Scheduled an appointment with them and they never showed up. I even received a text message confirming our appointment Yet no one called if they couldnt make it or not. Very unprofessional. At least have the decency to call that you wont be able to make it, or overall do it at all.
I called Evan’s because I was seeing bugs in my kitchen. Tiffany answered the phone and was so helpful and kind in getting me scheduled and talking me through what to do in the meantime. Krystal came to my house on appointment day and was great! You could totally tell she knew what she was doing and looking for. Evan’s definitely put our minds at ease and we will be signing up for their seasonal package to have regular treatments moving forward!

Sean from Evans pest control is absolutely wonderful. I had a horrifying experience in which I stupidly brought a trash can from outside into my house and a rat jumped out. I was completely panicking while my sister made calls to try to help me. The first few places she called said that they could get someone out in a few days. When she called Evans, the woman who picked up completely understood my horror and said she would call a technician immediately. Sean was done with work for the day and on his way home but in a show of true kindness he turned around and came directly to my house and got the rat out (and saved me from my extreme freak out). He was professional, effective, kind, helpful, and not judgmental of my stupid mistake. 5 stars are not nearly enough for this business.
Evans Pest Control has provided incredible service to my business over the years so when I had an issue in my own home I knew just who to call. The issue in my home is extremely complicated and Krystal not only was not only professional and knowledgeable but went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me figure out my issue. Evans Pest Control is absolutely the best! We’ve been using them for over a year and signed up for their quarterly service plan to keep mice away- they definitely work. Krystal is very good at her job, looked everywhere and took her time checking every nook and crack and space. This is the 2nd time for Evans Pest Control to come to our house, a few years ago it was ants and mice, this time it was mice. They filled up holes that were exposed and put a lot of traps with bait. We will definitely use their service again when the need comes.

A great experience. They were easy to schedule, had reasonable fees, and arrived promptly. The inspector who sprayed for bugs was a good listener who was happy to spray in specific spots I was concerned with, and he patiently answered my questions and gave his professional recommendations about how to keep my house bug free.
I called Evans and spoke with Tiffany. She was amazing. By far the best customer service I have ever received. Unfortunately I suffer from anxiety and OCD so when I saw a water bug in my home, I was very upset and stressed. Tiffany listened to me, answered all my questions, and gave me a plan on how to protect my home and help prevent this from happening. I was able to buy products directly from Evans, and they were safe to use around my dog (who has medical issues) as well. I cannot explain how grateful I am for all of Tiffanys help. Thanks so much!

I was very upset thinking i had beg bugs. When i called Tiffany answered and she was extremely helpful and very nice.she was understanding. I couldnt get a appointment till Monday. And i called on a Friday. Tiffany said if they have a cancellation she will let me know. And the owner came out on friday and reassured me , that I didnt have bes bugs. Whar a relief it was. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Crystal. I met her a year ago when she came to service my home for a cockroach infestation. My brand new beautiful house was infested from my neighbors and I was both disgusted and embarrassed. From day one Crystal has come in with immense care and compassion. I had a fantastic experience with Evans pest control. They were very responsive and accommodating, confirmed my appointment and the tech (Ryan) called me as promised when he was on his way. 100% this company & its employees are outstanding! I had fleas 2 weeks ago and was unable to hire a company because they were all booked up. When I called Evans Pest Control, Tiffany was so sympathetic & apologetic she was unable to scheduled me for 3 weeks. However, she took the time to tell me & offer their professional product, how to apply it and what steps to perform before & after! Who does that! Miraculously,probably due to a cancellation (I was too grateful & excited to ask) Ryan came out & sprayed my entire house, basement & yard!! What a relief! FYI: I had The WORST experience with Terminix who scheduled my appointment, charged my credit card & then proceeded to re-schedule me 3 times!!! Typical bait & switch fore knowing they too were fully booked!Thank you Tiffany, Ryan and everyone at Evans Pest Control - you are the most ethical, professional, friendly & helpful people Ive encountered- YOU ARE ALL THE BEST!!Grateful in Fishtown :)
I have never wrote a review before but they deserve an awesome review!!! I could not be happier with the professionalism of Evans Pest control! About a month or two ago we used a different exterminator that did absolutely nothing about our mice problem, I was still finding droppings every morning and seeing a mouse every night. It was terrible. Finally, I looked up different pest control services and saw all of the great reviews for Evans pest control! When they showed up, dressed very professional, I knew they were here to work! Literally the next morning after they came I searched my house for droppings and have not found any!!! I am sooo happy, finally I can sleep again! I would 100% recommend Evans pest control, it is definitely worth the money, no one wants to live with mice!!!

I just moved and saw a few roaches in the new place (back door is not sealed at the floor). Evans was the first highly rated local exterminator I found so I sent them an email at like 10pm. They got back to me first thing in the morning, worked with me to schedule the earliest available appointment, and the guy who showed up was super chill, very knowledgeable and worked quickly. 5/5 would recommend and will use them again in the future if I have any more issues.

Great first time experience with this company. I called and was booked an appointment that same week. The woman who came was professional, knew what she was talking about and very nice. The day after she left I noticed an immediate difference in the problem. The owner also personally called me to make sure I was overall satisfied with my experience. Crystal came to my home because of what I thought was a mouse in the wall. She discovered it was a squirrel with her video recording. Although I now have to call a wildlife control service, she did her best to lure the squirrel out. She was smart, professional, and friendly. I cant overstate how impressed I was with the friendliness, professionalism and thoroughness of the exterminator from Evans Pest Control - as well as the people who initially handled my inquiry and followed up. Fast, friendly, efficient and accommodating - and worth the cost. The other services Ive used in the past pale in comparison with Evans, who even sent a report detailing everything they found and did in my house in order to alleviate my mouse infestation. I would recommend this company to anyone struggling with any sort of pest invasion.
Absolutely over the top, incredible service. I had something making a ton of noise in my wall. It broke through and was running around my room- total nightmare situation. Jeremy came out within the hour and eliminated the issue- which turned out to be a squirrel. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and customer service. 1000% satisfied.
After moving into a new house the last thing anyone wants to see are roaches. Evans sent over Jeremy (the G.O.A.T!!!) to take care of them and he wiped the suckers out the first visit. Came for a follow up and he informed us the place was spotless. Overall pleased with the services. Landlord was jazzed with the low costs and fast response time and my partner and I (the tennants) were happy to have pest free home. I am so pleased with the service from Evans pest. I had 2 treatments for roaches 2 weeks apart. My house has been bug free for almost a month now and it is wonderful. I plan on continuing a quarterly touch-up to mitigate any further infestation (as it appears the problem originates with the building next door). They were fast, affordable, and took appropriate COVID precautions
Excellent company. Very knowledgeable staff who explained everything he was doing, answered every question I had (and I had a lot!), was very honest about problems and areas that were not problems, and punctual, too. I would absolutely contact Evans Pest Control for any pest needs as they not only knew about it all, but their work was extremely effective which was a real blessing!
We used a national exterminator for 10 years and when they didnt call us back to reschedule an appointment after we waited for 2 weeks, I called Evans strictly based on the reviews. I must say they came out in 48 hours and treated our bug problem, with the highest level of professionalism. I am impressed with them especially the way they communicate with their customers. Everything is electronic which makes it so much easier to keep track. If you own or manage property this is the team you want, dont hesitate give them a call first. They really made a horrible situation manageable and I appreciate that. I can not say thank you enough.
My roommates and I spotted a mouse in our apartment, so we called Evans Pest Control after reading all the great reviews. They definitely lived up to the hype! The woman at their office was so friendly, and even though it was the end of her work day, she was able to squeeze us in for an appointment the following morning. Jeremy came to our house, filled multiple holes in our kitchen, set up traps and bait stations on every level. He was very prompt, kind and professional. Additionally, the price is very reasonable for all the work that was done. Highly recommend Evans for quick, professional service!

Wonderful family-owned business that does excellent work and has exceptional customer service. They are very prompt in responding, scheduling, and treating/maintaining and ensure that pests dont come back. In addition (and importantly!), their prices are very reasonable.I had some pest issues, and Chuck and his team at Evans Pest Control have been on the case. I called them and they were here next day. Since they treated my house, I havent seen a single ant or roach since. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
We had a really great experience with Evan’s Pest Control! We had contacted another pest company who backed out of a scheduled appointment because we had wood floors. We then contacted Evan’s and told them of our pest problem, and they were able to treat our wood floors. They walked us through the steps they were going to take, and took the time to prep us as we have a small baby and a pet. We are super happy with our service, and highly recommended them! Jeremy was excellent!
I called Evans on Saturday afternoon and someone was able to come out the next day. Very knowledgeable and professional. They were able to provide good advice on how to maintain our rodent issues. BEWARE! The owner of this company sent an inexperienced and UNLICENSED TECHNICIAN to our house for a cockroach extermination service and then LIED ABOUT THE PESTICIDE used to try and cover up his NEGLIGENCE.We noticed many red flags with the service, including our technicians application process using a single spray both INSIDE and OUTSIDE our home, and even in small areas like our kitchen cabinetry. We gave the technician the benefit of the doubt when he told us its safe but after he left we noticed the wood inside our cabinetry had completely warped from being drenched in the chemicals. The owner could not have acted shadier - including ordering his staff to not disclose the pesticide used or provide the licensing information for the technician. Eventually they provided the pesticide, but it was an obvious lie since it was a DIY organic product that is not commonly used, and also conveniently does not require a license to distribute. Out of extreme concern for our safety, we called the Department of Agriculture who were quick to interview him and find out the real pesticide used, then fined him with a CIVIL PENALTY for not disclosing the product and for sending an unlicensed unsupervised technician to distribute pesticides at our home. We also had our house lab tested through the USDA and found very different components than the ones used in the organic product he insisted was used. Unbelievably, after all this, he still would not provide his insurance information to help us replace our kitchen cabinetry, so we had to get a lawyer which after fees did not fully cover the costs we had to pay to replace our cabinetry. This ordeal went on for MONTHS, all the meanwhile we received notes from the owner claiming that we were just trying to get a free new kitchen out of this which could not have been farther from the truth. We were DEVASTED by this ordeal, we LOVED our initial (and even newly painted) kitchen and because this carried on for so long we had to cancel our Thanksgiving & winter holiday plans in our new home.Some advice: STAY AWAY from this shady business all together but if you have already had their service make sure they fill out your receipt in full (ours was left mostly blank). If you deal with any resistance like we did and suspect something isnt right, report it to the DoA but make sure to also put in a Right-To-Know request at agriculture.pa.gov and they will let you know if your technician is licensed. The civil penalty he received can also be found through this request since its public information.
I was being bitten and was extremely concerned that it could be bedbugs. I called Monday and made an appointment for that Friday morning. By Thursday, I wasn’t being bitten anymore, but I still wanted a complete inspection done just to be safe. Evans Pest came in and did EXACTLY what I wanted; a very thorough inspection to the point that I had to put my bedroom back together :)!!! They assured me they didn’t see anything which calmed my fears and even put traps down for me to monitor going forward. Thanks Evans for doing a thorough inspection and not just blindly spraying around like other companies I’ve called in the past for pest. I certainly recommend their services and will continue using this company going forward.

Everyone at Evans is extremely nice, courteous, and professional. Our inspector, Jeremy, not only knows his stuff, but hell explain how to solve pest problems and keep you informed about every stage of the process. He went out of his way to make sure that we werent being charged for things we didnt need and gave us fair prices for the work that needed to be done. Honestly, he made the entire pest problem at our apartment much more manageable and alleviated a good deal of our anxiety about it. Couldnt recommend them enough. If youre in Philly, this is the place to call.

Both receptionist and exterminator were were super friendly, courteous, and work around your schedule. Their professionalism is top notch and they clearly know what theyre doing. Only received service about 12 hours ago, but preliminary results seem decent so far. Also a 2 week follow up is recommended which guarantees their work.

UPDATE: To Tiffany of Evans Pest Control, a screenshot showing he called outside the appointment window is not a text confirmation. It was also not a courtesy call like I asked for since he said he was already here, not that he was on his way... Also, the severe rodent problem was on the floor above me, not my floor. The rodent droppings he found in the sealed utility room that was on the same floor as my apartment was probably left over from the technician that visited earlier this year from another company? Its not like your tech cleaned the existing droppings either in the utility room before he closed it back up and using that as severe rodent problem for my floor is misleading since the next tech that comes along can easily say the same thing when it was already there. Outside that sealed utility room though, your tech did say he agreed with me that there was no evidence of droppings anywhere else on that floor. You can ask him that yourself.The lack of evidence was the reason why I felt a visit was unnecessary, especially during COVID times, but I complied and let him in anyway even after you did a no-show earlier. Also, I never suggested to him to say to pretend he was here and actually do nothing and get paid for it. I never said anything of the sorts to him and even moved the fridge out of the way before he arrived so he can inspect behind it... You can ask him that too. I was talking with you after the no-show you did and said I am fine if you didnt show because I honestly didnt care if he visited or not when there was no rodent evidence. The reason you took it the way you did was because you werent listening and were talking over me. Also, for all I know, you could have been trying to pull a fast one on the first visit and you should have just showed up or called when you couldnt make it. Even the landlord didnt know that you didnt showed up until I told him I wasted my time waiting for you.Honestly, this is a result of you not listening, talking over me, or not keeping appointments. Like I said, I wasnt even going to leave a negative review until you called the second time to basically argue and talk over me again so thats your problem, not mine.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Had an appointment with them to come to my apartment and they were a no-call no-show the first time and basically wasted my time waiting for them. I asked for a courtesy call the next time and they think calling and saying Im at your door is a heads up... Also, they arrived outside the window given and I let them in at the expense of my work zoom meeting. In retrospect, should have turned them away or told them to wait but, better yet, they should have just stuck to the original agreed upon schedule and not put me in that position. Even better if they didnt do a no-call no-show the first time... Tiffany, the lady I talked to, had problems with admitting fault and just kept talking over me. The only reason this is getting one star is because at least the repairman was nice and did show up this time. Wasnt going to leave a negative review but the lady just called me up to argue and talk over me again. Work on your communication skills and learn what appointments are for.
I called Evans Pest Control after a small issue became a HUGE problem due to some excavation down the street. They completely fixed the problem! Jeremy was not only professional and courteous, he was also kind and made me feel comfortable. It was like speaking with an old friend at times. Also my tenant called thanking me for sending a good exterminator which he pulled things out filled in the holes made them Feel very comfortable about resolving the problem. They were amazing, cant say enough about my experience!. We were having roaches in our apartment (gross) so our landlord called Evans to come over a treat the problem. The woman exterminator came out and treated our problem immediately. She was super helpful in explaining what type of roach we had, possible causes, and was very informative on what the process was. Their treatment was exactly what we needed and have been roach free since. Highly recommend and would use them again!

I never write reviews, but this company deserves praise for such excellent service. I needed a termite inspection for a VA refi, and this was needed after the COVID-19 stay at home order. The inspector arrived on the dot, in PPE, and was quick yet thorough. When the bank kept asking for more information, I would request it from Evans and receive a reply within minutes. Well run company!
Before calling and having our home serviced, we dealt with a terrible mouse problem. One call and when as soon as Chuck entered the problem area, he found the source of the issue and fixed it. Its been 2 weeks and theres been a drastic decrease in activity. Virtually non-existent except for a few stragglers.Weve only called them out for a mouse issue but wed trust them with any pest issue. From courteous customer service over the phone to very personable and pleasant in person service, I cant recommend Evans Pest Control enough!
Tried another company and they did a horrible job. Called Evans Pest Control to come out after the other company and they by far did a way better job. For example, they actually got rid of the bugs! We had Jeremy as a technician and he was knowledgable and thorough. Would definitely use again and recommend.

I was just looking for a rat extermination and was able to get an appointment but was never given an estimate and just assumed it would be ~$75. The serviceman was professional and courteous however, the bill come to $189 for just laying a couple traps and some bait. Ive asked several others what they think about that and agree on its costliness. If I would have know that I would have done that myself for $189!! To be fair I should have asked but that is still way too much imho.

We called Evans in a bit of an emergency and they were able to send someone out the same day. We had a problem with mice in our office and now we do not. I was dealing with a fleas infestation and after weeks of getting no results with everything I tried,I called Evans Pest Control.Spoke to Beth and she empathized with my desperation and got me a next day appointment.Jeremy showed up and was very respectful and efficient. From night to day difference from the first treatment ,barely any fleas left and I am certain after my follow up treatment ,my problem will be completely solved .Thanks to the entire Evans Pest Control members for such fantastic work. I had a mice problem due to recent construction in my neighborhood. They were eating through everything! I read the reviews and said I would give them a try. Boy I’m glad I did! Within a week of them coming out I didn’t see anymore signs of our visitors. He plugged up holes where we didn’t think to look. They were friendly and knowledgeable about how to handle my problem. When they came back for a check up they said they didn’t see any signs of them. Which is great! I would highly recommend them them for you pest issues.

Chuck was able to get to me the same day that I called to calm my nerves about thinking I had bed bugs. He was so knowledgeable and sent me a bunch of things to know what to look for if I actually do end up getting them some day. The price quoted was cheaper than I found other places as well. He responded quickly to emails afterward and it was an overall great experience.
Was unfortunate to have had a mice infestation in my house. The mice were chewing up the wood and getting into EVERYTHING!! I called Evans Pest Control and Jermemy was the technician that came out. Hes amazing! Jeremy did a complete inspection of the house and showed me where the mice were getting in. He plugged up all of the openings, set down bait and traps. We used Evans Pest Control for our facility to address several issues, including termites and rodents. They were responsive, efficient, and quick. Additionally, they were reasonably priced. We highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.
Great service my husband was so glad i found them. Very professional came out the next day to handle a problem at my rental property. Quick service is what i love. I would highly recommend them to anyone. This will be the only pest control company i use from now on.
Ive been lucky enough to never have needed an exterminator until recently when a family of mice invaded our Pantry. These guys were fabulous - I called on a Tuesday evening and he squeezed me in as the first appointment the very next morning. Friendly, diligent, and very thoughtful - I have a small dog and they was extremely cautious with everything he used to ensure that no harm could come to my pooch.They got the job done quickly and offered a lot of good advice for keeping the mice out. I also mentioned that I had started seeing a few ants and without hesitation they ran out to the truck to get a spray to take care of the ants as well.Family company that truly cares about their customers - I highly recommend them. If we ever have any problems, we will absolutely been using Evans Pest Control.

Jeremy and Nick got to us very quickly, were super professional and thorough, and communicated well. We got a heat treatment for the whole house, and a recommendation from Jeremy to follow up by sealing the cracks in baseboards and windows to prevent future infestations. Well know at our two week checkup whether the bugs are actually all gone, but for now were feeling relieved.
Bought a new home and just wanted to make sure I had it professionally checked out for pests. The guy that came was veryyy nice and informative and kept reassuring me that he was going to take care of everything! He moved my oven. Checked under the sinks. Went in the garage. Chuck is a pleasure to deal with. Have dealt with Evans Pest Control twice now at two different properties. The first time they dealt with Mice and handled it beautifully carefully cleaning tight spaces and sealing up all entry ways. The second time they dealt with german cockroaches and have sprayed and sealed up all areas. Would highly recommend this business.
I never needed an exterminator before until a few months ago. I had a small roach problem, I tried to treat it myself and after several attempts to get rid of them, I finally called Charles. His prep sheet was very helpful and after following his instructions, he came out and treated and my problem was solved. Have not seen 1 bug since then. But if I ever do again, Charles will be promptly called. Price was great too.
We’ve used Evan’s for two separate pest problems and each time they’ve been honest, courteous, and most importantly… completely removed the pests.
My husband and I needed a quick inspection and potential partial treatment to our house, which was closing sale in 12 days. Charles was very helpful over the phone, trying to get as much information as possible before making any determination of what costs might be and then was able to give us a ballpark quote that came in very close to the final cost (a $28 dollar difference we could definitely handle). It happened that they were able to come the same day(!) and they made sure we had the proper treatment and all the paperwork we needed for settlement. Charles and his brother were very professional, kind, and explained everything they were doing as well as answered any questions I had.A day or two after our service, our realtor asked for additional paperwork, and Charles not only got back to us about it within the day we called, he also had all the paperwork completed and emailed to us by that evening. He also called the next morning to confirm we had received the paperwork and to let us know we could still call if there were any further needs. If we are within range of their service area when we eventually find our new home, we will definitely call them again for any pest control needs. Excellent customer service!!!
The woman exterminator was so nice and explained the process to me as she worked. I was devastated that I had roaches in the new house I moved into. She explained that there was not alot of activity and should be fine. It was a huge relief and she helped me feel more at ease.

So I moved into a new house in june and several weeks later my kids started getting these bites all over their arms and legs. After talking to a neighbor, I found out that several people on my side of the street had an ongoing bed bug problem. So I went in their bedroom at night to inspect and for sure we had a problem. While searching for an exterminator I was mortified at how expensive it was going to be. I found Evans Pest Control on google and decided to give them a try. After coming out, they actually gave me the lowest rate out of all of the others i had called. I was skeptical because cheap rates mean cheap service but that was NOT the case at all. They were great and very professional. After giving me a list of precautions and treating my home I have not had any problems since. If I ever have any other problems Ill definitely be giving them another call.

For some reason the mice wanted to take over my house...running out while we were in the kitchen. They came on tues and by wed i started to see the mice die... no new droppings... perfect!! Highly recommended.
Jeremy is very thorough and willing to go the extra mile. The mice were coming from a closet that is jam packed with stuff. He took everything out, put it back in and cleaned up after himself. Hes also very conscientious of my little kids. I mistakenly hired someone else who laid tracking powder behind my fridge. Jeremy identified this as a hazard and made sure he got rid of the powder. I have been waiting two weeks after mouse traps where put down. They used traps which caught something and i was promised that they would return quickly to get anything up all meanwhile ive been bounced around and told they are to busy they dont care my home is smelly.. very disappointedResponse....Fyi i called to change to quarterly sunday given there is a need..and was put on hold monday then i asked to speak to a manager and promised a call back by this week never happened ive tried my best to reach out..

Explained the process and stayed in contact with me every step of the way. 2021-12-22This is the second time we have used Evans Pest Control and both times their staff were professional, courteous, and on time! With my husband and I just buying our first home we just wanted to make sure that everything was on the up and up in the new house. After explaining this to the tech they did a full sweep of the entire house checking everything possible and explaining what they were looking for as well as what we should be looking for. 2022-05-07We have had a problem within our house with mice and decided enough was enough after many different things weve used. Krystal was our pest control expert and she is so knowledgeable, and not at all judgemental. She has an amazing memory, she remembered a few things that I mentioned about my cats after 2 weeks. I can hardly remember what I had for breakfast. It made us feel that the business is truly like a family and treat their customers like their own family members. I could ramble on about how personable she is! We only want her to come out from now on! Evans pest control, dont ever fire her, if she hasnt already gotten a raise, give her one!! 😂. The overall experience is the best Ive ever seen in any business Ive come across. They can text, email, or call to set up your appointments which is extremely convenient. I work in healthcare and its hard to pick up my phone, so being able to confirm by text is great. Also, we havent seen any mice since she came out! Thank you again, I highly recommend this group. 2022-03-23After finding three mice in two weeks, I gave Evans Pest Control a call and was scheduled for an appointment the next day. My exterminator, Sean, arrived on time and was extremely thorough, professional, and friendly. He asked some questions to better understand my problem, then did a very thorough examination of my house, exterior, and crawl space. He pulled out appliances, filled and sealed all holes/gaps, and placed a LOT of bait and traps around all the problem areas. After he was finished, he explained everything he did and told me how he thinks the mice are getting in. He recommended a follow-up inspection to check on the traps and to see if there are any new findings and areas of concern. Immediately after the appointment, I received an email with a detailed inspection report which outlined all the findings and treatments used. Thank you Sean and Evans Pest Control!

2022-04-29A few weeks ago I got nervous, thought I saw a bug so I called evans. I asked for an extermination and the woman I spoke to was very helpful. She explained the process and didn’t try to sell me a service until everything was explained. She answered my questions and gave great information. I was honestly just anxious and she was honest and said she didn’t want someone to take an advantage of me but if I did see a bug to give them a call back for an inspection. I didn’t end up needing their services but I appreciate the knowledge and time they spent explaining things to me. I also appreciate that they did not try to take advantage of me and sell me a service I did not need

2022-06-12I made an appointment for a general extermination treatment. A man name Mike came in the afternoon although I had requested morning. He sprayed around the home however he did not replace the old glue traps which had flies on them with new ones. When I kept asking him if he had used the glue pen on the cabinets, he just said I got you:which made me think he had done so . On several occasions I believe that I saw a flash around where he was bending over. My ADT camera caught what apparently looked like this man was taking pictures of my back door. After I thought he had not only sprayed but put down new glue traps and used new glue pen, I saw no evidence of this after he left.He only put now 1 or 2 glue traps, many were old and not replaced, no evidence of new glue pen trappings. I called and asked about the policy concerning picture taking and explained about the lack of glue traps and pen use that I thought was needed for the job and no one called back. When I called another girl answered the phone and in my opinion she was completely rude and ignorant. She accused me of shouting when I simply asked her to give me a couple of glue traps and pen and that I would place them myself or at least give me some of my money back. She said that she would not do any of those things , she appeared scared and agitated. The guy named Mike never called me to explain the flashing that I believe he was using with his camera that I believed he kept in his back pocket. I do not recommend this company because of its hostile and nasty treatment of me for simply wanting my questions answered. I used this company twice before and I never had to complain, this alone should have been taken into consideration when I made this complaint on the week of June 6, 2022

2022-01-12Called Evans for a mouse problem. They scheduled me within a few days and at a time that worked for me. They gave me a 3hr. window and the technician called to let me know he was on his way. He was very thorough pulling out ny 30 year old stove and refrigerator, placing bait and traps and cleaned up afterwards. He went through every room placing bait, traps both snap and glue strategically through the house. Also explained what he was doing throughout. I will have a 2 week follow-up to check everything. I am very pleased with this service and would highly recommend them.
