I guess its for pros only. I used the PDF template for poster no problem, trying to do for folded cards. support person doesnt seem to understand what Im talking about when I mention PDF template. It doesnt seem like this should be so difficult- I do not have photoshop- surely you provided a Preview template- so I can design in Preview, right? not my fist language this digital design stuff- but a tiny bit of useful guidance, I thought, and I can get this done. nope. very frustrating and disappointing. I guess Im a candidate for one the the laymen user friendly print companies. I really hoped this would work. The prices are great. Accommodating your business to artists who are NOT PS savvy is not what you do, I get it. But wow what a bummer I cant just get this done and go forward. big bummer indeed. One star is for my deep disappointment and frustration that I cannot get this done AND there is no support or interest in seeing I can accomplish this with your company. :(
Been getting prints here off an on for the last few years and have always had a great experience. I am an hour out of Philly but I happily pay shipping because of the great quality and ease to get custom prints made.

I just started using Fireball a few months ago, and they are the BEST. I usually get my prints delivered to my workplace because I cant make it to their location before closing on weekdays. The next day local delivery is SO HELPFUL. Truly cannot recommend this place enough! So happy to have finally found a place I can trust to take care of all my prints for me!

They did an awesome job with my sisters wedding program. It was a last minute request and they completed the project within a couple of days and they came out perfect. The wedding guests loved the colored program and were impressed by the quality.
I have sent a number of mostly work projects to Fireball over the last year or two and they are always professional and timely with great rates. They took this to the next level when, the day before New Years Eve and the day before my wedding, I realized when talking to Joy that I hadnt okayed the proof they sent me for our programs and they werent printed yet. This was a miscommunication and they could have just blamed it on me, but instead they rushed the order and had it delivered to me within a couple of hours. They were so nice about it, and my gratitude is immense. Also the programs looked awesome. Fireball is the best! Bring your business here.
Joy has been super cool while dealing with us. Despite how difficult we can be, she was fantastic and a joy (not pun intended) to deal with. Outside of the quality work, the customer service she displayed will be the reason why I will continue to do business with Fireball.
Some genuinely nice people on their staff but their quality is very spotty at best and their general manager would rather make their error your problem than admit a mistake and fix it. Ive been spending over $10k with them annually for a few years now and their latest comedy of errors (and refusal to own it) is sending me to start a credit card dispute and find a new supplier. Good luck, folks!
Really great printing service. We have used Fireball dozens of times for postcards, flyers, posters, etc. A breathing person answers the phone which is already a mega advantage. The printing quality is also exceptional and they provide FREE local delivery via messenger. If all that werent enough, all deliveries come with candy! Yay!

Great guys, great service, the only thing that pisses me off is that at 6:13 they already not answering calls. I know they close at 6pm but seriously, answering calls until 7:30 or 8:00pm is essential.

2022-08-23Got a large format vinyl print done here with a custom size of 4 x 5. The result was phenomenal. The upload process was clear and easy to follow. The print was very affordable and ready sooner than expected. I will definitely be ordering from Fireball in the future.

2022-08-09Ive been ordering from Fireball for at least 5 years now, and I always look forward to working with them. My last several orders have been for print sizes that arent on their website, and emailing them to place these orders is always so easy and painless. Everyone that Ive talked to over email has been super polite, and they always go above and beyond to accommodate me when I need to change something in my order, have questions, etc. Theyre my go-to recommendation for people looking to make art prints.

2022-06-07Was not given a confirmation on my order completion and then refused any sort of refund or credit toward another project. Customer service apologizes for mistake on their end but refuses to right the error. Would have used them for more business, but if you cant fix a cheap job that you admit to messing up, how can I trust you with a larger job? Terrible business practice.

2020-12-02Ive been working with Fireball on a large project with quite a few moving parts... and I cannot say enough good things about not only the quality of the prints but the customer service. Bryan has been incredible to work with: thorough, patient, and fast at responding. Im a newbie to having my work printed so I have had a lot of questions and concerns, all of which have been met with nothing but professionalism. Not to mention the turn around time is remarkable. Seriously such a great experience.
