Staff is always super helpful and attentive. Sometimes this place gets busy and there is a wait but staff always makes an effort to make things run as smooth and fast as possible. Several computers to print stuff from. Separate desk for FedEx customers to make things move faster. I appreciate this business a lot!
I was there past closing time because there were problems with the computer and fax machine and printer but she was very helpful and credited me for the money I spent on the machines that didnt work. Im grateful there are still caring people during Covid because many workers have become so bitter everywhere.
Worst experience at a fedex EVER. The two guys working there completely dismissed me when first asking for help because the printer wasn’t working - they said they had to get to the line first even though the line was all people that had JUST walked up. So I got in line and then when it was my turn, he took a look at the printer and said it was an error with my file?? Even though it was a simple PDF? Then I went to print a receipt because i was still charged, and then a ‘no paper’ error showed. I went back to the counter and the guy said “that’s not what it showed and you must not have clicked print receipt”. I said well I did... and he goes “mam, I am not doing this” then proceeded to start talking to other customers and flat out ignoring me.I’m literally sick from how I was treated. Never go here.
Update Ryan was diligent in making sure he could scan my fedex envelope.Always fully staffed. Vacuuming could be improved or more attentive. Cashiers always friendly..in person and on phone.Any problems? Just say something their always happy to help.The cashier Theron usually is working and helps me; he is very professional and courteous and polite. (He doesnt rush me either unlike other places during a business transaction)
I tried to call and ask a simple question. The answering service is awful. Never gives you a person, talks slow as hell, and doesnt let you hit options before shes finished. I would rather just write what I was going to print out by myself. They dont want my money. Very interesting business model!
Very Bad Experience: The Staff were welcoming and seemed well intentioned, I cannot give them attentive though. Only needed to print a number of items from my computer, and I thought it would be easy to connect to their printing network -- 20 minutes later after waiting for the laptop I bought (very connective mac air) to connect to the printing service, I gave up and used one of the computer station in the store, as the connection continually stalled half way. Cost me 7 bucks to print out three things, horrible. Will never go here again.
I went to pick up my package today 3/27/19. I go up to the counter and see an employee name is Dannett. Shes an old foreigner lady. She was very rude. I will NOT be returning. I gave her my ID and my tracking number info. There was alot of packages behind the counter and she only looked through 2 packages. She then turned around and said to me Oh your package is not here I said Maam, I received a email and a text message saying that my package has arrived, I can show you both messages She said A text message and a email isnt gonna help me she went back and started looking in the packages and she found my package.. which was directly in the front the entire time. I tried to lift the package but it was too heavy. so I asked her May i have assistance to carry it out to my car? she says Oh Im about to leave for lunch So another lady steps in and says I can take your package to your car maam I said thank you very much Your employee Dannett does not show great customer service at all. She had a disgusting attitude and she makes the company looks bad. I am very disappointed. This why I stick with UPS, I dont have to deal with this ignorant unwelcoming disrespect. If she cant deal with people respectfully and have a positive attitude then she shouldnt work in customer service.
The customer service at this FedEx Kinkos was probably the BEST customer service Ive ever gotten in my entire life! The staff are super friendly and they know how to handle their paper and packages.Jackie was THE MOST HELPFUL person ever. Ask for her! She will definitely take the time to help you and make sure everything is perfect. If I lived closer to this FedEx Id make sure to send my packages here ALWAYS! Thank you for the most wonderful experience!!!
Trying to ship important documents, but was told they cannot ship the normal documents due to COVID 19, which was understandable. However, I communicate with the staff that I can only use FedEx or UPS. Then the staff told me to go to 30th Street, which is a USPS, even though I confirmed twice with him.(Thought maybe a new UPS opened on 30th street)Finally, walked to the FedEx in center City on the same day. Shipped successfully with great service experience.
Store hours online and over the phone should be changed,because it’s never open until 8pm like it says,and getting there at 6:55 and having the lights shut off on me was quite a rude thing especially since the door was still open and I was inside and dismissed rudely by a employee
This low quality company has stressed me out. My package arrived later than estimated. Plus pints were low quality and left streaks on the paper that Fedex provided.I sent feedback through the website at first but it wasn’t addressed. Customer service in the store was short and didn’t inform me of extra charges for international shipping. Calls got looped around. Parts of the website feels outdated.And they are overpriced.
Terrible customer service. Made me wait over 10 min to talk with a manager and when the manager came out went over to a customer that just walked in before dealing with me. My pickup was for two packages and my box even said 1 of 2 but they told me it was impossible for me to pick up two packages with one tracking number, yet I did this exact thing the day before. The staff is dismissive and rude, do yourself a favor and find another store.
Very rude conversation on the telephone by employee. I was attempting to send pictures online for printing for a memorial service tomorrow. I am from out of town and do not know the area, Employee asked my location and when I told him he repeatedly told me that there are other locations in the area. I told him that I could Uber anywhere but he would not take my order and would not listen to me give him the address for the service. Kept talking over me and would not listen. Very disappointing.
Fedex is the worst mailing company I guess. I called for more than ten times and waited for more than ten days for a misdelivered parcel. Every time I speak to a customer service agent I got a different answer. Ask me to come to your station in the afternoon and when I arrive, tell me to wait there for three hours to wait the driver back?????Play me like a fool????? I can never imagine this kind of thing happening in China. American mailing companies will be ruled out by Chinese companies very very soon. Let’s see.
This FedEx is absolutely horrible, every time I have gone in I have left needed to go to another location to REPRINT and REPAY for my items because they blame my files for their broken printer (which by the way print just fine in other locations on decent machines). If you care at all about the quality of your print do not waste your money or time here.
I am not sure if all Fedex locations are this bad. The one on 20th and Market St was definitely more professional.I think they are becoming worse. All the positive reviews are from years ago and the recent ones are all bad. So I am not the crazy one.At 3535 Market St Fedex,1. They make fun of students waiting desperately for a poster or a thesis document.2. Make sure that you will not pay if they dont deliver by the mutually agreed time.3. They promise to get a poster ready 4 hours from now and realize their printer doesnt work at the last minute.4. Totally unprofessional. Unfortunately I did not learn from previous mistakes - they sent some very valuable documents of mine to the wrong address. No refund of my money nor any great effort at retrieval.5. The Fedex feedback center also does not seem to work or ignores any complaints because they have the business monopoly in the area.
I was told that large packages for return to take to another location but they take returns at this location which is closer to my home. When I called back I was to the do accept large packages for return. I went back to the location and there was a sign on the door “return in 15 mins” what type of business is this???
I have shipped many things over the years through many companies, and never have I ever been told you cant have dead space in the box, so either you have to pay us to repack it for you or you have to take it home to do it yourself. Many companies send me packages with tons of dead space in their boxes. Clearly they just wanted me to pay more for a pointless service.

2022-02-11I walked into this store with two car tires that I had to return to the vendor. Store manager, Erica, looks at me with disgust. Neither store associates greet or say anything as I stand there and wait on my turn. Then store manager, Erica, whispers to her colleague, while looking at the tires, “is that what she’s trying to ship”? I guess she was trying to make a smart comment. Again, no hi, hello, nothing. Then a white person walks in and receives a warm hello from both Erica and colleague. I’m not sure why store manager, Erica, treated me like that but it was completely uncalled for.

2022-06-16Stop shipment at 6:30 if you don’t have a label. I don’t think we must have a label to receive the service or the staff is a Dropbox. The staff treats me like I don’t speak English or I’m deaf. She could provide service but probably was not willing to.

2021-11-08I was dropping off the return for apple device, and they were so friendly.If you are doing fedex QR code device return, you do not need to bring any box or foam, since they have specific box prepared.Easy and clean.

2021-11-27The staff are incredibly rude and clueless. Terrible store!Although I had my return label ready, I didn’t bring any box and they told me I can purchase a box from them for 3 dollars and after packing my item, they charged me 10 dollars for just a small box!!!!

2021-09-22*ATTENTION*: This particular location has been closing at 6:00PM. However, the posted time on the locations website reads 8:00pm. FedEx has been really terrible lately. They could at least update the closing time on website since that is where people go to get information. Having it posted in the door of the location is after the fact. After the fact that people have wasted their time and money.

2020-11-17Victoria made everything simple for me. As I was walking into the store I noticed a person reaching their arm into the dropbox to unclog it from an oversized box that was stuck in it, two seconds later I was greeted and asked if I needed help, she prepared my package for shipment, helped me with finding my account number, discusses the options for insurance that I needed. Then, I needed a minute to confirm the address, she rang me up for a beverage that had a separate register, bubble wrapped and tape up my package, all the while handling questions and activities with coworkers AND was pleasant about it the entire time. FedEx should totally video tape her working to show people how to multitask, she rocks!

2020-03-18I had the worst experience in this FedEx Office. I visited there yesterday (3/17/2020) around 6 PM to send a package. It was not a busy time and only 2 customers including me were there. One of the female employee started to work on my package and I gave her the sending and receiving information. She kept talking with other employees so it looks she did not careful about entering my package information. Initially she missed some of receiving address so I asked to change it. Second time, she made a mistake again on receiving address. Third time, she misspelled again and it looks she did not change anything on the address. Even though I said the receiving address is not correct and I asked to change it, she did not hear and kept talking to others about unimportant things. And then, she even yelled to me that I need to push the ship button for confirming the information. How can I ship with the wrong address? I asked to change my receiving address again and she found finally what she wrote misspelled ones after several tries (the address consisted of very simple words). If she focused on her work, she should have finished this simple work at once. She should also have apologized about her mistakes but she threw away the receipt to me without any explanation. I really do not understand her attitude. I think FedEx should have trained the employee about customer service and professional work.
