Just stopped by for lunch at the drive through. Terrible. Order was correct on the screen but at the first window it was all wrong. Kid dropped my change all over the driveway and said my bad. Guess Im out the money... Nothing else just closed the window. Next window one gal hands me a drink, next guy hands me a bag. No hello... No nothing. Food was terrible. Never going back.They were not busy either so that cant be an excuse. Just bad food terrible rude staff.
Worst Wendy’s I will never step foot inside this place .. dirty floors table chairs etc. the only place to sit down and eat that was Clean was outside or your car.. there no excuse what so ever .. corporate needs to be called Asap worker in here not using gloves touching food .. really Bad never again will I step foot in here ..
Wendy’s mobile points of 1600 more lost, said points not workingGot White lady manager to complain, she gave me 2 small burgers instead of Dave double, I ask for rectification , only then my burgers got corrected, plus small chili , small nuggets , I rarely use points, but when I do, it doesn’t work
We stopped by for lunch and I decided to go in due to the long line at the dive thru, but the counter wasnt much quicker. The staff was friendly and helped me with the app which was a challenge to use. The quality of the food was fine but it could have been made with more attention to consistency (the burger was sloppy and the chicken sandwich was dry).
All in all, a disappointing visit. Waited in the drive thru line for over 25 minutes AFTER placing an order with the mobile app. There wewe 8 cars ahead ofme, but two leftout of frustration and several others saw the line and left. Once I got to the speaker, I was told One minute. Three minutes later I was finally able to give my app order code. When I actually got my meal, it was not good. The chicken sandwich was tepid at best, they gave me the wrong drink (I ordered strawberry lemonade and got cola instead) and the french fries, while very tasty, were very cold as well. There was no way I was going to wait another 25 minutes just to get the order corrected. The staff seemed to be quite indifferent and curt. No Welcome to Wendys or Thank you when I got my order. I actually took the time to complete the online survey right away and requested follow up contact via email. More to come??Overall, not recommended.
Worked there for 2 weeks along with my girlfriend and I quit they general manager is every rude and disgusting. After I left my mom decided to get my brother and sister Wendy’s I told my mom to stop because only the sandwich makers where gloves nobody else does and while I was working there I got yelled at for wearing gloves my girlfriend has also been yelled at multiple times for wearing gloves because “ it’s not sanitary” smh
Horrible employees were too busy messing around wait at 45 minutes plus 4 my food and a even screwed the odor up never again on top of that the place was extremely dirty there was water spilled on the floor so instead of popping it up they just put a cone There all the tables were dirty trash is overflowing very poorly run when we 1st walked in the manager was in a screaming match with a customer They stopped taking orders because they were too busy horrible
I was in the drive thru and the whole staff came outside to fight the passengers that were in the car in front of me. They were yelling for them to get out the car. Luckily nothing happened but they left the manager on their own to clear the line in the drive thru. GET A NEW STAFF ASAP!
Ordered hamburger lettuce tomato onion only ,,,what did I get a hamburger with everything,,,,WHY,,,you want to pay 15.00 for people that cant even get that right, I am so sick and tired of being asked what I want then given whatever they want,, what is wrong with people....and try to call no one answers very convenient,
Workers were very kind and professional. Food was hot and delicious! We got the Baco-ader sandwich meals. We added cookies that the sign said were only .99cents each when added to a meal, but the sign was misleading and we were charged $1.29 per cookie instead. That would be our only complaint.
What the heck happened to this place. This was newly built a couple of year ago and was once a great place but it went down hill fast. Now the floor and tables are filthy and sticky, there are lots of flies everywhere., the bathroom is worse that a porter potty and the customer service is terrible. I honest believe even the employees dont want to be there and I dont blame them.Maybe they are short staffed due to covid and the crowds from Dorney Park is overwhelming. Yesterday there were no one dining inside and the place was in a horrible state.Not even sure if I want to do the drive in anymore.By the way this isnt a one off situation, the past few visits were the same.What a shame.
I called restaurant in cedar crest only to ask about job and manager was rude and disrespectful putting someone down because they called asking for a job very unprofessional and not someone I would work for Rick shouldnt be a manager if u cant answer phone or deal with people properly
Yo who is the manager to this place? Honestly I’d give you two stars for at least getting the food right, but not even. The place is dirty to no comparison. Waited an hour to order and 20 minutes to receive my order. Not only that, they got my order wrong. Had to go back on foot and get my order changed. Guess what, again they got it wrong. Who is overseeing this place?? The worst Wendy’s I’ve been to in the east coast. Someone needs to close this down. No regards for anything.
Don’t come here if your trying to grab lunch, unless you have over an hour to spare. The drive thru lanes are ridiculously long, someone should tell management here that this is a fast food place. I’ve seen soup kitchens feed people faster than this place. They desperately need someone from chic fil la here to shake things up. Judging from some other reviews here, I’m not the only one who’s seen this.
It took so long to receive someone elses food, I was discouraged to drive all the way back to have it refunded. I strongly dislike the style of food that I received, (someone elses order) and I actually had asked if everything was in the bag - and it wasnt. I waited about 15 minutes and paid $42.00 for a bag of heart attack that probably cost like 15 bucks for someone else. 🙄
I missed my bus at the perfectly wrong time and the next one wasnt for an hour. I figured Id walk over to this store to grab a coffee and wait for the next bus. When I got there the drive thru was open but the lobby wasnt. Frustrated, I just kind of stood outside searching my phone for other options. The manager of the shift saw me out there and asked if I needed anything. I told her what was up and she actually served me outside on the patio! She didnt have to do that but it was GREATLY appreciated. It made a rough situation so much more manageable. Thank you!
Got in the drive thru line at 9:30. The line barely moved, only 2 cars had moved forward by 10PM. All the lights turn off, menu board is shut off, and stopped taking orders. Workers started leaving without saying anything. First, what Wendy’s closes at 10PM? Second, most places would stop letting cars in the drive thru line at closing. Put a cone in front of your drive thru at closing and let your line run through. You left a car full of people starving when we were in line well before closing. Shame on Wendy’s.
I love Wendys, the food was great but the customer service was horrible. At the drive through they have tape covering the entire intercom, which makes it look as if you have to drive up to the window to order etc. I stood in line, waited my turn, got to the window gentleman gave me a total told him I had ordered a mobile order but that there is tape on the intercom so I thought I would just drive up to the window. Then all I hear is an employee yelling that I dont know how to order, and thats why my order wasnt prepared. The gentleman asked me to pull up, that they would bring my food out to me. I told them that she didnt need to be rude and that they should have a sign out or fix it. He stated that it happens all the time. If she knew that than she shouldnt have said anything. Some people are just easily aggravated and lose customer service professionalism. Other than the rude employee everything else was fine.
Horrible place. The service was horrible. If I could I would give it no star. Treated horribly with no respect what so ever. I would not recommend this place at all. I would definitely chose somewhere else to eat. When I was at the drive through all I could hear if yelling and yelling. Where is the respect? That place has no respect for the staff members at all.
I know we live in a world where it is difficult to get staff. After waiting 15 minutes to order at drivethu and another 10 for person to take our order, having someone be rude and inconsiderate is not acceptable. Take the order and then if people have to wait so be it. Basically saying just a minute three times over ten minutes does not sit well with me or any other customer.
Second time I stopped at this location recently. On Saturday between 10:30-11 AM, I ordered a Jr. Cheeseburger, a medium vanilla frosty and a Small Coca Cola at the pickup window.The cheeseburger was disappointing. It didnt taste bad, however, the cheese wasnt melted, and the bun was harder on the top than it was on the bottom. Like someone left the hamburger roll bag open.Was disappointing tasting cold cheese and pickles, and the bun not being soft. 😟 The frosty and Soda were fine. They forgot to give me a spoon for my frosty in the drive thru, which I always check my bag before I drive away. I alerted the woman at the window and she gave me one.Please work on getting the cheeseburgers right, or better. Thank you!
We showed up 10 minutes before closing to pick up a DoorDash order and after waiting in line for 10 minutes, they closed the store. All associates were extremely rude, especially the young woman. Laughing at the customers who didnt get to place or even pick up orders. This is the second time theyve closed on me while Im waiting in line for 10+ minutes.
This is honestly the worst Wendys in my area, especially from a delivery drivers point if view. Theyre incredibly rude inside and get snarky when they mess up your order, as if its your fault they didnt do it correctly. If I could give a zero, I would. They lock their lobby very early and tell delivery drivers we have to come inside and then laugh when we say the doors are locked. Whoever is the gm or dm really needs to fix all this because I wouldnt even want to go here as a customer.
I started out 3 cars away from the ordering station. 30 min later I arrived at the microphine with the flashing/glitchy screen and have been waiting for 5 minutes so far for them to take my order.The only reason I am waiting is because my boss wants a specific salad. This is rediculous. It should not take 45 min ever!
The worst drive through service you’ll ever come by. If I had to guess, I’d say the owner of this Wendy’s is a greedy SOB. This Wendy’s is notoriously slow, however my last visit was so bad, I had to write a google review, which I never did before. The line remained 10-15 cars deep, as some left prematurely bc of the wait, new cars filed in. I sat there for 30 minutes without moving a foot. With delivery services driving demands to record peaks, there’s no excuse for having only 3 people on the clock. Absolutely awful experience.
Incredibly slow service. Took nearly 12 minutes to give my order to the cashier and nearly another 15 minutes to receive the order. The cashier, while sweet, was either not properly trained and she certainly wasnt monitored while she was working. Manager at time of order was on site, but not present. Avoid this location if possible.
In short, this Wendys location drops the ball. Daytime, the restaurant earns a solid 3/5. The in store experiences during the day are hindered by frequently long wait times. In the evening, far worse. 2/5 is generous for the mismanaged and understaffed evening crew. From a delivery drivers perspective, personally and via community wide communication, 1/5. Be careful accepting orders for UberEats and DoorDash at this location. As for the order quality, orders are typically accurate. Kudos to the sandwichmakers , shame on the management and customer service attitude overall. The morale here is low, justifying the 1/5 star rating.
We went to your MacArthur Road location that had a sign up saying they closed at 10 sorry for the inconvenience. Not pleased. I tried calling your Cedar Crest Boulevard location, several times, to prevent making a pointless trip but no one answered the phone. Again, not pleased. I understand youre busy but you can take ten seconds of your time to answer your phone. Any manager knows better and should also know how to multitask to help things run more efficiently. When you get worked up your employees see and feel that anxiety which, in turn, gets them worked up as well. I get it, your busy, however, as a restaurant manager myself, I know, first-hand, your dos and donts. This is a HUGE dont. Im disappointed. We get our order which was missing our strawberry lemonade. We waited in the drive-thru and eventually had to knock on the window to get someones attention. We told them we were missing the strawberry lemonade. When we did get it, it tasted like plain lemonade. By that time I was beyond frustrated so I didnt say anything, I let it go. I ordered your grilled chicken sandwich. It was so unbelievably dry. I took one bite, spit it out and threw the rest away. Ill cut them some slack since they were a little busy. I hope its not like this on a continuous basis. I do not want anyone to be disciplined nor do I want anything free. Actually, all I ask for and would like to see is them receive additional, better training. That includes the manager as well. We went to this Wendys 3 times in 2 weeks all during evening hours. The lines were incredibly long and the only reason I say this is because they were long because of the staff. They do not have enough people working to have a smooth shift. They always forgot our sauces and the bacon on my husbands burger 2 out of 3x, and our food would be cold when we would get it due to the wait. The last straw was when we were charged for the wrong order and then again for ours and the cashier did not think she had to refund it that it didnt go through. To which we showed our bank information showing the withdrawal amount. It then took her a total of 15 minutes to get it refunded with the help of her manager so our food was even colder than usual. Also still no sauce after we asked at the window and her again when we saw it was not in the bag. We go because its so close to home in a pinch but we would rather go elsewhere or drive out of our way then go back to that one again. Or just go to wawa which is right nextdoor.
Hurrendous service tonight. Waited in a relatively short drive through line for 10 minutes. Local fire department sent two trucks out on a call while we were in line and they returned from the call and went to Wawa before we got our food. There were four people working inside. None of them appeared the slightest concerned with how long it took for us to get our order.
French Fries were soggy and tasted like they had been sitting around too long. They had run out of baked potatoes. The mixed lemonade flavor had too much favor syrup in them. They were crowded and it was dinner time - no excuse. I bought food for 5 people and spent more than $40.
This wendys always disappoints. No matter what time of day or year. I waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes to get my food. This happens all the time! Even when u think youll skip the line and go inside, youll be waiting forever !!! The only reason I stopped here is the fact I was in the ER with my newborn and was totally starving, at least my food was warm 🥴
Changing this one because of recent consistent experiences. Dining room is NEVER open anymore even though the app says carry out available. I was told that the employees / store do not have anything to do with whats on the app. However, whats the point of me ordering online to save time, when I have to sit in a mile long drive through line for 20-30 minutes?Place really went downhill as a few others have said.
We usually go to Wendys in Windgap PA, but was up this way for doctors...The food was yummy! It seemed to taste better than our usual local Wendys and my son and I both commented to each other about the fact that it was better than our usual Wendys ♡ Didnt take any pictures because we ate it rather quickly...because it was that good!!
There is no reason the drive thru line should be so long when there’s six employees in the building. Why is there two sitting and chatting? A guy walking around with earphones on and not helping? Cashier giving ill attitude and then one filling up the fries one fry at a time. No reason to have a long line with all of those hands available.
I stopped for a quick snack and sweet treat after work at 930pm. The counter staff was goofing around in the back and finally the manager took my order. The manager wascourteus and quick with my order. Chili was tasty and meaty and sandwiches fresh and the Frosty was tasty but very mushy. It was clean.
Food was delicious but the soda machine was a little confusing. But having all the variety of flavors was incredible. I quickly learned how to use Coke machine. The store at Cedar Crest and Hamilton Blvd was very attractive. The staff seemed helpful and busy. I will return ASAP...
I feel like ever since they moved wendys it went downhill. Waited 30-40 minutes and there were only two people in front inside. The lady didnt have a very friendly attitude and when I finally got my food, the fries were piss cold. Theres no sign telling open hours. She didnt even give me a receipt. They ignored me when I went to the front to ask for ketchup since they were as usual out, everytime I go there out of ketchup. I waited 10 minutes waiting for someone to help me, I just gave up and left. Horrible experience, will never go back!!!They should of just kept friendlys instead, they had so much better service!!
Worst Experience Tonight. (6/14/20 @11:20 PM)We just came to this Wendys, there were two employees a boy and a girl (when we called the store they claimed it was two girls or just two boys-who knows) Both were high and kept messing up the order, fooling around, kept talking to each other, made the line very long, and didnt tell us they didnt have baked potatos till we got to the window. Our food was very cold and no one on the phone was helpful either. Will be calling again tomorrow for store owner or higher. Very unprofessional.
The food was great, but we had to wait in a very long line before we could even order. With two cash registers only one worker working them. Once in awhile the girl would stop and help serve food. That shouldnt happen. When I finally got my food, the line was out the door.
The Wendys on Cedar Crest messed up our order. They rushed me when I was ordering. Then I paid asked for a receipt and was told next window. Never got it at the 2nd window. I was suppose to get a tag for the frosty, they forgot it. Then they hand me bag with 2 orders of nuggets, no napkins, forgot our cheeseburger, drinks and fries. Then when we got the cheeseburger it was made wrong. Had 2 drinks got 1 straw. Yea not a good day and nothing I could do because I never got my receipt I asked for.
Tonight my roommate and I went thru the drive thru and I got a 4 for 4 bag and my both my roommate’s and my Baconator fries smelt and tasted like cleaning product. Also my meal was supposed to have 4 chicken nuggets and I only had 3. I called the restaurant and they hung up on me then immediately took the phone off because I tried to call for 25 straight and all I got was a busy signal. This isn’t the first time we had a problem at the restaurant when we try to get food there after 11pm!!! I am hoping the manager will see this and do something about this behavior!!!!!
When we went someone let us in so we walked right up to the counter and the employees gave us a mean look and said to each other that the doors are locked so we are not serving them. So we just stayed there because no one told us they werent going to take our order. Then the one employee rudely told us that they werent serving us. We went to go to the drive thru. And as we left we looked for the hours on the door and they werent very visible. Then it took forever for us to order and get our food. When we went to get our food we saw the employee give the car in front of us food and then the customer gave back the food. When we got to the window the employee lied when we asked if they gave our food to the other customer. And then they didnt have our order complete. They were missing drinks and we had to tell them what drinks we were missing. We finally got our order and it was wrong. The restaurant was dirty and the employees were rude.
Line in drive thru was at least 8 cars long so I decided to go inside instead. Took almost 25 minutes for a family order of 4 biggie bag. After speaking to the manager with no name tag. She gave us an excuse of her people dont stay in their places instead of apologizing first and maybe explaining what was happening. Not a place if your in a rush.
Visited this location when they first opened up.The whole dining area was filthy. I chocked it up as, hey they are probably busy and backed up.I visited again yesterday and the dining area was disgusting. I had to get a bunch napkins and wet with water and wipe a table down just so we had a clean table to sit at. As we are eating I look around and the floors have food everywhere. The whole dining area was just disgusting. I also cant forget to mention the 2 over flowing garbage area right by the soda machines. Anyone trying to get ketchup would have to try and maneuver around the garbage because the ketchup spout is right above the garbage opening. Whos brilliant idea was that?The employees were nice. Manager or shift leader looked grumpy and miserable. Send your crew members to go out and clean the dining area.An eating establishment should not be this dirty. I can only imagine the kitchen area.My husband I will NOT be returning to this location again. I will visit the one near Kmart on tilghman like I have been for years.When my husband I were done eating our food, I cleaned my table as I always do.When I looked around before I left, the table I cleaned was the only clean table there.Youre welcome Wendys.Get it together.
The service was extremely slow. Ive come to realize that Wendys can no longer call themselves a fast food restaurant. From time of order until time of delivery of food must have been close to 12 minutes for 4 value meals, nothing even that difficult. When we got our order of course we were missing items. We went back to tell them and they still provided us the wrong item. Fedup and hungry we just took it and cut our losses. I will never return to this Wendys, we should have went to McDonalds
Lady at the window was so disrespectful, my sisters burger was drenched in mustard, barley any fries, asked for a blue Power raid and they gave us orange,no sauces were given, some cups were dirty and had soda on them!!!Edit-7 months later they still mess up our order.
Normally my husband and myself enjoy the food at this Wendys. Todays experience was very disappointing. I went thru the drive thru. I wanted a half walnut and apple salad. The price on the board said $.09. I knew that was wrong so I asked how much it was, explaining that I knew the board was wrong. The attendant took awhile and then said $5 +. I cant remember the exact change. I ordered it and then ordered one Jr bacon cheeseburger and two Jr fries. He said that would be $14 plus some change (I dont remember the amount). I pulled up to the pickup window, paid the attendant, asked for a receipt (because I felt it was high) received my order and pulled over to review the receipt. They gave me a baconator double cheeseburger which was $6 plus change. The 2 Jr fries were so limp and very few. I didnt complain about them. The salad was fine. I went back thru the drive thru and explained the situation and a female along with the original Male attendant responded. She immediately, in an authoritative voice said, Thats what you ordered! I responded telling her I wouldnt have even known to order a baconator. The male attendant said I should pull to the second window and we will get it straightened out. I dont have a receipt because they kept it and didnt return it. After a while another person, very nice, came to the window and handed me the difference in the amount. She gave me my fries back with the correct jr bacon cheeseburger. It was so poorly handled and I felt sorry for the line behind me. My husband and myself are senior citizens and go thru your drive thru at least once a week. We always order 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers, 2 jr fries and 2 senior drinks. The food is always fresh and hot. The service at this place, unlike some of your other places, has always been good. This time was a total disapointment. I just want this location to remain one of our favorite lunches. My husband is a COPD/emphysema patient. That is why we use the drive thru. He was not with me today, for health reasons. Instead I brought the order home to him. By the way, the salad was delicious!
Not only was my ticket time 10 minutes, but I was not impressed. Asked for no mayo on my sandwich, and came with mayo. Fries were soggy and not salted, asked for sweet and sour sauce and they were out. Then I went to their website to give a review, of course the website asks for the store number and other information that’s to be found on the receipt, to then figure out I never got a receipt. I would have turned back but considering they took forever to complete my order I left. Very disappointed.
Management turn doordash off if your not open and adjust your hours. So people dont have to waist their time waiting 30 40 minutes to find out your closed and they arent getting their food and the drivers dont have to drive all the way to your restaurant to find out your closed.
It was very busy which is an indicator of good business though we only stopped in because it was the closest to us. Our food was served to us fairly quick considering, but was cold upon arrival. The staff seemed eager to get rid of customers and the restaurant was in fair condition.
Fantastic service, got to talk with both the General Manager, as well as the District Manager. Both extremely friendly and hospitable. Food was excellent as usual, hot, tasty, and very presentable. Restaurant was extremely neat and well maintained. Overall I would recommend that you/everyone stop by and see for yourself.
It was the after lunch rush(sat), 2:30, purchase two 4 for $4. No barbecue sauce for the chicken nuggets, had to wait for the fries. Sat down to eat ...nuggets and burger cold. Masks were worn by all employees, two young girls with long hair, not pulled back or tied up
Food has gone downhill. I wanted to get a kids meal with a wrap. The girl behind the counter told me to get the regular meal because it would be cheaper. She did not make sense. I ordered what she said because she said it was going to cost less money but it actually costing me $0.50 more and she wound up telling me that the rap was the same size as the regular one.? It really made no sensethe piece of chicken that was in the wrap was sort of a joke... Tiny piece of chicken, a tiny piece of lettuce and not sure it was a tomato. Terrible food and I had to wait for my baked potato which was not cooked all the way. Just not happy but they did give me and my sister in law a coupon for another visit. Maybe they can make it up and I will just get salad.
Great New Wendys When they first opened up the new location. Now 8 months later its Horrible.. Service is rude, Ordering, whether drive thru or inside is a long wait. The order is always incomplete, and/or missing items. The food service depends on the time of day theres a 60% chance your going to get cold sloppy food.
We walked in and was turned off right away by the dirty carpet that met us at the door. The restaurant was completely filthy. The floors, behind the counter and the tables in the place. We were waited on by the manager who was abrupt and not super friendly. We were taken aback that the manager had passion marks on her neck. There was no professionalism at all. If I wasnt in a hurry I would have left and I never return. The sad part is this restaurant was recently remodeled. I was totally disappointed.
I have eaten here 4 times in the last 2 months. The food is good Wendys quality food, from the chicken sandwiches to the salads. Each time I have gone it was just before the busy times. The reason for the 3 stars is that out of those 4 times their soda machines have been a problem on 3 occasions with at the most 40% of the selections available. On one visit, the staff even had to come around the counter to get soda from the customers machines because the one in the back was not working. That actually is the worst thing that Ive noticed here. The other little things, like dirty tables, messy floor, are typical fast food restaurant stuff that depends greatly on who is on duty and how busy it is. Overall, it is typically tidy and it is a nice place to grab a good quick bite and relax for a few minutes.
Waited nearly an hour for service in the drive through the last two times I went. It wasn’t busy or hectic. Went again, this time inside, hoping it’d be different but ended up waiting for forty-five minutes just to watch the employees do nothing but stand in the back. Didn’t even get my order right In the end. Horrible service.
Update: They are improving. The chili is OK and it is much cleaner.The chili is more like a thin soup at this location.I visited this location again and the chili had 3 beans and a few specs of meat. Employees were standing around, complaining loudly, while the tables were filthy. They built out a nice, new building but staffed it poorly.The other locations in this area are much better.
I have never waited so long in line before for fast food... We ended up leaving because we had been standing there for 10 or 15 minutes without one person moving and getting their food. Went to Wawa next door and it took less than 5 min for them to make the food and no wait otherwise.
They need more staffing onshifts, esp, where located, staff does the best they can, but they can not keep up with the flow, and its not their fault. Im a Gen Mgr of 4 rests, the place is dirty, the one move was not even sure how to us some equip. ,and lost her cool in front of guests, maybe some more training?
New rebuilt store. So far so good. Usually when I order a burger from Wendys I always ask for no cheese. This is the first Wendys that got it right multiple times. That is a plus. Dining room is nice, tall chairs that are comfortable to sit in. Recommend this location.
Slowest Wendys I have ever been at. The girl at the window too my credit card without any politeness what so ever. Waited 10 mins at the window after she handed the card back to me and then come to find.out the order was wrong.How can you mess up 1 6 piece nugget and 2 medium fries. By giving me 2 nuggets and 1 orders of fries
The staff at this particular is horrible. The drive thru was backed up so I went inside to order and was second in line, it took almost 20 minutes to get my food and some kid 3 people behind me somehow got his food before I did; all the staff started talking to him and vice Vera’s and I got the impression he may have worked there and got preferential treatment. There was more standing around and socializing going on from the staff than there was work being done.
15 minutes standing at the counter and no order was taken. The two families before us left, after a couple more minutes we did too. I feel bad for the people whose orders were taken, Im sure they didnt get their for promptly. Id call the manager but I have a feeling he was there leaving against the wall in the back. If you dont heed this warming then I wish you luck... Unbelievably horrible!
I went in the restaurant on 6/9/19 to order burgers for my family. We noticed that the guy in the back was preparing the sandwiches on the counter, the same counter that they put all the potent stuff. So we noticed that he was wrapping it on the counter and then put it on the paper. So when we reach to the counter I kindly and professional asked the manager “Why is he wrapping it on the counter and then put it on the Parper”? The manager first replied by by asking me if I ordered yet? He then went on to use sarcasm on me which clearly shut him down. All I’m saying is as a customer I have all the right to asked how my food is prepared and why is being prepared that way. Also isn’t it common sense to just wrap the burger on the paper if your gonna wrap it in anyways. Isn’t it more sanitary that way? Manager was being very un professional towards me.
I am editing this review from ten months ago to reflect my recent visit. This is a brand new store and it was disgusting when I went in around 8:30pm. Trash on the floor, the whole dining room was a mess. Not one clean table, the table I sat down at had rock hard ketchup smears. The food was good and quick but who wants to eat in a pig sty?
If your hungry during lunch and want to grab a bite to eat, this isn’t the place to go. Wait time is ridiculous at almost all hours of the day. The drive thru is horrendous almost as if this place is severely understaffed. Great place if they can get their S*** together.
I have never aver been in a more order place in my life. And I love wendies. It took me 40 minutes to gwt my food from very rude employee. I could not eat my food in peace. Because they woudnt stop moping and cleaning the tables and floors qhile I was teying to eat. I asked the employee pls stop I am eating. He told me he had to go home soon sorry. When I told the manager can you pls do something the man wont stop. Manager told me the employee iant doing anything wrong he told him to go and do it. When I asked wouls you like to eat like this. He told me inagree that he wouldnt. But they will close soon and he wont stop him. I couldnt bealive what I was told dont go dont go.
I was 3rd car from ordering when I pulled up...20 minutes passed until I finally had my food, minus the AWesome sauce they offered. Terrible ...slow ..service...No, your welcomes or even thanks for your patience or business..I live 3 minutes away and this is the first time I went to Wendys in a month as last trip I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru only to park and go inside for 5 minutes before deciding on WAWA instead...from now on it will be WAWA!!
Absolutely horrible service. Went through the drive thru last night and ordered two burgers last night. One was a junior deluxe cheeseburger and the other was a junior bacon cheeseburger. Both came out cold and the junior bacon cheeseburger didnt have any bacon. Went back through the drive thru and told them my burger was missing the bacon. Instead of making me a new burger they only gave me bacon. Seriously? Just dont go there. Horrible food and horrible service.
Open late... Not sure.... yes, no, maybe? I really do not know!Hmm lights are shut off/so dark you cannot even tell if this location is still open after 10pm or could it be employees just napping on the clock? Happened to me 3 times where I had to turn around to go through the drive-thru just to confirm they were still open. Sad but true and when I thought this new location was going to be my favorite Wendys. Oh boy -guess not. Other Wendys locations always have lights on letting you know they are open from a few blocks away but not this location.
Staff was EXTREMELY rude to me. first off they ignored me at the window for a good 5 minutes (and by ignore I mean I pulled up to the window and 3 girls just looked at me before going back to whatever conversation they were having before) before a woman came to the window and glared at me and said first window please and walked off with my debit card. I understand I went to the second window by mistake but really? Then she practically tossed the card and receipt at me before walking away. Then the girl who handed me my food shoved it into my hand and said here and just left.
To much female employees complaining in front of customers. How many managers does Wendy’s have working in the 401 cedar crest store? Seems that all the employees working at the front register and counter are managers so my question is how many managers do you have working every hour it is open for business? Seems working orders/demands are directed to Juan by other employees not managers who should be asking not demanding. I’ve been in management for over 40 years and see and hear a lot when I dine in at your cedar crest Wendy’s. Certain employees just seem to know to much that management should only know and to much bossiness heard from employees. People wait too long for orders to be served and people wait in line while women at register walks away to fill orders when there are other employees jobs are to be doing that. People really complain and I have seen poeple walk out complaining so others hear them.I would love the opportunity to speak to someone or better yet give me a job and I will point out and correct these and other things that need to be corrected. People should work together as a team not be two faced and everyone should know their place and titles, authority their jobs and STOP HAVING CERTAIN EMPLOYEES COMPLAINING IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS MANAGERS KEEPING MANAGEMENT TO THEM NOT EMPLOYESS THINKING THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO ORDER OTHER EMPLOYEES HAVE MANAGEMENT DO THEIR JOB .
The gold fish in the room was too f****** loud i couldnt even hear my food..wth, my flip flop was under cooked to the point where my toe nails started lagging.. F*** is the problem with the employees?? Why is that they can be naked and I cant?? Thats absurd!! Why cant i show my chocolate nips for some chocolate chips?? Anways? Anyone got a cig🤦🏽♂️?

2022-05-17If you like sticky floors, long waits, eating off dirty tables and an atmosphere that would make Oscar the grouch proud this is your place. You can also try and guess which soda machine has your choice. Add in a rude, incompetent manager and this place is top notch. I understand the hiring issues, but maybe if you cant even pretend to maintain some standards of sanitation dont open the dining room. Avoid this place at all costs.

2022-08-06Disgusting! The help fights among each other, customers waiting 15+ minutes for food, they throw customer orders at each other in anger. They are extremely rude college age kids being as nasty as possible to customers. Its like the Dave Chappelle skit, Pop-Copy!

2022-08-03Observed employee with pants halfway down in kitchen working on orders (underwear showing) and liquid spilled all over floor behind him. Customers in front of me left for another place after waiting too long for service. I stayed longer and after another 5-6 minutes finally got service. Fries were barely warm.

2022-05-17So apparently curbside mobile orders are to be picked up inside smh. I ordered online and waited 25 minutes being very patient and finally went inside to make sure they even received my order. The cashier was not waiting on anyone in the store and I asked him about my order and he told me I had to come inside to pick it up. A girl came over and asked me if its the order with the 2 frostys and said Yea, this is your order here. You have to come pick it up. I said, so curbside order that even has a specific parking spot and says you will bring the order out to me faster than I can read the confirmation email...needs to be picked up inside the store????? They shrugged their shoulders the girl looked at me and walked away and I got confirmation that that was their logic. No apologies I guess. Terrible customer service. Am I wrong?!! Please someone tell me.

2022-07-05I would genuinely love a copy of the camera video from my experience. All 20 employees that were standing around just blankly staring while I had to explain what plain meant 15 times. The video will show the same 2 burgers getting passed back and forth a million times with no resolve or comprehension in sight. Also it was absolutely filthy. Cant imagine what the back looks like, if they are ok with poo smudges in the bathroom

2022-07-08Line at driveway was tpo long so I went inside. Unbelievable how dirty it was behind counter on floor. French fries being walked on, chicken nuggets on floor. Garbage under work stations. Garbage receptacle used by employees overflowing. If I was in charge of this place first thing I would do is fire manager. No reason for food establishment to be this dirty. I should have taken a picture. I wont be back. Such a shame.

2022-08-02I am sorry I thought it was a hard day for them but is weird how they got my order mess up twice. I order two big bacon classic combos and when I went home I only got fries so I was ok my fault for not checking then the second time I go back and ask again and paid again for the two burgers and when I go home is a complete different burger from the one I order =.= they gave me chicken burgers??? It wasnt even busy the second time I got there....

2022-06-29Most horrible service ever. I order a salad and almost drove away before my passenger notice there was no dressing. I go all the way back around the drive thru for the dressing. And they say oh we dont have it. And show me all these other dressing I never even heard of. Then tell me do I want a refund. I said yes. They say wait over by the door he will be right with you. I waited 10 minutes then I went in. And they tell me. Oh he stepped out for a minute he will brb. Ok I waited another 10 mins. Nothing. They said you want something else for your trouble. I said I would love to but I have stomach problems and cant eat greasy food at all. So their like ok. So I waited another 10 mins and still nothing. I asked where did he go. Can you call him. I get idk and no we cant. Now Im boiling inside. I said you know what just give me a nugget meal so I waited for the nugget meal. And all I get is nuggets and fries. No sauce or a drink. At this point I should of gotten a months worth of food. For the biggest joke and waste of time. Needless to say I will not be going to the Wendys in depfort NJ ever again. And sad part about it if I get fast food I rather go to NJ then deal with my places in south Philly. I wont be going to either. No matter how much I want a salad.
