Got coffee in Alaquipa, PA for last leg of trip. Coffee was fresh. Little chat with man in charge.Nice!
By far the worst McDonald’s in the area. Save your time and go to the one down by Monaca Walmart. I work in the same plaza as this McDonald’s and frequent it often for coffee and such. I’ve worked near it for almost 2 years now and I can assure you it’s on a steady downward spiral. First off they apparent fired the super nice and speedy guy who always worked the drive through and took orders on daylight shift. It’s been a month and there’s still only ever 1 person working the drive through. The dining room is always closed. Ordering online is pointless because the drive through line is usually 10 -15 cars deep at all times. Service is slow as molasses on a cold January morning. Also they don’t have anyone to bring meals out to the reserved spots. At least not any faster than waiting in the line. The last time I went to this location I waited in line for 10 minutes before reaching the order station, once I pulled up I proceeded to wait another 8 full minutes at the speaker waiting for someone to come on. I said “hello” many times to make sure it was working with no reply. Eventually the girl came on the speaker and of course the coffee machine was down! Of course!! They need a big sign out front saying what they are out of before you sit in line for your full lunch break to end up with no coffee. I hate this place. It would be a better use of space as a parking lot at this point. Now I just drive down to the Monaca McDonald’s and always get my coffee within minutes.
Honestly, come on guys. It cant be that hard to get an order correct. The young lady at the drive-thru window was not very pleasant. I got 3 meals, they were all wrong.. I think the way to fix this is pay each person $2 to $3 per hour and let you work for tips, like a waiter or waitress. Bet the food improves in a hurry!
Fresh food and very quick service. Very fresh actually. Lightly salted fries which is good because they dont burn your face off. Total time in drive through was less than 5 minutes. Good experience.
That McDonalds was actually really good their food was really fresh everything we got was really good every time Im up this way I would like to stop by there cuz the best experience Ive had at a McDonalds in a long time

McDonalds is McDonalds when it comes to the food. I ordered a mobile order and was cheerily greeted by name by the cashier. While the food is nothing special, they consistently have done it well and have made it memorable with their customer service.
Its been over 10 years since last eating at Macs and it took one burger to remember why. The burger sucked.
Love their Fish sandwich their pancakes and sausage and their French fries are by far the best. Their shamrock shakes have changed and just aren’t as good as they used to be. We would wait all year for them to come and now it’s just not worth it. One problem is their service is slow. I think it’s the slowest McDonald’s in the county. Another place were you can always find something to eat.
Update: I gave this mcdonalds a few more tried recently. Not any better.Today we got a family meal. The chicken nuggets Tasted horrible. Not sure why the unusual horrible taste but I still wouldnt recommend this place . Drive a few more miles and find another one. Not sure what happened this place use to be goodI was at the center McDonalds today. There was a manager there , she had real long nails an was doing garbage behind the counter. The boy that rungThe man up before me stepped away from the counter . The manager screamed from the front to the boy that was the whole way in the back. She screamed his name. Then when the boy got to the front she yelled at the boy in a very loud and unpleasant tone...RIGHT INFRONT OF ALL THE CUSTOMERS that was standing there. 3 of us including me made mention of it . we were shocked how the manager treated the boy loudly twice when we were all standing there . the boy looked upset and embarrassed. We let the boy know how it was NOT ok for the manager to treat him that way.this should be looked into. No-one has the right to treat another individual like she treated him. He was afraid to even talk to is when she was around.
Shakes and fries are my goto meal here.

In our town of Baden on Sunday mornings there are 3 churches that get out between 11 and noon. It is crazy that they stop serving breakfast at 11. On Sunday it needs to be noon.
I occasionally stop if I didnt take a lunch to work. I usually just go to the drive thru, service has been pretty consistent overall.
Was at the drive thru on Monday April 29 around 3pm. Had the absolute friendliest person wait on me I have ever had. I believe this young lady was a mgr. my food was hot and very good. When I go back I really hope she is there again. Thank you for making my visit good and making my day
They need to work on their employees, bad service. Didnt listen to my order, messed it up. Didnt taste like they changed the grease, that is vital for a place that fries alot of its food!
Manager saw me on bike and thought I was standing at drive through. We all joked it was funny. Guy on sport bike getting a chocolate shake.
This is a sorry business. Stopped in ordered a simple meal drove 28 miles home and my 3 year old had no mcnuggets in the bag.. they charged me for them I paid my hard earned money for them and they basically stole them from my kids mouth by not READING what I purchased. That is very poor management and as I see it theft...
I will eat here every few months when I see my Doctor in Alquipa, PA. They make the occasional mistake on my drive through order but not often enough to stop me from going back.

The person who waited on me was very kind and efficient and everyone that work there seem to be friendly, one time I went to a fast food restaurant and there was some kind of an issue going on and there were two girls out in the parking lot talking about another girl that was inside and it was a big turn-off. Strife in a workplace is never good.
Had a Big Mac. The hamburger, if thats what you want to call it, was 1/2 the size of bun. If you just tasted the hamburger alone it was grease and did not have the texture or favor of hamburger meat. This is the first time in years since I have been to McDonalds and will be the last.
This place just get worse every time I go there. It’s incredible how little someone could care or do and not be fired. AND THIS IS THE NICER OF THE ONE I WANTED TO WRTIE. I wish I could include the pictures of what has been handed to me....

Worst customer service I have ever had at a drive thru. Girl who took my order was so rude. After placing my order for a number one I waited for her to ask what kind of drink I’d like but instead she responds with a rude “And?”. Then pulled up to pay she just looked at me and waited for me to hand my money over without repeating what I owed. Go to the 2nd window and the lady says nothing just hands my bag out. I say thank you and again she says nothing and just looks at me. Would it be too much to ask for the workers to at least act happy?
The wait times, to order, to pay, to receive my order were in excess of minutes each. If I ran this franchise, I would restaff, retrain and follow up. I feel patrons should receive an explanation, and be compensated. Last visit to this McDonalds
Absolutely awful, I live close to this McDonalds and can easily say this is the worst one I’ve been too. I’ve been there over 20 times only due to the convienance. I’ve been pulled and made to wait almost every time, consistent wrong orders, cold food and just plain bad service. My most recent experience will be my last, as I told the drive though attendant if i could have a few moments to order, I hear employees talking about me taking so f####### long on the mic. And for that reason, I’m out.

Very unusual for a Mickey Ds but the staff acted like they didnt want be there almost like a robot. Then had to pull to the side for food to finish and it took close to ten minutes for them to bring it out and then a manager brought out two orders piled on top of each other and gave me mine and then took the other order to that car. Very disappointed with this location. The food was very good service was bad.
Tried the mobile order system McDonalds has in place, what a fiasco!!! The menu presented items that were no longer available, then gave me a completed order code that was not retrievable at the restaurant. This required me to park and go in to see management for corrective action. But rest assured I was still charged for this messed up system.
Comfortable atmosphere. The food is consistent for dinner but breakfast items could be more consistent. I get the Sausage egg and cheese McGriddle. The maple syrup bun is the main thing at every McDonalds that is not consistently sweet tasting. Its either great bliss or bad dreadful.
Gave me diet soda through drive thru when I pulled back around. Checked the cheeseburger to see if the order was correct no pickle. The sticker for the grill order cook was correct no pickle but there was pickle. The crew chief tried to give me an excuse of short staffed but he was standing with cashier laughing and smark answers. Asked to speak with manager...he was defensive not even knowing what had happened and was being covered up by crew chief. Terrible customer service from the back of the house all the way to the front of the house. Wont be using center twp McDonalds again.

Best McDonald’s I’ve been to in a long time. The food is wayyyy more hit than miss compared to any other McDonald’s. I come here at least twice a week and the staff are super friendly and have memorized my usual order.
Service is hit or miss. As of recently they have been getting orders right. In the end its still McDonalds which is a favorite of the kiddos but, not so much myself.
Orders were confused and we never got our correct order. There were 2 outside lanes which were chaotic. There wasnt much order 2 them and wait time was long. Forget it if ur in a hurry.

Manager at the Center Twp store is wonderful. She is very friendly, goes out of her way to make sure our students get everything they need and always makes us feel welcomed.
This McDonalds was very clean & the staff was very friendly. I do have a complaint about the lids McDonalds uses on their soda/iced tea cups. They are ill fitting. I cant tell you the number of times theyve come off just by picking up the drink. Ive worn a drink many times because of this. I purchase an iced tea most everyday.

Management sucks except for Malcolm, he is a good leader he pays attention to the young people and helps them, the general manager actually got away with throwing a fry at my childrens Mother in the Drive-Thru because she was upset that she messed the order up and my childrens Mother tried to correct her and got food thrown out her and nothing happened, if that was me my food would have been thrown back at her while I was in the store and the police have been called but the police didnt do nothing to her after they were called. Ordered an Artisan grill chicken sandwich with onions, tomatoes & lettuce. Got home no onions, 3 tiny tomatoes, one with the core in it & the lettuce looked wilted. Plus milkshake machine was down. Did talk 2 a manager.
The food is as good as one can expect from a McDonalds, but do be wary of the Sasquatch they keep around most evenings. I dont think he (or is it a she?) means any harm, but it sure can frighten your pants off if you werent expecting a hirsute humanoid cryptid to be preparing your sandwich. Never had a problem with hairs in my food thankfully.
Typical McDonalds but this place is interesting as it has historic pictures of Beaver County throughout the dining area.
Stop here on my way to work because it’s convenient. Always order vanilla iced coffees-it’s a gamble every time. One will be good and like today, it’ll be milk with a hint of coffee and zero vanilla. Take your chances, I guess.

Very slow service. There was a line of 8 people and nobody taking orders. The manager comes out and looks at the line and just continues on her way with what she was doing instead of starting to take orders.

I went into this Mc Donalds around 915pm and found all the doors locked. The manager on duty let us in. I asked why do they have the doors locked. His reply to keep bus loads of people out cause they are under staffed. We received our food. And we sat there we got to watch the staff hang out with friends and pass out free food. The place was a mess and dirty. Do not go to this Mc Donalds. Locking customers in is against the law and I made sure I stated that as I was leaving...

The McDonalds in Walmart in Robinson Town Center is the worst McDonalds Ive ever been to the one in Imperial is very bad as well the McDonalds in Robinson Walmart I was there today I got a Happy Meal new girl was so rude the french fries were werent even done it was horrible there was no sweet tea there was no Sweet and Low there was no ice and there was no one working the girl that was working was rude and obnoxious the manager was working I told her there were as I was trying to eat the horrible meal that I just purchased she left right in the middle of everything did not check the T did not fill the ice machine did not do anything she just left after she told me she would get right on it it was the worst experience Ive ever had but inside of McDonalds for other people complained about the french fries as well complain about the Tea in the ice as well it was really bad just thought youd like to know
The grilled chicken sandwich was really good but I got old cold fries and they needed to changed the oil because you can taste the old oil they were gross
Ordered what used to be a McDLT (Quarter Pounder with cheese with shredded lettuce, tomato and mayo) everything was good and fresh. No problems. Nice manager, too.
You can only go through the drive thru due to the store being understaffed. Sad.

I ordered a cheeseburger, then stood at the counter for 15 minutes while a dozen people behind me got their orders. Then they asked if I needed anything. They gave me an apple pie to make up for skipping my order.
Starting to think the ice cream machine not working must be a requirement to own/operate a McDonalds in the state of Pennsylvania. Every time I stop here I cant get a milkshake.

2022-06-06This place is still old school. It’s nice to sit in a blast from the past. They were quit busy on this particular day. I ordered on my app for dine in. The app had the option of bringing it to your table which I thought was cool! After I ordered I used the rest room. It was clean and well stocked with tp. I returned to my table. The order was taking a bit long so after about 13 min I went to check . Unfortunately the manager and staff had no clue about the option of bringing my food over. But it does say it in every table in the dining room that this option is available. So my order was bagged any ready for take out. I still ate in though. She did apologize. I must have got there just in time though, cause my food was still warm. They did forget my coffee and a hash brown. The restaurant was quit empty and tables were clean. We enjoyed our lunch Despite the mix up.

2022-03-14Always a great fast & fresh breakfast! Sometimes its extremely busy and you may be asked to pull forward and wait, which is fine with me since I know theyre making sure our food is made to order and fresh! Well worth the time. If I want a faster experience I can easily order on the the app and my food is ready for me to drive right through!

2022-06-16They mess up orders pretty often. Its quiet mostly. The tables are clean. Workers are quick. Drive through is very quick. Lots of parking spots. Bathrooms are clean and accessible!

2021-04-12This is by far the worst McDonald’s in this area!!! Very rarely do they ever get the order correctly and The seating area is always closed every other week the last time it was open and I sat down to eat my lunch the old guy completely ran the vacuum on the rugs 3 feet from where I was eating Dustin stuff went all over my food I completely threw it away and have not been back in to eat so today I showed up and of course the lobby is closed once again and the drive-through is completely busy as always I don’t understand why people continue to come here if I didn’t need something quick right now I would totally go to the gas station

2022-08-05I used to really like this McDonalds. They used to have a staff that was really friendly. Now almost every staff person that I encounter Im the drive-thru is very rude. I think I might just start going to the monaca McDonalds from now on.
