I tried again and at first it was ok. I even had a responsive case worker. Everything was turned in. At the time they were on virtual so as soon as the school opened she was supposed to call and get her side rolling. That was 11-29-21. I get a letter stating benefits are on as of 11-16-21. How am I getting a call 01-07-22 asking for my childs school information. What note did she put on the file. So all of December goes by no calls from them and now my children cant come back until I talk with the financial department.

This place is incredibly unprofessional. They agree to send you documents and dont send them. You have to stay on top of them to do their job. It is such a challenge to get the assistance that you need in order to keep your job. The city needs to close this facility or replace their workers.

Absolutely horrible. Its impossible to get in touch with my caseworker unless he decides he wants to respond which he has not been doing. Ive left messages because i only get his voicemail when I call going on two weeks ago and still havent got a call back. I gotta talk to other people that answer the line to get info because hes not ever available. Such a waste to taxpayers who help keep programs like these around a need the help. Now my childcare is set to be cut off because they werent willing to work with me during this pandemic which is rough on everybody and trying to start a new job. They arent in my situation so they dont seem to care. If I could give zero stars I would.

Ive been trying to get this process done since before my son was born he is now about to be one years old!!! they do not want to help the moms , I never knew who my main person of contact was it i talk to a new case worker each time I called and I had manger working on my case I never heard back from they had me send the same pay stubs over 5 times because my HR dosent know how many hrs I work only my manger would know that. I took my paper in person to welsh rd it made no difference. It still got dragged out they scheduled a hearing without my knowing I was suppose to get a call back never did and no telling me to start over.

Terrible they dont know how to communicate they told me they told me my appeal was due 1/2 when the date they sent it to me was 12/28. how is it possible for me to send my stuff in when your closed for the holiday break? so now I have no childcare I actually want to work but now I cant since they dont know what they are doing over there!

These people hate their jobs I have never seen a more unprofessional organization like this one…who can I make a report to that will take it serious and make a difference…I have called this place every day leave message and call back number and no one responded,if you call 8 in the morning you’re on hold for a hour only for operator to tell you you’re number 79 in line..someone needs to look into this place and the workers they really hate their job

I communicate both via email and phone and the communication is terrible in order for me to get any kind of service is if I get loud on the phone if I’m taking calm they dragging there feet they are delayed with there own work so there for they keep cutting my off and my paper work already be in the office this the second time this had happened and I’m sick of it.
