Went in to print a document off a USB stick and buy a cover folder at 9am. Carl saw me looking around and proactively walked up and assisted me. Extremely helpful and nice. Thanks Carl!
I had a last minute request for a big order Matoya was amazingly helpful and got them done for me. Amazing service!
I was the only one in the place and yet I was ignored since I guess they had more important things to go than to actually serve customers... At least they were very polite when spoken to.

2021-12-31I used the computer to print out photos. The pictures had lines running through them. They suggested I send them to their email so they could print them out. Cool thanks. That didnt work initially so I had to resend as a pdf. Nope still didnt work. They suggested I send it to another email. Sorry no time for that. I dont need a ticket. So I spent money there and received nothing. Thanks

2021-12-02I love this location. Every time I walk in here I am helped and do not have to go searching for anyone because they greet you and ask what you need immediately. They have helped me so much even when I call confused about something. I will only go to this location just because of the staff

2021-12-31Bad customer service. They are busy chatting while you wait around for someone to attend to you. Also noticed one staff member without a mask despite the fact that the city has an indoor mask mandate. Will avoid this one in the future.

2021-10-12Consistently the worst customer service of the FedEx Stores in Philly - Today agent ( long braids ) literally clocks out 6 minutes before close with a line of people and only one other person working . Extraordinarily rude every time I end up at this location .

2016-03-16I received very courteous and professional care here. The manager, Ricky, and staffer Erica were quick, efficient and helpful. They were also kind. I am grateful to them for making an important aspect of my trip to Philadelphia easy.

2020-11-26The posted Express pickup time on the Fedex website for this location was 7 p.m., I arrived with a time-sensitive legal filing at 6:50 to learn from staff still inside the store that the actual final pickup time was 6:00 and the store was closed. Please post correct information so that customers can plan accordingly.

2019-04-24On 4/23/19 at 8:40 I encountered the person who must be the WORST EMPLOYEE of any business in the universe. The store was unstaffed, essentially (for 20 min I saw no employee at all); it would have been so easy to rob, lol! But forget about customer service! Totally useless! This location (on this day and at this time, anyway) is to be strictly avoided.

2020-11-27One of the worst of the worst customer service I have ever encountered with. The black gal with the glasses and big pimples at the front desk was super rude and unprofessional. Employees like her make FedEx look bad. I’m never going back again! Awful environment and awful employee!!!

2016-02-08They are very slow and unresponsive when customers walk in, and are very slow in serving customers (10-20 minutes per person). I do give them 3 stars as opposed to 1 or 2 because I believe a big part of the problem are customers not really being prepared (i.e. packages having to be re-opened due to not having the address written down).

2014-11-03Curtis was extremely helpful to get a big order done over the weekend. He was patient and finished it earlier than expected. Really happy with my experience.
