I love bringing my grandkids here. Theres always something new. Besides the play towers,they always request the mining experience.
Im not sure if you can all a place McDonalds if they have no shakes, no ice cream, no slashes and soft drinks without any ice. I dont think they should have bothered being open.

When the customer is patronizing your business.. there is no need to share with me your companys hardships.. to wait 10 minutes for a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and then to be told its because were short staffed has nothing to do with me you need to give your workers better options so they can commit to your business needs!
I was shocked to see the mistake I made because the Order frame didnt tell me I was buying a Plain Burger when I thought I had asked for a Plain Bun. Now I will say Honestly That wasnt a $10 meal I paid for Sorry to say when I got 2 burgers with cheese and a side of Shredded Lettuce...!😡😡 Oh and by the way I didnt even get my price off on meal to top it..!

Number 7 condoms found in food! At a McDonalds in Easton Pennsylvania in 1999 William Smith discovered a condom while eating his big mac! He complained to the manager who apologized and offered him 2 coupons! Smith would later file a lawsuit against the company citing emotional and physical illness. 10 years later a swiss 7 year old girl found a condom in her order of fries. Her mother was understandibly furious called the police and sent the profelectic to a laboratory to see if it posed a health risk!

The service here is great! However, the manager is extremely nasty. Talking down to her employees and treating guest like garbage. Shes been working there for a few years, and its seems she get worse, and worse every year.

Never have I ever been in such a trailer trash infested establishment even with the understanding I am walking into a fast food restaurant. First off the two women handling my food were not wearing gloves. Never mind the fact I have currently been waiting for 12 minutes for a large order of French fries. There is currently no one else waiting for food and they seem to be having a grand old time socializing and joking around while my fiancé and I are waiting right in front. Not once has anyone asked if we are waiting for something or need any help. I would be embarrassed if I were any sort of upper management of this place. I do not have any high hopes of excellent customer service but this has been such a horrific experience. Thank god I live 115 miles away. Sheesh.

The prices at this Mcdonalds are too high. For the most part their drive thru timing are usually 5-10 minute wait depending on how big the orders are. Great group of workers just really need to work on drive thru speed and efficiency along with their price hikes.

I had the Deluxe Chicken Sandwich. I was disappointed because I had it before and it was much better. Overall its okay for fast food. I really like the fries!!

The drivetrhru window workers were very nice and friendly. The highlight of this trip was the price of the vanilla cones. To my suprise they are a dollar!!!! ...unlike the Bethlehem locations which charge almost 3 dollars for a single cone. Only improvement Im looking for in the Lehigh Valley locations is adding strawberry cream pies to the menu.
They forgot my kids meal on the same ticket of only 3 items twice wasnt busy just very unorganized

I like it much better since they renovated it. Ive used the self-serve machine but it doesnt have many of the options for customization I wouldve expected, but there is always at least one cashier available to take your order if you dont want to use the machine. The place looks nice and bright. They changed the way the deliver the orders, and I cant decide if it was a change for the better, or not.
My order was incorrect and although they were open to go inside, the restroom wasnt even available for paying customers. I would not return to this McDonalds and I definitely would not recommend my family, friends, or any professional drivers to patronise this McDonalds. Its just not the service Im used to.

One of the best McDonalds Ive ever been to! I stopped in because there was heavy traffic on I-78 and it was close by making it easy to stop for a quick bite/rest. The restrooms were clean and didnt smell, and the overall environment in the restaurant was real nice and chill, plus they bring the food to you!
Ordered 2 combo meals via the drive thru last night that totaled $19.35. The sodas were awful like dirty carbonated water. The cheeseburgers were the worst j have ever had at a McDonalds. The buns were mushy soggy like they were dipped in water. The ketchup was super watery. Threw it all all out

I thought Ive seen it all at a fast food place but this tops the cake. Stopped by to get hot fresh fries well done always get well done because I like them crispy. Ordered a large they put a medium container in a large container and they werent fresh they were double fried and tasted like oil. Awful just lazy workers.

HORRIBLE service ! Literally the WORST run fast food place I have ever been to. Used to be fine until new owner (?) did a recent remodel and added an order kiosk - and then apparently fired half the staff. A 20 min. wait for a simple burger and fries - ridiculous. Add in wrong orders, wrong change and poor staff attitude. Lucky for them they have a great location but the consistently terrible service will destroy them, deservedly so
This McDonalds is awesome! Very clean and you can order your food from a computer and they bring it to your table! The only reason Im not giving it 5 stars is because the sign from route 78 said 1 mile but it was 2.5. The staff is also nice.

THEY DO NOT WEAR GLOVES WHEN HANDLING YOUR FOOD, ESPECIALLY DURING COVID PANDEMICThis McDonald’s is terrible. When going through the drive thru, NOBODY were wearing gloves and when I asked “aren’t you guys suppose to be wearing gloves” the woman at the drive thru had a nasty attitude. Terrible service! Also, as I was leaving an employee that was outside confirmed that they don’t wear gloves when handling people’s food. Be safe rather than sorry and save yourself the trip.
Followed the McDonald’s signs off the highway after a long drive down from PA. After 15 minutes of driving out of our way following these ridiculous signs we decided to just call it a day accept the extra 30 mins on the ride and go. To be clear the store itself may or may not be one star quality but for whoever thought screwing people over on the highway, you deserve that one star.Whoever came up with that marketing idea to bring in customers has to be canned immediately. Who the hell wants to take a pit stop 20 minutes out of the way?
First of all, there was no soap in the restroom, how do employees wash their hands without soap? Second the cashier took my order and then promptly forgot about me, I waited 15 minutes before I asked about my meal. I watched two customers who ordered after me receive their meals, and one of them got a free meal. When I asked where the manager was I was told that she was in her office, my meal came soon after that and it was cold..... Do not go to this place!!!!!!

WORST MCDONALDS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! Awful service! I ordered through the app and used the “pick up at window” feature. They clearly had no common sense as to how you use the app as they denied me of my order WHEN I LEGIT HAD IT RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME! I made several remarks regarding their mistakes and they continued to deny them by simply robotically restating their original claims. To add to this, I called TWICE before going over asking them about how it all works and they still didn’t give me my meal and proceeded to close their shop. All I wanted was a Big Mac, man! DAYUM! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!
Walked in and there we about 9 people who had ordered waiting for their food.Ordered, waiting 10 minutes for my food.Sat down. Got up to get ketchup. Ketchup pump empty.Went to counter. Got packetsSat back down.Fries cold. Got back up walked to counter. Manager and another employee standing with their backs to me waiting for food from the back line.I said excuse me. Said it loser and again. Both the manager and employee looked at me and turned back towards the back line.A cashier stopped a transaction and got me fries. They were taken out of the hopper. No fresh fries in site.Never again.
Now, I will say I haven’t been to this location since their marquis kept a running total number of those served. Probably 1984. But I’m happy to see it’s still a McDonald’s. Perfect spot. Hopefully they are still decorated with tributes to revolutionary Minute Men. We should never forget the contributions of the Minute Men.
All I know is their shake machine is always working no matter what time I go and thats virtually unheard of for any McDonalds so 5 stars just for that
This MCDONALDS has a horrible parking lot set up from parking to the drive thru also the inside wasnt the cleanest nor was the restroom Im not one to quickly judge but its the same every time also the workers lack any pride to there work.
The employee at drive thru is very polite and attentive to drive thru. Food is always well cooked.
Fries are usually hot and they always let me special order a black and white milkshake so when I indulge in this terribly unhealthy dietary failure I can depend on this location to be consistent and acceptable for what it is.
Not a huge Macdonalds fan, however they always have good customer service and breakfast is absolutely delicious. I get their big breakfast ( 3 got cakes, biscuit, scrambled eggs, and sausage) with a large caramel frappe 😊. I would definitely recommend.
With remarkable consistency this particular McDonalds fails to live up to the concept of fast food. Whether its busy or slow, peak hours or off, Ive had to wait for even the simplest of orders. Most of the staff is disinterested at best. This makes it difficult for the few members they are motivated and actually try to make the dining experience a pleasant one. On several occasions they forgot to put my order in and then argued with me and placed the blame on me. Although Ive sworn to never return you simply cant deny the allure of the McDouble and the next nearest McDonalds is 25th street. So, if youre in a hurry dont risk a quick run to the drive thru- you will be disappointed.
Undoubtedly the worst McDonalds i have had the misfortune to visit. Horribly long wait times, zero concern for customers. While waiting for our food, customers were trying to order and asked the manager, who happened to be near by, if they were taking orders. To which the manger responded, Me? and proceeded to ask the customer if they knew where the front people where so that they could take their orders. At one point i saw the man who ordered before us ask for his frappes. No big deal. After responding to his question the employee treated him as though he werent there and continued making orders for other customers. After waiting 8 minutes for our food and eating it, the man had still not received his frappes and to top it off an item in his order was incorrect. So much waste. Needs new management, image, team. Much disappoint, such disgust wow

We were not overly impressed with this location. The food was good, but the rest rooms were dirty and our server was surly to say the least.Let me say, Im not a picky guy, but I expect at least a courteous server and reasonably prompt service.While we ordered our food, the girl taking our order acted like she had some place shed rather be. My son ordered from the all-day breakfast menu. We waited for our food (a while). Finally, the girl comes up and asks, half-heartedly, if we want the hashbrown with our breakfast meal. I simply said, if it comes with it, then Id like it.Turns out she didnt really want to cook up the single hash brown. She dropped it in and told me it would be another 4-5 minutes while it cooked. I mentioned I would have asked for fries if Id known. She rolled her eyes and turned to take another order without saying another word.The hash brown finished cooking and another employee helpfully pulled it from the fryer to stop the beeping, leaving it for her to take care of. We waited through a few more customers while she took and filled other orders - the whole time watching our food sit and get cold.She finally, and unceremoniously, handed us our bags of food. We couldnt wait to get out of there and back on the road. By then, the food was cold.We go to Mc Donalds all the time, so we know the service varies by location. This place really needs to step it up. I dont usually leave negative reviews, but the owners need to do some work here. How will they know unless folks speak up?
Coffee and sausage egg mcmuffin were as expected. Used the ordering kiosk, which was a new experience; takes a bit of time to get used to it. The interface was kind of busy. Simpler would have been better, and the screen/billboard is much bigger than it needs to be for personal ordering.
For this particular McDonalds was horrible. My family and I stopped in for a quick bite while driving through Easton. We went through the drive threw. And like some places they had us pull forward out of line and they would bring out our food. Well 20 minutes later I had to go in and get it myself. Very unhappy with this place and they are very unorganized and dirty.
Usually I love all the McDonalds I go to. This one had counter people taking their breaks in front of the building, coaching down, smoking cigarettes. Inside. Everything was a joke, they were more concerned about what their food discount was then helping people understand the order screens.
Food was consistent with McD standards, place was clean. The front end was bit unfocused and meandering. It took way to long to get my meal. For about 6 minutes there was nobody at the register. There were at least 4 people behind the counter sort of doing things, no rush, laid back, forgot about taking orders for 6 minutes
In rain days dont go to the drive-thru, you get wet because need bigger roof is very small the existing one, food was good

This place is pretty rough if youre going for a McDonalds experience... everybody seems like they dont want to be there. Including the managers. Went here at about 2 PM the only people that seemed like they were working was the kitchen and the drive-through. 2 Managers standing around doing nothing... line backed up to the door with one register open. Food was good but that was about it.
Edit: 8 months later they still cant do things right.. Didnt even go through the drive thru and they still forgot something and I was already home when I found out. Ordered to go and the guy had all my food on a tray, realized it wasnt for here, and just dumped my food in the bag from the tray. This restaurant is my favorite place. Of all restaurants I know I favor it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to this restaurant. Whenever I I need a fair lunchon, this restaurant comes instantly to my head. exeptionalgorgeous and many types of food and a large list of dishes.courteous team, and agreeable mood. Not less important, the price is modest. I suggest this restaurant with no hesitation.

The one next to wawa, across from Exxon. If I could give them a zero I would. They serve food that has probably been sitting for hours, my big mac was cold and stale, the fries were stale. All you see through the drive through window is everyone just messing around like its just a hang out for employees. I dont even blame the workers I blame the person running the team. If your team dont respect you and just see you as a friend this is the type of service you end up with. Mean while your possibly giving someone or some child food poisoning.
Bread on burger was hard. Brought it back to get a new one.. second burger bread was hard. Lady who took order didnt seem to want to be working, rushing thru order. Guy who gave the food was awesome, super happy.
Made us go to the front wait for our order it wasnt crowded there was no one behind us, that wasnt bad but when it finally came out no french fries and my number 4 was a number 3 they had to go back in 3 times and when I was told it was right now and they were so sorry I checked and my number 4 was a single instead of a double . She ran in again to go back in again, threw another Patty on , with no cheese it was just a mess and this isnt the first time .
Everytime my family and i go there they mess up our order. They make us wait for 20 mins after we drove through already waiting. Its def not fast service. They always forget something and the employees are lost. Smh. Probably the worst mcdonalds i ever been too. They only got our service because its in a convenient location to our home on 611. You think you would take pride in your establishment. Managment is terrible. Smh.
There is no better McDonalds location, despite the appearance of the surrounding area. This is the diamond in the ruff. I recommend driving the extra mile to go to this particular McDonalds, even if others are closer. It its worth it. They are not all created equal.

Its a awkward there. You have no idea where to stand oh whos in line. The general type of people there are rude and that includes the customers. Also they are on of the stores that start the touch screen order takers that only use credit cards. It take for ever to wait behind one of those and you better remember it doesnt take cash

Newly renovated McDonalds and I have to say it was the best experience Ive ever had. They took care of us as if we were at a fancy dining restaurant. Managers and staff were extremely helpful and kind. Definitely recommend coming to this location, you will not he disappointed!

I ordered a sausage muffin no cheese or eggs. I received an sausage egg and cheese. I returned it to the cashier and explained it cheese and eggs and my son is allergic to eggs and cheese. The supervisor came over and apologized and said the were going to make an new one right away. Well as soon as I get the new sandwich I opened it and had cheese on it.

They spruced up its surroundings very beautifully. They rebuilt whole resturant. Its much cleaner and i love the one booth thatis like a lil inside, up-high gazebo. Foods always right, always hot, and tastes great. One of the better McDonalds in the area. Great for a group or family fun. No playplace though for children. Only cause there is no place to put itWhich is logical.
This particular McDonalds is a shame to the franchise. For me, rarely is food correctly filled as ordered. Quality is standard to McDonalds corporation. But quantity... order 3 medium size French fries and only get 3 half filled containers. AND NO, there were literally just a few fries at the bottom of the bag.Order a double cheeseburger dry, no condiments. Simple. Right? Wrong! I go through the drive thru and check my order. I stop out front where they normally have you wait if they are still working on your order. Have one of my friends go in and ask for my order to be corrected. I have back issues, so standing in line is not appealing to me.ALSO!!! No one there is happy to work there!!! Its not always easy to get good employees but if treated with respect, you are more likely to receive respect. McDonalds corporation used to hold higher standards for employees. Is that no longer the case? Equal opportunity only if you are favored by the managers. Or friends with the managers. I know a few that have worked at this location and the one at 25th Street, Easton PA. One employee was cut hours that were filled by a friend of a manager. But his talent for cleaning the grill when inspection was due. Well he had a 4 hr shift covering peak dinner time and was told to cook and have grill cleaned inspection worthy before end of shift at 7 pm. On time he was scheduled off for 3 days. Near end of shift, time to clean grill. Im not saying what was found behind the grill.MCDONALDS CORPORATION YOU NEED TO STEP UP! IM ASHAMED OF YOU. THIS IS HOW YOU REPRESENT AN AMERICAN LIFE. Ever since the remodel I’ve been coming every morning and when I’m on break. The serivce has gotten better and one worker in particular Tyrell has the best personality ever. He’s there in the early morning when I’m in my way to work, his smile and personality always brightens my day. He is honestly the reason I come to this McDonald’s. Props to them for hiring him!!!
Very poor service unprofessional stuff most most of the time teenagers and a college students are working over there they are very non-serious they are hanging inside dancing music chatting to each other very slow service thats the reason all the time is a very big line because they are not serious about customer they are only serious about what they are talking chatting dancing listening music in a earbuds and thats it

Id give this negative stars if Google let me. My brother in law is 34 but with a mental age of 3. He needs constant round the clock care. While here he needed the bathroom.His mom has to take him and therefore needs to take him to the ladies. When she opened the door a lady stood there and loudly exclaimed that he couldnt go in. The poor guy is not a risk and certainly doesnt look like one. He also currently has digestive issues and desperately needs to go. The lady still continues her tirade blocking the door and now the guy is desperate and throws his drink on the floor. Hes mentally three remember and looks it.She now exclaims I aint cleaning that up Im not on the clock!. Good grief. She actually works here.After comments about managers my brother in law now needs a change of clothes and the floor is a mess. There werent even any people in there. Hes recognised as fully handicapped but she didnt ask/bother/care. Hateful place.

The Nugget price just want the $2 for a six piece. I think Ive been waiting for that for a while. Where did nuggets came out hot and fresh.
I usually only get french fries, apple pies, ice cream, or bacon egg no-cheese biscuits. I cant really eat anything else from there, especially the burgers, without getting sick.

I will never go to this Mcdonalds ever again. I live 5 minutes away and from now on I will travel the extra 5 minutes and go over the bridge to the McDonalds in Phillipsburg, I paid for cheese and onions on my sandwiches and got only onions. I order a chicken nugget kids meal for my daughter and got no sauce even though they asked me what sauce I want. I didnt check my food until I got home and when I called the manager she wanted me to drive back there so they could put the cheese on them. Then she got belligerent because I said thats not going to happen. So I just called corporate and made a complaint. This is not the first time this has happened. Several other times when I ordered a 20 piece nuggets they only gave me 18 each time. The workers think its funny and the manager couldnt care less that customers are angry. The workers including the managers are inept to do the job that a monkey can do. I would suggest spending the extra 5 minutes and go over to Phillipsburg McDonalds. The 3rd Street McDonalds is a huge fail on a consistent basis.

2nd best in Easton area. 1st place is by Forks township. Like in all my reviews. I judge by accessible , drive thru congestion and taste of coffee.
Literal trash. Tried to order food, A PLAIN CHEESE BURGER AND MCCHICKEN. AROUND 12 AM. ONLY ONE OPEN. The woman claimed they dont sell cheeseburgers or ncchickens after 12 on the weekend ever. The woman didnt give us a receipt. I called the woman says that she was not going to give us the meal for free because she KNOWS she gave us a receipt when she for sure did not. Ive have been to this mcdonalds multiple times after mid night ON THE WEEKENDS and have gotten mcchickens and plain cheeseburgers.
This place is dirty, Majority of people who go into this McDonalds gets extremely sick I have also got sick before and after a few hours of eating something, be careful what you order it.. it is not fresh because the place floods when the river gets high and gets into establishment.. the food food might be contaminated by the water and they sell the food regardless.. This place should be shut down.. i been to other McDonalds establishments and never have gotten sick only from this McDonalds.
Just left here with my kids waited 20 mins to receive my food from the drive-thru just to get home and see that the wrong order was given to me and the most important part no honey mustard sauce that Ive paid for because thats what my kids love this is by far the worst service I received at this McDonalds.

The employees refuse to confirm the order, amount total, and change due or owed. Also they refuse to greet the customer and give the receipt needed if something is wrong with the order.

I had surgery 3 weeks ago have to be on a 6 month soft food diet... McDonalds hotcakes are perfect for a soft food diet and theyre delicious.
Parking lot is real small. They also ran out of large cups so they gave us a medium instead with no compensation.

Very poor service. Quarter pounder was not done the whole middle of burger was pink and the manager was not professional. Not to mention a worm was found in cup of sweet tea. Never going back there

This particular McDonalds in Easton is actually quaint and pleasant. Some of the younger staff or as you would say millennials need to adjust their attitudes but other than that its a great place.
I order my meal to go along with sundae by the time i got home my sandee malt the top they. put on it had a hole in the top when your costumer order a sandee to go make sure you have a complete top without any open

Was there at eleven am Sunday. Had to wait for the burgers. So they were freshly made and the entire meal was delicious.

2022-09-21This McDonalds charges excessive prices. Generally speaking, the wait time at the drive-through is between 5 and 10 minutes, depending on the size of the orders. Great team of employees, however they really need to improve their drive-through speed and efficiency as well as their pricing increases.

2022-09-10This time wish I could have my money back.So this time the fries were like cold rubber and no salt at all. Does this company teach anything to the position of expediting,one of these most important rolls in the entire operation, due to the fact that more times than none my orders are wrong somewhere which tells me they did not double check the order or the bags and their monitors ,also remember there are receipts taped to the bags , so I feel theres no excuse to send an orders out to the customer with errors . And Have that many tools at your disposal .Im glad that I always always double check my bags for accuracy..if they would do that they would have smiles,likes,and thumbs ups with happy customers .In all I threw away $37. Method I used to generate my order was Mobile App with pickup selected. If my 8 year old son says he doesnt like the frys then they must be really bad.Generally he loves them.

2022-04-22One on the slowest McDonalds I have ever been to. Yelled out orders when done, orders were missing things. When a customer wanted to place an order in person they said it is easy, not okay how can I help you. Also I find the website difficult to get what you want easily.

2022-09-04As usual, you get what you pay for. Its not the best quality food, but you know that going in. Lunch for the kids, and they like it. Im not sure about vegetarian/vegan options, but Im now plant based for health reasons. Would like to know if there are choices for me, but Im not upset about it

2022-07-14Food was standard McD quality. They didnt have a cashier to take orders so everything had to be done on the kiosk. We got our food in a timely manner however there seemed to be some confusion with the kitchen because multiple people came in from the drive thru to get their orders corrected while I waited for my order.

2022-03-30Why is asking for fresh hot fries a problem? Like I want my fries to hot to eat. I want them to be hot when I drive home 3 minutes away. Not stiff and cold. Then gonna give me the same Luke warm fries. This why I dont go to McDonalds. They are the worst.
