine, dish washer, etc Since it was raining all weekend, we asked to extend our check out to 2:00pm so that we could wait out the rain. Unfortunately, it did not stop but thats all right because we enjoyed our stay inside the room. Check out was also a breeze via the app.Our amazing experience with the Element Philadelphia during this trip will make it our first choice whenever we return again to the city of brotherly love!
The room was poorly laid-out, small. And, while the hotel was relatively new, everything felt a bit worn out. No ice machines anywhere. No pool, although a hotel employee told me there was one when I called to ask. No restaurant or bar attached to the hotel, although there is one nearby. They pretend to be a W hotel, but they are NOT. Front desk staff was not very helpful.
This place lol. No breakfast available at the hotel. No drinks or food offered in the store downstairs in the lobby. The Sky Lobby is on the 2nd floor!!?? Person cleaning started throwing out our stuff when we werent checked out yet. The valet lol. The guys name is A*** and I swear he was stoned. Either that or didnt care about his job, not sure which is worse. But our encounter with A*** was when we checked out. First time needing the car, it wasnt in the system....couldnt find the vehicle. Anyway the hotel is decent, typical Element. Views are nice if thats what you are looking for. Im sure once the hotel is open for a year it will be fine, but until then there are plenty of other Marriott properties to enjoy in a 3 block radius
Wow what a surprised. Was looking at other Marriott hotels in the downtown area but most have bad reviews or required 50k redemption of Bonvoy points. Found this brand New hotel (opened June 2021) and less redemption points. No restaurant on site for COVID but was provided 2 $10 credit per night to a nearby cafe for breakfast. Rooms have a kitchenette (dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave, dishes). Fitness center and laundry facilities (credit card) are on site. Will definitely go back if we go back to Philadelphia.
Just told by your front desk manager @ the Element Philadelphia 14th and chestnut Downtown that it is perfectly normal to be doubly charged for the same stay 2x. Meaning I had my account transacted a total of 4x! I had to get on the phone to work out a mistake by YOUR merchant during my stay, taking up my precious vacation time as well as tying up my funds. Squared that away 2 days into my stay. Here I am 3 days AFTER my stay only to notice I’ve been charged AGAIN!! It’s causing me issues with my other financial obligations. I’m livid and will advise EVERYONE I know that you work with shoddy merchants to collect your fee and will screw people out of their money without remorse! Do BETTER! I will never patronize your business again!
Nice place with friendly staff, very spacious rooms for a downtown hotel, and optimal location. The property opened in 2021 so everything is new and it shares its building with The W so that hotel’s restaurant and bar are next door. Only con is the Marriott interface on the TV is very slow/unresponsive.

2022-01-10Very comfortable stay. We didnt use the kitchen but thought it was well-designed and would definitely be good as an option. The location of the hotel was great for restaurants and fun. We took advantage of this and got to try out many good places around over the quick weekend getaway. Breakfast in the morning was sufficient with yogurt, cereal, pastries, coffee and tea. Our room was brand new with beautiful view of the city. I loved the large bathroom, standard for Element hotels. I also loved that they put more design elements into the room - comfortable bed, nice furniture, floor to ceiling windows. Glad to see a different Element (in a good way). I didnt get upgraded with my status. Still a good option for staying in Philadelphia!

2022-02-22***Great location. Great customer service. Clean rooms with great views. *** Our room had a full kitchen and 2 queen beds. It was perfect for our family. It doesnt have an on site restaurant HOWEVER it is literally walking distance from a million restaurants. Next door at the W hotel, there are a couple of nice lounges to enjoy if youre into the night life vibe. The ONLY downfall is the only parking option the hotel has is valet for $60/day. BUT if youre not planning on going in and out with your vehicle and just walking the city... thats not a big deal. They also have a nice gym and rent out bicycles too. We will be staying here again.

2022-04-11I debated based off of the reviews. However upon arrival from check in to check out everything was amazing! Thank you to Kevin and Nature for taking good care of us for breakfast!! Thank you Natalie for accommodating my request. Our location and room was awesome! I love that they had purify drinking water in the room, that was amazing. I am very picky and everything went well from the valet parking to the rooms. Valet parking is $60 per day. We didnt have any problems. By the way they have a very nice gym and laundry room to wash your clothes if need be for $2.00. I will stay here again when we go to Philly again.

2022-01-22Great sized room, nice size hotel. Nice looking seating area. Everything in the room was good and clean. Customer service was great too, my remote was not working upon arrival and they fixed it before I made it back to my room. Staff is prompt and that’s perfect. This will always be my spot when visiting Philly. The location is great when it comes to food and attractions.

2022-05-31Great hotel and nice location. Nice view. Clean and airy. Updated rooms and common areas. Breakfast left a little to be desired but our stay was comfortable. Be prepared to spend a small fortune on valet if driving a car.

2022-02-19Truly wonderful with modern rooms that are comfortable and spacious. Centrally located and beautiful views. The best rooms are the corner rooms. The front desk staff are very welcoming and efficient and care about the guest. The breakfast was much better than I expected with Chobani yogurts fresh fruit and delicious coffee. The best part was the bagel egg and cheese sandwich.

2022-05-13Great location downtown. Our room was huge with great views, comfy beds, and love that they use a water filtration system instead of bottled water. I wish there was hand wash soap in the bathrooms. Upgrade and late check out was available. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

2022-05-30We stayed at Element Philadelphia for about six days. The overall experience was great! The room was very clean and spacious. I like the full-size kitchen. The location is also convenient. One thing I really want to say is that the staff here are extremely helpful! My husband forgot his wedding ring in the room and we didnt notice it until we were on the flight back home. The hotels staff and manager helped find it and shipped it to us within 2 days. I cannot thank them enough!! This is the BEST customer service. I would stay here again!
