Very helpful and knowledgeable about cars, needs, policies, etc. They were willing to work with me and insurance companies to get the best deal for me, regardless of their profits. They made sure that I was comfortable with my selections and offered alternatives. They also call during use and after I returned the car to ensure I had a positive experience and did not need anything.
Reserved F150 extended cab back in 12/19. Enterprise called me 4 days before my trip In 8/20 and asked if I could accept a smaller pick up. I advised them no I reserved this vehicle in 12/19 and need that vehicle or something the same size. I show up at enterprise ready for vacation and they try and give me the smaller pick up. I advised them I already said that wont work. Employee then tries to offer me 2 small SUVs. Obviously a small SUV isnt working if the small pick up wont. After going back and forth they finally give me a Nissan Armada that was filthy and smelled like it an ash tray. I was delayed leaving for my vacation because I had to pay my own money to have it cleaned and it still smelled. Very disappointed with the service.
Mother rented a car. It smelled like smoke real bad. Back tires were bald. Unsafe and offensive smell. We went to the office and were told there were no available cars. Manager said they would have a replacement there by 3 oclock. We never received a call or a replacement car. The next am I called and was told they had returns that day and they were all damaged. I asked for them to deliver a replacement to mom who lives right by them. I was told that they MAY be able to do something later that day. What a disappointment. What ever happened to the enterprise motto of...well pick you up?.
Rented a car from this location for a long weekend for much lower rate compared to other places in the area. Picking up the vehicle didn’t take long as they had 3 people behind the counter. No issues with the car. The return was just as smooth. There was a rude customer arguing regarding price and getting very loud. Even though the customer was wrong, the employee remained calm and worked with him to resolve the issue ASAP. He made sure people in the line won’t have to wait much longer. Happy to have found a good rental car place in the area.
I have had a beyond and above experience at all the enterprise rental offices so far, been a big fan but first time at this office and experience was not good. I had a booking for a mid size car and they didn’t have one for 3 days.Post writing this review, I got upgraded and am satisfied.
If I could give zero stars I would!! I am still waiting from a call from the regional manager it is has been over a month. I have so many calls to the 1800 number and all they say is I need to wait for this person to call and they never do and I have to keep calling and I keep being told the same thing over and over. This company charged me for 3 extra days when the car was clearly sitting in there parking lot on the first I get a bill that says I had it until the 4th and I did not. I also ask for roadside assistance on the car and the employee did not put it on. When two weeks before I rented a car just to get to and from work and added roadside assistance why would I not add it this time when I was driving from Pennsylvania to Kentucky to Tennessee then back to Pennsylvania with me and just another women. I encountered an issue where I needed the roadside and had to get a new car and put almost $600 out of pocket to get a new car once I got to the enterprise in Kentucky at Lexington airport the very nice lady asked why I hadn’t added it to my plan all of this would have cost me nothing and I explained I did. She informed me I would have to take that up with where I rented it but she would gladly add it on now and of course I wanted it because I thought I had it in the first place. When I got back home from vacation I reached out to the enterprise and explained all my concerns and I was told that I was wrong that this employee would never make a mistake I guess he is a robot and doesn’t make mistakes like any other human... I was rudely told I needed to call the 1800 and I did and I have been waiting for a response for over a month..... don’t ever rent from this company the employee at this store are rude and think I should have to pay for his mistakes.... I will be taking this further up or to a lawyer if that is what needs to be done to get the money back they wrongfully took from me!!!!
I have no issues with the car. However, I rent month to month a car that I have rented for over a year. Each month I get called by some new person to renew my lease because I may be a day or two past renewal. They call me and act very condescending and as if I am a bad person because I hadnt rushed in to renew. All understandable if this process doesnt repeat every month. No one has ever looked at my rental history or left notes for the next person to make the renewal process nice. I am nearly done being a loyal customer.
I have called to extend my rental and i said what i would rather use another card but the employee said it has already been charged which i told them i dont want that card to be charged i was unfamiliar with that number. So i said are you able to refund the card the same day so it can be take from another card? The employee says yes as long as there is another card instead i get there and oh unfortunately it will take up to an x amount of days which inconvenience me. Dont ever do anything over the phone do things in person. Over their mistake now i wont trust a dealership when it comes to money....
We needed to rent a car last minute after having issues picking up our rental car at different rental company. They were incredibly helpful, polite and accommodating. The agent, Ryan had us set up with a vehicle in no timing saving our vacation plans. They have a lifetime customer with us now! I will tell all my friends in need of a car rental the best place to go is this Enterprise location.
Reserved a compact vehicle. When arrived for pick up, there wasnt one available. Instead they presented an intermediate for more money. Rather than provide Customer Service Etiquette and offer the upgrade free of charge. Since it wasnt my fault there wasnt one... I had to bring up the subject, make my case, so then they could step up to the plate and honor the compact size price! Second, when opened the car to inspect the inside, it REEKED of heavy marijuana smoke! A vehicle I planned to put my 3 year old granddaughter into! The sales guy offered to put in some air freshners. First of all, youre NOT supposed to smoke inside a rental. Then I went to inspect the glove compartment to insure the proper documentation was there and what do I find? Two Amazon blazers stuffed inside. Which clearly tells me, 1st off - some Amazon employees sure are living it up on the job! and 2nd- that Enterprise employees arent fully doing their job INSPECTING vehicles thoroughly upon return. I dont know if its this location, but its been the worst experience by far with Enterprise.
We rented a vehicle from the Bristol Pike location for a three week vacation. The service here is excellent; the staff very friendly and courteous. We have used Enterprise on vacation trips in various parts of the country on different occasions and always found our experience to be top notch. Would definitely rent from this location again. Thank you for a great rental experience!
I’ve had the worst experience with this enterprise. They gave me no communication what so ever. they charged my account with out my permission twice because “the insurance” told them it was ok which caused all these over drafts fees. Then when I call to see about getting my deposit back first the lady says they couldn’t find me which I found strange because they had been charging my account this whole time. The women I spoke to says she will call me back I never hear back, that was on a Wednesday. So I call again on Monday morning and the gentleman finds me right away and tells me they used the deposit towards my total bill, because the car I got... if I would have gotten I smaller car I would have gotten my deposit back I asked them for the smallest car they have so insurance would cover it all. Of course they didn’t do that and I ended up paying out of pocket. It gets even better they charges my account 295 the person on the phone just told me my total bill was 320 and some change but they didn’t return my deposit so that means I paid an extra 25 dollars I didn’t owe. I am just so disgusted with this establishment they took advantage because i was a young women I believe. I would never suggest using them to anyone save your money!
I would have enjoyed my last rental experience had I been made aware that reservations using your reward points are only good for one week at a time, I had no idea. So needless to say out of 6 weeks rental I had to pay for five of those weeks out of pocket. So much for 19,000 points?
Ryan was so professional and uplifting. He had so much positive energy so early in the morning and he was so organized. He made my experience so much more enjoyable and his customer service skills are rare and refreshing. He made sure to check up on me and did the most to make sure I was comfortable.
They made sure I was set up with a car I would love, and are very considerate, if I didnt know I would have thought that its a family owned business. Excellent customer service and everyone is very personable. Would definitely rent a car there every single day if I didnt have a car note myself!
My church has been doing business with this branch for over 10 years, we rent Suburban SUVs at least 6 times a year from here. I must say I was very impressed with the customer service and its curbside welcome. I then started renting from here also for the last 6 years and Eric has never let me down not one time always goes above and beyond, even to washing the vehicle himself. Hands down I will undoubtedly recommend this branch to the all my family and friends.
I was not at all pleased with the experience at this location. I was told a reservation had been made and everything was good to go. I even received a call from the Manager confirming the night before. Upon arrival, the person i was dealing with told me there was no note in the computer and she had no idea that a reservation had been established. Initially I was shown a vehicle costing over 42/day; not the price I was given and not the price written on my estimate. I then needed to wait while they cleaned a vehicle and got it ready. Not certain where the confusion initiated, but perhaps making a phone call to the person who made the arrangements would have been the easiest way to solve the confusion issue. I have rented from Enterprise before and was always satisfied. I will not be returning to this location.
This location has horrible service, manger included. I’ve been working in customer service for over 10 years and the mistreatment is unexceptionable. I made a reservation that they changed and then could not accommodate while saying there is nothing they can do. There was no suggestions of encouraging future business or referring me to a near by location that could. I’ve never had a problem with the company until I came to this location and one other location. Do better.
After an accident near home, an uber ride to work, my insurance company hooked me up with this Enterprise location. They had my car ready by the end of my shift and dispatched it without any issues.On return at a different location there were some concerns about minor damage. Matthew B. and the Asst. Manager promptly and with professionalism took care of the issue without involving me or my insurance.If you ever need a rental, I highly recommend Enterprise Car Rentals.
If I could give zero or -5 I would. They charged my card for a additional week and I didnt even authorize it. The rental wasnt due back till 12 pm. I arrived at 10:30am only to find out they charged me $607.75 now I have to wait 1-2 business days during a freaking pandemic. Im outraged!!!! Do not and I repeat do not do business with this location PERIOD!
Had to take my car to Caliber Collision to have work done. Our insurance set us up with Enterprise so I would still have means of transportation. The people there were friendly, my husband is a talker. The gentleman at the counter was patient and helpful by answering all of our questions.
The manager Ryan was extremely rude didnt care for my problems just wanted to make his extra money was being made although they completely messed up my reservation just to get extra money out of me. Bad service all around, car also had issues, many different service lights coming on. Completely dissatisfied. Dont do business here
I was very happy with the representative that helped me when I called for Roadside assistance. She was very helpful. Unfortunately, overall I’m very upset and disappointed with Enterprise as a whole. I picked up my rental from the Bristol Pike Bensalem PA office. They informed me that the gauge inside the vehicle was malfunctioning showing improper tire pressure. They told me they had the tire checked, and was all good, and that the sensor in the tire was malfunctioning to not worry. So of course I believed them. But they were wrong. On our trip back later that week, the sensor showed the tire was going flat, and indeed it did. We ended up trying to switch vehicles at your Emporia Virginia location. The representative on the phone gave us the address as this was the closest location to where we were at while driving back. We got there approx. 7:40am and were told they did not open until 8:00am. We waited for the employee to arrive, which was a Mr. Paul A Nelson. He was late and did not arrive until approx. 8:15am to open up. Once we spoke with him, he would not give us a car to swap into. He told us that he only had two on his lot, but that they both were due for an oil change. So he refused and would not allow us to take one of them. I then asked if we could just take one of them to the next closest location, which was only approx. 40 miles away, and then swap once again for another vehicle. Again he refused, and would not give us a car. We then had to wait until they took the original vehicle to a repair station, and put a brand new tire on it. We then had to wait until Enterprise Corporate, called the service station and gave the approval for the new tire. This all caused us very valuable time lost, as we had an appointment to get to back in PA. We were not able to get back on the road until almost 10:00am. Because of this, our return trip ended up taking us 12 hours, instead of the normal 7.5 – 8. And of course we got back too late and missed our appointment. I just find this all very unacceptable. Mesa Labs does an immense amount of business with Enterprise, probably somewhere between 100 – 200,000 p/year. I would have thought we would have gotten better treatment with the amount of business we do with you. If I had my way, I would no longer use your company. We will have to wait and see what my manager wants to do at this point.
Its always something with this place.I rented a car through my companys account... They were calling me while I was deployed to Afghanistan to pay the bill.My companys account has been on file with Enterprise for 10+years.To top off my experience with them; damage happened to the vehicle I rented AFTER it was parked in their parking lot. My insurance contacted me about it, not them.By far WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE POSSIBLE.
They were great. My husband and I dealt with Bill and we can honestly say that he went above and beyond for us. We had a few minor hiccups in the beginning of our visit but Bill was extremely patient with us. I went in feeling unsure and left feeling confident that Enterprise would take care of us and that is directly thanks to Bill!!
Would never rent a car from this company. Forget about customer service, there just awful. They were suppose to bill my insurance company on a claim that was covered. When they had to wait to get paid from the insurance company, they started going crazy on my credit card running charges everyday without my authorization. They should be shut down. Stay away from this company.
Interesting how I was told that because I live in an “urban area” that I would need to supply a utility bill to rent a vehicle.So because I just moved in with my fiancé, I can’t rent a car? Or is this racial profiling at its worst?Unfortunate because my company does a good amount of business with Enterprise throughout the US.After this incident, I’m sure they and I will be taking our business elsewhere.Sad what level some people at these companies stoop too.Another racial profiling incident that will be swept under the rug unless all Americans take a stand.Don’t do business with this company if you’ve ever had to endure something like this.
They have always been great no matter if I was booking the last minute or a few days ahead of timeif I wasnt able to bring the car back on the expected date they working with me to extend the vehicle 🚗also always polite environment always clean & during covid they all wear mask and take all the right protocols to make sure customers remain covid free
Twilight Zone. We booked a car last night on their website, to be picked up first thing in the morning today. This morning about fifteen minutes before they open we received a voice mail saying they had no cars, yes you read that right, NONE! Not one car they could rent us, despite their website taking our reservation. Furthermore, their website states they need a $100-$300 deposit depending on location. Well this location says they need $400 and it must be a major credit card; no Visa debit cards and no cash. Bad experience. Day ruined.
1st vehicle they gave my bf had known issues with the transmission. The Silverado. It was shifting like the transmission was about to drop or the selanoids were sticking. And also had the habit of jumping when you give it a little gas. When he called to get a replacement instead of picking him up or he was like their contract claims they made him drive she would another location where they had the same freaking vehicle waiting for him. Then when he told them that the mechanic he spoke to said that it was an issue with that particular make and model for the last 3 years they claim they were putting him in something like a Jeep Cherokee supposed SUV it didnt have four-wheel drive had sports car tires with low to the ground it was so small that his knees were hitting the dashboard they didnt even offer a refund he had to ask for it.
I was told I would get call from this Enterprise in the morning on Saturday the 8/3/2019 about when a car would be available for pick up from one of the employees. I never got a call and when I called around 11:30 AM and spent 30+ minutes sitting on hold and I tried different options and got nowhere.
ALWAYS ,rent from Enterprise and have always been beyond pleased ,until this last time ,when I checked the car back in I was questioned about a large dent on the roof of the car ,of which I told the gentleman checking me in was already on the car and was noted ,he said okay but then proceeded to hold me up for another 15 minutes while he proceeded to check ,all the while sweet talking me ,words can not cover up innuendo and body language ,I am a 57 year old man ,I know the difference between being accused and being silently told I am lying ,to your sweet talk ,I am beyond angry with this
You need a 400 deposit to rent from them and when I called their supervisor at their 1800 number to do something about NOT BEING TOLD THIS AT ALL HE SAID HE WOULD CALL ME BACK TO SEE WHAT HE COULD DO HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK.......I AM SO DISAPPOINTED THAT I WAS NEVER TOLD THIS ON MY INITIAL CALL FOR THE APPOINTMENT. ITS REALLY ANGERING WHEN I WAS SUPPOSED TO GO GET MY SERVICE DOG THAT DAY AND NOW I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO GET MY DOG TO ME!
Since no car was available, we had to call the Uber-Fahrdienst to come home again. Since we had no internet connection, we asked for help in the form of Wifi or order by enterprise. The staff have let us walk at -7 ° C (19.4 ° F) about 3 miles to the nearest McDonald ... We then offered our car at budet, at half the price offered by enterprise, rented...

2022-04-08It was my first rental car in America and omg it could not be a better experience! John was very welcoming, very nice and very professional. My fiancée and I rent the car for my birhday weekend and I got a very nice BMW, very comfortable and so pleasant to drive. Our road trip was great and I want to say thank you to John and Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Bensalem for making it possible in the best way!

2022-07-20Reservation is the worst I have ever dealt with and they just make up excuses for each other even the supervisor was no help his answer was we need more training I think he is not fit to be a manager tried to call customer service but couldnt get thru to complain if you were to ask me the whole reservation systems needs to fixed

2021-11-10Last minute rental and the gentleman on the phone was extremely helpful and very polite. Alittle more pricey than other places, but if not renting a luxury or suv, they accept debit with a hold. But since I use no credit cards this helped me out tremendously. Also I thought I needed an extra large suv to move my mothers belongings, but the guy was nice enough to put all the seats down for me and that space made the mini van a beast. It was huge.

2021-06-14Terrible enterprise location. After my experience I will not be doing business with them and will be telling my friends and family not to be doing business with them. I had a case with them because they assumed me of making a damage under the car. This issue was resolved after weeks of contacting them. As of today 06.14.2021 they sent me a letter saying I owe them over 1000 of a different damage. I haven’t had the car in over 2 months and now they are mailing me a letter saying I owe them money. If I can give this a negative star I would.

2020-06-03On Friday morning may 30th At 7:30 I rented a car to go get my daughter that was away from me for years and the guy was very professional and helped me get a great ride for my long trip. He took care of all my needs and I appreciate it! It was fast and easy and he followed all rules and protocols. My only thing I would like to have been able to give 5 stars ... is that since your not open Sundays that renters are still charged for that day even if the return the vehicle before Sunday morning so it’s just like Sundays are a given if we as renters don’t need the vehicle on Sunday. But over all my experience was great and I will different chose the Bristol location first on my next needed rental car for sure!

2020-10-10Overall, I was satisfied with my rental. I had a rental for a month. The only issue I had, which I told the customer service rep was regarding the insurance coverage. I have my own insurance and chose not to get coverage through Enterprise. The rep said to me I would hate to take that $1,000 (my deductible) from you if something happens. God forbid. He said this a few times to me. I understand they need to try and offer it but the constant statement after I said no was too much. The way he said it was unnecessary as well.
