Expressway Grip is one of the best places on EARTH to get lighting, grip, walkies. Power Plant & Graham Studios LOVE these guys. Efficient, Nice, Funny and best of all, easy to deal with.
I had to borrow some equipment and they were really punctual with responding to emails and phone calls. Also took the time to explain how to use some of the equipment I did not know how to use. Later on, they realized I left a key component of the rental, so they drove over to make sure I got it!

2017-11-21I dont usually post reviews but I felt it was worth stating just how appreciative we were to have had that equipment and team from Expressway for our shoot.John Baumgartner was a rockstar for us on set. Him and his crew worked with such speed and precision we were all in disbelief of what they could pull off in the tight window of time we had for that location. Not only were they tireless workers, but also great people who helped keep the set lighthearted and fun.Expressway came through for us and beyond. I know that Im not only speaking for myself when I say that there will be no place else Ill be renting from for future projects.

2021-05-28I rented from the Rochester house. If Im ever in town to do another project, large or small, this is where Im going.Jordan was great at putting together my quote, and great communication. The rest of the team was super friendly at check out and drop off.Great gear, in great shape. More than I can say about some places in Los Angeles.If youre thinking of doing a project in the greater Rochester area, this is the place to rent from.

2017-12-05Amazing experience this weekend at Expressway Cinema. I rented a ton of equipment for a film shoot this weekend in Atlantic City, and received phenomenal service from the staff at Expressway, as well as having the privilege to use some of their high quality equipment from their inventory. Kevin, Ben and Zach helped with picking up all of the equipment, and were extremely friendly, supportive and knowledgable on all of the equipment and provided excellent customer service. Kevin, Ben and Dan helped me again today with the drop-off process for my equipment, and was again met with great service and super friendly people. I will definitely be using Expressway again for all of my future rentals in Philadelphia.

2017-07-07As good as it gets. James, Mike, Chris, and the gang were awesome every step of the way. Easy-going yet passionate. Professional, yet casual. Excellent style. Excellent style I say!! And a very reasonable price. Especially for the super high quality result we received.As the Director of Marketing for Arnolds Office Furniture, my team and I spent a day in a studio shooting a marketing video for our Sunline Sliding Cubicles and we couldnt have imagined the video finish up any better.In fact, we loved it so much, we had them create an instructional video for cubicle assembly using as much of the footage as they could from the video shoot while weaving in other visual assets, and that was also fantastic. The onscreen display additions, the voice-overs, the help with the script, and their patience with our mild perfectionism was appreciated and comes highly recommended. If you want to shoot a commercial (or probably anything), USE THESE GUYS!!!!!!!

Weve rented from Expressway for jobs with budgets under $10k and over $100k, and no matter what, they still treat all of our orders with equal importance. Simply put, the Expressway team is the best!
