Always has what I need. Lots of choices good prices nice and friendly staff. What more could you want from a liquor store.
Disapointing Scotch and Burbon selection for being a Premium store. The selection is not nearly as good as the one at the south hills village or Monroeville. The stock of the limited selection they have is also not very good.

Oh my goodness!!! Great store!! Huge selection! Only problem I bought a case of wine .. a variety..I asked the sales associate to carry it out for me..when I asked him to put it on the back seat behind me he rolled his eyes.I felt like I owed him an explanation..which was.. I had just been to Costco my trunk was completely full and then I was on my way to pick up my daughter at the airport. He kinda ruined my experience.
Everyone was polite and friendly! Every wine and spirits is professional and kind to what’s going on in the world!
This is the best state store in our area. It also helps that the guy who rang us out had a great sense of fashion with his Rush 2112 mask. Great customer service, too!
Helpful staff, good selection. They have a tasting center too. Would love to go back someday and do some tastings. They can also chill your bottles for you on site.
Ive been to few different wine and spirit stores in the area and this one is definitely one of the better ones. It has a good selection, very clean and organized, and a tasting section in the back. I cant touch on how helpful the staff is, but they seemed friendly. I definitely recommend coming to this location.
Good selection, some not so common stuff.
There isnt anything wrong with the store. Im not from the area, so it was strange enough that PA doesnt sell beer and wine in the grocery store, heck you have to go to a liquor store and then to a beer store separately. But this store could reduce the wine selection and add a larger selection of mixers and other mixed drink necessities to reduce the amount of running around the you have to do to just to make a drink.
Sign said temporarily closed due to an emergency. Meanwhile theyre walking around inside looking like theyre bored out of their minds and ignoring me at the door. All I wanted to know was how long? took my mask off so they could read my lips before I started shouting HOW LONG? Employees just looked at me like I was crazy meanwhile literally 12 people walked up to the store and left within 5 minutes of me standing there. I need wine for my girl THATS AN EMERGENCY
Waited 20 minutes at the locked wine cooler and found nobody on the floor to help. Wanted to purchase two expensive bottles. Left because of already long holiday line and wasted time waiting for someone. If your going to have locked coolers, you probably should have someone on the floor all the time. Worker walked right by me into the back and never came back out. Never asked if I needed help either. Place is clean and organized but customer service seems to be lacking.
Such a great place. Good selection and we we able to find a brand that we normally have to travel 40 minutes away to find. Definitely going here again.

Since they moved they have a bigger facility, and more selection. Staff is always helpful, and friendly! They dont always have the canadians whiskey that I like, but they always help to locate it.

Had a question on a different kind of wine to get my wife and Denise gave me a good suggestion. He was very helpful and friendly and store was busy.
They have a very large selection of alcohol . Prices are a little higher than Im used to being from Ohio. If you dont wear a mask they will yell at you.
Absolutely phenomenal staff, who are there to greet you as soon as you first enter this location. Also very knowledgeable & helpful if your looking to switch it up or try new seasonal cocktails or mixed drinks. Top notch 10/5 stars!!!
I meant to write this review about a month ago. I went into the store (I am an African American female) to purchase a bottle of wine. I notice that the cashier did not ask the gentleman before me for his ID, however, she asked me for mine. I did not mind showing my ID because I do look relatively young and she printed the receipt for me to sign. I was use to the routine of signing the receipt but was caught off guard when she began to harass me about how my signature did not match my ID signature (Ive never had ANYONE ever question me about my signature on my ID my picture is on my ID). So I was respectful and explained that my signature changes per whenever I sign things (i.e. if you sign something really fast because you are in a hurry your signature looks different). I went to go pay with my credit card and signed on the key pad. Of course the cashier had to make the comment that my key pad signature looked more like my signature. Again I explained that my signature changes and she gave me a rude look. To make matters worse the customer after me (another Caucasian male) also was not carded. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location. I gave two stars because as a store itself it has a pretty well selection.
Great selection but almost always out of stock. One would think if it sells quick... order more.. but not here.
They have a lot of imported liquor from Asia, the plum wine and soju is my favorite! I keep coming back for more. Also one of the few places that carry Baileys. Very awesome place and friendly staff!
The bottles that they sell work for what youre looking for maybe.

Hallelujah we finally got a new wine and spirits in Robinson actually worthy of the designation Premium.. New, much larger location. Tasting bar. Much better selection!!! Love it!
Maaaaaasive selection of wine and spirits. Prices seem to be pretty good too.Lots of specials when we went.Couldnt see any soft drink or beers though (although to be fair it IS called fine wine and spirits!!)

I would give 5 stars because this place is really clean and the staff were super nice, but when I got home I realized they sold me an open bottle of liquor. I would have went back and said something but I live an hour away.

2022-06-23Not bad as far as state stores go, but its time for state liquor stores to GO! Prohibition is long gone boys. Time to open the market to private enterprise.

2022-06-10Huge, beautiful store. Unfortunately, their management team are rude and unhelpful. You’re an inconvenience for coming to their store. Now, their lack of customer service has bleed to their employees. This is the last store in Pittsburgh you should visit.

2022-01-24Stopped in last week, maybe a change in management because i was looking for something specific and the guy went back to the computer and literally wrote down the locations that had the product i needed! Much better then last year when the older guy at the store would stand at the door and scream at you for forgetting a mask.

2019-12-15Only wines and spirits that has Passoã, but only the little bottle. Nice collection of fine wines and spirits. if I was in the area I wont ld go there over one close to home. (May have future opinions of other store if they step up their game).

2021-10-14My favorite liquor store! Always well stocked with lots of staff on hand. The line always moves quickly and the cashiers are always pleasant. There is always someone around to help find things.

2021-11-15Large, well-stocked store. Had four bottles of a rare single-malt Scotch. I bought three, two as Xmas gifts. I called ahead and without a deposit, Mike set them aside for me to pick up the following day.

2021-12-05Its a state store.Has many items.PA is VERY strict about what is allowed, re: liquor sales so youll not find many things because of state laws.
