This Wendys was a mess. We went through drive through(because we had 2 sleeping toddlers), and ordered 3 biggie bags and a chicken nugget meal. We could see the staff inside (looked like all teenagers including the shift manager) and it seemed like they didnt care much about their work, and were goofing off. It took a long time for a food, and when we pulled over to sort it out, the food items were all mismatched in the bags, we were missing 4 chicken nuggets, and the burgers tasted like they had been made a few hours before hand. Overall not great, and we typically love Wendys

No tomato or mayo on a Jr bacon cheese burger. Was this a new hire? And you want paid how much an hour and cant get a simple burger right? Rt 11 Wendys needs a whole new crew. I work 8 to 12 hours a day 6 days a week ...come work my job. They just dont care at this location and corporate will receive a phone call.
One of the worst drive-through experiences of my life. First time through they messed up my order so I called after we got home. I was assured they would make it right and give me the correct burgers and fresh fries. I arrived and the manager argued with me. I had to threaten to sit in front of the speaker and hold up the line. They said OK go ahead you do what you have to do. So I sat there for several minutes holding up the line. Only just to get to the window to find out that they were going to refuse to give me the french fries to go with my correct burgers. Very very poor management and Poorly trained staff.

I had worked at this location for about 4 weeks, and let me tell you— please do not eat at this location. The store itself is a mess(definitely would not pass a health inspection), and the poor employees are barely being trained due to the bad management. The District Manager, Kevin, is the sole reason why this place is going downhill, nobody wants to work there because of him— even the General Manager. The 4 weeks that I worked there was ridiculous, and I hope nobody eats at this location again until things start to change, but with the ego that the District manager has, I doubt it.
Okay to start off I will say this. I understand that every restaurant is hurting for employees, and it is an excuse to a certain degree. I ordered 2 Jr bacon cheeseburgers and received a hamburger and a cheeseburger but because the lady who took the money didnt give me back a receipt there wasnt anything I could do unless I turned around immediately. Also masks are not being worn properly and I will never go back to this Wendys. I will drive the extra 5 miles to Buckhorn. At least they pay attention
You can’t even get help. Place is disgusting just like it’s useless employees. Even the drive thru takes an hour.
Absolutely terrible. Dirty, beverage dispenser broken, order was not correct. Dont go there.

Need to turn heat on!!!!!! Make sure you have coveralls on or otherwise you will freeze. This is the way it has been the last 4 times I have been there to eat in last month.
Love the new seasonal salad; strawberry, chicken, and bacon. Fresh and crisp with a nice, light sweet n sour dressing. French fries and bacon cheeseburgers were good as usual. We love the chili.
It was horrible. We sat in line for 40 minutes from till we got our food. There was so much background noise on the speaker the girl couldnt hear. Our order was messed up and we were not waiting any longer to correct it
We waited a half hour & our order was incomplete. The kid cashier didnt believe us on top of that. Why would we lie, do your job! Probably not going to that one (Rt 11 in Bloomsburg). It used to be good.
Their burgers are the best! Flavorful, juciy, and best of all when you get then they are served hot and with a fresh bun!! My only issue would be they hardly ever have the baked potato side available. Or tell you that it will be a twenty minute wait.
Dont go here the 2nd shift wouldnt serve me I am a diabetic needed food at 9:30 pm they took my order then told me they didnt feel like filling it and told me to leave they were closed . Went to Buckhorn and they said they have been getting complaints about rt 11 wendys in bloomsburg. The manager acted like he didnt care when I called the next day at rt 11 wendys . Ill never stop there again they played a dangerous game that night with a medical condition and wendys will be held accountable for that next time
Wait for to order was 20 minutes. Got down the road and my order was wrong. No time to go back. No receipt in the bag or on it and not given. You can tell theyre short on help like every other business.
The menu seems limited to only a couple sandwiches. But love there chicken sandwiches and chili (I know how its made and yes I still love it). I wanted to try the bourbon bacon burger(dont quote me on the exact name), but wendys was out of the bourbon sauce. Got the grilled chicken jalapeño popper sandwich it was delicious..!
Food here is usually outstanding. Better by far than the Berwick OIPS. This time - not so good. If this were my first time there I wouldnt go back.
One of the few fast food restaurants I will eat at. The Bloomsburg location is very good. Employees are friendly and polite. The restaurant is clean, and the food is fresh. They are taking the necessary precautions during this time and offer good food and customer service.
The baconnator and the chicken vaconnator were so damn delicious
Very nice group of workers. I didnt want chicken on my sandwich and asked for a burger substitute instead. They accommodated the sandwich for me with no frustrations. Food was quickly done, order packed up nice. Very friendly and professional. Food was delicious, especially my burger sandwich.
The new sandwich is delicious! Its got bacon and a pretzel bun of pure joy✨ great prices too, I normally get the 5$ deal but that new sandwich picture was just too good looking not to try.
Employees clearly dont listen when you make your order. I was still given a regular side salad after trying to order a Ceasar multiple times. Not sure why this is so hard, dont hire slow people in fast food!
Wendys is good, dont get me wrong, but the gripes I have is that the food is a bit basic. Its exactly what youd expect and everything, but its nothing special or surprising.

This location had always been consistently good. The recent remodel updated the decore. The large lobby is confusing to some because theyre not sure where the line begins. Overall good ratings for a clean establishment. It can get busy during peak times. Plan accordingly or have patience.
Not sure why things have changed, maybe its because of COVID-19, but the last three times I have been there they have charged me for things they did not give me. The drive thru folk are impatient and when they are asked to fix it, they are rude. It wasnt like this before so I really hope things improve. The food still tastes good, but the service is lacking.

Wanted to try the classic chicken sandwich tonight but, when I got home it was missing the pickles. And it shows on the online app it comes WITH pickles. My diet coke had a lemon after taste too. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received tonight.
Theyre still only offering drive through when other fast food places have dine in available. Get with the times.
Berry Salad is one of my all time favorite salads, these are delicious! I ordered a half with grilled chicken and I still couldnt eat it all. Very filling! Dont forget the 50 cent frosty!
Whenever you go here check your bags. They always seem to forget something whether it be half your food, plasticware, or napkins. They are usually lacking, if you have the time go to the buckhorn wendys instead
Wendys changed the BBQ sauce and it blows. The rest of the food is good but they RUINED what used to be my favorite BBQ sauce in fast-food. I dont buy myself nuggets from Wendys anymore (now opting for BK or McDs nuggs) since they changed the BBQ sauce
Amazing... simply amazing food for generations now. Service is quick prices are a tad higher than mcdonalds or B.K. but you can def. Taste the freshness.

Place is absolutely filthy. Never cleaned, and the place is way too small to handle the lunch rush they get. Food is dry, fries are cold and soggy, and half of the options on the Coke machine are out of order all the time...
This place is clean and the people seems nice. I always like to go here after the movie and fill my stomach up. The cinema is right next door. Get the chicken sandwiches. Healthy choice and it is OMG good.
Took 15 mins to order with only 3 cars in front of me. Recieved my food which was something completely different from what I ordered. Seems like they could use some better direction there....
They took way too long to prepare my mobile order and I had to rush back to work and didnt even get to eat it... I dont quite understand your order doesnt show on the screen until you check it yet it took almost a half hour to get it...
Eat Wendys all the time.. Lets he honest.. Fast food joints get things right anywhere from 50 to 80 percent of the time. This local Wendys is alright. I dig it. There closer to the 80 percent. 4 Stars

I dont know about anything else but the baconator is worth it. You want to hate your self in two hours but have a hunger that only a 1/2 lb of beef can settle this might be what you are looking for. ( Disclaimer I only eat baconators here I have not clue about anything else they make)
On two separate occasions they gave me someone elses order at the drive through which is very slow to begin with. Both times I did not discover this till I got back to work then had to turn around and go back. I will never go here again. Incompetence !! I mean how hard can it be to follow the written instructions on a computer screen of what to put in the bag?
We like Wendys Chili, but the SMELL of Wendys when you enter any of these restaurants is disgusting! Not sure what smells, but this odor needs to be addressed
Wendys on route 11 near Bloomsburg. The food was good but the seating area was dirty. Trash was overflowing , some tables werent cleaned either.
Cashier wasnt pushy at all (Im very indecisive) and helped me figure out what size I wanted. Food was great and the environment was comfortable.

I came in for a dine-in order of a bacon maple sandwich. The manager was very short with me during my order, coming off very disrespectful. When I went for my drink, their soda machine didnt have ice. My chicken patty was undercooked.
If you consistently want your order messed up and food cold, his is your go to place!

2022-07-22Cant follow simple instructions. Always gets my simple order wrong then when you take it inside the manager gets arrogant and accuses you of ordering a simple hamburger wrong . Also the floors are sticky .

2021-04-15I was so looking forward to the breakfast Baconator. I downloaded the app like they said at the store and it said I would get a free sandwich and the app did not work. They forgot my straws and only gave me one napkin. And then my burger India plucking like these pictures. Kind of disappointed but it tasted okay.

2022-03-04Worst Wendys location. Ive literally never received a correct order from this place. Ive had to go inside to sort things out and been given the silent treatment while new food was put together and just dropped on the counter in front of me. And its not like the staff are dealing with a rude customer. Im always overly polite to anyone that is preparing my food. Best thing for this location is the firing of every level of management or a wrecking ball.
