We had a great experience with Mike the owner as well as his crew. We had to wait for the work to start and we were in a heat wave. My father is 93 and it was just to humid so they put a temporary window air conditioner in the window for us till they could start the job. That was going over and above the BEST company and we are so thankful for this kindness shown to us. I would highly recommend Faust. After a few weeks of using our new central air I had a question and called them. They sent out a tech within 30 minutes to check things out for me. Thanks for the great customer service !
Had couple of maintenance and service calls on multiple units--Shane did a great job on annual inspections/tune ups as did Alex with call back to get heat up and running by temporarily fixing defective part. Replacement part was promptly ordered and quickly replaced within couple days without having system down at all. Thanks again for great service!
Our service technician Patrick was courteous and respectful and explained all details. Mike described everything that could be done and proposed all options the same day before work was to be done. He responded quickly to any concerns we voiced. We have dealt with other companies before but will definitely stay with Faust. Highly recommend

Faust Hearing & A/C continues to impress. Weve used them for 7 years and they never disappoint. Im most impressed with the professionalism, and courtesy of each technician. While our interactions are typically just maintenance calls, on 2 recent occassions (one for A/C, another for heating just last week) we had an emergency. Both times they responded to the call quickly and we received amazing service.
I would recommend everyone in my area to call Faust. They have been servicing my household for over 14 years, since I moved into my house. They are very professional, work ethic is very high and I total trust them to give me honest answers.
My electric bill skyrocketed this month so I called Faust. Patrickdiagnosed the problem and cleaned the coils in the unit, re-sealed the exchange and installed a Hardstart kit. Looks like he solved the problem! Patrick is the best!
We recently had a heat pump installed in our home by Faust. Service was great! The guys came in and remove the old system and replace it with a new one. They were experienced, polite and friendly. Our first experience with recently installed heating and AC was excellent. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and less expensive then the company who serviced our old furnace/AC under an annual contract. Mike in Sales and Mike the service technician answered all our questions. He even caulked a small opening on the outside surrounding the oil delivery pipes. Shout out to Bill who always answers the phone on the first ring. Great job everyone!
We needed an annual maintenance and wished to make a connection with a company we could rely on in the future when needs arise. Our furnace died two years ago, and Faust (recommended by our realtor) was there right away to get it back on its feet. That spring, we met with three different companies to get estimates on a complete HVAC system. Fausts price was right in the middle, but we felt most confident in their product and their crew. Nearly two years later, the system works great and has saved us money on our gas and electric bills. Every time their crew has come out for routine maintenance, they are courteous and professional, especially Justin. Ive recommended them to everyone I know, with great results.
Codie has been our service technician in the past and is always polite and professional. He very quickly diagnosed the problem with our AC and had it up and running within the hour. We were pleasantly surprised to learn the repair was covered under warranty. We especially appreciated that our repair was scheduled immediately because the breakdown happened on one of the hottest days of the summer. Thanks!
We had our furnace go the day after the big snowfall on 1/23/16 and I called Faust Heating & AC. That was without a doubt one of the best & smartest moves I could have made. As of a few minutes ago three of the gentlemen just left my house. My wife & I for the first time in several years are comfortable with the heat and NO MORE NOISE. All of the workers from Mike the owner to Justin, Pat, Mike, Andy and even Joey a student on a learning program were unbelievable. They not only were very knowledgeable and helpful, but courteous and friendly to my wife and I. The service they provided was outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
Faust has always been prompt , professional, and honest in their dealings with me. That is hard to find. I always request and recommend Codie for my service calls. He is a good as it gets. Keep up the good work!
Justin is a service tech. that any company would relish. He is knowledgeable, friendly and you can tell he loves his work and Company. I am completely satisfied with his work. Mike Faust has to be commended for his excellence in getting the selection process right when hiring his employees.
They came out right away when we asked for a furnace servicing. Good thing they did as they found holes rusted in the firebox. Once we secured financing from our bank, they came out right away to install the new furnace, took the old one away, installed a new thermostat (included) and showed us how to program it. And it only took them one day to do it. They were always friendly, courteous and professional. This furnace works so much better than our old one (from the 80s!).
Mike, Bill, Shane, and the entire crew are excellent to work with. They are professional, clean, and take extreme pride in their work. They care deeply about the customer being completely satisfied. I wouldnt call anyone else for my HVAC needs.
I tried several different HVAC companies before finding Faust, and Ive been a loyal customer ever since. They did a great job replacing two HVAC systems for us (natural gas forced air attic and basement units). Scheduling service calls is hassle-free. Service techs have all been courteous and professional. They took responsibility for an undersized condensate pump that they installed and replaced it at no charge. Glad to finally have a reputable HVAC company!

Weve been using Faust HVAC for a few years now and have always had A+ experiences. Overnight and weekend issues weve always gotten callbacks in minutes and are never hesitant to come out immediately if needed. Shane from Faust performed my annual check up on my AC system. I had lots of companies bid on a new heat pump system for heating and cooling my house. The oil furnace was old and I wanted to replace it before it failed. Mike Faust provided a very innovative system which works great and also does not use those bulky wall units that I preferred to avoid.The UNICO air distribution system also complements my wood pellet stoves for supplemental winter heat.The best part about the entire Faust Team is that each and every one of them were polite, professional, courteous and respectful. Patrick was our technician. He was calm, polite and thorough. He explained what he was doing and why. He gave me good suggestions for how we could improve the function of our heat pump both now and in the future. I am very pleased with our first experience with Faust because of Patricks superior attitude and work ethic.
I called Faust on June 11th to clean and service my AC unit. It was important to me that someone come as soon as possible because the problem with my AC has caused me to not be able to use it, and it’s been very hot the past few weeks. They said they would come out on June 22nd (the day after Father’s Day). I never received another call or reminder until the morning of the 22nd at 8:00. I had a voicemail from Bill saying they had to reschedule. No apology. No explanation. I was annoyed but I figured there was a good reason and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I called him back to reschedule and he tells me they are scheduling out to the end of July! I explained that to him that I could not wait until the end of July. I reminded him that I wasn’t able to use my AC unit and that they were the ones that cancelled on me the day of and said they needed to reschedule. He agreed and scheduled me for Friday June 26th (today). This morning I woke up to another voicemail. This time it said they would not be able to come out and service my AC unit because I am outside of their service area. First of all, why wasn’t this determined the FIRST time I called or even the SECOND time I called?? Secondly, it very clearly says online that this company services “Allentown and surrounding areas”. Well, I live in Allentown. So, TWICE I had to move things around to make sure either me or my husband would be home for these appointments and TWICE they cancelled on me the day of the appointment with barely an apology. I called back and spoke to Bill again. He was not able to give me much more of an explanation besides “It was a mistake.” If I had to guess, my job was too small for them and they probably had other larger jobs lined up that would bring in more money. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I have never dealt with such terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and choose a different HVAC company. Don’t waste your time on this company like I did.

Prompt, professional and honest. Ive used 3 different HVAC companies since moving to the LV. Faust was the only company where I trusted the knowledge of the technician, in our case Shane. Shane even spent time with me to explain my current issue, and even explained common signs that may indicate a possible HVAC issue. As a first time homeowner, I sincerely valued discussing these topics with Shane. If I have future issues, Faust will be on speed dial.

Again, Codie was sent out to check a air-conditioning issue, he narrowed it down to a capacitor and replaced it. So far it seems to be better, I was told to monitor it. The unit is only two years old and already needed a part BUT, Faust did not supply or install my unit. I did however call THEM for a repair. Thanks Again.Rick
Was told by several hvac firms they could only install a split unit for ac. I wanted a central system. Mike looked the house over said no problem. After one summer it works great. They cleaned up after themselves, and any problems were resolved the same or next day.

Michael went the extra mile to replace our broken central air conditioning before the miserable heat wave arrived. When he powered on the unit for the first time, there was a disconcerting rattle. Without being asked, Michael removed the unit, took it back to the distributor and installed a new one, working into the evening in the process. 2022-04-25We have had The Faust Team in our home several times now. They repaired our heat and AC a few times, then just this month, they installed 2 new AC units and all the work included with that. The guys are exceptional. Very professional, friendly, thorough and they put down items to keep our floors clean. We felt completely comfortable with them in our home. We are so glad they were referred to us. They exceeded our expectations which is such a wonderful surprise. We definitely recommend Faust. April 2022

2022-07-01Be sure to confirm that this company provides service to your area. They do not disclose that until minutes before the appointment arrival time is expected. In my case I waited nearly a week before finding out. Note that they still made the appointment. For reference, they do not service the Lehighton area.

2021-10-20Have used the company to service my hvac for past couple years then just had them out for a repair. Alex is a great tech, very helpful and respectful. Had an issue w/ heating and they were out the next day, instead of having to wait weeks from other companies. He was here for my annual service this year, now the repair. Alex alone has earned the company my continued business, the quickness with which they were able to get out here to fix it is the bonus.

2022-04-25One star for honesty in not wanting to do central a/c install literally just told they not interested in doing it i guess they thought it was easy work just install wall unit ductless but not what we wanted my wife wanted flush mounted once i told them our interest in quote kid call office and can and told me they were not interested in doing it just keep this in mind if using or planning to call for work.

Highly recommend Faust, had a few companies here and Faust was by far the best......Wednesday July 20 2022....Was having a whistling noise from our heating system called faust had a quick response from them to come out, jarred came out figured the problem out immediately was very friendly and respectful. 2022-07-20Our heat shut off and the house was freezing. I called Faust later in the day and they offered emergency service right away, but said if I was ok waiting, they could get someone to my house the next day without the extra charge. I really appreciated that kindness and not taking advantage of the situation. The technician, Jarred, was great and got our boiler working right away.We used Faust to install a heat pump and service the second one at our last home and are planning on having them replace our current system with two new heat pumps at our new home. Great company thats very respected in the community because they treat people fairly and do a good job.
