I used to love this FedEx location. I used to know everyone that worked there and I knew they were seasoned employees that were friendly and trustworthy. The whole staff in this location has changed now, and theyre slower and not as good with customer service.I dont know what has happened but in the past couple of weeks I have sent two packages from this FedEx location and things have gone wrong. The first package went missing (to be found 2 days later, as it had been misplaced by FedEx). I had paid extra for over-night expedited delivery and now the package was about 5 days late! The second package was dropped off last Tuesday, and it did not get picked-up until Wednesday (why??) and now it apparently has the wrong address on it (how??) and is already two days late for delivery. For a point of comparison, I sent a third package from a DIFFERENT FedEx location and sent it to the same address as the second package was sent to. The recipient received this third package sent from a different FedEx and has yet to receive the second package send from this location. It is very frustrating.
I use this FedEx on a regular basis. David Bayo has helped me multiple times with my printing needs. David makes the whole experience a pleasure. He is friendly always polite and does his job very well, always providing me with the best of service and the materials I need.
Hey I went to this store this afternoon , I havent been one these store in years . So I had no clue on how to get my items printed from my phone none! But the young lady at service desk was so very nice and helpful, I told her I was sorry to be a pain. She said this is my jobI didnt get her name but OMG What a blessing she was to me. To the young lady, thank you for your kindness and understanding.May Gods best be your.Thanks.RjDupree.
Most incompetent employees here. We had our save the date cards shipped internationally through an agent at this location. She must have forgotten to include the necessary paperwork needed to ship to Canada. Ended up getting returned to us and then subsequently stolen from our front door. Avoid at all costs.
Do NOT ship using this office. Go to UPS instead. They have absolutely ZERO idea how shipping works. The representative neglected to fill out all the necessary forms for a package which has now been lost. Money lost. Awful customer service. Youd be better off training a pigeon to deliver your stuff. Thanks for ruining Christmas! And the COVID excuse doesnt work anymore! Fedex has had almost a year to prepare for this and yet you keep charging the same price. Thanks for taking my money!
Best Service Ever !!!! Manager Michael , Yolanda, & Wanda are fabulous. Theyve helped me with my computer questions with patience and professionalism. They listen to my questions, solve the problems , and explain what I need to know with being rushed or made to feel ridiculous. They are the Best and the reason I keep coming back!!!!! Thank you!!!.
I came to print some documents double sided, but had one document sized incorrectly. Not being a computer or printing type person, I would expect familiarity from the staff to help. However, the staff member working was honest about not being comfortable resizing it for me, (as thats not really their job) and I was able to eventually figure it out. The staff member was very kind, and patient. The store is fairly well kept, but if youre printing, Id have a little extra time just in case something doesnt go as planned and know that it might be entirely up to you to fix it.
The FedEx location on Spring Garden has the best customer service!! I originally came in to mail some packages, I got home and realized I accidentally put a wrong label on a package, YIKES!So altogether I had to come into the store twice and make a phone call to FedEx on S.G. I dealt with 3 different employees in each situation, each employee I interacted with was professional and over the top helpful. Going forward I will only come to this FedEx location. They are so quick and very helpful, I am grateful to have them in my neighborhood:)
Ive come to this place 3 times and I always end up having to pay for extra parking because they are so terrible at costumer service. Today is the last time I will ever set foot in that place. The women working there helped 2 costumes who arrived after me and kept pushing me off. When I asked her if she could print a thank you card she was super negative about it. After all the costumes left and she was finally gonna help me, she decided to pick up the phone 3 times leaving me hanging. I ended up leaving because I had already fed the meter twice.
Ive been here too many times to count. There are closer fedEx Kinkos locations to me but I prefer to go here when I need something printed. I often order online ahead of time but have also come in with my files on a drive. There is frequently a line but it moves quickly because the staff is amazing at at dealing with people. Ive seen several staff members help five or more people at once in a cool calm and collected manner! This is my favorite Kinkos. The only issue I have here is that the store is often understaffed. Just because someone is excellent at Their job doesnt mean they they should have to deal with that many impatient customers at one time. Other awesome things that people who work at this kinkos have done that Ive not experienced elsewhere are as follows.1. Always getting the images right even when multiple printings are required.2.If they have prints that didnt work out they offered those to me too. i.e. they noticed a nearly invisible smudge once so reprinted my work and packed both up for me to pick up.3. Helping by resizing images in cases where I had made errors in sizing or formatting.All totally above and beyond!
I have come to this place four times I have always come out empty-handed regretting that I paid parking. Mind that this place charges $7.25 to resize a picture. Also if you want to print pictures you have to have a USB even though theyre extremely outdated. If you want to print a picture you would have to send it to the main desk and they take forever and they overcharge you and they have terrible customer service. Save yourself some bucks and energy and go somewhere else where you can actually get service
Oct 20th 2018 @ 6:40 pm they came to pick up boxes. I have a broken neck an spine,I ask can he get then 2-3 feet inside. He said no so I had to pick them up an throw them outside. He gave a dirty look,Im 4ft11 60 yrs old what the heck! 5 yrs not one driver said they couldnt come inside door an drag them out,its called elderly courtesy. So wrong,so ugly
Kudos, kudos to Ryan. He not only did a fantastic job of packing my care package for my grand niece whos at summer camp; he even drew fun and beautiful flowers on the box along with a sun - and had me write a quick note next to them. Ryan reminisced about getting such care packages as a kid while he was at camp, and how the decorations on the outside of the packages were always a hit. Thank you, Ryan!!!! Youre grrreat!
A couple of warnings before you print and ship at kinkos Fedex . They hold $10 on your credit card to copy on the self serve machine which is ridiculous. So if you mess up and sighn out you will be charged $10 again. Its best to get the kinkos card from the machine if there is no machine the employees will give you a card . Make sure you calculate the cost of your print job before adding money to the card. Also the print machine is on a default setting to automatically print your copies in color so if you do not hit the black and white print option they will charge you .69 cent for a black and white copy which is only .15 cent. I mail at Fedex often but if your package is not in by 5pm it will get shipped the next day. I use pre paid labels to cut the b.s over charging they do at the front counter. I scan and go. If your shipping The employees love to overcharge you. They will not let you ship in a shoe box or use duck tape or colored tape. They will not ship your item if you do. If you let them re-pack your item they charge you a packing fee. Its better to go home and do it yourself they really over charge.
As stated via email and text that my package has arrived at this specific location...I checked in and called to asure that it was ready for pick up and I was told by four different people that my package never once arrived. I started to get worried so I called Fed Ex customer service. They told me the first and last name of the fed ex worker at this location who scanned my package and checked it in. I gave them the name after being hunged up on twice. This packaged arrived at 2 oclock this afternoon and they had no idea it was in the building at 4:30pm when I inquired.I call this expirience an unnecessary headache!
A patron (my sender) was trying to drop off a Diathermy unit in Philly for me to ship to Oklahoma and arrived a couple of minutes late. The Arizona representative said they would naturally let him in, if it were that close, but that didnt happen. She said there was no way to contact them to let them know that he was behind a bit which is understandable because of the snow. He waited and they ignored him. We were unable to call and confirm, so they would know how close he was but I was told there was no way we could reach them; because I guess they dont have a phone. Anyway she suggested to take it to the Spring Garden Fedex and they could box and ship it. There was a man at the end of his shift who wouldnt stay to help him with the Diathermy unit even though my sender was a couple of minutes away. The man whose shift was over put me on hold. He left while I was put on hold. I even offered to pay him so that my sender would not suffer strain carrying a diathermy over the snow mound. He had little suggestions to help my sender park or get the diathermy unit over the snow to the store front in anyway. It seemed as if he was trying to discourage us from dropping it off. The problem is that there is a mound of snow in front they said. My question is, why would they not melt or remove enough snow to allow customers to safely carry their packages and shipping items to the counter? The man left behind, said he could not help because he was the only person there. Maybe more than one person should be working there at night. What if the gentleman had a stroke or heat failure. Wouldnt that be a kick. Overall I am trying to remember the reason why Philly was named the city of brotherly love. Now I hear after getting the Diathermy over the snow mound by himself, the man for the night shift couldnt figure out how to box it up. My sender informed me he was out about 2 hours trying to get the shipment out to me. He was told that he will have to take it to the major Fedex center when they open next, whatever that meant. The customer service in Arizona doesnt know that apparently. I trusted Fedex implicitly until now. I have no idea how so much misinformation and lack of initiative exists in your Philadelphia Companies. I will think hard next time I ship with Fedex.

2022-04-27Im compelled to leave a review for excellent customer service. The team here corrected a mistake that occurred at another store that may have even been my own fault. Not only did they correct the mistake at their cost but they did it immediately while I waited when I was prepared to return another day if necessary. Thank you!

2021-12-11Desiree is very thorough and patient. I visited near closing time so expected to be rushed when I got there. Instead she carefully packaged my artwork and made sure I approved before taping it up.Unfortunately, the package is arriving too late and Fedex has conveniently suspended their moneyback guarantee as of Nov.1st so Im not using them again :(Five stars is for Desiree, not fedex haha.

2021-07-20I am a senior citizen. I am very pleased with the service I receive from the staff. Today Dave and Caitlyn were very helpful. They, as usual, are very pleasant. I appreciate the extra effort they make to sure I can compete my projects. Thanks ☺️

2021-03-14Desiree, was extremely nice and helpful. When the system shut down in the middle of scanning my pages, she took them behind the counter and scanned all of them for me. There were alot of papers and she also was approved to give me a discount due to the inconvenience. Super good visit and I hope all employees are as helpful as her.

2021-06-03I called earlier and wanted to see if I can pick up my package instead of having it delivered the next day. Aaron was friendly and helpful on directing me to their general customer service. It turns out FedEx has 2 different distribution centers and the local offices may not be able to track it. Customer service helped me out and offered to have it delivered tomorrow at an earlier time. Glad I connected with Aaron earlier. Thank you

2021-07-10I’ve gone here a few times to print and ship items. The store is clean and organized. The self service is pretty simple. Still, there were times I managed to make it complicated and the staff was extremely helpful and supportive every time. Really appreciate the help.

2021-02-07What a frustrating store this one is. Customer service is lacking. For example, on my most recent visit, I entered the store and there were no other customers in line. I approached the counter, where an employee was standing. I said hello and got no response.The first words out of the employees mouth were does it already have a label as she stared at the box with a label on it.Another issue I have with this store is that a driver came in and was not wearing their mask over their face. That driver stood next to me for several minutes and was not asked to wear his mask properly.I suggest the managements seriously consider treating customers with courtesy and also enforcing mask weearing rules on any FEDEX employees who enter the store, not just customers.
