I’ve done many escape rooms. This one was awful. Nice decorations but the puzzles were awful and the tall skinny lady with the short blonde hair was rude. Service was awful. Don’t have late games if your staff is going to have an attitude towards your customers for booking the later session
Done a couple of rooms at this place. Puzzles are fun and about the right amount of difficulty. I would go back here.I think they focus more on the puzzle design than the theatre props (which I prefer) as it is an escape room after all. The puzzles are a nice mixture of different types and you need to work as a team to escape these rooms.Had a lot of fun both times!
This was such a disappointment. We love escape rooms and this was the worst one weve ever done. The room itself was dingy and dirty (there was an actual cockroach in the room with us). Things were broken (a broken table leg) and pieces of the wall and room decor were coming apart (molding on the floor, visible nails from behind a broken board...).The puzzles were obtuse and illogical, with a handful of useless details (animal shapes that referred to nothing, an overlapping blueprint puzzle that randomly varied in scale). At one point we were supposed to know to reach our hands into a hole in the wall, though there were several holes in the walls with exposed building materials and insulation visible. Our guide (Rico) couldnt have cared any less about us or his job...every time I asked for a clue I was ignored but when my boyfriend asked, he replied (albeit slowly). At one point, after we asked for several clues, he came into the room mid-game and showed us the tiny numbers written on the wall that we were supposed to see from across the room and in the dark and said Do you get it now??Just an overwhelmingly sad and frustrating experience. If youre a fan of Escape Rooms, Expedition Escape in KOP and Montgomeryville is fantastic! So is the Escape Game at KOP. We also enjoyed the Alice in Wonderland room in Coventry Mall. Good luck!!
The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. A bunch of us were helping a friend propose to his girlfriend. We were running late so the staff closed the next time slot for us AND were super quick to react to changes in the plan. They stepped up and were a HUGE help. The room was super fun too. The meltdown room was neat and fit the aesthetic of the time period well. Will go here again on more casual occasions :)
Had such a great time! I definitely want to do it again and escape another room. I was a bit nervous because I wasnt sure what to expect or who we were going to be teamed up with but we really enjoyed our experience. We were teamed up with Emma and Kai. They were really cool and fun to escape the Agency room with. We are definitely doing this again!
Was trash. i don’t recommend coming here ever. i was in a basement w no service. the lady started the timer when she felt like it, all of the guests weren’t in the building yet so unprofessional. we had 44 minutes when we entered the room. we did some puzzles but after a few minutes we realized it wasn’t challenging and fairly ignorant. so me and my amigos walked out in the middle of the escape room to go to ocean cityyyyy! ✌🏽
I would like to preface this with between the two of us, we’ve played 15-20 escape rooms: four star customer service, but two star room. We played the meltdown, and the first half was an exercise in frustration. Players should NOT be punished for succeeding, and as an escape room veteran, the unprompted clues really threw us off. The room itself looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, especially vacuumed, in weeks if ever. While not the worst escape room, it was certainly a contender. This game confuses high tech elements for good game design. I’ve never felt so frustrated and bewildered by an escape room. It felt like it was punishing us for just being in the room. On the other hand, the customer service was friendly, positive, and helpful. Although, their lack of uniforms and dress code was questionable. Location was not obvious, and the expectation of cell phones in the room was mind boggling to me. We just wanted a dry erase board... Overall, highly disappointed with the meltdown and salvaged by the customer service.
We did the Meltdown escape room. This escape room was a perfect level of challenging for our group of 7 adults that included some who have done escape rooms before and some who hadnt. We had a blast solving the puzzles. What puts this escape room over the top compared to others that I have done is the dedication that has been put toward the theme of the room. The decoration and other thematic factors of the room plus the quality of the puzzles led to a very unique, challenging, and fun escape room experience.
This is so much fun!! I really like that they give you clues along the way to help you out but the clues arent a dead give away. They keep you thinking the whole time. Very creative and interesting and a great mental challenging. The one hour time limit makes it all the more fun.Its very safe as well. Emergency exit buttons in every room, cameras in every room that the staff can keep an eye on everyone. they also let you know that if you need out before you have escaped, you can wave/call for them and they will open the door.My ONLY issue is that they sell 10 tickets a room no matter what. This means if you are in a group of less than 10, youll most likely be grouped with people you dont know. Wish they had a option for smaller groups. This isnt a deal breaker for me though as it could be a good way to meet new people.Im not sure if this is the best thing for very young children, may be best for teens and adults. Very fun!! I want to try all the rooms they have and I have already recommended it to all my friends!!
We went there with old friends to have some fun while the adults went to the Cheesecake Factory to have some food. Great staff, very helpful on the phone, very helpful at the lobby. There were a few board games to play while waiting, a nice little extra for decoration and actually useful. We did the Agency with 3 other people, all did a great job and we managed to be the first group out of the day! Great staff, just a little expensive. $30 a person, a little extra booking fee. Not bad, great experience overall.
Arguably fun, conceptually interesting, however the price is too high. 15 minutes into the room they let another 4 people in, which immediately created chaos. In the end, we solved and escaped the room.I would considering doing an escape room again, but the actual cost vs. my perceived value of this service is too high.TL;DR: Cool room, too expensive.
We had a great time! The staff was friendly and attentive. We played the newest room...Three Mile Island. The game was challenging, fun and exciting. We escaped with two minutes to spare! Definitely coming back to try the other themed rooms. Worth the money and then some!
Great experience and awesome staff. We came and had the room all to ourselves. It was quite challenging but it’s a good kind of challenging. It really tests how the team work together, not really how much knowledge you had to bring. Will recommend if anyone is into problem solving and teamwork
Thought it was a great time. Teamwork is definitely needed but easy to obtain even with people you dont know. Since it was my first time, I think it would be helpful to know that there are multiple rooms involved and that you may use clues from one room to another. It would give a broader perspective to be successful in escaping the room. Otherwise we had a great time and cant wait to do it again with our friends.
First time doing an escape room so nothing to compare it to. Scott was awesome. Fun guy and he really mustve paid attention because clues came just in time whenever we got stuck. Did not expect it to take place in 3 different rooms. We had a lot of fun and it was more difficult than I thought it would be. Would love to do it again!
Fine escape room, good service and easy setup with pleasent staff. However, the puzzles werent my favorite. The room we did (the agency) involved red herrings and had a (mildly) broken component, as well as a puzzle that had a solution that had a solution that felt like it broke the spirit of the rules.Overall, a decent experience, but the puzzles werent my favorite.
This was my first escape experience. My daughter was looking for something fun to do while she was home from school and suggested an escape room. Im glad she did and Im glad we chose Escape the Room Philly! The puzzles were interesting, the staff was amazing, and the whole day was fun! We will definitely be going back to try one of the other rooms when she comes home for Christmas break!
Amazing time! If youre looking for something fun and different to do with a group of friends, I HIGHLY recommend! We purchased all the tickets so that it was just us and our friends in the room. Everything is put together SO creatively and the staff there is awesome. Definitely check it out. Itll put your brain to work and give you something different to do and still have a blast.
Our group of 9 came here on a Saturday night and had a great time. The staff was welcoming, and made sure we all knew the out options, always important when locking people up! This is my first real escape room experience, others have been online or board game style. The clues were creatively hidden, and periodic tips were provided if we were going in the wrong direction entirely. Some of our group would have preferred that we have to ask for tips before they were given, either worked for me.The room itself was really well put together. Great touches for the theme throughout. I dont want to say too much, as it could take away some of the fun of the room.I would definitely go again!
I went with 4 friends and did the agency room. We did not escape in time, but were close. It was so much fun though and the game was very well thought out. Definitely challenging! This was my first escape the room experience and I didnt know what to expect- I plan to do it again in the future! Highly recommend and totally worth it!
My fiance and I decided to try the escape room experience and this was my first experience in an escape room. I was a little hesitant about being locked in a room with 9 other strangers for an hour trying to find out how to escape the room Before Time Runs Out. Not really my idea of having a good time but as they say you only live once and it was my fiances idea. Having said that it was an okay experience. We were lucky to be placed with a good group. And we did manage to escape the Room with a lot of hints given to us from the staff. Staff was very friendly. The decor of the room was just so so. Nothing to really brag about. The puzzles themselves were very challenging but not overly complicated. Not sure if I would want to do this again but Im glad I had the experience.
I did “The Dig” with some colleagues from work and had a blast. The room is difficult without being impossible, the front desk staff was cheerful and good-natured, and the facilities overall were tidy and welcoming. Only 4 stars because it is surprisingly expensive. I don’t know what the overhead costs are that keep the prices high, but, it’s worth it. See if you can get a GroupOn before booking.
SUCH A BLAST! Honestly, everyone should try this once in their life. We made it out with 9 minutes to spare and I definitely didnt think we were going to! I cant wait to try the Dig and the new rooms that they are making. Staff was extremely laid back and fun to be around! Great activity to do with anyone!
The first hardest part of this is actually finding the escape room. We almost walked by it. So I suggest you remember what number the building is, so you dont walk by it.The room was really, really fun! We did the agency room and it was just two people (my friend and I). If you want to get a full group together, I suggest one of the later times at 9/10 cuz they never fill up.
Our group of five twenty-somethings did the Meltdown Room last night. Impressive set design. This was the most interesting and challenging escape room we’ve completed in Philly. We barely made it out in time and consider ourselves above-average Room Escapers. We will definitely be trying the other rooms Escape the Room has to offer.
I really wanted to like this room, but it fell far below expectations. I have done around 20 escape rooms, and this one just felt like the remnants of the early era of escape games. We chose the Dig for this experience. Overview of the major points:-The location was difficult to find. It was inside a building without any signage on the outside, and the stairs down to the rooms were behind a security desk.-The room is desperate for an update. I understand escape rooms undergo an insane amount of wear and tear, but this felt like the company just didnt care. For example, the light fixture was dangling by duct tape that was mostly no longer adhered to the ceiling, and some decoration that used to be hung on the wall had clearly been torn down, as the bare plaster showed. There were some really neat elements to the theming, but for the most part it missed the mark.-Aside from one physical puzzle we really enjoyed, the puzzles were either very simple (e.g. searching) or disappointingly illogical. We escaped, but we were not satisfied with the solutions to the major puzzles.-There was no narrative built into this room, which surprises me, as the theme and the puzzles lend themselves to one. The lack of story can be good or bad, depending on your preferences.-Super picky side note: Ive heard that you can usually tell the quality of a room based on how nice/clean its bathroom is. This theory held true for this location. We still enjoyed ourselves, as we almost always do in escape rooms, but I definitely would not recommend this location.
The staff was friendly and were willing to wait a little for one of our group members who was running late. The escape room was challenging, but doable. The one thing we did not realize is that our group was not doing the room alone. They added another couple to our group of six, but the couple was friendly and it wasnt that big of a deal.
Ive done several other escape rooms at different locations and this was by far my least favorite. We did the dig room and I did not like they fact they included unnecessary puzzles that were insignificant to getting out that only threw you off and wasted time. That is not the point of an escape room!!! I did not like the set up where there was only one screen that showed the remaining time and where clues appeared and it wasnt in a central location. I would have enjoyed it a lot more had we been able to get clues when we asked for them and not when the staff felt like we should get clues. At the end the staff member told us so many groups get hung up on the one part we were stuck on for about 20 minutes. We asked for a clue and they wouldnt give it us until there was less than 2 minutes remaining. I wouldnt go back here again. They also dont tell you that some rooms are very small and someone who is claustrophobic may be uncomfortable and that they use flashing lights, someone is epileptic should not be in this room.Location is not easy to spot from the street, it is not labeled at all from the outside.
Love escape rooms. Loved this one. Only bad side is not getting a room booked with just you and your friends. Other group members bogart clues and waste time. Remember to communicate with EVERYONE and place all clues in a centrally located area for ALL to see and work on.We did 2 of their rooms here and both were well done. One of them was far too linear for 8 people. Ever had 8 people try to hover around one clue? You will in one of them because each clue and puzzle leads to the next requiring you to solve only one at a time. The other one was great. Puzzles and clues everywhere.COMMUNICATE WITH EVERYONE, SHARE CLUES IN ONE SPOT
Ive waited my whole life to have an experience like this - a point and click adventure in real life! You can read all of the other reviews if you dont understand *WHAT* this is!It was fun, and the challenges were definitely well thought out. The only reason it is four stars from me instead of five is because the setup is a little low rent for the $28 admission. I would have felt a lot more immersed if they had put a little more effort into decor and the way things were set up and designed. Atmosphere is part of the excitement. For instance, maybe a TV mounted to the wall droning on in an annoying office instructional video, or anything that felt they went that little extra mile. I would have liked a lot more red herrings. Basically, just based on the minimal effort they put into the whole thing, I think $15 is more right-on for a charge to participate. Also, there was a VERY intricate puzzle involving electricity that didnt work properly and derailed us a little bit because we didnt know if we had done it incorrectly or WHAT, but when our work was checked at the end and it was shown we HAD done it correctly, it was a little bit of a bummer.Still, it was a lot of fun. My group got about 75-80% to the solution but didnt quite make it. :(
I had high expectations after hearing about it on one of my favorite podcasts, RT podcast, and it was better than I expected! The puzzles really made me and my group analyze every inch of the room and to our surprise, it had a hidden door to get into another room. He group I went with was only 6 people and it got pretty tight, so I cant imagine why they recommend a group of 10 on their website. When you finish youll continue to think about that room for the rest of the night. Highly recommend this.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We did the meltdown room and it was very unique and different from any other escape room I have done. I would highly recommend this place to others and I plan to go back to finish the other rooms there have available. Thank you!
Ive done many escape rooms and this one was top 5. We go in, expecting to wait for the time slot. They let us go as a group early. The escape room itself was fun, tough and surprising. We did The Agency, which I highly reccomend. If we can escape, yall can too. Show out yall.
Staff was really good and efficient. You get your wallets worth with each of the E-rooms. The dig has a darker tone to it so you will def need your phone flashlight, while the meltdown has some surprising twists. The dig was better IMO but the meltdowns unique surprise kept it close.
One if the worst escape rooms I experienced. The Meltdown looks old and beaten up, a lot of things are there to throw you off, and the whole mechanic is confusing. That would’ve been fine, however we were paired with other people and when all of us were asking for a clue for 10 minutes (!) (not exaggerating), the operator was not responding. Turns out we couldn’t find one of the items that should’ve been easily found (it was sort of stuck and hidden). So we lost, but losing 10 minutes from 60 is not ideal victory conditions. The operator told us she didn’t want to “spoon feed” us the answer, that’s after 10 min of us being stuck. Not going there again.
It was 9:15. A warm June evening, when my companions and I arrived at Escape the Room . The easy demeanor of our room-master welcomed us as we introduced ourselves. Throughout the game and experience, I was overcome with the excitement and camaraderie that only an escape room can offer. Escape the Room Philadelphia is a must.
I played alone but I recommend taking a friend or double checking to make sure at least one other person is scheduled, maybe 2. You can have up to 10 players and it would still be fun if you did because the puzzles are genuinely challenging. A game master will watch over your progress through cameras and ensure you arent fully stumped by providing clues to keep it fun. Recommend this for anyone who likes puzzles and riddles or challenges in general.
Really fun only advice try to book as many people as possible in your group. Did the office and dig both great. 2 of us and 8 of other people. They tend to stick together but still fun. Try it . u waste 30$ on dumb stuff . u will feel its worth ur money trust me. Going back to do the agency next month but getting 10 people of my own.
While mechanics were cool, overall, the experience was not good. The room was boiling hot on a cool night. The locks didnt work on the first try. We would enter the code several times before the locks responded. We would try to tell the clue master who was supposed to be monitoring our game, but would get no reply. Found out after our session that they were understaffed and weret monitoring our game. (Their words, not mine.)They give clues in the tv monitor in the room, but the clues we got were for things we had already solved. Also, they let kids be in your group. Which means you have dead weight in the room that just takes up space.
This was my first visit to The Escape Room and I had a fun time with my coworkers. Plan on going back cause its mind challenging. If you visit the downtown Phlly location, say hello to Kai. She was our wonderful pretty host with the pretty personality and smile to match.
They had 10 people in one room, I was with a party of 4 and the others were together. We were a few mins late because traffic was terrible and no where to park, so we missed the introduction, and the other group found a clue before we got there and they were working together and my group felt lost the whole time. I think for $30/ person we should get to just work with our own group
A great team building exercise. We tried the agent and it was quite difficult. They also have a few misleading clues and unlike most other places the clues are not sequential. It is more open ended here wherein you might find multiple clues at once which lead to totally different things.
This was my first experience with this type of activity. I treated my four children to the Three Mile Island challenge for birthday celebrations ages 23 to 19. There were just five of us in the eight person max and it was just fine. The experience was priceless! We had sooooo much fun! Team work was essential and we talked on for hours afterwards reflecting on it.. we wanted to do turn around and do the dig or agency right away! Thank you escape the room philly! We will be back!
My fiancé and I signed up somewhat last minute to do an escape room at Escape the Room Philly. Since it was during the day, we ended up with the room to ourselves and HAD A BLAST. We did the Agency room and we were SOOO CLOSE to getting out! We were literally putting in the final code as the buzzer went off. But thats ok - we still had so much fun.It is a bit tough to find the place itself. But if you know the address, youre good. Go into that building, past the front desk and down the steps. The room itself was really great, but I think the staff here makes it. Super friendly. Helpful and it felt like they were really cheering us on! We left feeling like rockstars.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
It was a lot of fun. We did not make it out. The use of technology was interesting however none of it seemed to work. The globe was broke, wifi was busted, telephone service was down. Neat idea lots of fun just poor execution. Escape games live in York pa was more fun.Good luck getting out, hope you have better luck than us.
If you are looking for a fun, unique & different activity this is it. Its only 1 hour long and you really are locked in a room and have to figure out how to get out. Clues are randomly placed through the room and every now other clues are given to you. You have to be creative and smart to put those clues together. We were a group of 6 and were put with 3 others but you could easily bring a full group yourself. There are 3 different room scenarios now, we were in the office room and will most likely go back to try the others.Id bet you cannot put the clues together to escape the room in the 1 hour timeframe.
I was very disappointed by the extremely rude staff in this escape the room game. We went to the escape the room yesterday for my gfs birthday. Despite mention on their website about having something special for birthdays, they actually did not do anything, not even say happy birthday to her. Several of us, including myself and the birthday girl, missed our train. My gfs mother said the staff was unnecessarily rude about starting the clock before we arrived, especially considering that according to their website where we bought the tickets they didnt have any other customers that evening (maybe this should have been a red flag, but it was a Monday night...) Fine, I get that, technically we paid for a certain time that ends at a certain time, but he didnt have to be rude about it. Still for the most part my gf, her family, our friends, and our two kids (ages 4 and 6) were having a good time. We made quite a lot of progress in the 50 minutes they allowed us and just as the timer went off we discovered the final key. Literally all we needed was 10 seconds to walk across the room and stick it in the lock. Instead of considering the birthday, the small children, the fact that we lost 10 minutes from our time because of missing the train, the $300 we spent to buy the room out (we were told we *had* to buy the room out to bring the 4 year old) the guy would not spot us 10 seconds. Oh he let me walk across the room and stick the key in the lock.... but then went on to label us losers and wanted a picture with signs that said we lost when we had in fact solved every single puzzle. Then he went through and explained all the puzzles we had just solved as if the fact that I needed 10 more seconds to get across the room meant that we hadnt understood how to solve the puzzles (did he think I pulled the key out of my ass?) The whole time Im thinking, you wouldnt let us start late, but saved time for this? I dont understand how anyone can expect to run any kind of business and have their staff treat customers so inconsiderately. We will never return to this escape the room and we will make sure no one we know goes here. Theres a better one in KOP, and also The Amazing Escape the Room is nearby in Philly that we will try next time instead.
Ive never given a 2 star review for anything and I dont direct this at the entire ETR location or the staff. Our family of 4 is traveling for 3 weeks playing rooms all over the northeast. To date weve done about 35 rooms as a family and have escaped all but 3. Imagine our delight when we arrived for our booking to find that we were not only playing alone but that we had our choice of The Agency or Three Mile Island. Based on my 18 years of nuclear background and the staffs recommendation that TMI was the better of the 2 we went with it. It did not take us long to become discouraged with the games at the beginning and incongruity of the story line and what we were seeing in the room. I dont want to spoil anything but every wrong move we made resulted in minutes being deducted from our countdown timer--after about 10 minutes in the room we showed 21 minutes left to play. Ive never wanted to walk out of a puzzle room before but we were all very frustrated with this one. We finally completed the first portion and moved to the second (after being told we were through with the first). The fractured story line and clumsy puzzles continued for another 30 minutes until our GM finally talked us through the remainder of the clunky puzzles and we escaped with about 10 left.Weve recently played ETRs Dig room in Boston and liked it. We played 80s Rec Room 2 years ago and it was well done too. The Three Mile Island room though gets our second lowest rating of all the rooms weve ever done (Breakouts Museum Heist takes that honor). We will get back to our commitment of sticking to family-owned locations and avoiding the franchises. Sorry ETR, weve played our last room with you.
The challenge was real! My wife and I tried the Agency 2, which had a variety of puzzles and clues too, that required team work. It really does cause a person to confront how they act under pressure with others, which is an added challenge and a welcomed one at that. Go try this!
Its as if someone decided that they wanted to cash in on the Escape Room craze, so they went to a craft store and bought a bunch of random objects to make into a puzzle. Not even close to what I would call a sophisticated or high quality puzzle room. Unfortunately, they got my cash, but take my advice and save yours for somewhere else.
When we first arrived we were put into a small room and the door was locked. suddenly, gas came out of the vents and my group lost consciousness. We awoke in a different location. The lighting was poor and there were a lot of rusty and dangerous looking contraptions. I would have thought we were in a torture chamber. I dont want to spoil anything for people who are looking forward to figure it out on their own but just a hint: DONT stick your fingers in the knights helmet visor. I lost 2 fingers Despite that loss, it was a TON of fun. However, i will not go back because i lost 2 loved ones in that dungeon and i dont look forward to losing anyone else close to me. Highly recommend for people who dont intend to have their date home before midnight.

2022-04-30To be fair, *if* this is your first escape room its still going to be a... neat, and fun experience. That said, this is a clumsy, over priced, novice attempt at a cheaply created, not very immersive, escape room experience. Ive done about 16 escape rooms, this ranked 2nd worst ever. The dig .... well i really nailed my groups (6 people) opinion above but ill give some non spoiler specifics and reasons for the poor review.1. Ventilation discomfort: First room is so hot they have a box fan propped on a chair (-so immersive), and it still was stuffy and hot. 2. The setup was not checked well before we arrived. Early on, two boxes with locks were actually left open, so we felt little motivation to leave the contents unseen until we found the key fairly, but we did find them. 3. Our host- Young girl, certainly making minimum wage and showing it, gave 0 excitement to the introduction. However she made up for it by giving too much- in the way of clues, everytime we didnt put our finds together correctly and nearly instantly. This can be a difficult balance for your host. Heres the key, hosts of the future: timing. If we struggle for 3-5 minutes, thinking and trying possibilities, LET US TRY AND SOLVE IT, THATS THE FUN PART! Now when its like 10 minutes OR WE look like were standing still and lost significant momentum on the same puzzle (look for frustrated body language), OR if we figured out what to do but its a technicality: (push on that wall really hard, its tricky) yes, please help. In our case the radio (two rooms back) kept calling us to go to it-like no, do it this way -this does not feel immersive, its more like Im a game avatar and shes controlling me through the experience. I read other reviews and see most people complete with 20 minutes left and this is why. Those twenty minuts -sprinkled throughout our time most likely would have been plenty of time to solve the puzzles and problems ourselves, and made it feel like an accomplishment. Frankly failing sucks, but id rather fail then be lead that much. 4. The entire game was more linear than usual. Instead of splitting up into small groups, (you work on this problem, well do this -at the same time) most of the time one thing was being accomplished by a couple people while the rest waited for something to do. Most clues and keys were more or less just sitting somewhere (designers are like lets draw a symbol on a chair, thats reasonable~). 5. Lastly visually, the majority of spaces felt like installation art projects made by high school kids on a small budget when compared to really good escape rooms which are far more immersive, with 3d printed original props, movie quality environments and strong puzzle solving, are similarly priced. My group leader expressed it best: if there werent ones like this, we wouldnt appreciate the good ones as much.Heard Cherry Hill has a great one, try that one instead.

2022-03-27We had so much fun in our first room we booked a second one for later that day! The Rugrats room was harder and more fun than we expected. Staff was great!! Would definitely go there again.

2021-12-31We had a great time in the agent room with our group of 5! Its a little toasty in there, the heat is on, so keep that in mind. Our guide, who had purple hair but I didnt get their name, was amazing! Also we got to take a fun photo. 10/10 would recommend.

2021-07-06This place is really fun, we did the CIA agent room. The two rooms within the one experience looked awesome, they were a little worn in from so many people playing and need a tiny make over but still over all they were great. Some clues were really easy to find and some were really hard I felt like there was no middle, but that just may have been me and my date and you might find that part different. I do want to come back and try the other room, when we were leaving a family of four was leaving the other room and they look like they had just as much fun as we did. So I definitely recommend for a night out if you like puzzles and stuff like that. The staff was also very friendly.

2018-03-13Went there with a group of friends and family for the first time and was a bit apprehensive as I really didnt know what to expect. We had such an awesome time! I would recommend this to anyone young and old. With a little help from the monitor we escaped the room with under five minutes left.

2021-07-02I loved it. Super super fun. Me and my friend had such an amazing time here! We did The Dig first and didn’t make it so we Had to redeem ourselves and we went to do Agency 1 the same night. I didn’t catch the hosts names but they were both great. We’ll definitely be going back soon
