Fast service, family run but very nice and professional. At moment getting battery replaced, has a 5yr warranty and got a year ago.. all taken care of. Live close to here, always busy so they must be doing something right! Will come here for future things to be done outside of dealership warranty.

Occasionally my vehicle would act like it wasnt getting enough gas. It still ran and we drove it but wanted it diagnosed so we knew what the problem was, since we changed fuel filter and pump and it was still happening. They had my 2004 Jeep for a month. After two weeks I called and they stated they couldnt find an issue and Jeep never did anything unusual for them. They said they drove it for at least 30 minutes and then let it run for 45 minutes with no problems. So my husband went to pick it up on a Friday. He got there and it wouldnt start due to dead battery so the mechanic came out to start it and when he did he blew the whole breatherbox apart (That was new). It also started doing what it had done to us occasionally. They told us they would look at it tomorrow or Monday now that they heard what it had been doing (they thought we were crazy because they had no issues with it....their words to me). Well another week and me calling a few more times they just kept saying we are going to get to it tomorrow or so and so is out for a few days. Then it was we are baffled we dont know what it is. They said they could start replacing stuff but its just a guessing game. We declined the owner then said he had some other guy coming in on Saturday and he was going to have him look at it and see if he could possibly diagnose the problem. I called on Tuesday and was told they still were unsure but wanted to replace the crank sensor, why, no clue because it had no issue starting, so of course we declined. The next day they called and said they couldnt figure it out and we need to come get our vehicle but WE would need it get it towed because NOW it wont start. When asked why, they said I dont know we tried messing with it over the weekend and couldnt get it to start. We DROVE it there they DROVE it without problem we should be able to DRIVE it home! They were very rude and unprofessional. This was our family car and only means of transportation for the whole family. I have two babies under two and this jeep NEVER left us stranded. So we did call the police to file a report. After the officer went down to the shop he called me and told me that Fasmo had PUSHED my car off their property on to 14th st and we needed to get it off the street ASAP.If I could give zero stars I would. We have contacted a lawyer and are exploring all our options on how to handle the situation next.

Honesty, Integrity, Knowledge, Experience & Skill are all characteristics you look for when choosing a mechanic or service station to repair your vehicle. Mike and his wife have all these qualities, unmatched customer service and then some.Seriously, they are just absolute great people. Mike is so knowledgeable and delivers such a high quality of service. I highly recommend Fasmo to everyone. Even if they are about an hours drive from where you live. Trust me you will thank me. It is very hard to find a service provider that fits all the qualities that create a Mom & Pop shop experience. Seriously, Great poeple and an honest mechanic/technician you can trust! Need I say more? No ,I shouldnt have to. Call them. They are the best. Thanks again to Fasmo for taking great care of my Not a Cop Car.

It was good because they towed and diagnosed and fixed the problem with my 2007 Honda Civic in just a day and half. I would recommend them to anyone who breaks down near Ambridge PA. They will fix you up and get you back on the road asap. They keep you posted with updates as well so that youre not sat there wondering as well

They are an amazing place to get work done! Honesty is on point! They are knowledgeable and reasonable! I will not go anywhere else! The fact that they are really friendly is just the icing on the cake! Thanks FASMO!!!

Took my truck here for first time they were very nice told me exactly what problem was didnt beat around bush would definitely recommend will return for any further issues

This place is one of the best I’ve dealt with , prices are reasonable and the service is amazing! They’re extremely down to earth and really get the job done right!
